There’s always something up with the first one.
I never really planned any direct interactions with Julia and Mandarin, but I really like the parallels I made with them: both built first in a set, complementary orange/blue colors (red/green too technically), went against their “teams”, sent away for breaking orders/sent away for following orders.

OCtober 2020 Day 28: Treat
This candy looks kind of familiar...
So like I headcanon that the way Jinmay can taste stuff is that she doesn’t ACTUALLY taste anything. Her system just sort of recognizes the thing that she’s about to eat and gives her a pre-programmed response on how she should react. Julia is testing it out here by giving Jinmay volcanic diamonds made to look like rock candy. Being a good robot girlfriend though, she shares with Chiro......
