You knew it would only a matter of time before that damn swear jar came back to bite Leah in the ass.

In fact it was more like a matter of days before she slipped up.

"Ow, fuck! That's hot!" You heard the blonde shout aloud no doubt burning herself on the tray of chicken nuggets that she was bringing out the oven.

Of course you being the absolute menace that you are take absolute delight in bringing that up when it happens.

"Ah, Le, you just swore!" You take the opportunity to purposely wind the blonde up.

Your favourite little buddy is sitting right beside you as she gasps dramatically, "Mummy said a bad word?" She questions, turning to look at you for clarification.

"She did indeed, Buddy!" You nod your head profusely as the smirk is yet to disappear of your face, "You know what that means, don't yer?" You question.

"Swear jar!" Buddy chips in, excitedly as she throws her hands in the air like it's some sort of victory.

Once again you nod again in agreement, "Correct there, Bud!" You turn to look at the blonde with a knowing shit-eating grin on your face, "Cough up, Le. That's a tenner you owe to the jar!" You state.

The blonde scoffs lightly and shakes her head, "Oh yeah right, like I'm actually going to follow through with that. It's more for you, Menace." She tells you from where she stood at the kitchen sink while she run her hand under the cold tap.

"Come on Le, you can't insist on a swear jar and not play by the rules!" You state, mockingly as the blonde is just glaring at you, "Don't be a hypocrite." You add, continuing to be the menace.

Sue you for trying to prove a point that it isn't just Buddy with the sailor mouth these days.

"Trust you to remind me off that," Leah grumbles in protest.

"You can't forget about it," Your really just trying to get your point across and of course a little shit stirrer as well at the same time, "Swear jar! Swear jar! Swear jar!"

"Jar! Jar! Jar!" Buddy picks up on your chants and starts to copy you, "Come on Mummy, its' okay to be a sore loser!"

Leah's eyes widen in disbelief at the audacity to hear that, "You are teaching her bad habits!" She wags her finger in your direction.

"Me? You're the one who swore, remember!" You exclaim in the usual dramatic way that you do, "It's not my fault that you are a sore loser though, Buddy has a point there!"

"Mummy, you gots' to put money in the jar!" Buddy insists, matching the blonde with an expression similar to her own which has you in stitches.

Leah clicks her tongue disapprovingly, "You pair are ganging up on me now! Double trouble, the pair of you." She mutters under her breath.

"You've gotta do, Le," You smirk, continuing to make the point known, "Your the one who wanted to start the swear jar. You gotta commit to it now!"

"You can't be serious," The blonde laughs and shakes her head in disbelief.

You continue to have a shit eating grin on your face, "Nah but I am totally serious. You owe a tenner to the jar!"

Leah huffs and rolls her eyes in annoyance, moving over to grab her purse out of her bag to pull a ten pound note out before she shoves it into the new jar that mock's her now, "Stupid jar was a stupid idea to begin with." She grumbles under her breath.

It's actually quite hilarious to you how much the blonde has been the one to slip up more than you, and by the end of the week the jar has a hefty amount in it.

Enough for more lego!

At least that's you would like to willingly spend it on, however, Leah seems to think otherwise.

"A day out as a family would be nice, wouldn't it?" Leah brings up the idea at the suggestion of the amount of money in the jar being put to good use.

"Lego would be better," You insist playfully, having your eye on more lego as always.

The blonde rolls her eyes in disagreement, "You already have a lot of it."

You can't help but gasp in shock horror while clutching your hand over your heart, "You can never have too much lego, Le!"

"I beg to differ there, Monkey. Your lego obsession is starting to take over the house!" Leah remarks, giving you a knowing look before she looks to her mini me, "Hey, Buddy. Would you like to go out? We could go to the farm and visit all the animals. Wouldn't that be so much fun?" She wonders.

Buddy's eyes lit up at the words of animals, "Go to the farm?" Her voice is completely ecstatic about it, "Farm! Farm! Farm!"

"Yeah, we'll go to the farm and see all the animals like the horses, goats, piggies, cows--" Leah starts to list off the animals to the 3 year old.

It's your turn to dramatically gasp now, "You mean we can go see the cows-- Wait, will they be fluffy, like Derek?" You wonder, curiously.

"Your obsession with fluffy cows is a bit concerning, Menace," Leah jokes in amusement.

"Whoa, what you got against Derek, huh?" You pout at the older blonde.

"Who's Derek?" Buddy's little voice questions in curiosity, "I wan' see Derek!"

Your already quick to pull out your phone and show your favourite little Buddy a photo of the fluffy cow you met in Nashville, "Hes' adorable, isn't he? Wait until you meet him!" You tell her excitedly, before you have a sudden realisation of what else would be at the farm.

Chickens, otherwise known as your number one arch nemesis.

"Wait, wait, wait," You look suddenly in a panic as you look at Leah, "Will there be chickens at this farm?" You question in hesitance.

"Well that's where they usually are, aren't they?" Leah jokes.

You can't help but scrunch your face up in horror, "Ch... Chickens scare me. I'm not going anywhere near them!" You exclaim, shaking your head in a fast motion, "No way, Jose." 

"What?" Leah questions, baffled.

"They freak me out, they're not fluffy at all like Derek is!" You insist, still shaking your head profusely about the idea of coming face to face with them again, "I'm not goin' anywhere near 'em whatsoever! Nope, nope, nope. I'm not doin' it!"

Leah still continues to stare at you in some type of concern, "Oh lord help us all."

"You know that chickens scare me, Malfoy!" You whine in protest, not liking the idea of this trip to the farm at all, "What if one decides to come at me while I'm not on guard, like, what if it... What if it bites me?" You gasp with wide eyes.

The blonde on the other hand finds your fear of chickens absolutely hilarious, "Monkey, they're not running free. This isn't Chicken Little!" She can't help but say as she still laughs at your own expense of being afraid of them.

"Oh," You quietly realise as you bit her bottom lip, "Well then, that's not so bad then I guess, is it? The trip to the farm sounds like fun!" You state, shrugging your shoulders.

Completely acting like you weren't petrified of said chickens less than 5 seconds previous to that.

"You lied to me!" You accuse the blonde while glaring at her.

It's needless to say when you all arrived at the farm for the trip out, you were completely alarmed to see the chickens roaming around freely.

So you are yet to even get out of the car and you are definitely not going near those horrid birds!

Meanwhile, Buddy is all for trying to willingly chase after them while Kim and Lia keep an eye on her, while Leah battles the task of getting you out of the car.

Leah can't help but laugh and roll her eyes, "Oh, that's a bit of an exaggeration, isn't it now?"

"Nope, you lied!" You insist, crossing your arms and stubbornly glaring at the blonde, "You told me a full blown lie!"

"Okay, so I may have bent the truth then, ever so slightly," Leah admits as she shrugs her shoulders.

You shake your head profusely in disagreement, "Nope, nope, you didn't bend the truth. You completely lied!" You state, stubbornly.

"Your being dramatic here, Monkey-- Even Buddy's not afraid of them!" The blonde remarks, exhaling a sigh as she looks in the direction to where Buddy is trying to get near to said animals, "Now are you going to get out of the car, or do you plan to stay in there this whole time?" She asks, patiently.

"Nope, no. I'm fine-- I'm not goin' anywhere near the chickens!" You all but insist, very reluctant to move out of the car at all, "It's not like Chicken Little, my ass!" You murmur, scowling at the blonde.

Leah can't help but laugh in amusement, finding your phobia of chickens somewhat hilarious, "You're being ridiculous. They can't even hurt you!"

Shaking your head in defiance, you bring your knees up to your head and wrap your hands around them, "You don't know that. They're evil, just look at 'em!" You gesture in the direction of one that's very closely approaching to the car as you somehow are convinced it can get near you, "They're just minutes away from biting me!" You insist.

"Monkey, chickens don't bite," The blonde states from where she now stands leaning up against the open door frame of the car while she waits for you to get out.

At the news of that, you start to relax a little, "They don't?" You can't but help but breath a sigh of relief and pluck up the courage to work your way to slowly get out of the car.

"Nope," The blonde replies, happy enough with the answer as it means you've finally gotten out of the car now before she starts to walk ahead of you to catch up with Buddy, Lia and Kim, "The worst that they can do is peck you." She mutters under her breath.

"I'm disappointed, they're not even fluffy cows!" You huff in protest, making your displeasure very much known in the situation, "Why aren't the cows fluffy?"

Kim can't help but look at Leah when you make that comment, "Has she had an energy drink today?"

"Nope, this is just Monkey," Leah exhales a sigh and shakes her head.

The trip to the farm is mostly successful, but much to your disappointment, the cow's aren't as fluffy and none of them really look like Derek much either.

"They might not be as fluffy but they're still cute though," Lia chimes in, smiling at you.

"Nope, I don't like it-- Ah, something bit me. It bit me!" You screech in absolute horror as you feel a sudden nip at your ankle, "I told you that they bite. I weren't lying about it!" You shout, making a complete scene in front of everyone.

Right in the moment, you didn't care when you where having to deal with worst nightmare.

"Wait until she see's the rooster," Kim jokes, amused at the situation.

Leah chuckles in agreement, "Oh yeah, she's definitely gonna freak out there."

The only highlight of this trip so far was seeing Leah hold a baby lamb and almost break into tears over it, you were sure to snap a photo of it just so you can definitely tease her about it, of course.

"Monkey, look, chickies!" Buddy exclaims, pointing in the direction of 2 winged feet creatures you absolutely detest coming near you, "You can stroke them!"

"Nope, no-- Uh uh, I'm not goin' anywhere near them!" You insist, glaring at them as they come near to you, "Back beast back, I'll 'ave ya!" You shout aloud, trying to square up to them as if you weren't afraid of them minutes ago.

"Chickies!" Buddy repeats, trying to drag you towards the animals that you completely detest.

Your eyes widen in fear and shake your head, "Nope, cya, I'm off-- Hey! Put me down!" Your not able to bolt like you'd so much like to do when Lia seems to have thought one step ahead and threw you over her shoulder to save sending out the search party for you, "Put me down!"

"Good thinking," Leah remarks, smiling at her friend.

"Put me down! I don't like heights, ya know? I'll get sea sick!" You protest, hitting your fists on the back of the girls back, "I don't wanna be near them!"

"Sea sick?" Kim furrows her eyebrows confused.

"I... I have no idea where that one's come from," Leah states, dumbfound as she can't help but laugh, "Note to self, we're not getting chickens any time soon." She speaks aloud, finding the situation of you being afraid of chickens still absolutely hilarious.

"Eleven Stars." Introduction to Surah 12, Yusuf.

There is no confirmed time when Surah Yūsuf was revealed, but scholars estimate it was during the 10th or 11th year of dawah, which is 2–3 years before the hijrah (migration) from Makkah to Madina. It was revealed after a year that scholars call "am al huzun" (the year of Sorrow or Despair), which was a difficult time for the Islamic prophet Muhammad. 

The name Joseph means Increaser, Repeater or Doubler, and even the fulfillment of his name is dual: Benjamin becomes Joseph's younger brother, and Joseph himself becomes father of two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh (see Ezekiel 47:13).

For a meaning of the name Joseph, NOBSE Study Bible Name List reads two meanings: (1) May He (Yahweh) Add (assuming that the "He" of our name is YHWH), and (2) Increaser. Jones' Dictionary of Old Testament Proper Names reads He Shall Add. And BDB Theological Dictionary has He Adds, Increases. Spiros Zodhiates (The Complete Word Study Dictionary — New Testament) translates the name Joseph with May God Add, but note that the "God" part is implied and not actually incorporated in the name Joseph.

Indeed, in the story of Joseph and his brothers there are lessons for all who ask.

Commentary:

No one in the Middle East speaks Hebrew. They read, write and speak in Arabic. Allah in His Wisdom and Mercy explained the Torah to Muhammad in Arabic so they would never be slaves to a corrupt Pharaoh, and as revealed in Yusuf, could feel empowered to dream of a future of their own.

Muhammad believed the people of Saudi Arabia were destined to inherit a Promised Land of their own. But the Middle East is a disaster. And the Mormons are taking full advantage of everyone who lives there!

Inside Yusuf is a way to fix this and the troubles named in Hud, specifically, vanity, covetousness, tyranny violence, corruption, all the causes of the falls of civilization named in the Torah.

Why did God tell Muhammad to keep all of this a secret? because history has to change. The Quran is replete with warnings man cannot rely upon the former generations to determine the best way of life for the ones that follow. Times have changed far too much for that. So plans for the future are kept a secret until persons who are being educated in real time have a chance to make their mark and change what is no longer relevant.

Then, maybe he tried to get arrested, spurted out some false accusations, and since the people of Derry could care less about the children of the town, they listen to the asshole and took Richie to the station to detain him... Richie's parents found out and not even a minute later, Richie's out with clean records and three police officers got fired, including henry's dad. Can you imagine how wild that would be?

I proceeded to spend the rest of the movie just looking at her in awe because what the fuck? What if, indeed?

Wentworth could've come from a very long line of various medical fields and that's why the Toziers are old money or Maggie could be one from old money as well since from what I understand, old money tends to only marry to other old money families. Maybe the only reason they live in Derry and not in either of their estates is to give Richie a chance to live a "normal" life and not the lavish one they've had. Am I tripping? Probably, but can you imagine also imagine the Losers' reaction to it?

and i feel like even though for the most part, maggie and went stay out of richie’s troubles (they want him to learn how to solve problems on his own and they don’t want him to rely constantly on his parents), but when someone does something to really hurt him, like what bowers did…… you best believe they’re gonna do something about it!!!!

This long post begins from the conversation and growing concerns regarding Plaid Royals men in the CPC story. Warning as it's likely has biases as it written subjectively from me but I like to compile things I am written about = which likely in total are 6k+ characters in here as Tumblr post

Note, rereading helps a lot to understand the context of my sayings, I suggest reread certain episodes (like the end of the gala, depends on own eyes power) slowly while putting on shoes of opposite character as used before. This rereading technique very beneficial for CPC, like when rereading of Aurelia tricking arc but from her perspective - we becomes more attentive for her expressions and sayings thus become symphatetic to her as well. The long text is to answer one simple question lmao, overblown to be a long analysis

I am not sure about Blaine honestly, I feel if Plaid royals men on forgiveness level + how they amend it .. it will be like this:

Leland:

completely unforgivable, years of abusing his own Family and actually backstabbing his BFF (I don't care for his reason, simply Petty obsession imho) = I feel the best outcome to get his bad karma bites him, either as: he stripped of his power as the king, and or somehow cursed that makes him stop

Blaine:

his reason, thoughts and others becomes more uncertain and I really don't know about him.. but one thing is, I have a sliver of hope that he could be redeemable (but his journey for it won't be showed with the remaining episodes left some people are neutral or hating him sm rn, the best is if we have timeskip of the CPC for him to be 'better person' as toxicity stopped). About his relationship with Maria? I am not sure if that's even could be salvageable.. One closing statement: he need to fix his mistakes first which he kept building and not stopping such as calling Frederick a loser and using Maria's info regarding side door as a test

The Duality of Blaine there, a duality means hypocrite as well

Lance:

I used to have high hopes that he could changes by defecting the Plaid troop along with Suzie, but reading comment section (which said him a coward) and his inactivy worrying me. I am not sure if he could be forgiven by a hard headed like person as Lorena, but him keep silent also doubles to him 'becomes at least not as worse as Blaine' as he did'nt telly-tale about Lorena has homework regarding defense which imply of palace defense increase. I feel once the toxicities of Leland truly stopped somehow and we have time skip, I could see Lance has good relationship with Lorena again although it likely won't be romantic one as used before (like they're collagues in their respected kingdom military)

Frederick:

TBH I am relating to him SM to the point I am afraid to make biases but please hear me out first. The saying "everyone hates Frederick before" isn't right to me. As I used to think people opinion about Frederick mistake about Gwen's appearance is a bit too much, I am with him as the CPC art in early art is roughish and Gwen appearance indeed 'horrifying'

- imagine getting served to an apple pie slice directly after incident of poisoned by Apple couples with 'creepy' smile [which look like a smirk] = she actually the fiancee you engaged to, which appearance somehow unlike the rest of her family. how shocked you'll be? Frederick is in so much shocked and frustations, and he tried to escape thus thinking but situations couldn't came (his brothers that 'happy' with their fiancees wanna stays longer, and Jamie's wake giving opportunity to stay longer) + we learn later on in ep 33-34 why Frederick becomes like that, but I want to highlight the implication of the incident instead compares it with Lilyth's, Gwen's mother, situation

The incident leads to Gwen meets the CPC, support system (that could give therapies in their own way as well) which not exist in Lilyth's time that helps her immensely in her journey of self-love, and unexpectedly for Frederick as well - the interactions of our protagonist (Gwen), our deuteragonist (Frederick) and various characters especially the CPC becomes step of their love life story - yet it shackled with shared negative experience "shattered image", remembers that both Gwen and Frederick experiences that due to failed first meeting to people that they're eager to meet for The experience although similar in sense, resulting in very different results due to how they responds and acts for it

-> skipping forward aka back to the topic, forgiveness comes by admitting one's mistake first. Frederick unaware that Gwen heard him but already reaching out Twice to Gwen in different occasions (first at crystal room, second after the haunted house) about it - but as extreme way to halt Leland's plan, the reveal of Frederick's mistake come heartwrenching as a waffle note

Frederick is already forgiven by Gwen, but I don't think Gwen has closure about it as it likely that Gwen not forgiving herself - in a way that she allowing romantic love from Frederick as being more selfish, but doing so make her relied to Frederick's opinion and love.. and the end of the gala make Gwen thinks she's the reason for the broken marriage arrangements between Plaid and Pastel - but what if the arrangements is doomed from the start as Leland himself told that the Plaid Princes should faking their affections to the Pastel Princesses? This one of biggest Mystery that I feel likely would be told in the future - Why Frederick the one that left out not knowing the full of the plan, and in the past forced to make the engagements still going? The closing statement about Frederick, also to avoid reaching limit again: Frederick is already forgiven by Gwen and Jamie is approved him+constantly supporting Gwen and Frederick somehow (including help him escape the prison), and as opposed as keep doing mistakes (like Blaine) or not doing anything (like Lance) - he keeps doing amends even thou had obstacles here and there (like his warning not taking seriously by everyone except Prez but at that point' it becomes too late) - but Maria and Lorena still not forgiving him, and thinking that he's the last person to be near Gwen + Jack that not knowing the situation and could be mad about Frederick's past mistake ..but I feel this final season 'as bearing the end' is shaping Frederick to be the Hero that shown everyone that he's worthy to Gwen and somehow saved everyone

Is just I am still have no idea how, but I feel it has tragic element with interacting the final scene of the Little tiniest Prince that got bitten by the snake and told the protagonist aka narrator astronaut to stay away even thou he convulses in pain = I feel somehow the heroic action is involving if Frederick saves Gwen, by sacrificing himself during his confrontation against the mysterious Giant serpent

So, onto the review!

Story: I feel like I'm forgetting something

We backtrack a tiny tiny bit from where we last left off, with Garou thinking of what happened immediately before this bald guy asked what he was supposed to be. There were no heroes in sight; he surmised that they'd all decided to stay down after the thrashing they got. He's gotten everything he needs and there's no one who could possibly be in his way now, nothing to fear... so why does it feel like something's not quite right? And what's with this loser of a hero presumably sent out to try rescuing people? He decides to answer.

"I'm Garou... the one who will become Absolute Evil."

He's disconcerted by finding Saitama not only less than impressed by his declaration, but also pointing out that he saved a helicopter full of people and destroyed a centipede monster, which leaves Garou doing some hasty dissembling (but we see you, Garou!). He declares that the Hero Association building itself is his next target and that Saitama should just go away and change careers.

...And Saitama starts to leave, to Garou's surprise. The bald man says that since Garou's not a monster, he's not got anything to do here, so he's going to go try looking for his things. Whatever Garou's playing at, it'd be best for him not to overdo it.

Garou can't. Can't stand being belittled or ignored. Few people can but it's been one of his berserk buttons, so of course he rushes up to the bald man from behind (et tu, Brutus? Yes, Garou's a hypocrite, but we knew that already) and gets sent flying.

As he's sent spinning like a badly-balanced top, the penny finally drops. Ever since he started his hero hunt in earnest, every day, somehow he's ended up knocked out. It's been this guy. This guy who looks so stupid and yet emanates this weird pressure has been the one who just takes him out like it's nothing.

The Hero Association and the miserable remnants of the heroes will have to wait for now. There's this source of his sinking feeling that Garou has to definitively defeat in order to take up his true role.

Between humour and horror lies a fine line indeed

On the one hand, I am greatly pleased to see the heartening sight of the passengers in the rescue helicopter have survived. There's the kids beneath a blanket. Sekingar still on his feet, his hand still bandaged (man, this man is tough!). There's Mumen Rider, Snek, and a couple of the other heroes who escaped from hospital picking their way over the watery rubble to meet them. That's the happy part. And yet, on the other hand... all you need is to think of what's under the water and it's a horror scene with the few survivors clinging on above the water line. We saw how many people were buried under rubble whom the heroes were trying to haul out and get evacuated. There's going to be thousands who just drowned in the dark. Because there wasn't a hero to reach them in time. Interestingly, that very point is something Garou would be likely to latch on, what with his using his outrage that there was no hero to notice and help him when he was being bullied as a reason to do what he's doing. Even more interestingly, say he could make every hero surrender and every bully stop bullying through sheer force of will, how would that help anyone overwhelmed by a sudden disaster? I don't think Garou's thought that far.

So this is terror

In the webcomic, Saitama grumbled about the way his evening had gone, thinking he'd end up destroying the world if his day got any worse, it had the air of a guy grumbling about noisy kids on his lawn. This Saitama in the manga, this scared me. He's just done with his day... and just ending the planet would be easy. Very easy.

Way back when, a.k.a. this morning, Garou crossed arms with Monster King Orochi and declared that strong as the monster was, he lacked terror.

Well, now he's met Saitama properly. And if we didn't jump a little at the thought of Saitama destroying the world, the sweat beading on Garou's face tells us he got the message, all right.

Saitama does look like a plain-faced, slightly depressed guy who rarely freaks out over anything, but nearly from the very beginning there has been a side of him that is deeply unsettling. A certain rage, a certain promise of total annihilation that chills anyone who sees it to the bone.

Genos got that weird pressure that Saitama emanated, and not only that, but he's been the first to put his finger perfectly on what separates Saitama from any merely strong person: his other-dimensionality.

If monsters, as Bug God put it, are beings who have separated themselves from humanity, then Saitama is a being who has separated himself from reality.

Garou hasn't been slow to pick up on what it means: Saitama, well, the overpowered baldy as he knows him, is *the* target. The one he absolutely has to beat down if he's to achieve his goal. With Saitama looking like such a menace, there's even a bit of impetus to do so for the sake of the world. A non-existent world is pretty peaceful but there's no atmosphere. Literally.

But how? This is going to get fascinating. Is Garou going to try to provoke Saitama into attacking him by doing something that's convincingly monstrous? Is he going to attack him first rather? Try to talk it out? The only thing that's certain is that Garou's not going to be able to let it go.

And that Garden is for Allah in the land of the two easts and two wests, and its Lord is Allah and not lucifer the outcast satan, in fact its Lord is Allah the Truth. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Rahman] 55:17, and that is Allah’s garden into the earth underneath the soil in the interior of your earth and it is for Allah and not for His arch enemy the liar messiah antichrist. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and whatever is between them and whatever is beneath the soil.}

Truthful Allah the Great [T.H.] 20:6

O folks, Indeed I debate with you by verses Allah knows it is the Truth you find it upon the actual reality if you were to know, surely who dispute in Allah’s revelations whom do not know so they are ignorant. Will you think why the impostor messiah will come claiming divinity and that he is the owner of the garden and hell-fire taking advantage of the appointed time of the first resurrection and would say that he is the one who resurrected them? But he is a liar; in fact Allah resurrected them by predetermined decree in the written Book to guide them by his servant the guider (Mahdi) of the nation the Awaited Imam Mahdi who you are ignorant about his value and you do not encompass his mystery, surely he make the people a one nation by Allah’s permission. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {And if your Lord had pleased, He would have made people a single nation. And they cease not to differ,(118) Except those on whom your Lord has mercy; and for this He created them.(119)}Truthful Allah the Great [Houd] 11:119-119. But most of you are ignorant. And In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {Do not those who believe know that, if Allah please, He would certainly guide the people altogether?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Raad] 13:31

Allah shall guide them by His servant except the satans of the jinn and mankind of every race/gender. In confirming to Allah’s promise in the Truth: {Surely Allah disdains not to set forth any parable — a gnat or anything above that. Then as for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord; and as for those who disbelieve, they say: What is it that Allah means by this parable? Many He leaves in error by it and many He leads aright by it. And He leaves in error by it only the transgressors,(26) Who break the covenant of Allah after its confirmation and cut asunder what Allah has ordered to be joined, and make mischief in the land. These it is that are the losers.(27)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:26-27

In the meaning of that Allah shall guide by the Mahdi all the people without the transgressors, and who are the transgressors? And you know who are the transgressors; Those are the human satan of Jews of whom they break the covenant of Allah after its confirmation and cut asunder what Allah has ordered to be joined, and make mischief in the land; those who are the losers, as like Aalam Al-Jihad the flag of the outcast satan, if they see the way of the Truth, they take it not for a way; and if they see the way of error and falsehood, they take it for a way. Those the Imam Mahdi would not increase them except impurity to their impurity because when they see him their faces will be stricken with grief and they know that he is the True Awaited Imam Mahdi but they are hateful for Truth, and those are the transgressors of the hypocrite human satans in every era. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {He said: It will surely be forbidden to them for forty years — they will wander about in the land. So grieve not for the transgressing people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:26

And confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Ask forgiveness for them or ask not forgiveness for them. Even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will not forgive them. This is because they disbelieve in Allah and His Messenger. And Allah guides not the transgressing people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:80

And confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {They will swear to you that you may be pleased with them. But if you are pleased with them, yet surely Allah is not pleased with the transgressing people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:96

And confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And when Moses said to his people: O my people, why do you malign me, when you know that I am Allah’s messenger to you? But when they deviated, Allah made their hearts deviate. And Allah guides not the transgressing people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Suff] 61:5

And confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {It is alike to them whether you ask forgiveness for them or ask not forgiveness for them — Allah will never forgive them. Surely Allah guides not the transgressing people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Munafiqoon] 63:6

Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above what they describe! And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.

The Superiority of Istighfar

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(الاِسْتِغْفَارُ) is the verbal noun from [اِسْتَغْفَرَ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُ ] to seek Allah’s forgiveness. The word [الغُفُرُ ] means to cover and conceal.

The words, [الغَفُورُ وَالغَفَّارُ وَالغَافِرُ] are all names of Allah and mean the covering of the servants sins and the pardoning him of his errors.

Shaykh Zayd Al-Madkhali said: These three names mean that Allah is vast in virtue and Very Generous in Forgiveness towards repenters, as long as they don’t continue to sin.

These three names all mean the same thing according to the scholars of Tafsir. Allah conceals the sins of the servants who repent, feel remorseful and request His pardon and His forgiveness. [1]

The reality of Istighfar

No human-being is sin free, no of us are infallible, so it’s man’s nature to sin. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Every son of Adam commits sin, and the best of those who commit sin are those who repent.’”[2]

Allah is delighted when we sin and then seeks his forgiveness. This is part of His Mercy. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, were you not to commit sins, Allah would replace you with a people who would commit sins and then seek forgiveness from Allah; and Allah would forgive them”.[3]

Its worth mentioning here that Istighfar isn’t only done on the tongue which has no impact on the Heart and body. Al-Fudayl ibn Iyyad said: “Seeking Allah’s forgiveness without abandoning the sin is the repentance of liar.”

So seeking forgiveness from Allah also requires us to leave off the sins.

Istighfar is for the Believers.

Allah said: It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah’s Forgiveness for the Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief).[At-Taubah:113]

Allah’s Messenger, (ﷺ) said:

I asked permission to seek forgiveness for my mother from Allah, but He did not grant it to me. I asked permission from Him to visit her grave, and He granted it (permission) to me.”[4]

Allah said: Whether you (O Muhammad ) ask forgiveness for them (hypocrites) or ask not forgiveness for them … (and even) if you ask seventy times for their forgiveness … Allah will not forgive them, because they have disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad ). And Allah guides not those people who are Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).[At-Taubah:80]

These two verses and hadith prove that forgiveness isn’t sought on behalf of the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Istighfar is a special trait that Allah has only favored the Muslims with.

An abandoned Sunnah for Istighfar

The Prophet used to wipe the head of the children and ask Allah to forgiven them. Abu Iyas said, “ My father took me to the Prophet [ﷺ] when I was a young child and the He [ﷺ] wiped my head and asked Allah to forgive me.”[5]

The Wordings used for Istighfar

[‏ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ]

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar :

We counted that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would say a hundred times during a meeting: “My Lord, forgive me and pardon me; You are the Pardoning and the Forgiving One”.[6]

[أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ]

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone says: “I ask pardon of Allah ,with Whom there is no deity, the Living, the eternal, and I turn to Him in repentance,” he will be pardoned, even if he has fled in time of battle.[7]

[أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ]

Narrated Abu Huraira:

I heard Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) saying.” By Allah! I ask for forgiveness from Allah and turn to Him in repentance more than seventy times a day.[8]

[سَيِّدَ الاِسْتِغْفَارِ]

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

(O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You have created me and I am Your slave and I am keeping my promise and covenant to You as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from the evil of what I do. I acknowledge Your blessing and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for there is none who can forgive sin except You.)’ If he says this in the morning, believing in it firmly, and dies on that day before evening comes, he will enter Paradise, and if he says it in the evening, believing firmly in it, and dies before morning comes, he will enter Paradise.”[9]

[وَاِسْتَغْفِرِيهُ عُشْرًا]

Um Raf’I when you stand for prayer say, “ Subhanallah 10 times, la illah ilallah 10 times, Al-Hamdulilah 10 times, Allahu Akbar 10 times then say As-staghfurallah 10 times. When you say subhanallah 10 times Allah says this is for me and when you la illah ilallah 10 times Allah says this is for me, and when you say Al-Hamdulilah 10 times Allah says this is for me and when you say Allahu akbar Allah says this is form and when we seek forgiveness after saying those words He says, “ I have forgiven you.”[10]

The times of the day to perform Istighfar

After completing worship

Allah said: Then depart from the place whence all the people depart and ask Allah for His Forgiveness. Truly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.[Al-Baqarah:199]

Although this verse was revealed for Hajj, it applies to completing the prayer and other acts of worship that we fall short in performance.

The last hours of the night

Allah said :(They are) those who are patient ones, those who are true (in Faith, words, and deeds), and obedient with sincere devotion in worship to Allah. Those who spend [give the Zakat and alms in the Way of Allah] and those who pray and beg Allah’s Pardon in the last hours of the night.[11]

After completing a class or gathering

سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ ‏

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever sits in a sitting and engages in alot of empty and meaningless speech and then says before getting up from that sitting of his: [‘Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except You, I seek You forgiveness, and I repent to You,] then whatever occurred in that sitting would be forgiven from him.”[12]

Also there is other narration when the prophet [ﷺ] said these words after completing Wudu and reading the Quran.[13]

After burying a Muslim

After the burial of a dead man, the Prophet (ﷺ) would stand by the grave and say, “Ask Allah to forgive your brother and supplicate for him be steadfast ,because he is being questioned (about his deeds) now.”[14]

Seeking Istighfar is the way of the Angels and the Prophets.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “The angels supplicate in favour of one of you ,so long as he remains in the place where he has performed Salat (prayer) in a state of Wudu’. They (the angels) say: ‘O Allah! Forgive him, O Allah! Have mercy on him.”‘[15]

Adam

Allah said: They said: “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers.”[ Al-‘Araf: 23]

Nuh

Allah said: Nuh (Noah) said: “O my Lord! I seek refuge with You from asking You that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have Mercy on me, I would indeed be one of the losers.”[ Hud :47]

Ibrahim

Allah said: “And Who, I hope will forgive me my faults on the Day of Recompense, (the Day of Resurrection),”[Ash-Shu’ara: 82]

Dawud

Allah said: And Dawud (David) guessed that We have tried him and he sought Forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allah) in repentance.[ Saad: 24]

Sulayman

Allah said: He said: “My Lord! Forgive me, and bestow upon me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me: Verily, You are the Bestower.”[Saad:35]

Musa

Allah said: He said: “My Lord! Verily, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.” Then He forgave him. Verily, He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.[Al-Qasas:16]

The benefits of Istighfar

It’s a command from Allah:

Allah said: So be patient (O Muhammad ). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the ‘Asr and Fajr prayers].[Ghafir: 55]

It’s a means to increase your provision:

Allah said: I said (to them): ‘Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving;11. ‘He will send rain to you in abundance;12. ‘And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers.’ “[Nuh 10-12]

It’s help one enter Jannah

It removes sins

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) said

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, “Allah, the Exalted, has said: ‘O son of Adam! I shall go on forgiving you so long as you pray to Me and aspire for My forgiveness whatever may be your sins. O son of Adam! I do not care even if your sins were reach up to the sky and should you beg pardon of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam! If you come to Me with an earthful of sins and meet Me, without associating anything with Me in worship, I will certainly grant you as much pardon that could fill the earth.”‘[16]

It Repels harm and calamity

Allah said: And Allah would not punish them while you (Muhammad ) are amongst them, nor will He punish them while they seek (Allah’s) Forgiveness.[Al-Anfal:33]

It raises your level in Jannah

The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said: “A man will be raised in status in Paradise and will say: ‘Where did this come from?’ And it will be said:’From your son’s praying for forgiveness for you.'”[17]

It cleans the heart

The Messenger of Allah said: “Verily, when the slave (of Allah) commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. When he refrains from it, seeks forgiveness and repents, his heart is polished clean. But if he returns, it increases until it covers his entire heart. And that is the ‘Ran’ which Allah mentioned: ‘Nay, but on their hearts is the Ran which they used to earn.’”[18]

The Spiritual Development of Istighfar

It makes the Dunya insignificant in the heart of the servant

Distances the devil from you

Attain Allah’s love

Taste the sweetness of faith and obedience.

Increases intellect and faith

Draws the slave closer to Allah.

Removes stress and worry.

Makes worshipping Allah easier.

Helps to purify your soul and your community from bad deeds.[19]

Macron: ‘Islam is a religion that is in crisis all over the world today’

French President Emmanuel Macron announced a new law today created to combat “radical Islamism” in order to apparently “defend the republic and its values and ensure it respects its promises of equality and emancipation”.[1]

The long-awaited address began with Macron claiming Islam was “in crisis” all over the world.

“Islam is a religion that is in crisis all over the world today, we are not just seeing this in our country”[2]

His comments prompted a huge backlash from Muslims on social media, with French Academic Rim-Sarah Alaoune, tweeting:

“President Macron described Islam as ‘a religion that is in crisis all over the world today’. I don’t even know what to say. This remark is so dumb (sorry it is) that it does not need any further analysis … I won’t hide that I am concerned. No mention of white supremacy even though we are the country that exported the racist and white supremacist theory of the ‘great replacement’, used by the terrorist who committed the horrific massacre in #Christchurch.”

Our chief editor, Dr Salman Butt, commented on the French President’s remarks about Islam:

“Emmanuel Macron, like others who profit from propping up the failed ideology that has caused so much turmoil in the world today, is understandably taking cheap shots at Islam. It is the only comprehensive way of life with a historical track record of creating civilisation from chaos similar to today’s, and it is genuinely a threat to his ill-gotten, temporal privileges. If he were wise he would learn from history and humble himself, lest he join the long list of forgotten losers as footnotes that got in the way of justice, truth and mercy for humanity.”

Shaykh Dr Haitham al-Haddad had a message for President Macron:

Before claiming that Islam is in crisis, he should look at his own values first. Before throwing stones he should look after his glass house. We don’t want to recall the millions of people his ideology in France exterminated in many countries. Maybe he can educate himself with “Calendrier des crimes de la France outre-mer” by author  Jacques Morel.

France is still very much in the throes of its white supremacist ideology mascerading as “secularism”.  Let us ask Macron how France still look at the black people. How does France view Africa? Ask him about the African countries that must deposit their national currency reserves in France at the central bank. Ask the enlightened civilized macron why a dozen African countries still pay billions of Euros as “Colonial Tax” to France each year.[3] What are these democratic values that he claims to want to protect while France is among the first countries to support dictators all over the world? Who supported Gaddafi of Libya, who is supporting the current Haftar of Libya, who is supporting Hezbollah of Lebanon and meeting secretly with them and others?

Before claiming to fix Islam, fix your civilization and protect your people. Are you aware that your county has the second-highest rates for suicides in Western Europe?[4] France had an overall suicide rate of 12.1 per 100,000 people in 2016. It is also a fact that Europe in general leads the world in suicides.

Despite all the attacks against Islam, it is still the fastest growing way of life in the world. Humanity is fed up with the failed and hypocritical ideology propping up your “civilization”, “technology” and “enlightenment” and want to embrace a way of life that provides them with authentic, non-hypocritical values. They want to adopt a way of life that is not racist and does not take advantage of people and require structural and ongoing oppression just to stay afloat. That way of life is called Islam.

Do not worry Mr Macron, your people are not all like you, they are indeed turning to Islam. The rate of conversion to Islam in France is on the rise. Sooner rather than later, your children or perhaps even you might become Muslim because Islam wins even its enemies. It is better to work with Muslims to fix the problems of your so-called “civilization” before it is destroyed by your values.

Editor of British Muslim news site 5Pillars, Roshan Salih, and spokesperson for the MCB, Miqdaad Versi, also tweeted their response, with many calling the President’s words a blatant attempt to divert attention away from France’s coronavirus second wave crisis.[5]

The new measures are aimed towards “liberating French Islam from foreign influences” will see local officials be given extra-legal powers to combat “extremism”.

He added:

“Our challenge is to fight against those who go off the rails in the name of religion … while protecting those who believe in Islam and are full citizens of the republic.”

His speech today represented a broad outline of future measures, with a more thorough plan expected to be drawn up in the next two weeks in preparation for a bill to strengthen a 1905 law which will be presented in December of this year.

Some of the measures include placing mosques under greater control and will put a gradual end of the long-established practice of bringing Imams from other Middle Eastern countries – especially during the month of Ramadan – instead ensuring any Imam arriving from abroad receives training in France before gaining their certification.

It will also require children from the age of 3 to attend French schools, a place Macron said was “the heart of secularism where children become citizens”[6] and that “secularism is the cement of a united France.”

In addition, Macron said outward displays of “religious” affiliation would be banned in schools and the public service. Wearing the hijab is already banned in French schools and for public servants at their workplace.

Meanwhile, Roshan Salih suggested a quicker and less violent solution to the problems Macron claimed to want to tackle:

#EmmanuelMacron needs to realise that once France stops intervening military in Muslim countries and starts treating Muslims as equal citizens then there’s a real possibility that communal relations in France will improve.
