I saw him aura farm by casually crouching behind golisopod during battle and instantly needed him so bad. his personality really sealed the deal afterwards.

starting a new playthrough of sun and moon to see guzma again but the early game is such an unbearable loop of “walking two steps, cutscene, walking two steps, cutscene” that it’s driving me insane!!!!!!

Drowning out the ever-present noise in the shady house was a skill Quincy had perfected. It was a necessity when the team Skull Grunts came and went as they pleased whether it was day or night. The teenagers’ presence simultaneously filled the dilapidated halls with the sounds of laughing, playing, and bickering. Although some days she had to take some Tylenol or pop in some headphones, Quincy never took issue with the ceaseless noise created by her found-family. Nevertheless, the silence that came at exactly five o’clock in the morning was something she savored.

Quincy had always been a morning person. She never had the ability to pull an all-nighter without regretting it for the following two days. That left her with the early morning, before the sun’s rays even kissed the horizon, as the only time she go to herself. It was the only time where guilt for being stationary or unproductive didn’t leave a pit in her stomach, the only time where the sound of her father’s footsteps approaching didn’t immediately put her on edge. Now, it was the only consistent time she could truly be alone with her boyfriend, Guzma.

Guzma’s body laid heavily on top of Quincy’s lithe one. Wearing only a white t-shirt and boxers, Guzma’s tanned skin was on display, warming up Quincy’s constantly frigid body at all points where they touched. He was sprawled out over her, his right arm hooked around her waist and holding her tight while his head laid on her stomach. His feet dangled off the bed as a result of his lower position.

Quincy smiled sleepily at the sight, poorly attempting to stifle a yawn as she slowly shifted her body in order to adjust the bunched-up blankets to better cover the pair. Odds were that Guzma was awake as well. Despite sleeping as if he were a snorlax at all other times, he seemed to have a sixth sense for whenever Quincy woke up, stemming from when she used to have nightmares every night.

“I love you Guzma,” Although the words left her lips in a hushed, sleepy fashion, they filled the air with a sense of devotion as soon as they touched it.

“Luv ya’ too honeybee,” His words were hardly audible, half of his mouth muffled by Quincy’s pale stomach. His hold on her body tightened, a silent request for her to not get up and start her day just yet.

Quincy obliged with a smile. Her hand raked itself through his white bedhead, giving his head a small pat afterwards. She never needed any convincing to stay in bed with him longer. She would enjoy his company and his warmth for as long as he would give her it.
