yandere!jinx x reader headcanons
thought i’d go into how yandere jinx would capture get you into a relationship ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
tw: abusive behaviour

i feel like there’s two pathways to getting in a relationship with her, both suck equally
pathway 1: she stalked you for a while before deciding to talk to you! she wanted it to be “organic” but she couldn’t just go in knowing nothing about you…what kind of impression would that make?
the first time she does speak to you she mentions some obscure ritual of yours that she should absolutely not know about…she distracts you with a confetti bomb
you fell for it
i love the idea that once you become friends she gives you gifts with tracking devices in them and you’re none the wiser - this is exactly why you need her to protect you! if she has your best interests at heart and can get away with something like that, who knows what someone with bad intentions could do to you!
since she’s past the stage of just being acquaintances with you, her mask starts to slip and her manipulative behaviour becomes more pronounced
first she guilt trips you into hanging out with her for longer periods of time, then she starts complaining about the fact you have other friends - she absolutely weaponises her abandonment issues even if she hates to talk about it in any other situation
before you know it you’re isolated from your family and friends and spend all of your time with jinx :3
she treats it like a 24/7 sleepover except you have to do what she says if you don’t want to be victim to her lashing out
pathway 2: she straight up kidnapped you and figured she can form a relationship with you once you’re captive (that is how dating works, right?)
you would come home from work one day to find a weird metal device laying on your pillow, your name spray painted onto it surrounded by love hearts
you’d fiddle with it for a bit before gas floods your room
you’re knocked out like a light and jinx drops down from the ceiling doing a happy dance
she won’t tell silco about it but he eventually realises something’s up when she starts to steal large amounts of food from the bar
he finds you in her den and demands jinx tell him what is going on
she dances around the topic (literally and figuratively) trying to buy her way out of it but when she sees the disapproving glare in silco’s good eye she deflates - she can’t keep you her little secret anymore
honestly she tells him a few too many details like wayyyyyyyy too many
even he was weirded out
but jinx is his daughter so she gets away with it as per usual
ok back to the kidnapping, when you come to you’re tied down to a surprisingly plush chair and jinx is ALL up in your space
like imagine a kid with their face smushed up to the vending machine glass, she’s so entranced when she has you
she just thinks you’re so cute when you’re sleeping!
of course she expected there to be some…growing pains so she makes sure to have her gun in plain sight - she doesn’t want you getting any fun ideas about “escaping”
if you’re aggressive and moody with her she honestly loves it
in her mind the fact you’re showing so much raw emotion proves you must love her (even if you’ve only known her for like 5 minutes)
however if you’re constantly screaming and begging to leave even after you’ve been in captivity for a while it would trigger her abandonment issues and she would snap
she just doesn’t get it. she makes you fun gadgets, does your hair, tries to get you to open up about yourself even though she already knows most things about you - why do you want to leave her so badly?
however, if you refuse to engage with her at all and completely blank out her existence her patience would run out very quickly
you’re her new fixation and she wants to get to unravel every layer of you, not feel unwanted
so she does some good old trauma bonding by dangling you over the edge of her workshop railing, eyes cold and a deep frown set into her face
in her defense she catches you right as you’re about to fall!
she embraces you, crying with you as she tells you that if she was anyone else (who didn’t love you as much as she did) they would have let you fall but she cares about you 🥺 she only meant to teach you a lesson about the real world 🥺
you’re so conflicted and scared; you know what she did was fucked up, but adrenaline pumps through your veins and you feel like you’re about to throw up, so you just accept her comfort
sometimes she leaves you all on your own in her workshop when she’s off doing odd jobs for silco and you begin to crave human connection so deeply that when jinx suggests a spa night with cuddles at the end, you don’t say no
——————————————————————————
this is actually just me manifesting that jinx becomes real and obsesses over me…she’s so dreamy <3

Hello! How are you! I have literally binged all your work on ao3 in the space of a few hours! I am besotted!!! You write angst like it’s no one’s business!
Lucky me I see your requests are open!
Okay I was wondering if I could request 2007 or bayverse , either Raph or Leo with an established relationship!reader
who had a life altering event happen, ( for e.g being involved with the turtles got her in danger ) and the trauma completely changes her , she becomes cold, secretive ( bonus point if reader becomes vigilante to get revenge ) as a way to cope. how Would the turtles react to that? How would they mend their relationship?
up to you whether it’s straight up angst or angst to comfort!
I know this is a lot so please disregard this if it’s a bit out there, or take what you want from this and make your own spin! I’d frankly read your grocery list!
A/N: Hey there! 👋 Thank you so, so much for your incredibly kind words about my work! Hearing that you binged it and enjoyed the angst has really made my day 🥰
For this request, I’m going with Bayverse Raph. I hope you enjoy it! 💖
The Space Between a Touch (angst)
❤️ Bayverse Raphael/Female Reader ❤️
CWs: Angst, depictions of PTSD and trauma aftermath, past kidnapping, self-destructive behavior, light swearing, some violence and fighting. All characters are aged-up.

The change didn’t happen overnight. It was a creeping frost, starting in your eyes and slowly encasing your heart.
Before, your laughter used to echo in the lair. You’d spar with Leo, teasing him about his seriousness, play video games with Mikey, and assist Donnie with ideas for his inventions. At the end of the day, you’d curl up against Raph’s side, his massive arm a familiar, comforting weight.
That was before.
Before the ambush, before Karai’s blade had sliced too close. Before you’d been grabbed, used as bait.
The memory of the knife’s edge against your neck, the feeling of rough hands dragging you, the chilling pronouncements and threats from Shredder—they play on a loop. You were a vulnerability, a weakness they exploited. And that knowledge has become your armor, keeping everyone out.
Mikey will hold out a controller, his eyes hopeful and pleading. “Just one round? For old times’ sake?” The flashing colors on the screen and the upbeat music feel garish now. You shake your head and tell him you’re busy. The lie tastes like ash in your mouth as you walk away, his smile faltering.
Donnie still shows you his latest gadgets, his explanations enthusiastic, but you no longer offer suggestions. Your mind, once buzzing with complimentary ideas, feels … blank. Static-y. He’ll look at you, searching for that spark. And when he doesn’t find it, his voice trails off, a quiet disappointment settling in his eyes.
Leo approaches you with a different tactic. He finds you in the dojo. Not meditating, not practicing. Just standing in the center, your arms wrapped tight around yourself as if trying to hold the splintering pieces of your composure together. His footsteps are deliberate on the tatami, giving you ample time to acknowledge him.
You don’t turn.
“We need to train,” he states, his voice devoid of its usual older-brother warmth, replaced by the clipped, focused tone of a leader assessing a critical situation. It’s not a request. He moves to stand a few feet in front of you, his expression unreadable. “Now.”
The words are like stones dropped into a frozen pond. For a moment, you almost expect them to skid across the ice you’ve built around your heart. You finally meet his gaze. The Leo before you isn’t the brother you teased; he’s the warrior, the strategist—and he’s looking at you like a problem to be solved.
Training. As if a few katas could erase the phantom feel of steel against your skin. As if a perfect block could undo the way your own body had betrayed you by freezing in terror.
“Why?” The word escapes you, a broken shard of sound, barely a whisper. It’s more than you’ve said to any of them in days.
Leo’s jaw tightens almost imperceptibly. “Because out there,” he gestures vaguely towards the city beyond the lair, “they won’t care if you’re not feeling up to it. They won’t wait for you to be ready. Shredder knows your face. He knows you’re with us. You think he won’t try again?”
The implied threat, the reminder of your vulnerability, stabs through the numbness. It’s the very thing that haunts you. You slowly unwrap your arms, your fingers stiff. “Fine.” The word is flat. You don’t reach for a weapon. You simply settle into a basic defensive stance, rigid and shallow.
Leo observes you, his gaze sharp, analytical. He doesn’t comment on your lack of a weapon, nor on the reluctance radiating from you. Instead, he mirrors your stance. “Defend yourself,” he orders, and then he attacks.
His fist comes at your face. A deeply buried reflex from countless hours spent in this very dojo makes you raise an arm. Though it’s too slow, too hesitant. His knuckles connect with your forearm, not with full force. But enough to send a shockwave up your shoulder. The thud echoes the dull ache that has taken permanent residence in your chest.
He doesn’t pause. A leg sweeps towards yours. You stumble back, ungainly, your feet feeling like lead. There’s no grace in your movement, none of the familiar rhythm of sparring. He’s peeling back the layers of your composure, one precise strike at a time.
“Again,” he says, and launches another flurry.
You try to parry, to block, but your limbs feel disconnected from your brain. The commands get lost in the haze. Each impact, even a glancing one, sends a fresh jolt of memory through you.
Rough hands gripping your arms, pinning you.
The glint of steel too close to your vitals.
You flinch, and the movement leaves you open. Leo’s foot connects with your side. It’s controlled, a training tap, but you gasp, doubling over slightly. The air rushes out of your lungs, and with it, a sliver of the ice around your heart seems to crack, releasing a fresh wave of chilling fear.
“Focus!” Leo barks.
His words strike a nerve. An animal—that’s what you feel like. Trapped. Helpless.
“I can’t!” you yell. A choked sob escapes you, a sound you instantly try to swallow. But it’s out. Hanging in the air between you, more damning than any outcry.
Leo stills, surprise and concern flickering in his eyes.
You can’t fight him. Can’t fight this.
You can’t go back to who you were.
“I … I can’t,” you whisper, the admission tearing through you. Before you rush out of the dojo, out of the lair.

Of course, your change in behavior hits Raph the hardest.
When he reaches for you on the couch, you flinch, the phantom weight of Shredder’s hand a cold press against your skin. It’s a reminder of helplessness, of being held against your will. At night, you lie rigid, your back mostly to him, feigning sleep almost immediately. You feel him hesitate, his breath warm against your hair, his hand hovering as if unsure whether to touch you, to bridge the gap.
The feeling of Raph’s plastron against your back, the rumbling chuckle that vibrated through you when you said something particularly cheeky. The surprisingly gentle way his massive, three-fingered hands would cup your face—those are memories now. Sepia-toned and distant, from a life that feels like it belonged to someone else.
The closeness you once craved now feels like a brand, and the frost inside you deepens. Preserving the pain, ensuring no one can get close enough to make you vulnerable again. Your armor is strong, unyielding.
And utterly, terribly lonely.
A chasm has opened between you and the brothers. You see the worry on their faces, the way they exchange glances when you turn away. You hear the hushed tones of their conversations, though the words remain just out of reach. But the fear whispers insidious lies, telling you that distance is safety.
And so, you remain encased, a prisoner of your own memories.
You don’t visit the lair much anymore. Instead, you train at home. At the gym. Becoming faster, more ruthless. You patrol on your own, taking down Foot soldiers and other criminals with a fury that would make even Raph pause. You’re protecting them, you tell yourself.
You won’t be the weak link again.

You’re rarely even at your apartment long enough to talk to Raph when he visits. And sometimes, you disappear for hours on him, often returning well after midnight. You offer vague excuses: “Needed air” or “Just a walk.”
But Raph sees the new bruises overlaid on top of the fading ones. He sees the cut above your eyebrow you try to hide with your hair, the way you move with a carefully concealed stiffness that speaks of fresh pain.
And tonight, something in him snaps.
You barely have your keys out of the lock when his enormous frame fills the narrow hallway of your apartment, blocking your path. He crosses his arms over his chest, his shadow engulfing you. The dim light from the living room throws his features into sharp relief, and the usual gruff fondness in his eyes is gone, replaced by a simmering, dangerous stillness.
“Where were you?”
“Out,” you mumble, trying to sidestep him.
He doesn’t move. Instead, his hand reaches out, his fingers brushing against the fresh scrape on your cheekbone you hadn’t even realized was bleeding. You flinch violently, recoiling as if burned.
His hand freezes, then slowly retracts, a flicker of hurt crossing his face before the anger resettles. “Out gettin’ this?” he presses, his voice tightening. “And the one you’re hidin’ over your eye? What about the ribs I know you’re favorin’?”
“I can handle myself, Raph,” you say, your voice harsher than you intend.
“Handle yourself?” He takes a step closer, and you instinctively brace, your back hitting the wall. “More like handling gettin’ yourself killed. There’s a difference, you know.” His eyes, usually a warm green, are narrowed, boring into you. “You think this is protectin’ us? Runnin’ around like a maniac, pickin’ fights you can barely walk away from?”
“I’m not weak anymore,” you spit out, the old fear twisting into a snarl. “I won’t be a liability. Not again.”
“A liability?” He scoffs. “You think this ain’t makin’ you one? What happens when you don’t come back one night, huh? What are we supposed to do then? What am I supposed to do?”
His voice cracks on the last question. You see the deep worry lines etched around his eyes, the exhaustion in the slump of his shoulders that he usually hides so well.
“You think we don’t see you? The way you keep pullin’ away?” he continues, his voice dropping again, thick with pain. “Leo’s beside himself. Mikey keeps tryin’ to get you to smile, just once. Donnie … he just looks lost.” He shakes his head, his gaze dropping to the floor for a second before snapping back to yours. “And you … you look at me …”
He hesitates.
“You look at me like I’m … like I’m him,” he says, his voice barely a whisper. “Like I’m gonna hurt you.”
The accusation hangs in the air, heavy and suffocating. His eyes search yours, desperate for a denial. For any sign that the you he knew—the you he loves—is still in there, somewhere beneath the ice and fury.
You open your mouth, but no words come out. The shame of his statement lodges in your throat, a bitter pill. Because sometimes, in the dark, when a hand reaches for you—even his—the terror is so blinding you can’t tell friend from foe.
His expression crumples, just for a second, the sight more devastating than any roar of anger. Then, the hardness returns. “This ain’t strength,” he says, his voice flat, final. “This is you dyin’ slow. And you’re draggin’ us all through hell with you.”
He turns then, not waiting for your response, leaving you alone when he departs for the lair. The cut on your cheek stings, a reminder of the battles you keep choosing. And for the first time since everything went to shit, you wonder if this is a battle you can actually win.
Or if you’re just ensuring everyone you care about loses.

Donnie confirms your late-night habits one night. As if Raph didn’t already know. But he dreads his brothers’ reactions.
You’re not here, of course. You’re out somewhere in the city’s sprawling darkness, chasing the adrenaline that numbs the ache, oblivious to the fact that your carefully constructed secrecy is crumbling—because Raph knows his brothers aren’t going to let it go.
Donnie swivels in his chair to look at his monitors. “I’ve been tracking the use of my tech,” he says, tapping some keys. A map flares to life on the main screen, your recent patrol routes shown in red lines. “As well as unusual activity on police scanners and reports for the past few weeks.” He pauses, looking over his shoulder at his brothers. “She’s been going out alone. Not for walks. She’s been hunting.”
Despite already knowing, Raph’s blood runs cold, then hot. The protective fury that defines him surges, so potent it makes him tremble. Not at you. For you. And at Karai, Shredder—at the world that broke you.
Leo’s breath hitches. His eyes, usually so focused and analytical, widen as he stares at the patrol routes—your patrol routes—illuminated in damning red across the city map. The sheer recklessness of it, the isolation, hits him like a blow to the chest.
“Alone?” he murmurs, the word laced with a dawning horror and a sharp sting of guilt as he remembers your shattered cry in the dojo.
Leo thought it was a momentary break, a surrender to fear. He hadn’t grasped it as a declaration of this self-imposed, dangerous exile. His mind races, replaying every interaction, every sign he missed or misinterpreted. His gaze flickers to Raph, seeing the barely contained storm in his brother’s eyes, and then back to the screen, a muscle working in his jaw.
He should have seen this. He should have known. The strategic part of his brain screams about the tactical disadvantage, the unnecessary risk. But beneath it, he aches with a profound sense of failure.
Mikey goes utterly still—before his head snaps up, his eyes wide with an emerging, terrible understanding. “Hunting?” he echoes, the word small, almost childlike. He pictures you out there, alone in the dark, facing down the kind of threats that make even their seasoned team move with caution.
The image of the you he knows being consumed by this cold, violent purpose is hard for Mikey to comprehend. A knot forms in his throat, tight and painful. “No …” he whispers, shaking his head slowly, as if denying the truth will make it somehow vanish. “Not … not by herself. She wouldn’t … she knows better …”
But even as the words stumble out, he remembers your averted gaze at his game invitations, the way you recoiled when he tried to sling an arm around your shoulder. He’d thought you were just sad, lost in a funk he could eventually coax you out of with enough persistence. He hates he was so oblivious.
“She could get really hurt, guys,” Mikey says, his voice filled with a visceral fear for your life. “We gotta find her. Now!”
“What are we waitin’ for?” Raph slams a fist into his palm. “Donnie, you got a lock on her?” His voice is a low growl, the protective fury he feels for you practically radiating off him in waves.
“I’m working on it,” Donnie replies, fingers flying across his keyboard, his brow furrowed in concentration. “Her tracker signal is faint. She must be deep in the old warehouse district by the docks. And—oh no.” His voice drops, a note of alarm entering his tone. “Multiple heat signatures converging on her position. Foot. A lot of them.”
Leo’s face is grim, his earlier guilt solidifying into steely resolve. He meets Raph’s furious gaze, then Mikey’s, and finally Donnie’s. “Gear up,” he orders, doing his best to remain calm despite his rising panic for your safety. “We go in fast, we secure her, and we get out. No unnecessary risks, but she’s our priority.”
This isn’t just a rescue mission. It’s about bringing you back from the brink.
From the abyss you’ve thrown yourself into.

You’re crouched on a rain-slicked rooftop, the city’s neon glow reflecting in the surrounding puddles. The wind whips your hair across your face, stinging your eyes, but you welcome the bite. It keeps you sharp, keeps the ghosts at bay, if only for a moment.
Below, a van pulls up to a darkened warehouse, figures clad in familiar black outfits spilling out. Foot. Too many. Caution tries to pierce through the anger that’s become your constant companion. You ignore it. This is what you do now. This is how you prove you’re not a liability.
You drop silently from the rooftop, landing in the shadows of an alleyway, your breath misting in the cool night air. You move with a speed and ferocity that is born of a reckless disregard for your own safety. The first two Foot soldiers go down before they even register your presence—a swift strike to the temple, a brutal knee to the gut.
You move through them, a whirlwind of focused rage. But they keep coming.
They’re more prepared tonight, or maybe you’re just pushing your luck too far. You narrowly avoid a kunai, the metal grazing your arm, drawing a thin line of blood. Spinning to meet the next attacker, you grit your teeth against the sting. You block a punch, counter with an elbow, but another soldier comes at you from the side.
You duck, but not fast enough; the weapon connects with your ribs. It steals your breath and sends a jagged bolt of pain through your side. You stumble, a gasp escaping your lips. For a horrifying second, the faces of the Foot soldiers blur, morphing into Shredder’s visage. Panic lances through you.
No. Not again!
You fight back with renewed desperation. You take down two more, but you’re outnumbered, outmaneuvered. A blow to the back of your head sends you sprawling onto the pavement. Stars explode behind your eyes, and the world tilts precariously. Rough hands grab your arms, hauling you to your feet.
“She’s the one,” a gruff voice snarls, too close to your ear. “Karai will be pleased.”
Your heart plummets. This is it. This is exactly what you were trying to avoid, the scenario that’s haunted your nightmares. You’ve failed. You’ve become the weak link all over again. Despair washes over you, so potent it almost extinguishes the fight in you.
Just as a pair of Foot soldiers begin to drag you towards the warehouse, a familiar roar cuts through the night.
“GET YOUR FILTHY FUCKIN’ HANDS OFF HER!”
A massive green shape hurtles out of the darkness, slamming into the two soldiers holding you with the force of a battering ram. You fall to your knees as they’re sent flying. Before you can even process it, another green blur, smaller and faster, clears a path around you while another deflects incoming attacks.
From the rooftops, shuriken fly with pinpoint accuracy, disarming several more soldiers. You look up, then look around you.
Raph. Leo. Donnie. Mikey.
They’re here.
They found you.
They came for you.
Leo lands beside you, beating back a blow aimed at you. “You okay?” he asks, his voice tight with controlled urgency, his eyes assessing you quickly for injuries before flicking back to the remaining Foot.
You can only stare, the word “Fine” dying on your lips. The fight is still raging around you, but for a moment, everything seems to slow.
Raph is a force of nature, tearing through the Foot with a righteous fury that makes your own recent efforts look like child’s play. Mikey is a vibrant, chaotic blur of orange amidst the grunts and sounds of combat. Yet every move is precise, protecting your periphery. Donnie uses his tech-enhanced staff, sending out small electrical charges, creating openings, and controlling the flow of the fight.
You watch them move as one, a perfectly honed unit. Protecting you.
The armor around your heart cracks.
They dispatched the remaining Foot soldiers with brutal efficiency. The clash of metal fades, replaced by their heavy breathing and the distant wail of city sirens. But your world has narrowed to the colossal figure dropping to his knees in front of you.
Raph.
His eyes are wide, frantic, scanning you from head to toe. The fury that propelled him through the fight is still thrumming beneath his skin, but now it’s overshadowed by a desperate concern that makes his features almost painfully vulnerable. “You hurt?” he asks, his voice a hoarse rasp.
His hands, the ones you’ve flinched from—the ones you imagined were Shredder’s in your nightmares—reach out. They hover for a heart-stopping second. Then, with an almost agonizing tenderness, one hand gently cups your cheek, his thumb brushing your jaw. You don’t recoil.
You try to nod, to form words. But a choked sound is all that escapes. The fight, the fear, the sudden appearance of your saviors—it all crashes over you.
“Hey, hey, look at me,” Raph murmurs, his other hand coming up to gently take your arm, examining the graze from the kunai. “We gotcha. You’re safe now.”
His gaze locks with yours, and in their depths, you don’t see accusation or disappointment. You see the raw, unfiltered fear he must have felt, the pain his own words inflicted on you earlier. And beneath it all, an unwavering, stubborn love.
A single tear escapes, tracing a path down your cheek. Then another. You try to stop them, to maintain some semblance of the hard shell you’ve cultivated. But it’s useless. The crack widens, and the pent-up emotion floods through. “Raph …”
He carefully pulls you forward, and you don’t resist. You collapse against his broad plastron, your face buried in the crook of his neck. His arms wrap around you, strong and secure, holding you together as the sobs wrack your body.
He smells of rain, sweat, and the faint, familiar scent of the lair.
Of home.
“Shhh, it’s okay. I got you. We all got you.”
He just holds you, murmuring against your hair, the rumble of his voice a soothing vibration near your ear.
Through your tear-blurred vision, you see the others. They’re all here. They came. Despite everything, despite the walls you built, they came.
The mending won’t be easy. The shadows of what you endured, and what you have become, will linger. But as Raph holds you, his brothers stepping closer to form a protective circle, you feel the first, tentative thaw around your frozen heart. The journey back to being yourself will be long—
—but you won’t be walking it alone.

how you thrill me [K.Bishop]

pairing: servicetop!kate bishop x powerbottom!reader
summary: kate takes you out shopping for the next gala you’re attending together but she gets distracted in the dressing room.
warnings: SMUT, MINORS DO NOT INTERACT -> service top kate, my beloved <3; slightly public sex in a private fitting room; lowkey sugar daddy kate; one use of puppy because i couldn't resist; cunnilingus {R receiving}; like two seconds of grinding; cute banter; kate being effortlessly strong because it's hot
wordcount: 1.9k
a/n: it's been SO long since i've written for kate but i decided to give it a go once more. this was such a random idea but i had a lot of fun writing it and i hope you enjoy <3
* * * * * * *
"Babe, come on," Kate says, hand tightly gripping yours as she drags you into yet another store.
You sigh but allow her to drag you behind her, her hurried steps giving away her growing excitement.
Normally, the brunette hated clothes shopping. It required far too much of her attention, far too much focus going to small details that genuinely didn't matter to her. It wasn't like she didn't like fashion, she simply didn't have the time for it most days. There was nothing wrong with wearing random coats and her signature Docs, it was winter in New York, after all.
Despite her lack of interest in her own style or clothes, she devoted a lot of time to yours. And money.
It didn't matter how many times you told her you didn't need the most expensive clothes or that you were running out of space for all the jewelry she bought you, she simply found some other way to spoil you.
When you told her not to buy you any more clothes, she switched to jewelry or shoes or long vacations to places she could barely pronounce or reservations to the most exclusive restaurants in the city.
Sure, her spending habits are more than a little irresponsible, but you can't deny that you prefer her spending money on you than buying unnecessary gadgets that only serve to clutter her apartment. Seriously, how many monitors does one person need for their PC?
"Slow down," you reply with a giggle, barely keeping up with your girlfriend's sleep. "Where's the fire, Katie?"
Your teasing question makes her chuckle. "Fashion waits for no one."
Now it's your turn to laugh at her. "Fashion? Coming from the girl wearing a band tee under a blazer?"
"Hey! You said you liked my outfit."
"I do like it, but it's not the pinnacle of fashion, babe."
Despite your teasing, she pulls you closer to her side, her hand leaving yours only so she can wrap her arm around your waist. "Okay, I can't argue with you there."
"You can't argue with me period," you point out.
Almost as if proving your point, she doesn't reply. Instead of making fun of her, you decide to simply lean against her and allow her to lead the way to yet another store. It's not exactly the most entertaining way to spend a day but you can't really complain when you get to spend it with your girlfriend.
You let her lead you to the next store, her fingers drumming a random beat on your arm. The contact distracts you enough to ignore the chaos going around and focus simply on the clothes themselves.
The two of you walk around a little until you stop in front of a rack filled with velvety blazers.
Kate shifts from her spot next to you, a flicker of her usual impatience shining through. "What are you thinking?"
"I don't know," you reply as your eyes scan the clothes rack. "I can't decide between red or black."
"Then take them both."
You should have expected her response. Part of it is, of course, her tendency to buy you anything and everything you could possibly want, but another part of it is her own desire to see you in the expensive fabrics. To see you dressed up like you're a natural part of her world. Like you're not completely out of your depth whenever she takes you to those stupid rich people parties.
The thought is more than enough for you to snap into action. You are not going to let your overthinking stop you from enjoying a nice day out with your girlfriend.
Your hand reaches out to grab both blazers off the rack and Kate separates herself from you to help you carry them. "Anything else you'd like, love?"
You want to say no but then your eyes catch a rack of dresses and before you can stop yourself, you're adding items to the archer's eager arms. It's not clear yet what vibe you're going for but you're sure you'll figure it out soon. It helps that Kate's wardrobe is already filled to the brim with suits in all her favorite colors.
The two of you make your way to the fitting rooms after adding a few dresses and you can practically feel the excitement radiating off your girlfriend. You're not sure if she's excited about seeing you in them, though, or getting to take them off at some point.
One of the perks of shopping at rich people stores is both the size and the comfort of the fitting rooms. Not only is the area spacious, there's also an arm chair and a few wall-length mirrors. The smirk on Kate's face tells you she's thinking the same thoughts you are.
First things first, though, you have a fashion show to conduct.
It's practically impossible but you ignore your girlfriend's staring as you shed your coat and start trying out the blazers. More surprising than that, is how she's able to keep her hands to herself and keep her comments surprisingly family friendly.
To no one's surprise, though, her focus is shattered when you start trying out the dresses you picked out.
You're in the middle of rambling about the different colors, trying to figure out which ones match best with what Kate has in her wardrobe when she pounces on you.
You can't even pretend to be surprised. Especially when her hands land on your waist and she pushes you up against the door of the fitting room. "y/n."
"Kate," you reply, smirking as your arms wrap around her.
"Stop talking."
Before you can even make fun of her, her lips are on yours, stealing your train of thought before it can leave the station. You don't mind, though, and instead pull her impossibly closer to you.
The fabric of the dress you'd barely slipped on bunches underneath Kate's fingers as she grips you so hard, you're sure you'll be feeling it all day. You hook one of your legs around her before you can stop yourself, both of you gasping as the change in position makes your hips shift.
"You're worse than a dog in heat, Katie," you tease her, hoping she'll ignore how flushed you already are.
She does, but it's mostly due to how much your words affect her. "Shut up. You were thinking about it too."
"About why they make these fitting rooms so big?"
She groans, for once, rendered speechless. "Not what I meant."
You decide to give her a bit of mercy, even though she looks really cute when she gets pouty. "You're right, I was thinking about you."
That seems to be exactly what she wants to hear. Her lips find their way to your jaw where she's content to kiss and nip at your skin. "Gonna need you to be more specific."
You could be more specific or you could put her mouth to better use. The idea makes your heart skip a beat and you know you can't pass up the chance. "And I'm going to need you on your knees."
At first, she simply giggles. Until she realizes you're being serious. Then, she leans back to look at you, her eyes quite literally sparkling. "You mean that?"
"Of course, I mean it." Your hands slide around until you're gripping her shoulders, giving her a gentle push down.
Kate, the ever gracious lover she is, goes right with the movement. Even though you both know she's stronger than you, she allows you to act like you're manhandling her. It's a brief fantasy but it adds to the ache between your legs.
An ache that intensifies once your girlfriend is fully on her knees, her fingers caressing your thighs. Okay, maybe wearing a dress more often wouldn't be such a bad thing.
Kate must have the same thought as you because hikes the dress further up your legs but doesn't even attempt to take it off of your body. Instead, she spreads your legs wider, her teeth sinking into the soft skin of your inner thigh.
"Kate," you hiss, your hand tangling in her soft locks. "What's with the teeth, puppy?"
The petname makes her groan, although her pitch gets higher and it ends more like a whine than anything. "Shut up. I know what I'm doing."
A chuckle escapes you. "I wasn't complaining."
You don't get an answer from her but you don't really mind because she continues her path up your leg. She litters your skin with kisses and half-formed bites before her mouth hovers over the wet patch on your panties.
The mere feeling of her breath against you makes your hips buck. "Don't be a tease."
If she hears you, she doesn't respond. Her full focus is on your cunt and moving her tongue against you, humming at the taste that clings to the fabric.
There's something incredibly desperate to what she's doing but you don't dare call her out on it. At least not yet.
Because before you can form a single word, she's slipping your panties to the side and attaching her lips to your clit. The contact is so sudden that it makes you buck into her face, your fingers digging into her scalp.
"Oh, fuck," you whisper.
Kate hums around you, her tongue flicking out to tease your clit before sliding down to your folds. No one can ever say Kate Bishop isn't committed to your pleasure. You don't even know how she does it but she manages to slip her tongue inside your leaking hole.
It's messy and filthy and far too loud for the public setting you're in but it feels incredible. Especially when her hands move to your hips and encourage you to keep grinding against her.
You don't even have time to feel embarrassed about your movements as the pleasure skyrockets up your body.
"Don't stop," you groan, holding her so close you fear you might suffocate her.
Kate doesn't seem to have the same fear you do, though, considering the way she pulls herself even deeper into you. You have no doubt her jaw is cramping but that doesn't stop her from eating you out like a woman starved. It would be cliche if she wasn't so good at it.
The knot in your stomach gets tighter as Kate's tongue messily thrusts in and out of you. Your back arches off the door, your leg hooking over her shoulder as you struggle to keep yourself up.
The archer holds you up with ease, almost taking you off the ground with her strong grip. The quick show of strength only adds to your desire and you cum hard with a gasp.
The sudden pleasure overwhelms you, catching you completely off-guard as you soak your girlfriend's face.
There's no way to deny how little she minds. She keeps her movements up, easing off your clit to not further overwhelm you. That doesn't stop her from running her tongue up and down your folds, though.
You pull her away by her hair, barely suppressing a laugh as she whines. "I wasn't done."
"I know, but I can't feel my legs."
Kate rises to her feet, easily moving your legs until they're both wrapped around her waist. "I've got you."
All you can do is groan as her actions reignite the heat in your belly. "You're the worst."
This time, she's the one who laughs. "I love you too."

what once was | Stanford Pines x reader
tags: sfw, memory loss, established relationship
a/n: this one was hard to write, not gonna lie. i even cried. thank u anon for this wonderful idea! Ford has always been such a complex character to write, but I tried to show his love, pain and his determination.
thank you for reading, i hope this breaks you as much as it broke me to write :,,,,,)
Stanley version
you wake up to the familiar weight of his hand resting gently on your arm, it’s warm and it brings a sense of. . . some kind of safety. as if you’ve felt it before, but. . . at the same time no. no, you don’t know why it’s so comforting.
you blink, trying to focus, but your head hurts like you’ve been hit by a truck. you rub your temples, wondering why it feels like your brain’s been shredded into pieces that won’t stick together.
your vision is blurry at first, but your gaze shifts to the man beside you. dark circles under his worried eyes that still got some hope in them.
Ford hasn’t gotten more than an hour of sleep in weeks.
“hey. hey, sweetheart. you’re okay.”
you analyse his face, feeling a slight sense of panic inside. “wait, who— who are you?”
Ford’s face drops, not in shock, but in something far more painful. you’ve asked him this question before. you’ve asked it every single morning since the accident. and every morning, the answer is the same.
“it’s. . . it’s me, darling. Ford. your husband.”
your husband, he names himself. . . you wish you could make sense of the emotions in your chest right now, but you can’t, because you don’t understand, you can’t remember, nothing’s connecting. nothing makes sense and everything feels so wrong.
Ford cant stand the silence. “y-you don’t remember, do you?” please just tell him you do—
“no. . .”
his lips press together and he looks down, but he’s not mad, not angry. no, Ford’s never angry, not at you.
“i— i’m sorry,” you mumble with guilt in ur voice. “i really don’t remember, i’m sorry.”
Ford shakes his head, running a hand through his hair, trying to control the storm of emotions inside of him. he’s trying so damn hard to stay calm and not burst into tears right in front of you. “don’t— don’t apologize, it’s not your fault. none of this is your fault.”
you continue to look around, trying to find at least one thing in the room which could be familiar to you.
“w-we’ve been through this a thousand times, love,” Ford explains and looks away, focusing on the empty space in front of him. "i know this isn’t easy for you. for us. but i’m not going anywhere, we’ll figure this out. i’ll— i’ll fix it. i’ll find a way to bring your memories back. i promise."
“how long?” you ask. “how long have we been. . . married?” it’s so weird to even pronounce the last word.
“seven years, my love.”
***
Ford holds it together for you. he always does.
every morning, he wakes up before you. sits at the edge of the bed, rubs the sleep from his eyes and prepares to tell you who he is.
who you are.
he’s a scientist, logic is his shield and his weapon. he throws himself into his work, searching for something that could help.
he’s got sketches pinned to the walls, equations scattered across the desk. an entire board dedicated to explore how human’s psyche and mind works.
he's been up countless nights, fiddling with wires and strange gadgets, all while researching any possible way to bring you back to him. every book, every article, every experiment. even though he’s exhausted, theres still light in his eyes that never fades, a fire in him too. a stubborn determination to make things right, no matter what.
you catch him once, sitting at that desk with head in his hands, probably tired as fuck.
“hey. . .” you forgot his name again, damn.
Ford’s head snaps up immediately when he hears you because he hopes you came to tell him “honey, i remembered! i remembered we are married!”. you see the redness in his eyes, from tears or lack of sleep, youre not sure. he scrubs a hand across his face, trying to pull himself together.
Ford looks at you, waiting you to continue, waiting to hear these cherished magical words. but you stand here all silent and confused.
“you should be asleep, honey,” he finally tells you, realising you won’t continue.
“so should you,” you say softly, stepping closer.
when you reach out to touch his arm, he shudders.
“i can’t, i can’t lose you. not like this. i need to work.”
***
but there’s always another plan. the one he doesn’t tell you about.
Bill.
and Ford is not proud of it.
he knows it’s a dangerous path, one that’s led him to dark places he never wanted to go. but the temptation is too strong. the idea of reaching out, of making that deal to bring your memories back. . . if only for a moment, if only for a chance to see you smile at him like you once did. Ford has considered it, weighed the consequences, overthought it.
but each time, he’s pulled himself back. he can’t go down that road again. he won’t.
still, this idea stays in his mind. because every hour of research, every failed experiment, every sleepless night feeds that urge, a feeling that maybe the price will be worth it. just shake his hand and—
but he’s trying so hard to fight it because he can’t bring himself to make that choice, no matter how broken he feels inside. he won’t drag himself into that nightmare again, no matter how much his soul hurts, no matter how badly he wants to see you smile at him.
right now, he just wants to hold you, to keep you close. to be the one you turn to. he doesn’t need a deal with Bill. he needs you. he needs you to remember him the way he remembers you.
***
another morning.
you’re lying there, your head pressed softly against the pillow, still struggling to make sense of everything, who you are, who he is, what this is, you feel a mix of confusion and fear.
his hand is resting gently on yours, as always, his fingers caressing your skin with a tenderness that feels. . . familiar again, but so far away. he’s looking at you, waiting. just waiting. sitting beside you, thinking, trying to come up with more ideas.
you flip through a page of his journal and one of his drawings seems funny to you, you smile as you point at it, asking, “hey, Ford, so what is that thing?”
Ford.
he looks at you in shock. he doesn’t move, doesn’t speak as if the wrong word might shatter this fragile moment he’s been waiting so long to happen.
his heart pounds in his chest.
“Ford. . .?” you ask again, worried why he got so silent. unsure if you should’ve said anything at all.
again, you say it, his fucking name, and it shatters him. because it’s not just the name. it’s that you remembered it. that piece of him, the one he’s been clinging to with everything he’s got, has finally stuck in your mind.
his eyes shimmer for the first time in all these months. his gaze falls to your lips, memorising the shape of the sound you just made.
“did— did you— did you just say my name?”
you nod slowly, unsure if you’ve done something wrong.
but you did exactly what he’s been waiting for, praying for.
his hands grip at his face, trying to control the flood of tears that he can’t hold back any longer
“you— say it again. please. say it again.”
you’re confused at the urgency in his voice, but still do as he asks you. “Ford. your name is Ford.”
his name. his name. from your lips, it’s the most beautiful thing he’s ever heard.
Ford’s hand comes up, trembling, to cup your cheek. he touches you like you’re something so delicate and the sight of him hurts. hurts because you don’t remember what it feels like to be in his arms, what it felt like when he used to kiss your forehead goodnight, when he used to make you laugh until you couldn’t breathe.
“oh god, my love—” he cant continue because he simply starts crying. Ford presses a hand over his mouth, as if he could stop it, but he can’t. he can’t. “you— you remembered. oh, darling, you—” he just shakes his head, unable to speak as he gasps for air between sobs.
you stare at him, all lost. “Ford, are you— are you okay?” no, he’s not, he’s damn not, because he spent every waking moment trying to fix what’s been broken, for you.
Ford smiles through his tears, not even bothering to wipe them away. “no— yes. i-i’m fine, i just—” another sob cuts him off and he laughs bitterly through it. “god, you don’t. . . you don’t know what this means. you don’t—”
it’s not the anger, not the frustration that has been building up for weeks. it’s relief. it’s all the grief he’s been carrying.
Ford leans forward, reaching out for your hands, but he hesitates, because he’s scared you might pull away. because too much emotions which Ford used to hide. but you don’t and he grips them tightly, clutching them, wide smile never leaving his face.
“it’s you,” he whispers. “it’s you. you’re still in there. i knew it. i knew it.”
his forehead drops to your knuckles, his glasses slipping, tears falling down. “i was so scared, my love,” he admits through sobs. “so scared i’d lost you forever. that i’d never hear you say my name again. that—”
he can’t finish the thought, can’t even say it aloud. it’s too much, too cruel.
“Ford, i—“
he looks up at you and his cheeks are streaked with tears, eyes red, swollen and wide with disbelief and love. so much love it hurts.
“you d-don’t have to remember everything,” he whispers, his voice trembling but so, so tender and soft. “you don’t. i’ll wait. i’ll wait as long as it takes. but this. . . this is enough for me. hearing you say my name, it’s enough, darling.”
you don’t know why, but his words make you want to cry, too.
you can’t find the words to comfort him. how do you comfort him when he’s the one who’s been holding it all together, for you, all this time?
“it’s okay. it’s okay, Ford.”
the words feel too small, but they’re all you can offer, as your hand brushes against his cheek.
and Ford, your lovely Ford, your husband, he melts into your touch, like an affectionate puppy. he doesn’t try to hide it. he doesn’t try to be strong.
“i’ve been trying so hard. . .” Ford remembers every sleepless night, every failure, every moment when he thought he might lose you forever.
he pulls you closer, burying his face in the crook of your neck, holding you. you hold him back, just as tight.
“thank you,” Ford whispers into your skin. “thank you for remembering me, darling, for remembering us.”
you don’t know how much you’ve given him, not yet. but you will understand it later, much later. when you’ll remember him again, completely, soon.
but for now, you just hug him back, feeling how his body shakes, how he clings to you and you promise him you’ll remember.
“I love you so much,” he murmurs, “i’ve always loved you, sweetheart. i just— just needed you to remember that.”
he’s not asking you to remember everything, to recall every detail, every moment. no. he just needs to know that you still remember him.
and you do.
you do.

*slides paper over* you should do like.. tord or tom hcs with a little sibling reader *runs off*
I suppose you mean this as tord/tom hc’s where the reader HAS a little sibling not IS their little sibling, but correct me if I’m wrong 🙏.
Eddsworld
Tom and Tord x reader who has a little sibling hc’s.
pairings: Tord x reader, Tom x reader.
synopsis: hc’s about Tord and Tom with the reader who has a little sibling.
warnings: slightly suggestive maybe.

Tom
Tom would be a little surprised at first, but with him being an only child he warmed up to your little sibling very quickly.
The first time Tom met your little sibling they gawked at him with big eyes. Tom, not quite knowing what to say, offered them a piece of candy and they instantly became best friends.
Tom often plays with them when he’s over, you even caught him mid tea party in a dress and a princess crown once.
One time he brought Susan over and tried teaching your little sibling how to play the guitar.
You never got to touch Susan.
Tom loved being like the parent he didn’t have for your little sibling and spoiled them rotten with attention and small gifts whenever he could.
Tom was even there after your little sibling grew up and had their first drink with them.
They had a lot of questions about his eyes, or lack thereof, Tom answered them all and afterwards they tried successfully throwing snacks in his eye holes.
He’d never admit it but he does love your little sibling like they’re his own.
Tord
When Tord first met your little sibling he was a little annoyed at you two not being alone around the house, if ykyk and your little sibling kept pronouncing his name wrong.
“Turd?” “It’s Tord.” “Toes?” “It’s Tord.” “Todd?” “ITS TORD.”
Don’t worry, he’s used to it now.
He often buys your little sibling presents and gifts when he comes over, and bribes them with the gifts to get them to stay our your room.
It takes him a while to warm up to your little sibling but when he does, he does.
One time Tord let your little sibling watch Return Of The Insane Zombie Pirates From Hell, and they had nightmares for weeks, so you made Tord sleep on the floor next to them to comfort them if they woke up from a nightmare.
After Tord started wearing red instead of black he gifted his old hoodie to your little sibling.
Your little sibling is also the first person to try and test Tord’s gadgets, sorta being his guinea pig.
They don’t mind.
They often get to keep some too, to your dismay as they often use the gadgets against you.
“Tord stop giving them these ridiculous gadgets.” “They’re not ridiculous! It’s art!” Meanwhile your little sibling is throwing inflatable couches in your face.
Tord never really got too close to your little sibling but when he went away it truly broke both his and their heart.

LOUISA-CLAIRE "LOU" WAKELY
(fc: Alexa Barajas)
nineteen, jackson resident, "one track minded" and air-headed
(sprawl II (mountains beyond mountains)- arcade fire, mythological beauty-big thief, pearl - mitski)
Louisa-claire is quiet and inattentive, Jackson's resident absent-minded sweetheart who socialises like a fish out of water.
Lou's value lies in her practical skills, She's pragmatic, she doesn't hesitate when firing a gun, she knows her way around a map and lives for the thrill of combat.
Louisa-claire was taken in by the Jackson community when she was seven, her mother was recently bitten and begged the community to care for her girl.
Her mother had been part of a small community of survivors including Lou's father and brother. When the community was attacked by clickers, Lou's father was killed and she was separated from her then fifteen year old brother who she presumes dead.
Lou is cared for by Maria who she refers to as her aunt and she quickly settles into the community. Pre-jackson her general academics were pretty poor, while she learns to write easily enough her reading skills always stay a little behind (realistically due to some form of dyslexia though she does not know this).
When Tommy joins Jackson (about a year after herself) she's initially wary but warms up to him in time. She treats him as her uncle or quasi father. He teaches her how to shoot (when she's older ofc). Lou excels in armed combat, it sticks with her in a way she doesn't feel much does. Tommy describes her as a natural shot which she takes a bit of pride in.
Lou is elated when she's old enough to go on patrols, she's initially put on gate watch out of fear that her nature would lend itself poorly to patrol but makes good use of herself and is promoted to patrol duty relatively quickly.
Lou's on patrol when the blizzard hits but makes her way back to Jackson before it properly sets in. When the infected attack she helps out on the wall sniping the incoming infected along with Tommy. Once they breach containment she moves to shooting the infected with a shotgun at a shorter range. Afterwards she helps out with the clear up and happens to be one of the first to learn of Joel's death.
Lou&Ellie - When Ellie and Joel first come to Jackson Lou is in awe of Ellie. They interact a bit, Lou talks (surprisingly much for her) about Jackson, mainly the inner workings and history of the place in return for a story of Joel and Ellie's time on the road. Season one Lou is much more shy than she is In season two and blabbers more than a little while talking to Ellie. In season 2 their dynamic is closest to that of cousins (their adopted fathers are brothers in all fairness). Lou isn't a big talker but she enjoys listening to Ellie speak. Lou is distinctly more adhering to rules as opposed to Ellie's more flippant nature.
Lou&Joel - They're never especially close but Lou respects Joel andenjoys looking over his shoulder at whatever map or gadget he's working on. They make a good patrol pair and generally exist in a comfortable silence when together. Joel had been almost invincible to her so his death comes as a massive shock.
Lou&Tommy - There's an unspoken father-daughter bond there, not as pronounced as Ellie and Joel's but it's there nonetheless. Lou has Tommy effectively wrapped around her finger and can rarely be spoken down from an idea by him.
Lou&Maria- Lou feels an eternal debt towards Maria for taking her in and caring for her. She has never ending respect for Maria who always showed her patience and kindness. Lou looks up to Maria as the ideal blueprint for a person's demeanor and actions. Maria looks to Lou as an almost daughter and is more than grateful that she's generally rule-abiding and plan adhering.
Lou&Benji - the siblings ever!! Lou loves Benji so much, she absolutely adores having a little buddy to show around and play with. She's good with children in a way she isn't generally with people. they're easy and predictable and share a general unfamiliarity with conversation.
Lou&Jesse - they're like the epitome of work friends. the chance of them talking or hanging outside of patrol assignments is next to nothing but they get along fine enough.
Lou&her brother - not entirely sure about it but i'm considering making him a friend of Abby's for added fun. Lou misses him from time to time but believes him very firmly dead (or gone at the very least, she'll occasionally look for his face in the infected she kills). They had a strained relationship, her brother being almost ten years older than her and struggling to connect with a child amidst the climate.
Random Little facts about Lou:
Her accent is vaguely south carolina with most of her community before jackson being from there.
She loves fiddling with tech and inventions from before the outbreak, in her bedroom she keeps a bunch of french pop music on tape.
The horse she rides is an incredibly stubborn brown-spotted thing called Heidi.
The cinema is her favourite place in jackson (she's just like me)
Her birthday is january 1st, yay her!
She's devastated that she's never met a cat in real life
There's a tiny chip in her front tooth from one time she fell off Heidi
Her handwriting is neat and incredibly loopy.
Characters she reminds me of <33:
(little note that this all based of the hbo show and not the games)

orange creamsicle

recipe 🍨: sometimes ekko just needs a reminder, and you're more than willing to give him one.
ingredients 🍨: all sfw, no warnings necessary. word count: 1.6k. ekko being a workaholic, fem reader, black fem reader, petnames, slight crying, fluff, comfort, slight angst
notes 🍨: this is my first piece for ekko!! Whoopee! ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´- i’m still trying to get his character so let me know if this is good or not. Love ya lots!
—
The woodsy smell that wafts through the window of the treehouse floats under your nose, reminding you of the environment outside. The light-hearted laughter of the firelight children brings delight to your face, knowing they were protected from the harsher qualities of Zaun. It was such a nice day out, you couldn’t see how spending it outside wouldn’t be beneficial. Unfortunately, your boyfriend had other plans.
Your gaze shifts to his tense figure, hunched over his work desk. His brows were fixed tight on his face, transfixed on whatever task he had dedicated himself to for today. You were used to seeing this kind of look, whether it was directed at an enforcer, whose superior attitude was out of place, or when addressing his team on their next plan of action.
It wasn’t like you didn’t appreciate it. He looked much too good, muscles taut from over-extension. Cheekbones all the more pronounced by his tightened jaw, as he rotates the screwdriver in his hand. But he could really use the break. He had been sitting at that table for hours and you were beginning to worry about the effect it would have on his psyche.
“ Could you pass me the wrench, babe? It’s next to the bookshelf. “ When Ekko calls out to you from across the room, your first instinct is to purse your lips, but you still lift yourself off of the couch, heading towards the stack of books. You don’t search long before finding the tool, walking up to the desk to hand it to him.
“ Thank you. “ Ekko takes his eyes off his work momentarily, warm brown eyes connecting with yours. His gaze warms your skin, spreading tingles throughout your body as his fingertips slip through your own. You merely hum in response, smiling slightly as you prepare yourself for what comes next.
“ Wouldn’t it be nice if we went out for a while? Y’know, take a break from all this? “
You could practically see the gears turn in his head as he ruminated on your words. He pieces together another part of the gadget he’s fixing, ensuring its security with the wrench. A deep exhale leaves his lungs as he sighs, turning back to face you. It was these moments he hated the most.
“ You know I can’t. “ He shakes his head gently, eyebrows furrowing. “ What with the upcoming mission, and the hoverboards still needing repairs - I can’t afford to take a break. “
You rotate your head to the broken hoverboards in the corner, the machinery letting off a hazardous spark or two every now and then. The amount of work Ekko took upon himself always astounded you. Of course, he wasn’t doing it all alone, but it saddened you that he wasn’t able to just relax. Although, you were beginning to wonder if it were the circumstances that didn’t allow him or if it was a matter of his will.
“ I promise, “ He reaches for your hands, enclosing them in the thick material of his gloves. “ Once all of this is over, you and I can spend time together. “
The sincerity in his eyes quells you, for a moment, before you’re reminded of past instances. You’ve come up here countless times during the week to check up on Ekko, and every time it feels like he’s working on something new.
“ You’ve been saying that for a while now, Ekko. “ You lace your fingers gently with his, your forefinger tapping lightly on his knuckles. “ I just don’t get why you can’t put this off until later. It’s such a nice day out, and you know we don’t see them very often. ”
“ But if I finish now I won’t have anything else to do for the week. “ Ekko looks at you expectantly, hoping you would just acquiesce to his needs. This wasn’t out of an attempt to hurt you, nor did he take your love for granted. It was just something he was used to.
Ever since he was young, Ekko knew he had to take on responsibility. It was either that, or perish. Living in a place like Zaun didn’t afford anything else. For years he had yearned to create a safe space, a place where others could go without fear or worry. If he stopped working, that meant others would be able to take advantage. It was already hard enough having to work behind closed doors, and deal with the latest threat that Silco had decided to impart on the community.
You were more than grateful for his efforts, knowing firsthand how hard he’s worked. But why should that be at the expense of his well-being? You’re sure if he kept working on his inventions any more, he’d become one - sputtering about just like those hoverboards in the corner.
“ And how much longer is this going to take? “ Your voice is soft as you prod, leaning in closer to Ekko. You rest your back and hands against his work desk as he sighs, turning his attention back to the table. His craftsmanship fills his line of vision, still in the process of being made. His eyebrows tense as he took in the scene, stray bolts and scrap metal lining the desk. It would take hours before it was complete, even if he kept at this pace. That’s not even considering the hoverboards. Those repairs would take at least fifty minutes each, that is if the machinery maintained its integrity.
Maybe he was being a bit presumptuous.
“ I know your work is important. “ A comforting hand meets his shoulder, and he turns his head to meet your adoring eyes. “ But I can’t stand to see you like this. “
Without giving it a second thought, he leans into your touch, resting his head against your arm. His thumb rubs smooth circles into the skin, before closing his eyes in focus. You get behind him to rest your chin on top of his head, hand running up to massage the back of his neck. He breathes softly, tightness of his muscles decreasing from each knead of your fingers. He presses kisses into the crook of your arm, pulling a soft giggle before you plant one right on top of his hair.
“ I missed you, honey. “
If Ekko was capable of melting, your words would have done the trick. You always knew just what to say, surpassing his own ability in engineering. This whole time he’s been cooped up in the treehouse, day in and day out, and you never once left his side. How could he express his gratitude, his penance for making you go through that?
When he turns to face you, the look in his eyes shares everything his words could not. Your arms open your arms instinctively, letting his head fall to your chest. His strong arms encircle you, pushing you forward, as your arms wrap around his neck. The tell-tale sting of tears burns his eyes, threatening to spill down his cheeks. He shuts them tightly, just before a single tear can slip out.
“ I’m sorry. I’m sorry, i-it’s just…I’m so tired. “ The strangled sound of his voice surprises the both of you, but you take it in stride, stroking his hair soothingly.
“ I know. It’s alright.“
He didn’t need to explain. Months of knowing each other had allowed you to read him better than he could himself. It was your job to remind him when he had bitten off more than he could chew, to remain patient and persistent even when he’d wave off your concerns. And now, your goal was to help him recover.
A comforting silence casts over the treehouse as the two of you cradle each other. A gentle sway takes hold of you, rocking each other back and forth. His breathing has evened out, beginning to mirror your own heartbeat. You rest in between his legs, tenderly stroking the stubble of his undercut. His hands run up and down your back before shifting to your hips, as he refigures himself with your body. Sunlight washes through the windows, bathing you both in its amicable light.
“ Thank you for being so patient. I don’t know what you see in me. “ His low voice mumbles, instantly drawing your lips downward.
“ Hey, hey, “ you draw his attention back to your face, gently lifting it from your chest. He averts his gaze at first, before sheepishly glancing at you. His adam apple bobs in his throat, wide, brown eyes scanning your face.
“ Don’t say things like that. “ One of your hands caresses the side of his face, and he reaches a hand to cup it. “ You’re a good person, ‘Ko, and you mean the world to me. “ He breath hitches in his chest as you press a kiss to his forehead, leaving behind a subtle lipstick mark. He looks to you with wonder as you retreat, nothing but pure adoration evident in his gaze.
“ I can’t tell you how lucky I am to have someone like you. “ His eyes twinkle, utterly entranced as his fingers trace over your lips. You hum faintly while leaning into his touch, trapping his hand between your palms.
“ Y’know, a break sounds pretty good right now. “
“Really? “ you breathe, chest brimming with elation. You watch as he lifts himself off the chair, immediately reaching out for you. His hands cup your waist, your foreheads knocking against each other unceremoniously, drawing a chuckle from both of your lips.
“ Yeah. I could stand to leave for a while. “ His voice cascades through your eardrums, and an overwhelming sense of tranquility freshens your state of mind. It was a relief to have your Ekko back.
“ Define a while? “ Ekko pressed a hand upon the small of your back, leading you to the door. The uninhibited sounds of children playing crowds your ears once again, as your boyfriend casts an affectionate gaze your way.
“ As long as you want, sweetness. “

Currently cooking up an AU heavily inspired by the magical girl concept.
And I am going ahead and making Danny a girl in this AU.
Her name is Danae, pronounced exactly the same as Danny.
Yes it's because I think Vlad hearing "Danny" and being convinced it's short for Danielle, is funny.
Mostly because I've also loved the AU that Maddie isn't short for Madeline but some other name, like Madison, since I was 14 myself.
I've just always thought it suited Vlad's character, and his more or less parasocial (remember they haven't seen each other since the Vlad's accident before the 20 year reunion happens, this is 100% parasocial) obsession with Maddie that her real name doesn't actually matter to him.
He loves her as an object, a prize to be one and then flaunted/hoarded as the mood strikes him.
We know this from the episode where Danny goes back in time to mess with Vlad's accident, and Vlad ends up married to Maddie.
Because unlike Maddie and Jack who're ecstatically happy and ridiculously in love with each other even after 20 years.
Maddie Masters is unhappy in her marriage and constantly lies to her husband, and Vlad is completely dismissive of Maddie's continued interest in ecto-science and pressured her into giving it up.
Personally I love it when the nickname actually comes from her middle name, and her first name is something completely different like Amelia.
But she's gone by Maddie for most of her life because Amalia and Alicia (her older sister) sound pretty similar, and both start with the same letter, and end with the same two letters. And she was sick of getting called Alicia by teachers who'd previously had Alicia as a student.
[Can you tell me and my older sister have very similar sounding names, that start with the same letter, and end with the same two letters. And I spent most of elementary school getting called her name by teachers.]
But enough about Vlad's misogyny and inability to view women as anything more than objects. Back to the AU I was originally talking about.
Magical girl Danae.
Who I can't decide if I want her magical girl alter ego to be Phantom. Considering in canon how Phantom operates is 100% based on superheroes, and not magical girls.
With all of Phantom's abilities being treated as superpowers and not magic, and the use of scientific gadgets to supplement where said superpowers don't suffice.
I'm honestly leaning towards Phantom being like part of all the names of those in the magical girl group.
Like with Sailor Moon all their magical girl names have Sailor in them, or with the Star Guardians they're all Star Guardian Blahblahblah.
So Danae's magical girl name is Phantom Infinity, but most people only know her as Phantom, until other magical girls going by Phantom start showing up.
[Phantom Infinity is in reference to both Danae's love of Space, and her status as a being of protection of both the Infinite Realms and her home dimension.]
Danae however is still 100% a halfa, and remains the only 'turned' halfa other than Vlad himself. The others who join the Phantoms, aren't half ghosts.
They're magical girls by way of more stereotypical magical girl methods. IE being given power by an exterior force in order to fight to protect peace.
Anyways, yes, Danae does eventually gain the ability to turn people into magical girls. If, they're ecto contaminated to a certain level, and the person's personal ecto doesn't conflict with what Danny does to turn them into a magical girl.
Said magical girl gains magical girl powers an a transformation, but they don't get ghost abilities. At least not most of them.
Like Sam becomes Phantom Arcadia (she successfully fought off Undergrowth's claim on her, but adding Danae's own claim to her keeps him from ever being able to try it again as long as Danae's claim remains in place), Valerie is Phantom Athene (she joins the Phantoms after she learns the truth about Cujo, and Axiom Labs, and ghosts in general, which allows for Danae to transform her into a magical girl. Which also keeps Valerie from being at the mercy of Technus again), Paulina is Phantom Wondrous, and Star is Phantom Songstress.
As Aracdia Sam obviously has powers over plants, but also has a soothing aura towards animals in general. She doesn't command them into battle, because she's not comfortable enough to even try something like that, but she does influence them into wanting to leave the area of the battle.
Her powers are best described as influence (possibly even outright control) over the natural world. Her colors are purple with green and black accents.
Athene (Valerie) still has access to all of the ghost hunting gear like blasters that the suit Technus infused with her body. It's infused with her body after all. However it's not as anti-hero tech-y as it used to be, instead reformed and reshaped by her new magical girl magic.
Her powers is best explained as weapon manifestation. Her colors are now shades of Orange with no red (Red was chosen by Vlad, not Valerie), with black and yellow accents.
Valerie is one of the team who can fly, due to her having a bio-suit before becoming a magical girl.
Wondrous (Paulina) had no real influence from a specific ecto-being before her transformation, so her powers are based entirely on her own personality.
This being attention manipulation, the ability to move and shift an opponents attention how she wants. Most easily being able to pull it towards herself, but can also push someone's attention away from her, even to the point she more or less disappears from their perception. Her colors are primarily pink with blue accents.
Songstress (Star) is much like Paulina in that her powers are rooted in no one else but her own personality. Her powers are (obviously) based around music.
When first starting out they thought the extent of it was being able to influence the emotions of her opponents (which is pretty powerful when fighting ghosts), but the more they experimented the more they found she can do. She can sing songs that have different effects based on intention. Songs that heal, songs that make people sleep. It's eventually discovered that singing a song with someone else in a duet or as a group will boost the other person's own powers.
Her colors are blue with pink and orange accents.
Infinity's (Danae) ghostly powers are mostly the same to canon Danny's powers with a few exceptions/tweaks.
Primarily being that instead of sending blasts of energy out of various body parts (hands, fingers, eyes) Infinity manifests a magical girl wand and uses that as a conduit by default.
Which essentially placebo's her brain into thinking she can't use her powers without her wand summoned, which does prevent most of the embarrassing accidents and power mishaps Danny has in canon. But also fully locks her out of using her powers without her wand before meeting Vlad and learning he's also a halfa.
The other being a power (obviously) unique to her in this AU, this being Appointer of Champion(s). The power to give someone else a portion of her own power/energy, with certain rules and restrictions applied to it.
Which actually within this AU calls her to gain the same power classification as Desiree, who's a Wish Granter. This being the Bargainer classification, ecto beings who use deals of varying types to gain power by way of spending power.
Anyways Tucker can't be made a magical boy because he's a reincarnate soul who's thousands of years old.
And Duul Aman isn't going to give up he's accumulated power he'll be able to access once he's back in the afterlife, all so his current mortal lifetime can coast on some infant's power.
Boy has to man up and learn sorcery the old fashion way he did the first time around. (So Says Duul Aman. Who'd love to angrily shake his scepter and tell all these upstart brats to get off his lawn.)
Jazz can't be made a magical girl because she's extremely liminal, and has been so longer than Danae's been alive. She has a personal ecto signature that's too potent and too established for Danae to turn her without possibly wrecking her health in the process. So she remains a sci-fi action girl who uses the Peeler.
Anyways if you couldn't tell this is also based around those AUs were Danny, and Tucker were friends with Paulina, Dash, and Star back in elementary school.
But they have a falling out, or rather Dash and Tucker have a falling out, and the girls are made to pick sides. Over an accident, which boils down to Tucker tripping during lunch and spilling his food on Dash. Making him have to go to the office to change his clothes, resulting in multiple people asking if he'd had an accident (peed his pants).
Originally Danae tried to do her best to play mediator, while Star just wanted everything to blow over because it's not a big deal, but Paulina sided with Dash.
And someone openly siding with him just made him get louder and more insistent that he's right in the situation (even though it was a dumb argument over an accident). Escalating into him intentionally dumping his tray on Tucker the following day, in order to "make things even".
Which Tucker didn't appreciate at all, and went as far as to declare him and Dash not friends any more. Because Dash did this on purpose, while Tucker did it on accident.
Danae, having known Tucker her whole life and being fiercely loyal, instantly sided with him.
Paulina was of the opinion that Dash dumping the food on Tucker made things fair because both boys ended up humiliated and having to go change. So she thinks Tucker ending their friendship over it is a complete over reaction.
While Star was of the opinion that Dash intentionally dumping his food on Tucker was going over the line, and he should have just let it go. But also that Tucker immediately ending his friendship with Dash over getting food dumped on him was too far.
Considering Tucker was telling Dash that people would forget about him having to change his clothes in a few days and how it didn't matter. But it did matter. It mattered to Dash. Who Tucker inadvertently humiliated and didn't really sincerely apologies to.
Star eventually ends up remaining friends with Dash and Paulina. Because Tucker tells Danae that because Star didn't side with them, she sided with Dash, and if Danae keeps being friends with Star he doesn't want to be friends with her anymore either.
[The kids are like 6-7 year olds when this happen, and it happens over the course of a single school week.
By the end of the school year, Tucker's completely forgotten he'd ever said anything like that to Danae. Mostly because he never would have actually followed through with it, he was just angry.
Danae is basically his sister, he's known her his whole life. He'd never be able to just end his friendship with her the way he could with Dash, Paulina, and Star, who he'd only started hanging out with that school year. Danae isn't blood, but she's as good as, as far as the Foley family is concerned.
Heck Tucker barely even remembers the three-ish months where he was friends with Paulina, Dash and Star. Most of what he remembers is the blow out fight that ended it, and in his mind, the three of them ending up as A-lister bullies in high school only makes sense to him.
If you can't tell being the reincarnation of an ancient pharaoh who was worshiped as a living god by his subjects, along with being a doted upon single child as his current reincarnation, has resulted in Tucker being a bit self-centered in general. He's not evil though, just deeply flawed.]
A situation that results in Dash, Paulina, and Star hating Tucker for a pretty long while. Star mostly lets it go, but remains bitter over it. While Paulina and Dash are never really able to let go of their anger. It's a massive part of why Dash bullies Tucker specifically so much, and why Tucker, and Danae by association, end up as social outcasts.
So Paulina and Star get brought in after her and Danae start repairing their friendship. Dash gets kind of locked out of the dynamic for a pretty long while, under the guise of it all being "girl stuff".
Star befriended Valerie back in Middle School, while Dash befriended Kwan, which is how Valerie and Kwan end up as part of the A listers. With Star and Valerie ending up best friends, and Dash and Kwan ending up as best friends.
Tucker never really rebuilds any kind of friendship with Paulina, Star, or Dash. They can eventually work together without constantly insulting each other, but it takes a while.
Tucker doesn't even remember being friends with them in the first place. Only clearly remembering how said relationship ended, and just assumes they were probably crappy friends considering how they act now. So he's completely disinterested in trying to build a friendship with them beyond the potential for popularity.
Dash finds Tucker the most irritating guy in the world. Considering that for the few months they were friends, he considered Tucker his best friend. When they originally had their blow out fight, Dash spent basically the rest of that school year convinced he and Tucker would patch things up and be friends again by the following school year.
That's half the reason why Dash held the grudge for so long. The other half being that he heard from Star that Tucker basically forced Danae to stop being their friend.
Anyways this post got way too out of hand, and I have to stop it now or I'll never be done with it.
#long post#danny phantom#danny phantom magical girl au#fem danny fenton#danae fenton#danny tucker dash paulina and star childhood friends au#also because I don't have a specific story planned out for this the ships are up in the air#I can't decided if I want to do everlasting trio [danny/tucker/sam]#or danny/dash/paulina#or danny/paulina/sam#or danny/valerie/sam#like if I go with danny/dash/paulina I'll probably go with tucker/sam and valerie/star as side ships#but if I go with danny/tucker/sam I'd go with dash/paulina and valerie/star#or maybe dash/kwan and paulina/star/valerie#with star dating both paulina and valerie but paulina and valerie not dating each other#the thing about big main casts like this is that the shipping potential is basically infinite#which is why this is strictly the ground work for an au and not a specific story#I could definitely see myself using this as a jumping off point for multiple different stories#I could just go full spiderweb polycule with everyone dating Danny but also some of them dating other members of the polycule#but a 6 or 7 person polycule is to much for me to try to juggle as a writer

Okay, so you’ve started (willingly or not) dating Maxime Le Mal and Valentina. Here’s what to expect.
You’ll share him with Valentina. Who, in turn, will share you with him. That’s the beauty of polyamory, baby!
Because of his supervillain status, you’ll be expected to join him and Valentina on their wacky heists. You won’t be obligated to take part, (unless you want to), but you’ll definitely be on lookout duty. On the bright side, you won’t have to pay for public transport.
Maxime will never pass up on the opportunity to show off his gadgets and gizmos to you. Even if you think they’ll literally end up blowing up in his face, just smile and congratulate him. It means the world to him.
Expect a lot of trinkets, (e.g. Priceless artefacts and jewels looted from museums), as well as hand-me-down clothes from Valentina. She may be a criminal, but at least she recycles! Don’t worry about the clothes not fitting either. Maxime can just kidnap a tailor.
I hope you’re a dog person, because Valentina’s going to need someone to hold her precious pooch when her arms are tired. I hope you like roaches too. You’ll be seeing a lot of them. My advice? Stock up on Raid, but make sure Maxime doesn’t see!
Maxime will call you every single sickly-sweet pet-name in the book. Most of them will be french terms of endearment you have no idea how to spell, let alone pronounce. Valentina is a little less heavy-handed on pet-names. Though, sometimes she’ll surprise you by addressing you as, “darling,” rather than your real name. It’s a sneaky tactic she uses to get your attention.

Hello❤️ could you please write some Harry Hart x reader where reader has a deadly illness or something like that and doesn't know how to tell him please❤️
You don't have to though! Don't feel pressured❤️
Title: "Fight for me"
Summary: You fight for him.
Pairing: Harry Hart × Reader
Warnings: Angst, mention of death.
Author's Notes: Thank you kindly for nudging me back into Harry Hart's world! Gotta admit, I've been feeling a bit nostalgic about our old pal Harry. Those first fanfics with him? Whew, they were like the training wheels for my writing journey! But hey, even though I've come a long way, there's always room for improvement, am I right? 📝🚀
As the days passed, you found yourself grappling with the weight of the secret you carried, the knowledge of your impending demise lurking in the shadows of your mind. Deep down, you knew you had to tell Harry eventually. He was your friend, your confidant, someone you trusted with your life. But the fear of how he would react, of the pain it would cause him, held you back.
You and Harry had been through so much together, bonded by the trials and tribulations of life as Kingsman agents. You had faced danger head-on, stared death in the face more times than you could count, but this was different. This was a battle you couldn't fight with fists or gadgets. This was a battle against time, against an enemy you couldn't see or touch.
It had all started on a mission, just like any other. Some evil idiot with grandiose plans of spreading a new type of deadly virus in New York through the water supply. You and Harry were sent in to eliminate the threat, to neutralize the danger before it could spread. And you had succeeded, taking down the man responsible for the virus with precision and skill.
But what you hadn't anticipated was the insidious nature of the virus itself, its ability to infect even the most cautious of agents. Hours after the mission had ended, after the adrenaline had faded and the dust had settled, you received the devastating news. You had contracted the virus, a death sentence lurking in your bloodstream, waiting to claim you.
In the weeks that followed, you tried to carry on as if nothing had changed, as if the specter of death looming over you was nothing more than a distant shadow. You continued to report for duty, to fulfill your obligations as a Kingsman agent, all the while hiding the truth from those closest to you.
Only a select few knew of your condition, the Kingsman doctors who had been tirelessly working to find a cure, along with Arthur and Merlin, your closest allies within the organization. They had sworn to secrecy, to keep your condition hidden from the rest of the world, to spare you the scrutiny and pity that would surely follow if the truth were to come to light.
But despite their best efforts, you couldn't shake the feeling of isolation that gnawed at the edges of your consciousness, the fear of facing your fate alone. And so, you continued to push yourself, to throw yourself into your work with a fervor born out of desperation.
Each day brought new challenges, new obstacles to overcome, but you refused to let it break you. You were a Kingsman, damn it, and you would face death with the same courage and determination that had defined you as an agent.
As the days turned into weeks, the black lines on your body began to appear, starting on your stomach and seeming to grow more pronounced with each passing day. Concerned, you made your way to the medical area of Kingsman to find out about it, showing the lines on your belly to Doctor Sarah, one of the organization's trusted physicians.
Dr. Sarah wasted no time assessing the situation, immediately ordering blood tests to better analyze the mysterious phenomenon. As she prepared to draw blood for the tests, she asked if you were experiencing any symptoms. With a sigh, you nodded, feeling a heaviness settle in your chest as you began to roll up the sleeve of your Kingsman suit, revealing your forearm.
"I've been feeling more tired than usual," you admitted, wincing slightly as Doctor Sarah tied a band around your arm to prepare for the needle. "And it seems like everything I put in my stomach is being repelled. I can hardly eat, and even walking has become painful."
Before Doctor Sarah could respond, there was a knock on the door, and Harry entered the room, concern etched on his features. Doctor Sarah scolded him gently for not waiting for someone, but allowed him to come in before she resumed her task of drawing blood.
"Kay, what are you doing here again?" Harry questioned, his voice filled with genuine concern as he focused his attention on you. "This is the third time this week you've been to the medical area."
You ignored his inquiry, your gaze fixed on Doctor Sarah as she finished taking your blood. With a smile, you thanked her and straightened your shirt, grabbing your suit jacket from one of the nearby chairs.
Turning to face Harry, you feigned ignorance. "I don't know what you're talking about," you replied, your tone carefully neutral as you made your way towards the door.
But Harry wasn't fooled, his brow furrowing in frustration as he followed closely behind you. "Kay, don't do this," he pleaded, his voice soft but firm. "You're avoiding me, and I don't know why. Please, talk to me."
Feeling Harry's presence at your side, you hesitated for just a moment, the weight of your secret bearing down on you like a leaden cloak. But with a deep breath, you continued on your way, your steps quickening as you made your escape from the medical area.
"I'm not avoiding you, Galahad," you replied, your voice strained with the effort of maintaining your composure. "I've just been... busy the last few days."
But Harry wasn't about to let you off the hook that easily, his determination evident in the way he matched your pace, his eyes boring into yours with unwavering intensity.
"Kay, I know you're hiding something from me," he insisted, his voice soft but firm. "And I'm not going to let it go until you tell me what's going on."
You stopped in your tracks, the weight of Harry's words hitting you like a ton of bricks. With a heavy sigh, you turned to face him, steeling yourself for the confession you were about to make.
"You're right, Harry," you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper as you met his gaze. "I've been hiding something from you for a while now, and... it's time to tell you."
Harry's brow furrowed in confusion, his eyes searching yours for any sign of what you were about to reveal. But he certainly didn't expect what came next.
"I like you, Harry," you blurted out, the words tumbling from your lips before you could stop them. "I'm... in love with you."
The confession hung heavy in the air between you, the weight of it pressing down on you like a suffocating blanket. It wasn't a complete lie - you had harbored feelings for Harry for some time now, feelings you had kept buried deep within your heart for fear of rejection.
But now, faced with the prospect of your own mortality, you couldn't bear to keep the truth hidden any longer. And so, you had made a deliberate choice to reveal your feelings to Harry, knowing that it would provide a plausible explanation for your recent behavior and, more importantly, that it would drive him away.
Harry's eyes widened in shock at your confession, his features frozen in disbelief as he processed your words. For a moment, the silence stretched between you, heavy with unspoken emotions and unvoiced fears.
But then, with a sigh, Harry reached out and took your hand in his, his touch gentle and reassuring. "Kay," he murmured, his voice filled with a mixture of sadness and regret, "I had no idea... I'm sorry."
You shook your head, a bitter smile tugging at the corners of your lips. "Don't be," you replied, your voice tinged with resignation. "I knew you would never feel the same way, Harry. You're a Kingsman through and through, and I... I'm just a friend."
With those words, you pulled away from Harry's touch, your heart heavy with the weight of unrequited love. Turning on your heel, you walked away, leaving Harry standing alone in the hallway, his gaze following your retreating figure with a mixture of regret and longing.
But deep down, you knew it was for the best. You couldn't bear to burden Harry with the knowledge of your impending demise, couldn't bear to watch him suffer as you wasted away before his eyes. And so, you had made a deliberate choice to push him away, to spare him the pain of losing someone he cared about.
As you disappeared around the corner, tears stung at the corners of your eyes, but you refused to let them fall. You were a Kingsman, damn it, and you would face your fate with the same courage and determination that had defined you as an agent.
As the weeks passed and your condition worsened, you found yourself confined to your bed at home, the pain in your stomach becoming unbearable. You lay there, feeling weak and helpless, unable to get up or eat anything of substance. The black lines that had started on your stomach now snaked their way up toward your neck, a grim reminder of the disease ravaging your body.
You had been in bed for two weeks now, having left the Kingsman hospital wing after receiving the devastating news that there may not be a cure for you. Unable to bear the pitying looks from those around you, you had made the difficult decision to come home, to spend your final days in the comfort of your own bed.
Merlin called you practically every day, his concern palpable even through the phone. But you couldn't bring yourself to answer, having told him that you would only reach out when you felt that your time was near, so he could take care of your final arrangements.
Alone and in pain, you lay in bed, the weight of your impending death pressing down on you like a leaden cloak. The days stretched on, blending into one another as you drifted in and out of consciousness, the pain in your stomach a constant reminder of your mortality.
But amidst the pain and despair, there were moments of fleeting clarity, moments when you allowed yourself to reflect on the life you had lived. Memories of missions and adventures with Harry and Merlin filled your mind, bringing a bittersweet smile to your lips as you reminisced about the good times you had shared.
But as the days wore on and your strength waned, those moments became few and far between, replaced by a sense of resignation and acceptance. You knew that your time was running out, that soon you would be nothing more than a memory, a footnote in the history of Kingsman.
And so, you lay there, isolated and alone, the black lines creeping ever closer to your neck as you waited for the inevitable end. But even in your darkest moments, you refused to give up hope, clinging to the belief that somehow, someway, you would find peace in the end.
Today was another day like the others. You curled up in bed, the pain in your stomach a constant companion as you ignored the persistent ringing of the doorbell at your house. Whoever it was could leave; you just wanted to be left alone to wallow in your misery.
As the doorbell finally stopped ringing, you let out a sigh of relief, grateful for the temporary reprieve. But just as you began to drift back into the numbing embrace of sleep, there was a knock on your balcony door, startling you out of your reverie.
You sat up, a mixture of irritation and confusion clouding your thoughts as you made your way to the balcony. What the hell was Harry doing there? You opened the door, the cool breeze of the evening washing over you as you faced him, a frown marring your features.
"What are you doing here, Galahad?" you questioned, your voice tinged with annoyance as you met his gaze.
Harry waved a paper in front of your face, his expression a mixture of sadness and anger as he demanded to know why you kept it from him. Confused, you glanced down at the paper, your heart sinking as you realized what it was.
It was an exam paper, a paper from one of your recent medical exams, detailing your morbid condition in stark black and white. You felt a lump form in your throat as you tried to find the words to explain yourself, to make Harry understand why you had kept it from him for so long.
But before you could speak, Harry's voice cut through the silence like a knife, his words laced with pain and betrayal. "Kay, why didn't you tell me?" he demanded, his brown eyes searching yours for any sign of an answer.
You opened your mouth to respond, but the words caught in your throat, choked off by the weight of your guilt and shame. You had never seen Harry look so sad, so angry, and it tore at your heartstrings to know that you were the cause of his pain.
"I... I didn't want to burden you, Harry," you finally managed to choke out, your voice thick with anguish as you met his gaze. "I thought it would be easier if you didn't know, if I just... faded away quietly."
But Harry wasn't having any of it, his frustration evident in the way he shook his head, his eyes blazing with emotion. "You idiot," he muttered, his voice barely above a whisper as he reached out and pulled you into a tight embrace. "Do you really think I would have let you face this alone? That I wouldn't have been there for you every step of the way?"
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes as you buried your face in Harry's chest, his words washing over you like a balm to your wounded soul. In that moment, you realized just how much you had underestimated his love and devotion, how much you had underestimated the strength of your bond as friends and comrades.
"I'm sorry, Harry," you whispered, your voice muffled against his chest as you clung to him like a lifeline. "I'm so sorry for keeping this from you, for shutting you out when I needed you the most."
Harry ignores your excuses and pulls away to look at you, his determination evident in the firm set of his jaw and the steely resolve in his eyes. He promises you that he will find a cure, that he will search the whole world if he has to, to ensure your well-being. But you shake your head, your gaze filled with resignation as you admit the harsh truth.
"There is no cure, Harry," you whisper, your voice barely above a hoarse whisper as you meet his gaze. "The only person who could even produce a cure is the creator of the virus himself. And... I killed him."
Harry's expression softens with understanding, his brow furrowing in concern as he processes your words. For a moment, he is at a loss for words, the weight of your confession hanging heavy in the air between you.
But before he can respond, you feel a sharp pain rip through your abdomen, doubling you over in agony. Harry's eyes widen in alarm as he rushes to your side, his hands gentle as he helps you to lie down on the bed.
You try to protest, to reassure him that you'll be fine on your own, but Harry scolds you, his voice filled with frustration and concern. "Stop pushing me away, Kay," he insists, his eyes blazing with emotion as he meets your gaze. "Just stop. You don't have to go through this alone."
You swallow hard, the lump in your throat making it difficult to speak as you meet Harry's gaze. "I'm sorry, Harry," you whisper, tears pricking at the corners of your eyes. "I didn't want to burden you with this. I thought... it would be easier if you didn't know."
But Harry shakes his head, his expression softening as he reaches out to brush a stray tear from your cheek. "How dare you even lie to me like that?" he murmurs, his voice laced with pain and betrayal. "Is that why you said you were in love with me? To keep me away?"
You don't have the strength to protest, to explain yourself, so you let him believe that his confession was nothing more than a lie. Harry continues, his voice filled with regret as he admits his own shortcomings.
"I don't want to lose you, Kay," Harry murmurs, his voice filled with an intensity that sends shivers down your spine. "It hurt when you walked away from me, avoided me for so long. And when you lied and said you loved me... a part of me liked it, knowing this. I don't understand why, Kay. I've never known how to deal with feelings, and so I moved even further away from you, allowed it, thinking you would overcome your feelings for me."
You meet Harry's gaze, your heart pounding in your chest as you struggle to find the right words to respond. "Harry, I..." you begin, but before you can finish, he cuts you off with a gentle touch, his lips brushing against your forehead in a tender caress.
"Don't," he whispers, his breath warm against your skin. "Don't say anything, Kay. Just let me be here for you, please."
Tears prick at the corners of your eyes as you nod, unable to find the strength to argue with him. In that moment, all you can do is surrender to the overwhelming tide of emotions that threatens to consume you, to let Harry's presence wash over you like a soothing balm.
And then, without warning, Harry's lips find yours in a soft, tentative kiss, sending shockwaves of electricity coursing through your veins. It's not the first time you've kissed him - on missions, it's common to pretend to be a couple to maintain cover - but this kiss feels different, somehow. It's filled with a depth of feeling that you've never experienced before, a silent declaration of Harry's love and devotion that transcends words.
For a moment, you're lost in the sweetness of the kiss, the warmth of Harry's embrace enveloping you like a protective cocoon. But as the kiss deepens, passion igniting between you with an intensity that takes your breath away, you can't help but feel a pang of guilt gnawing at the edges of your consciousness.
Harry loves you, he's confessed as much, but you can't bring yourself to believe it. It's just pity talking, you tell yourself, his concern for you clouding his judgment. But as Harry pulls away, his eyes blazing with an emotion that leaves you breathless, you can't deny the truth any longer.
"Kay," he whispers, his voice hoarse with emotion as he cups your face in his hands, his gaze searching yours with an intensity that takes your breath away. "I love you, more than anything in this world. Please, let me be here for you. Let me show you how much you mean to me."
You shake your head, tears streaming down your cheeks as you try to push him away. "No, Harry," you choke out, your voice barely above a whisper. "You don't love me. It's just pity, I know it is. You're just feeling sorry for me."
But Harry's expression softens, his eyes filling with a tenderness that steals your breath away. "Kay, look at me," he murmurs, his voice gentle but firm. "I love you, with every fiber of my being. And I will do whatever it takes to prove it to you, to show you that you are not alone."
As he protests, his voice filled with desperation and determination, you feel a surge of conflicting emotions washing over you like a tidal wave. On one hand, you want to believe him, to trust in his unwavering resolve to find a cure and save you from the clutches of death. But on the other hand, you can't shake the overwhelming sense of despair that threatens to consume you, the knowledge of your impending demise looming over you like a dark cloud.
But Harry refuses to let you wallow in self-pity, his hands gentle but firm as he holds your face, forcing you to meet his gaze. "Kay, look at me," he insists, his voice hoarse with emotion. "You can't give up, not now. I refuse to let you surrender to this disease without a fight."
You try to turn away, to avoid his penetrating gaze, but Harry's grip on your face tightens, his brown eyes blazing with an intensity that leaves you breathless. "Even if it's too late," you protest, your voice barely above a whisper as you struggle to find the words to explain yourself. "Even if there's no hope left... I can't keep fighting, Harry. I'm tired, so tired."
But Harry shakes his head, his expression filled with a steely resolve that takes your breath away. "Then let me fight for you," he murmurs, his voice filled with determination. "I swear, Kay, I will find a cure, no matter what it takes. Even if I have to go to hell itself and resurrect that bastard who created this virus, I will not rest until you are safe."
You want to believe him, to trust in his promise to save you from the jaws of death. But deep down, you know that the odds are stacked against you, that the virus coursing through your veins is a formidable enemy that cannot be defeated with mere words and promises.
And yet, as you meet Harry's gaze, the flicker of hope in his eyes reignites something deep within you, a spark of defiance that refuses to be extinguished. "Please, Kay," he pleads, his voice soft but urgent. "Fight, if not for yourself, then for me. Resist, for me. I can't bear to lose you, not like this."
Tears prickle at the corners of your eyes as you struggle to find the strength to carry on, to fight against the relentless tide of despair that threatens to drag you under. But as you look into Harry's eyes, filled with a love and devotion that transcends words, you realize that you can't give up, not now, not ever.
With a deep breath, you nod, a silent vow passing between you and Harry in that fleeting moment. "I'll fight," you whisper, your voice barely above a hoarse whisper as you meet his gaze. "For you, Harry. I'll fight until my last breath, if that's what it takes."
And as Harry pulls you into his arms, his embrace a lifeline in the storm of uncertainty that surrounds you, you cling to him like a drowning man clutching at a life raft. In that moment, you know that no matter what the future may hold, as long as you have Harry by your side, you can face anything, even death itself.

The Songs of Freedom Chapter 2: A New Tomorrow

Characters: Sarentu OC named Kirani, Ri’nela, Nor, Teylan, So’lek, Priya, background original characters, and a special cameo
Synopsis: The group of you make it out of the clutches of the RDA and So’lek leads you to your new life and introduces you to the resistance HQ allies and space as you acclimate to your new beginnings.
Warnings: None just a little mention of ptsd and angst
Word Count: 3k
The group of you follow So’lek into the thick of the Kinglor Forest breathing in its crisp fresh air. Your anxiety bubbles hearing all the foreign sounds of creatures humming with life sticking close by wondering how long it will take to find the place he’s promised to take you all to. After what feels like an agonizing amount of time, you see a string of run down looking shacks surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Kinglor Forest environment, in your line of sight. The strange combination of human and Na’vi activity causes you to raise an eyebrow following So’lek walking up the grated handmade ramp.
The four of you exchange looks, while So’lek presses his fingers to his throat comm. “Priya, I’m bringing the Sarentu group back, get the door ready.” He pings to someone. He turns around and looks to each of you, “Come. This is the way to your new life.” He smiles softly. A wave of relief floods your senses watching him smile, something inside of you says to trust your intuition and follow suit as the others catch on and do the same.
There’s a large door that opens automatically with a loud creaky hiss, while you cautiously step into the compact tunnel. “You will need these Co2 respirators for the main wing where the humans dwell. The Na’vi have their own corridor.” So’lek hands you four small masks connected to a cylinder compartment strapping the clip to your waistband and slinging the mask over your neck as So’lek demonstrates. You step into the main wing, taking in the environment as your eyes advert to a seemingly run down yet newly renovated living area. You see small desks with human tech, plants, tassels. You look more closely to your right and observe lights strung up on the bannisters, with pieces of clearly handcrafted tapestry hanging from the ceiling. You look to the floor as your feet feel the artisan rugs and and plush pillows wiggling your toes on the soft fabric.
This place is a stark contrast compared to the TAP facility. Where this place is warm and inviting, your time was spent in a cold sterile metal box for the entirety of your youth. You feel tears prick your eyes, feeling a foreign emotion bubble in your chest; relief. For the first time in your life, you’re not riddled with the fight or flight gut reaction. Your eyes turn to a stunned Ri’nela as she seemingly takes in everything as well. “What is this place?” Teylan asks nervously.
So’lek hooks his fingers around his gadget belt, as a small human approaches you all slowly. “Welcome to Resistance HQ! You must be the Sarentu kids! Oel ngati kameie!” She pronounces the roughest sounding Na’vi you’ve ever heard, as you crank your head down to examine this strange little thing. So’lek just snorts out and shakes his head. “This is Priya. She is an ally to us.” He explains simply. Your ears flick with confusion. A human ally? Why.
To Nor’s disgust he practically snarls as a result. “You have allied with the humans! The very kind who are destroying our home!?” He spits out laced with venom. So’lek doesn’t seem to mind, and sighs. “We cannot win this war on our own. They have proven their allegiance here. All humans at resistance do not condone the RDA.” He defends this human.
You look back down to the woman with the oddly colored pink hair, and click your tongue in curiosity. Watching as Ri’nela, Teylan and Nor all figure out this small creature in unison. “Uhm! Right! What So’lek said!” She begins to awkwardly rock back and forth scratching the back of her neck. “I was a biologist hired by the RDA, studying the botany on Pandora. But once I saw what they were doing here I… I couldn’t continue! That was about when Jake Sully over threw the whole operation and kicked some serious ass!” She chuckles out
Jake Sully. You’ve heard his name before. He was practically a legend among all Na’vi. Once born of Earth, inhabiting a dreamwalker body like Alma, he was tasked to persuade the Omatikaya clan to relocate so the humans could steal the resources. He eventually betrayed his own kind and became the chosen one. Toruk Makto. You’d all overhear Mercer throwing fits over the ambushes Jake would line up one by one seemingly taking down multiple RDA base locations one after the other.
“Priya here assists us with the others, we have many displaced Na’vi here who joined the fight of freedom against the sky demons.” So’lek explains. To your left you overhear light footsteps approaching, as you all turn in curiosity, “You rang?” A tall beautiful Na’vi woman stands before you dressed in what you know to be traditional garments. Unlike So’lek she just wears a simple green beaded loincloth that looks to be mimicking leaf like patterns, and a matching top that cascades gently over breasts with a lush looking material you’re unfamiliar with.
You gaze to her face, strong features standing out to you unlike your own. Her eyes are smaller, more angled, cheekbones sharp and strong hearing her beads jingle lightly in her perfectly braided hair. Your eyes advert to her figure where she stands practically as tall as So’lek looming over the group of you. “Ah. There you are. Can you get them to their new living quarters please?” So’lek looks to all of you like you’re just another order of his.
The female Na’vi chuckles and rolls her eyes playfully. “Oh Eywa, always so bossy. I’m Tani. Of the Omatikaya. Welcome to your new home. I hope this one wasn’t too much, I understand you’ve all been through a great deal.” She offers you a sweet and empathetic smile placing her hand on her chest. Ri’nela clears her throat, “Thank you. We are… so grateful. We would not have made it if weren’t for your efforts.” She speaks shyly. The rest of you nod and agree quietly.
“Follow me. I’ll show you your living quarters.” Tani flicks her head to the direction of a hallway corridor. You take one last look around you and turn to So’lek, who’s eyes are already on you. You flinch ever so lightly as his gaze takes you by surprise. You can’t quite pin the look in his eyes, catching as they scan your body up and down curiously, just like you did to him earlier.
You awkwardly cough and begin to follow this Tani as the others do the same. “The boys can follow me.” So’lek walks beside her, all of you following blindly into the dim corridor. “I hope you’ll find our facilities much better than your previous. The showers are stocked up with handmade soaps and salves I replenished and it takes a few minutes, but the water is hot.” Tani turns and smiles.
Back at TAP you were forced to routinely clean your skin with sterile smelling anti bacterial soaps, as Mercer would call you all “dirty, and un pure” as if it was a form of punishment for being Na’vi. Sometimes you’d be forced to scrub so hard your skin would go raw, and the water was always cold. You approach a sealed door as Tani presses a large red button with an automated female voice counting down. A small hiss, and the door opens up following suit. “This is where the Na’vi stay, you don’t need the masks in here. Alright girls you’ll be right across from each other, and my room is just a couple rooms down.” She points to a door that has markings painted on with blue and white patterns and several hand crafted beaded tassels hanging from the door knob.
She leads you into your room first, as you look around the small cozy space. It’s warm toned with multiple layered artisan rugs covering the metal floor much like the living room area. You can’t help but sit on the bed as it bounces back, plush and squishy unlike your rock hard bunk bed back at TAP you shared with Ri’nela. “I laid out some clothes for you.” Tani smiles softly. You look onto the dresser and see a neatly fold grey shirt and sweatpants. “Thank you…” You smile gratefully. “Of course. I’ll leave you to it. When you’re all set come to the living room and we can show you the mess hall for dinner.” She winks at you closing the door.
You hear Tani in the hallway giving the same lowdown to Ri’nela as So’lek explains to the guys just down the hall. You take in a deep sigh and close your eyes. All the events of the last 24 hours seem to be catching up with your body, now cranking your neck to the side and feeling tight knots formed. You grab your clothes and look to see a built in bathroom to this space, walking in slowly to examine it. The room is small, but not too confined. There’s several smaller rugs all scattered along the floor, with the toilet near the end, and the small stall to the right. It’s warm toned as if painted over the original color of metal.
You lay the clothes down on the sink table, and find that there’s a fresh towel already hanging for you on the sliding glass door hanger. You open the door the shower and see a small plant hanging from the shower head, it smells fresh and minty as you inhale it’s invigorating aroma. You crank the nozzle of the shower and hear it hiss to life with the water pouring out, as you step aside and begin to remove your TAP clothing. The military cargo pants and labeled shirt are peeled off your body as if you’re shedding your skin, heavy with relief. You don’t even think twice and throw them in the garbage can next to the sink a symbolic act of your new beginning here.
You take a deep breath and look to your foreign reflection in the medium sized mirror hanging over the sink. At TAP you never had the luxury of mirrors, Mercer would harp on and on about how you and the others were supposed to reject vanity and embrace the life the humans gave you. You’ve only ever seen your reflection in shiny surfaces.
Your eyes look at your naked form, riddled in puckered silky scars that will forever serve as a reminder of your past. You look to your face, bringing a hand up to cup your cheek looking at your big beautiful light amber eyes. Your nose is a strong Na’vi nose not as wide as you’d expect, with beautiful full lips and azure blue skin. You’re quite mesmerized by the bioluminescence scattered along your forehead chin and nose, tracing it everything lightly.
Your hair has seen better days, never having learned the proper way to braid, it sticks out in all directions with your poorly woven braided beads feathers. Back as a child Mercer would not allow you or Ri’nela to braid your hair the traditional Na’vi way. Despite his attempted efforts you’d do it anyway, which resulted in him strapping you down to a chair and chopping your beautiful black locks off. Eventually he stopped badgering you once the Na’vi resistance formed after this Hallelujah Mountain war they spoke of.
You begin to slowly remove the beads and feathers, gently unraveling your sad excuse for braids now knowing that this is your choice. Your messy hair falls softly, cascading over your bare shoulders begging to be properly washed as you turn to see if the water has warmed up yet not that you can’t handle the cold.
Once satisfied you step in gingerly closing the door behind you, as the lukewarm water hits your skin deliciously. A huge sigh of relief escapes your mouth, slowly turning the nozzle down to the left, eager to feel the warmth caress your skin. Once the steam is evident you happily sigh once more, smelling the aroma of this refreshing plant. You look to the side where the small caddy hangs and observe the small jars of oils and shampoos.
You pick up a small glass jar labeled “shampoo” on it and squeeze a generous amount onto your palms as its spicy musk scent hits your nose with delight. With a good lather in your hair you begin to massage your scalp over and over feeling the dirt and grime lift out. Satisfied, you rinse thoroughly grabbing a bottle labeled “conditioner” As you repeat and twirl your hair until happy. You see a scruffy looking ball that you assume is used to cleanse your body with, and look to see the bottle “body” labeled on it. You squeeze a little bit of the liquid out as it plops onto the scrubby ball lathering it up with water.
You relish in this shower, not having experienced anything so luxurious in your entire life. After fully rinsing and cleansing your body, you turn off the water and step onto a plush rug. You reach for the towel and begin drying off your body patting slowly, hanging it back on the rack to get dressed.
You see a cotton pair of panties clearly designed for the avatars at this base and step into them, followed by your shirt and comfortable pants. A small brush sits on the shelf next to the faucet grabbing it and running it through your freshly clean hair watching it glide down your shiny strands. For a split second you look back in the mirror and pinch your arm as if in a dream, feeling like this is all too good to be true. You don’t possibly deserve the refuge you’ve just come into, because all these years you were led to believe the RDA was your true home.
A pool of tears well up in your eyes thinking about the trauma the four of you have endured, not knowing anything but your treatment by Mercer and his henchmen. The clear erasure of your Na’vi identity will take time to slowly make amends with, you sigh to yourself. You suppose it can start here.
After finishing up in the bathroom you turn off the lights and head into the bedroom when you see So’lek sitting on your bed. A large scream escapes your mouth causing you to clutch your chest as your heart flutters fast. “Oh shit!” You sigh. “Sorry I did not mean to frighten you. The others have made their way to the mess hall with Tani and you hadn’t so I thought to check on you.” He smiles kindly.
“Oh, yeah I have not been so accustomed to such luxuries before. I took a long shower, sorry.” You reply sheepishly feeling the guilt seep in. “No. Do not apologize. You have been through a lot. I just came to check on you.” He raises his hands up. “Well I don’t need a babysitter.” You sigh. You knew he only meant well, and you immediately wince at your harsh words. You can’t help the way you act, as if a knee jerk reaction fueled by your defense mechanisms. He just chuckles, seemingly unbothered by the little outburst. “Well if you are done being a brat, I will show you to where we dine.” He stands up tall and smirks.
“Uhm, yeah that’d be great I’m starving.” You quickly grab the Co2 mask and secure it back onto your body, and catch him glancing down at your arms littered in various scars, like earlier as if he wants to ask how you got them. Your tail twitches uncomfortably, as you exit your room silently walking down the hallway. “They’re cigarette butt burns.” You sigh.
So’lek says nothing and turns his head to you, and back to the long dim lit hallway. “Hm.. I suppose those are not self inflicted?” He asks calmly, damn well knowing your answer. “Mercer.. he would punish us for speaking our native tongue when we were little. As you can see, I was heavily reprimanded.” You choke out as the past memory races through your mind. “If you like those you should see the cable wire burns on my back! If you need to see how much pain I can take.” You spit out with teeth gritted as a clear indication of trauma in your eyes, but So’lek just looks to you and stops you in your tracks placing his hands on your shoulders.
“Little one, I am not your enemy here. You are safe, what is your name?” He asks softly. You wince, and blink several times not even thinking about the fact that you’ve skipped formalities earlier when he burst though the doors like some fictional tell tale hero you’d read about. You swallow the lump in your throat and make eye contact with him awkwardly. “Kirani…” You just whisper. His ears perk up and flick back and forth, as he smiles “That’s a beautiful name, that’s it?” You know what he’s implying. “I don’t remember my full name..” You sigh sadly gazing to him. “We must change that…I will help you remember. You are Sarentu.” His chest puffs out proudly.
“Right…” You lightly wiggle out of his grasp, his hands residing on your shoulders much longer than you’re comfortable with but he doesn’t seem to be insulted. “You have a fire inside of you, don’t lose that spark. But you are safe here.” He waves out his hand as you approach the dining hall filled with human and Na’vi communing together in one space. So’lek lightly pushes you forward to walk, finding Ri’nela, Teylan, and Nor sitting with Tani and Priya all smiling and eating food.
“Come, I will show you where the food is.” So’lek beckons you. You go into a cafeteria like room where he hands you a tray and fills it up with delicious smelling rations of various foods. “Here.” He hands it to you like a peace offering while he fills up his own tray, walking out and back into the main dinging area. “Kirani, you made it.” Teylan smiles as you sit down next to them. “Yeah I uh, got distracted in the shower.” You feel your cheeks heat up awkwardly, as So’lek sits beside Tani observing you quietly.
Ri’nela laughs while Nor just picks at his food. “Hm.” He huffs. “I smell like a flower” Ri’nela smiles. “Yeah me too..” You chuckle and begin to eat the food in front of you, much larger than the rations you were given at TAP. Your belly growls aggressively begging to be satiated properly, as you eat small bites. The chatter around you seems to be a comfortable conversation watching Priya recount the findings of samples from the forest today.
“I’ll have to teach you guys to weave traditional Na’vi garments, we can’t have you walking around like that.” Tani smiles with her nose scrunched up. So’lek laughs and your ears pin back in shame, as if he’s really laughing at you. He notices your shrunken demeanor and his laugh immediately seizes, blinking several times at you. “It’s best we look as Na’vi as possible. I refuse to wear anything that makes me look like an RDA soldier.” Nor replies. You sense a little bit of bitterness in his words, but no one says anything.
Priya and Tani go on about how the sky people and Na’vi founded resistance HQ in this part of the Kinglor Forest, and how there’s several sites all around Pandora. “Must you go on about this. Look at them, let them enjoy their meal.” So’lek teases Tani. She just shoves him lightly and laughs, “We will teach you the ways of the Na’vi. We are your new family.” She speaks with warm conviction as her fangs poke out from her wide infectious smile. You turn to Teylan, and Ri’nela who grab your hands as you see Nor smiling cautiously across from you. The unspoken bond you hold for each other could move mountains, and you eat graciously together with the excitement of becoming true Na’vi on the horizon of tomorrow.

Zestmilla Fanchild #2: Zane Carmine
Introducing Zane Carmine, the son of Zestial and Carmilla Carmine. He is younger than his twin sister by 30 seconds.
Personality: He is Shy, Anxious, Smart, Creative, Innovative, Curious, Caring, and an Introvert.
Likes/loves: family time, calming places, Inventing things, music, drawing, writing, creativity, being inspired by his parents(especially his mama).
Dislikes: Loud noises, mean people, being bullied for his albinism, broken things, overthinking, self-doubt, and stress.
Hobbies: Writing, learning archaic/ancient things from his father, inventing stuff, listening to advice, drawing, cooking and helping his friends + family at home and the Hazbin Hotel.
Siblings: Clara, Odette, Aurora, Aristotle(Velmilla, Half-Brother), Rhea, and Abigail.
Zane Carmine, the younger twin son of the ancient Overlord Zestial and the formidable Carmilla Carmine, arrived into existence through a magical ritual involving his parents' blood, a few years after the birth of his older sister Aurora. Shy, anxious, remarkably smart, and brimming with creative energy, Zane trailed his twin sister Rhea by a mere 30 seconds into the infernal world.
Family Reactions:
Zestial: The typically enigmatic Zestial was intrigued and suprised by the arrival of his magically-born son. He found Zane's quiet curiosity, especially regarding archaic knowledge, a welcome trait and began sharing forgotten lore with him and would be more than happy to listen to him when he had idea or was having a bad day. He loves his son the same way Carmilla does.
Carmilla: Carmilla, ever the pragmatic and loving mother, was immediately protective of both twins. Zane's gentle nature and his tendency to seek her out for comfort solidified a strong bond, making him undeniably a "mama's boy." She admired his inventive mind and encouraged his pursuits.
Older Siblings (Clara, Odette, Aurora): His elder sisters welcomed the new arrivals with affection. They were initially amused by Zane's quiet demeanor and his tendency to stick close to Rhea. Aurora, in particular, found his inventive tinkering fascinating.
Half-Brother (Aristotle): Aristotle, already established in the family, regarded his younger half-siblings with a curious detachment, observing their magical origins with a unique perspective.
Twin Sister (Rhea): Being only seconds apart and sharing a unique origin, Zane and Rhea developed a close bond. Rhea, more outgoing, often encouraged Zane to step out of his comfort zone while remaining fiercely protective of his sensitive nature.
Younger Sister (Abigail): When Abigail arrived a decade later, Zane, by then a capable young inventor, took on a caring older brother role, often creating gadgets to entertain and assist her. He even makes her spider themed toys, gear, and other things for his 10 year old sister because those are her favorite bugs.
Development:
Baby: As an infant, Zane was generally quiet and observant, often content to simply watch the world around him. Loud noises easily startled him, and he found comfort in the familiar presence and soothing voice of his mother.
Age 6: At this age, Zane's shyness was more pronounced. While he loved his family, large gatherings overwhelmed him. His fascination with how things worked began to blossom, and he could often be found taking apart (and sometimes struggling to reassemble) household items. He started drawing and writing down his nascent ideas. His albinism became more apparent, and unfortunately, he experienced some initial teasing, which made him retreat further into himself. His violet contact lenses became a way for him to feel more comfortable in social situations.
Age 10: Zane's inventive spirit truly took flight. His room became a workshop filled with half-finished projects and sketches. He spent hours in his own world, driven by his curiosity and a desire to create. He found solace in the quieter parts of Hell, like the Sloth and Gluttony rings, where the atmosphere was less chaotic. He actively sought out his father's knowledge of ancient mechanisms and languages, finding inspiration in the past for his future creations. He also started spending more time with his mother, learning practical skills and drawing inspiration from her sharp intellect and resourcefulness.
Age 16: By sixteen, Zane had developed into a thoughtful and innovative young demon. While still introverted and prone to anxiety, his confidence grew with each successful invention. He found purpose in applying his skills to help his family and, eventually, the residents of the Hazbin Hotel. He learned to manage his anxieties through his creative outlets and the unwavering support of his loved ones. He continued to hone his skills in writing, drawing, and even began learning to cook, often experimenting with new recipes for his family.
Inventions/Gear:
Zane's inventive mind constantly churned out new ideas, resulting in a diverse array of creations:
Cape MARK I: A flexible, stretchy, and incredibly durable cape made with spider-leg-shaped hooks for versatile attachment, similar in concept to a grappling hook.
"Guns" (Like the Rifle from Helluva Boss): Inspired by weaponry he'd observed, Zane designed his own versions of projectile devices, focusing on unique ammunition types and functionalities.
Angelic Claw Attachments: Specialized attachments that could be affixed to his claws, imbued with properties derived from salvaged angelic metal, offering unique offensive or defensive capabilities.
Spear with Spider-Shaped Spearhead: A uniquely designed spear, combining his family's aesthetic with practical combat application.
Everyday Products: Beyond weaponry and specialized gear, Zane also applied his ingenuity to creating useful everyday items for his family and the hotel, often focusing on making tasks easier or more efficient.
Fun fact #1: his older sister, Aurora and Half brother, Aristotle(velmilla) belongs to @** tim●tap●tom ** Thy_quit_centural_ on TikTok and other social media platforms.
Fun Fact #2: He has Albinism and wears violet contact lenses.

If Timmy has no powers and will not be getting powers then what kind of hero would he be? Where would he get the cash for all this?
Timmy fights with gadgets and his own strength, but his main weapon is his hammer. He calls it the White Wand (he's a big fan of alliteration), it is stark white and bigger than Timmy is! You do not want to be on the business end of that thing.
Timmy gets gadgets (like a hoverboard, shock absorbing boots, lightweight armor, gauntlets that give him enhanced strength and a better grip for swinging around that big fuck-off hammer) by stealing from AJ's lab. The only thing that he doesn't steal is the white cloak that he wears.
Ok how old is Peri and Timmy in this fic?
Timmy is 22 and Peri is 16. He turns 17 fairly early on in the story. Wanda didn't want him fighting at such a young age, but Peri couldn't sit still, and Cosmo convinced her that they started young, and at least they're there to support Peri.
Plus, it's not like there's any super villains in Dimmsdale!
How long has Sidhe been the hero of Dimmsdale? Did he use to be the sidekick for Law and Order aka his cousin/uncle Jorgen?
Ooh, good superhero name for Jorgen. I'm gonna yoink that 👀
Peri has been an active hero since he was fourteen. Wanda made him start small and would shadow him at first. But Peri is very adverse to being "babied," and he quickly proved his abilities so Wanda doesn't fret over him too much anymore.
Plus, it's not like there's any super villains in Dimmsdale! Haha. :)
With or without powers would Jorgen, Cosmo, and Wanda have taught both boys how to fight?
Timmy has been taught basic self-defense but has never been in a high stress situation, which is why he freezes.
But yes, both boys were taught to fight.
Speaking of why does Timmy decide to go hero?
Guess you'll have to wait for the next chapter :)
How different is Peri’s look from Sidhe?
Peri has dirty blond curls and green eyes. Sídhe has purple swirly hair (MUCH more pronounced on the swirls) and purple irises that surround golden pupils. His eyes glow. He looks very different from his civilian self.
Now that both boys are grown will Wanda and Cosmo come out of retirement?
No, they like being retired. Plus they're a little old now for fighting every night. Cosmo had Peri in his early forties, so he and Wanda are in their late fifties.
Will Hazel and the rest of the new Wish crew be in the story?
I don't plan on it, no. If I did implement them, though, here's how:
Cosmo and Wanda would start fostering again now that Peri has moved out. Hazel is their foster kid and she pretty quickly clocks that they're not entirely normal humans. Cosmo and Wanda would use magic around her but absolutely NOT let her fight, haha.
Dev would notice Peri's unusual behavior and figure out his secret identity. Using that as blackmail, he would force Peri to take him under his wing as a sidekick/apprentice. Peri doesn't enjoy it AT ALL, but his hands are tied.
Thanks for the questions!

Update on our situation
Terry here. I'll be honest, I'm only writing this down now things seem to have Stopped Happening so I can kind of take inventory. I haven't had any time to process any of this, so I'm just going to go through Simply Plural and list things. Thanks for bearing with us. It's been an awful couple of weeks.
Fusions Anarchy - Fused with Gadget, who briefly came out of dormancy Bitter - Fused with Mayhem, now goes by He/It/That Bastard (which is still funny to me) Dr. Brewer - Fused with Jeremy and Getter after a long negotiation period, to try and offset the harm they were doing to the system and to each other; seems to have succeeded, sometimes struggles a bit. Retained his identity post-fusion Holiday - Fused with Arcadia, minor changes to in-sys appearance Martin - Fused with Seamus (a new fragment); now carries some memories of our grandparents, no major change in appearance but has taken to using a cane to walk in the Inner World Papyrus - Still around but fused with Deedee (a new fragment); now in charge of "pathfinding" for Chaos' doors, increasing speed and accuracy, and making it easy to form permanent connections between areas of the Inner World Raine - Fused with Sasha, a new introject from The Magnus Archives. She identifies as both names (we sometimes call them Sasha-Raine) and uses She/They Taffy - Still around; lost Celeste's part but fused with Susan, now uses Any/All + Star/Stars Terry - Fused with Exi, I retained my identity and have a few minor changes to my in-sys appearance Returning Celeste - Returned from dormancy, and re-separated from Taffy Dagwood (Partial) - Nathan's part came out of dormancy and began communicating again; they have not re-separated Leaf - Returned from dormancy, re-separated from Raine Mello - Re-separated from Exi after they fused with me, because I'm not able to hold trauma long-term; they seem confident in their ability to tackle this, and want to try fusion again someday New Alters "Apple" (She/Her) - Introject from a source she doesn't want to disclose. In-system therapist; offers a private space for alters to process their feelings while not fronting. Soft-spoken, easily embarrassed, but a good listener Helena (She/They/It) - Brainmade. Aims to uncover repressed desires and counter harmful behaviors related to suppressing them. Uses a lot of italics while typing, speaks her mind, very flirty Hermes (He/They) - Brainmade. In-system "mailman", facilitates communication. Friendly and a little naive, "happy to help" Hex (It/They) - Introject from Discworld. Artificial intelligence that helps manage the library, and keeps an eye on the system's status. Finds human bodily functions to be "weird", can front via a hologram, not usually very emotional but very attached to their favorite teddy bear (anyone who knows its source will know why) Tabitha (She/Her) - Brainmade/"Factive" introject of our late grandparents. Holds memories of them, and is a caregiver to alters of all ages. Your pretty typical "feisty old lady", likes card games and doesn't like to be coddled Tellie (It/None) - Introject from Pendog Creative Library. Seemingly holds our knowledge of how to drive and operate the complex electronics and machines from our various jobs and hobbies. Seems to "hide in the wires" of the Inner World, existing as pure electricity until it makes itself known Yggy (Any/All) - Pronounced "Iggy"; seems to have a connection to the Inner World's giant tree. Sounds a bit like a stereotypical "hippie"; it's able to come and go as he pleases without using doors, and can help identify the source of emotional pain "Zee" (They/Them) - Introject from a source they don't want to disclose. Gender dysphoria holder; a bit jaded, prone to sarcasm, but open to exploration of their own identity, and willing to help others with theirs
I have no idea what our current headcount is, but I'll update it when I have the energy for it. We haven't had anyone show up in the past 48 hours or so, but I'll give it a full week before I decide this whole thing is finally over, and we can start picking up the pieces. Hope everyone's having a happy and safe holiday. I'll try and post something more positive tomorrow, if I have time.
#Shit Terry Says#Adventures in OSDD#Endos DNI#If anyone has Opinions on how much we've been splitting - do us both a favor and keep that shit to yourself#I don't want to hear it and neither does anybody else in this system#We are exhausted

If you wanna, can you write a Usopp x reader where they’re hanging out in his lil workspace, Y/N not doing anything but keeping him company, and they do a little “acting out charades” thing, but then hit their head so cleanly yet hard against the wall and then are just like 🧍♂️… I’m so fine rn, definitely not hurt
Just sillies and giggles?
thank you 🙏
Charades and Laughter With Usopp
A/N: Hi!! I had a lot of fun writing this I hope you enjoy it! Pairing: Usopp x GN!Reader CW: None WC: 534
Usopp's workspace on the Thousand Sunny always held a certain fascination. It was a treasure trove of contraptions, gadgets, and half-finished inventions scattered haphazardly across the room. On this particular day, Usopp is completely absorbed in a prototype for an enhanced version of Nami's Clima-Tact, and you are sitting nearby, providing idle yet comforting company.
The sounds within the workspace had become familiar to you, almost like a comforting lullaby. The occasional whir of power tools, the rhythmic clanging of a hammer, and Usopp's muttered conversations with himself when deep in concentration formed a unique ambiance. It is a place where you could escape the world and find a moment of serenity.
Breaking the peaceful silence, you lean over and asked, "Usopp, what are you working on?"
Usopp, never taking his eyes off the mechanism before him, replies, "I'm working on a way to make Nami's Clima-Tact lighter in weight. She says it's fine as it is, but I know I can improve it. Trust me, it'll be a game-changer, and she will only have me to thank for it.”
You let out a small hum in agreement. You watch him for a moment longer before thinking of an idea. "You’ve been working for so long. Come on, how about you take a short break and play a game?"
Usopp's eyes light up at the prospect of a game. "A break? Sure, what game do you have in mind?" What
You think for a moment, wondering what kind of game you can play in the workspace without making a mess, and then you suggest, "How about a game of charades?"
"Charades, huh?" Usopp smirks with an air of false confidence. "I hope you know you're challenging the reigning world charades champion for three years running!"
You giggle at his bold claim but decide to humor his lies as you always do. "Three years, huh? Well, let's put that championship on the line. I'll go first."
You stand up and mounted a bench, thinking about what act you are doing to perform. The exaggerated gestures and expressions begin, and Usopp watches attentively, eager to guess your mimed message.
After a brief moment, he bursts into laughter. "I've got it! You're imitating Luffy devouring a piece of meat!"
Your laughter joins his as you confirm, "Exactly! Your turn!"
You step off the bench but stumble unintentionally, and next thing you know you’re colliding with the wall. Your head makes a firm impact with a pronounced *bang.* A moment of silence hangs in the air, and you turned around, stiff and awkwardly, declaring, "I'm fine... not hurt at all…”
Both of you shared a long glance before breaking into fits of laughter at the absurdity of the situation. After catching your breath, you giggle and encourage, "Go on, it's your turn!"
Amidst giggles and chuckles, Usopp stands up for his portion of charades and he starts to reenact your stumble, ensuring he takes a head bump against the wall. You both dissolve into helpless laughter, clutching your stomachs, tears of amusement streaming from your eyes. It was a moment of pure, unadulterated silliness and giggles, a memory to cherish amidst the chaos of the world you live in.
