You know, in the end, when everything is concluded in its destined way, I want the characters to have their needed closure.

I want Kaeya and Diluc to be brothers they were when they were young. Barbara and Jean to be close again. Xiao to be free from his curse. Childe to leave the Fatui as he said he would. Ayaka and Ayato to be who they want to be. Wanderer to find his place in the world. Kaveh and Alhaitham to leave their arguments in the past and be the friends they once were.

I wish their last scenes to bring peace in their stories.

Wait and see "Paradise of Promise" turn out to be the title of a Kairi-centric (or Destiny Trio-centric) game.

Been thinking about the crumbs of information we got for the 23rd anniversary from Nomura related to the paopu fruit:

Paradise of promise - “Promise” makes me think of Oathkeeper, which is 約束のお守り or “charm of promise(s)”/“promise’s charm” in Japanese. Omamori are a specific type of protective charm and even contain the kanji for protection. The promise wording also makes me think of Sora and Kairi’s vow when they share the paopu fruit plus the Japanese theme song for KH3 being 誓い/“Oath/Vow,” plus all the oath to return stuff that’s been teased.

Paradise of pure - The “pure” part makes me think it's something related to the Princesses of Heart and Kairi in particular? Because they have hearts of pure light.

And then the stuff about paradise in general makes me think it's a good place, a happy place for Sora—Destiny Islands? Heaven? Not sure on this one lol.

Anyway, happy belated anniversary to Kingdom Hearts! 🥳

“I’m a twin”, Damian said one night. He could feel the narrowed eyes of his family drilling holes on his back in disbelief. Not that he could blame them. Damian had never so much as implied being raised with a companion, much less a sibling.

“I had a brother”. Damian paused to recollect himself. He had not said his brother’s name out loud in over 8 years.

“His name was… Danyal”. Damian hated the way his voice wavered, but he could not help it. Danyal was everything to him, his other half. Their heart beat as one and when one heart stopped beating, the other one died with it. At least until his family put his heart on metaphorical life support without ever realizing.

“Where is he now?” His father asked, voice filled with knowing grief and a hint of betrayal. It had in fact been 6 years since Damian first showed up on his doorstep.

“Up there”. All eyes shifted towards the specific star he was pointing to. “Right before he died, he promised me he’d guide me from the stars. Unfortunately, the stars are not visible in Gotham, so my brother is unable to be of much help unless I leave the city.”

“Your brother is Polaris, the North Star?” Tim questioned warily, most likely in attempts to not offend him. Damian was aware of how stupid it sounded, but Danyal had promised, and his brother never broke his promises.

“Yes. Danyal is with the stars now, just as he always wanted”

Danny was once known as the god Dan-El in one of his previous lives #he’s ALSO the reincarnation of the Greek Titan Astraeus (and he’s pretty sure Dani is his daughter Astraea)#his previous lives are all so interesting (he still can’t believe he was raised an assassin or that he was a god in multiple lives)#but in all honesty it’s even weirder feeling so old and so young at the same time

More of a 'cool uncle that occasionally plays but has work to do.'#I know it is a common fan headcanon to put WWX as a surrogate parent to A-yuan. It's cute though I don't really see it!#All the Wen remnants and WWX have something a lot more complex than a straightforward found family thing going on.#It certainly isn't a little western nuclear family unit. They are bound by trauma and guilt and they will *not* talk about it.#A-Yuan is the representation of all the children lost to the war. He is also a little seedling that there is hope for the future.#And he is an opportunity for WWX to reconnect with his own displaced childhood.#Right now his rather dismissive of him but we'll get there. Wei Wuxian will have his unhealthy coping mechanism moment with this child.#I sure hope nothing bad happens to them! I hope Jiang Cheng just comes by for a nice visit!

Just want to do my semi-frequent thank you to everyone who's been so kind, patient and supportive during the past couple years of me losing my mind and trying to maintain passion for drawing / struggle with my art block through a hard mourning process and experiences IRL that have really messed me up.

I couldn't make stories for nearly a year at one point and I still struggle with it, drawing has become harder and harder, and the depression has made me slower in every way but I'm trying my best and the kindness means the world to me

#i would name names but i don't want to forget even one and have them feel left out.. but it means so so so so much to me #im finally making friends irl for the first time in a years and its been helpful.. i wasnt even able to go outside alone for over a year so #im proud of myself #and thankful for y'all #i dont know if ill ever like. feel fully better? because the antisemitism is inescapable at this point. but..#fingers crossed #i will always try to have hope for the future for all of us #dealing with your coping mechanism just not working any more is rough
