Bill is insanely overprotective but in the worst possible way. He doesn't trust anyone, especially boys. If his daughter so much as mentions a crush, he launches into a 15-minute rant about how “men are scum, and I should know, because I am one!”

2. Turns Her into a Nerd by Force.

He starts her on comics, sci-fi, and horror movies from the womb. Think “Alien” at age six and mandatory Sunday night viewings of Twilight Zone.

“You don’t get to sleep until you can name the entire creative team behind Swamp Thing vol. 2.”

3. Absolutely Cannot Handle Emotions.

She cries? He panics. He just stands there holding a Mountain Dew can like, “Uh… do you want… a Funko Pop or something? Stop leaking! I didn’t raise a weakling!”

4. The Most Toxic PTA Parent Ever.

He shows up to school meetings in a black trench coat, rants about the school’s media literacy failures, and says things like, “If my daughter’s being bullied, I will sue. I have lawyers. I know people on forums. Don’t test me.”

5. Secretly the Best Coach in a Weird Way.

Bill is a ruthless perfectionist when she shows interest in anything creative. “If you’re gonna draw anime, do it right. These proportions? Amateur. You call this anatomy? This is CalArts-tier crap, and I won’t allow it under my roof.”

But his standards push her to be really, really good—even if she wants to murder him half the time.

6. Grudgingly Proud Dad Mode

She wins an art contest or aces a project? He brags nonstop for a month—but never directly to her face.

“She’s not bad. I mean, obviously she got the talent from me. But yeah, whatever. I guess she’s okay.”

7. Hyper Fixates on Her Interests to “Vet” Them

If she likes something he doesn’t understand (like K-pop), he goes full rage-research mode. Watches 6-hour YouTube essays. Then returns to say things like:

“Okay. So this Jungkook guy? I guess he’s talented. Still don’t trust him.”

8. Accidentally Raises a Girl Just Like Him

One day she quotes The Thing perfectly, destroys a boy in an online debate, and calls someone a “poser” for not knowing Kirby’s original designs. Bill just stares and mutters, “My work here is done.”

9. Will Go to War for Her

She never sees it, but if anyone seriously messes with her? He’s already on the dark web tracking their IP address. His threats are too specific.

“You want me to drop their home address or are we playing the long game?”

10. Sentimental? Nope. Never. (Okay, Maybe Once.)

He keeps a photo of her in his wallet, folded and beat up. He never talks about it.

But sometimes, when she’s not around, he looks at it and sighs.

“She’s… fine. Not like she makes me proud or anything. Idiot.”

“The Coat”

Bill was elbow-deep in a tote labeled "CON BADGES / UNTOUCHED GARBAGE", muttering under his breath about how these kids wouldn’t know practical effects if they crawled out of a latex womb, when his daughter walked in—dragging the massive, beat-up orange flannel from the back of his closet behind her.

It was practically a robe on her. Oversized, worn, and clinging to the smell of years of conventions, bad takeout, and Bill’s lingering rage.

Daughter:

“…Can I wear this to school tomorrow?”

Bill turned like she’d just asked to burn his comic collection.

Bill:

“That? You mean my coat? The coat I wore to every screening of The Thing between ‘92 and ‘06? The coat I nearly got kicked out of Wizard World for wearing over a Gremlins tee because some idiot thought I was doing a bit?”

Daughter: (nodding calmly)

“Yeah. That one.”

Bill: (offended beyond comprehension)

“Why would you want to wear that? You trying to look like a failed screenwriter with back problems?!”

Daughter:

“It’s warm. And I like how it smells. Like… your weird soap and burnt pizza.”

Bill: (pointing dramatically)

“That’s character! You don’t earn that smell, you live in it.”

Daughter:

“I want to live in it. Just for the day.”

That shut him up for a second. He looked at her—dwarfed by his rage-blanket of a coat, arms poking out like she was wrapped in a sleeping bag—and muttered something under his breath that sounded suspiciously like: “…you’re a menace…”

Bill: (grumbling)

“Fine. But if anyone spills anything on it, anyone—you, your friends, some gluten-free goober with a juice box—I will rain hellfire upon that school. I will march in there, I will quote John Carpenter until they expel themselves, and I will not be held responsible for what happens next.”

Daughter: (grinning)

“Love you too, Dad.”

Bill:

“I didn’t say that. I don’t believe in love. I believe in practical effects and staying angry.”

She rolled her eyes, already backing out of the room.

Daughter:

“Sure. I’ll be careful. I swear on your limited edition ‘Murder of Crows’ box set.”

Bill: (horrified)

“DON’T YOU JOKE ABOUT THAT—!”

But she was gone. And he was left staring at the empty spot where the coat had been, rubbing his temples and muttering:

Bill:

“Kid’s gonna be the death of me. In the best possible way.”

Not in my comment section lmfao. I’ve had a lot of people and ex ‘friends’ criticise my work and call it “childish” or an “easy read” but thankfully I don’t get hateful comments on ao3/wattpad

Sure do! I’m a whore at heart when it comes to smut. However, a lot of my fics aren’t focused on smut, I try to give variety to my readers.

Technically yes when the ai scrapping happened, 36 of my fics got snatched. But other than that, I don’t believe I have.

Many times yes! But they always ask me prior and I consent to them doing it as long as they credit me. There’s times I see Italian fics I’d love to read but unfortunately can’t, so I think translating (with consent) is a lovely thing!

13. Have you ever co written a fic?

Yes!! I have co written fics with @dreadful-doctors and @genetic-hellhound it’s one of my favourite things and those fics are some of my favourites 🥺

14. What’s your all time favourite ship?

Currently thiam! But jyler are my forever babies

15. What’s a wip you wanna finish but doubt you ever will?

None. I’m determined to finish the 26 wips I have

I think im good at plot twists and unexpected events? I like to keep my readers guessing and I hope im doing that correctly.

Used to be using correct punctuation and formatting. Unfortunately my earlier fics lack that severely but im fixing them all and I have come a long way. I also struggle with fluff sometimes, it’s not my favourite thing to write.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language?

I love it! Personally Google translate isn’t reliable so I ask people of that language if they’ll translate it appropriately for me!

As a child, Arthur and the invisibles (on paper) but officially on wattpad, the vampire diaries.

Hands down my puppy pack fic! It’s almost 200k words between both books and I had the best time writing it!

Me before Volume 7 : I heard about Merlin Hermes. I really wanna get to that part soon.. he looks very cool. Shame I heard he gets the least screen time out of all Klein’s personas.

Me reading Vol 7 rn : MERLÍN HERMES!!! Does he get another chapter.. YES MERLIN HERMES!! Oh dear mysterious Miracle Invoker, Mr.Fully Automated Wishing Machine, the wandering magician, oh finally you have shown up. Every chapter with Merlin Hermes is pure joy. Everything about him is immaculate. Yes I am very biased.

Something about Klein having to meticulously put on masks all the time, to have to restrain many of his habits as Gehrman Sparrow, to act like a high society member (and act like someone twice his actual age) as Dwayne Dantes. I’m just happy to see him smile when he wants, make witty comments, act mysterious but also be cheery, make a difference in some peoples’ lives, and overall just enjoying the joy in life right now. After everything in Volume 6, he should just enjoy life like this. Honestly, I wish we could get more scenes of him going out and eating delicacies more often, but then I realize he’s now Seq 2 and eating is no longer a necessity. But I guess he can always summon them.. in any case it pains me a little to know that when the one opportunity arises where he can just chill out, he no longer can enjoy it like he used to, and even that period of time as Sherlock Moriarty and Nighthawk Klein Moretti was extremely short and fleeting. Like, imagine you’re someone who likes to eat and taste random food, but life simply doesn’t allow you to do it often because you keep running into danger, and after that you constantly have to be mindful of your diets to accompany your different personas, then the opportunity finally arrives that you no longer have to abide by those personas’ specially crafted diets now, only to remember you are now someone who doesn’t feel hungry anymore. That also applies to other stuff like general entertainment, etc etc. What would a theatre show seem like to the greatest actor? What would a circus show appear to a Miracle Invoker? Merlin Hermes feels like an honest persona, but with a sense of disconnection and loneliness lying underneath.

So, is there a reason the number 72 pops up a couple times in jttw? I know it could be a coincidence but is there any significance of it you may know of? Like there's the 72 transformations... in the first volume there's also 72 demon kings on flowerfruit mountain, there's also 72 halls in the heaven gates I think also in vol 1. In a scene with wukong asking someone to guess how old he is and upon revealing his age, the old man says that wukong has "72 features".

It's one of those "stock numbers" used in literature because they are really neat, like 36 and 10800 (for distances) but may have symbolic meanings that originates from divination/calendar stuff.

For 72 specifically:

Traditionally, 9 is considered the number of extreme Yang/Heaven, 8 is extreme Yin/Earth. 易·系辞, a guide to the Book of Changes, categorizes 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 as Heavenly, and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 as Earthly.

"Wait, but the biggest of Heavenly and Earthly numbers are 9 and 10, and they don't give you 72!"

I have a speculation, and it's best explained by this diagram.

This is the River Diagram, very important to Book of Changes divination. Technically, 10 is also seen in this picture (the 2 parallel lines of 5 black dots), but the biggest numbers of dots found on a single line is 8 and 9——the former is Yin and the latter is Yang.

The number 72 may have come from the multiplication of these two.

There's also a less convoluted explanation and possible origin for the number 72: traditional Chinese calendar divides a year into 24 solar terms. Each term is about 15 days, which can be further divided into 3 Hou, and one Hou is about 5 days.

24 x 3 = 72, and a year has 72 Hou.

Thus 72 becomes a popular stock number for things because of its relation to everyday calendar stuff.

Love 2ha to death, recently read vol 7 and cried like the world was ending, but man I found chu wanning to be so unimpressive and irritating in the first two volumes. Perhaps it's because we first meet him in 0.5 mo ran's very negative and biased pov, but he did not wow me and I felt truly exasperated with him at every turn in the first two volumes. He's low-key an awful teacher and his inner monologue regarding a 15 year old mo ran is pathetic. Here's this grown man getting legitimately jealous that his presumably 15 year old disciple is crushing on his other teenaged disciple. Like dude, are you really gonna let these petty ugly feelings get the better of you and Lowkey influence your decisions as a teacher? (Aside from the whole problematic thing of pining after his teenaged disciple yadayadayada who cares the jealousy part feels more cringe🙄) He strikes me as the type of teacher or parental figure you can't truly have an everyday conversation with, but will literally DIE for you if need be. So yeah, you can't say he doesn't care, but you also can't say you'd be comfortable asking for any sort of help in regards to your education in fear of attracting his ire.

It just felt like all the Mo Ran and chu wanning interactions and characterizations pre-timeskip are just a bunch of waffling around and it just felt so frustrating!! Stop wasting my time with this kindergarten bs!!! Don't even get me started on the nothing burger that was the xia sini plot!! Cuz book 3 and onwards kicks in and hits it's stride and ughhhh the main couple get so good!! I know chu wanning being a low-key awful teacher and being internally petty is probs the point, but I prefer the shizuns my protagonists be fucking to be good at their job, personally😞😞

I have to say 2ha has my favourite vol 1 of all danmei so… that’s awkward. I dunno I kind of love how broken their early dynamic is and that’s why I love the Xia Sini arc because essentially what you have is a 26 year old man in the body of a 6 year old flirting with a 16 year old that’s actually 32 years old. It’s unhinged but it hits so good. Chu Wanning’s petty jealousy works so well as well I think because it’s Ranwan’s freak 4 freak energy. Like nobody else would be able to put up with them.

I don’t actually mind the early Ranwan dynamic because like… Mo Ran’s early life was so fucked up and he rocks up at Sisheng Peak at 15 a well known brothel attendee. (Also the famous smut Chapter 3 of To Rule in a Turbulent World - the Shou is 15 so like I get the impression 15 isn’t supposed to be that young within the setting maybe?). I think it just hits different than if he were to start banging say Xue Meng or Nangong Si.

Although I’m sure canonically he’s meant to be a very good shizun… just ask his number 1 fanboy, Xue Meng.

I low key miss how unhinged Mo Ran was straight after the rebirth. I’m glad Taxian Jun is back in town because I love him!

(And his toxic love affair with Chu Fei. Like ch 273 so good to me because there’s so many subtle hints about their dynamic)

i have no idea how to describe how insanely happy i am finding these sold in my local area AHHHHHHHHAHHHAA I had no idea volume 8 was in the US already someone took vol 7 so i couldnt find it lol after god is unfortunately not popular enough to have multiple copies stocked yet rip

my book 1 is in english and I got that on the preorder release date and I still think i'm gonna buy the whole series again in english. but might wait for when the books go on sale instead

the english volume silvery print is also more matte compared to the book sleeves of the japanese print and is also much bigger (and more expensive by that metric). I might compile some photos later of the little scribbles only found in the print manga since I can't find many of these online elsewhere. i was looking forward to more puppy tokinaga content in chapter 68 but we got a whole diff plot twist, but the print manga has some little shorts more abt it so i am fed

the cover for #6 is really a weird color now that I look at it next to all the other volumes. I assume #7 is a faded navy from online images? or it could be a rich navy idk. the rest of the covers have a very strong bright color, but this one's a muted color that isn't as eye catching

cover #4 is the one cover I Apologize For the Person I Become GOD i love that head tilt. that smile. those teeth, the upturned eyes, the way the bottom lip is defined. bet you can't guess my favorite character i miss him so fucking much COME BACK TO US... OBIKAWA.....

SAFT Light Novel Release Timeline

Since the end of 2022, Sugar Apple Fairy Tale began to release it's light novel series in English and ever since Volumes 1-5 have been released and with Volume 6 set to be out soon on June 18th.

Volume 1 (2022)

The first volume was published in English on October 4th 2022 and that was the only light novel released that year. I think the reason behind the decision was to give fans a taste about what to expect since the anime for Sugar Apple Fairy Tale was going to be released at the beginning of 2023 the following year.

Volumes 2-4 (2023)

By 2023, one by one more volumes were being released and in that same time, the anime series had premiered. • Volume 2 (January 17th 2023) • Volume 3 (April 18th 2023) • Volume 4 (September 19th 2023) By the end of the year, it had been established the light novels were planning to release 3 books per year. The anime for the series had ended by Volume 6, but that is NOT the end of the story. It's unknown if/when the anime will return, but until then, I'll be collecting every single book!

Volumes 5-7 (2024)

Now it's 2024 and so far Volume 5 was out by February with Volume 6 set to be published in a few weeks in late June. Afterward it'll seem likely that Volume 7 will be published sometime before the end of the year after summer, sticking to the rule of 3 books per year. • Vol 5 (February 20th) • Vol 6 (June 18th) • Vol 7 (TBD)

With that in mind, it seems we can expect the light novels to always publish 3 new books in English every year and if that's the case, I think I've established a timeline for the upcoming years. Fair warning for loyal fans, we all will be in a LONG wait.

By 2028, I'm fairly certain that all 17 original volumes will be published in English, but as for the more recent volumes... I don't know?

A Practical Guide to Evil

So I've sat with it for most of the day, and while I think I'll be ruminating on it for much longer than that, here are my thoughts.

Obviously, spoilers.

First, Akua Sahelian. Even going in knowing that she was going to get a redemption arc, I was thinking that maybe I misremembered the name, that it was another character that was going to be redeemed. Especially after the demon at Marchford and of course the Doom of Liesse. I will admit to literally squealing when Catherine broke her fucking bones after 1st Liesse. As the story went on, I began to forgive and forget, and to be honest by the middle of Vol. 7 I was like get over it and kiss her, Cat. I guess I just never felt that bad about the Doom after the Everdark, despite the narrative's insistence on reminding me of it. Maybe that's good writing, that I liked Akua so much, maybe not, idk I'm just a little guy.

Hakram was a great character, with a perfect pivot from in Cat's shadow to becoming a man of his own. He was the button that EE could press to ignore all of the logistical issues when the army got big, so that was kind of annoying, but whatever.

Indrani. Around the time that she and Cat finally fucked I was screaming in my head for them to fuck, so that feels right. Really liked her characterization towards the end with the other Refuge refugees, especially the line where Concocter tells her it didn't have to always be a fight. Good shit.

Vivienne was hit or miss for me, she was her own character, but never really felt that important to me, despite obvious narrative importance. Never the same level of emotional connection to me.

Masego, my darling beloved. My sweet perfect boy. My autistic wizard son. I love him. There may be flaws in his character, maybe, but I will never see them. He is the platonic ideal of a wizard to me.

And then Catherine. She went though so many forms of anime magic. Guide truly cemented itself as a shonen to me, just by virtue of never quite knowing what she could actually do. Her characterizations were relatively constant, enough to ground her as a character anyway, but the way that she always had a hidden plan did get a little annoying. It wasn't quite Sherlock Holmes level unrevealed scheming, but there were definitely moments where I groaned out of annoyance, namely when she was take prisoner in Wolof. I'm probably overstating how much wasn't foreshadowed, and I'd guess that for a lot of people the excitement of guessing "how would Cat get out of this one" was fun, but by the end I was rolling my eyes half the time.

Overall I loved it, and I'm definitely going to reread it at some point. It will provide inspiration for my dnd campaign for years to come, and I will be shamelessly stealing characters forever. Kairos Theodosian was incredible, and probably my second favorite character.

My single biggest critique was that there were stretches of like 5 or 6 interludes in a row, which inevitably lead to me saying "Cordelia FUCKING Hasenbach" under my breath

Hi 👋 , totally random ask here, I just want to talk about kiyoka for a minute with someone bc apparently few people read the novels . I recently finished reading vol 6 (Spoilers) , I know I'm late .

And I was stunned , I never expected kiyoka to leave the military, it was of course foreshadowed that he stayed bc of godos dad but it came as shock to me at the end . The thing is I can't really imagine him in any other career , and I'm looking forward to what direction he will choose . I guess not knowing that much about him is a good thing bc that means that the story will focus on his growth as well , at least I hope it does , and we will hopefully see what he is like as a person , bc until this point his character was interwoven with his cold and strict military persona , that obviously doesn't fit him. Whenever we got a glimpse of him outside his profession, something happened and he had to be the commander again . I just wanted your opinion, what career path do you think he will choose , something regarding his powers or something entirely new ? Sorry for my rumbling , have a nice day ❤️

Yeah, Kiyoka changing careers is something really hard for me to imagine, too. It never actually sunk into me that he was considering different career before the event about Godou's dad. I just feel like from the very beginning of the series, Kiyoka had always has this calling to be a military commander.

From Volume 1:

From Volume 5:

Everything about Kiyoka seem to stem from being a military commander. From his coldness and kindness, despite how contradictory those traits are, are both due to him being tasked with a duty to protect the citizens of Imperial City. The wanting to protect is due to his kindness and the coldness part is due to the nature of being in the military. So to me, the military officer is the career perfectly cut out for him. He's not the kind of person who brags about his supernatural ability but at the same time, because he knows he's the best person capable for the military commanding officer so he'll do it to make sure the job is well done, to prevent as much death as possible. He's so single-minded focus on this career that he'd skip lunch and stay overnight at his office and even rejected a marriage proposal from someone who could have been an alright fit for him because he didn't want any distractions to come to his work.

I think the reason for the change is because he met Miyo. Because he wants a future with her, he wants to fulfill his dreams that he had planned before he joined the military. Like being with Miyo encouraged him to be fully himself including pursuing what he truly desire as a dream job. I think because being in the military makes him a cold and callous person, and he doesn't like being that person, especially not when he's with Miyo, so he wants to distance himself from that cold and callous persona.

From Volume 4:

I don't know what career he was considering before he became a military officer. I agree with you and hope that the next volumes will focus on his growth as well since it has been focused on Miyo lately. She is the main protagonist and I've been imagining that the "My" part of My Happy Marriage is from her POV but it is Kiyoka's happy marriage as well. Even though he gives up his military career he will still be assigned missions to fight Grotesqueries since he's a gift-user so that "military" part of him will never really go away.

The only profession I can think of is him teaching other people how to use their gifts. Maybe a military trainer rather than an military commander. Even that's still hard for me to imagine. But Godou did mention that gifts are occurring less often in people nowadays as Grotesqueries show up less and less so maybe there won't be as much need for military trainers as much.

I guess we'll just have to see. Volume 7 comes out on August 20 so we won't have to wait that long.

And you're welcome to vent long posts in my inbox any time, Anon. The My Happy Marriage fandom seem small compare to others so I appreciate any discourse about it.

1. I am a gigantic Morpheus apologist.

2. I am a gigantic Lyta Hall apologist.

3. I spend all of TKO in incredible pain and not even the "hurts so good" kind of pain either.

4. I am aggressively neutral about Daniel.

5. I strongly dislike several aspects of the comics ending.

6. Despite this I do love the comics a lot.

7. I had... some health issues and mental health issues when I read the Sandman comics for the first time, and a bunch of aspects of the text intersected with my issues in a really really bad way.

8. I am doing much better now (knock on wood knock on wood). And I am much more capable of saying: "This speaks to me. This doesn't speak to me. I agree with this take. I don't agree with this take. It's all ok." without getting weirdly upset.

9. I don't care that much about what other people think of the story. Not in a bad way!!! Not like I'm not interested in reading other people's takes, because I am! But I bump into Sandman opinions that I disagree with constantly (across reddit, tumblr, twitter, bsky, instagram, youtube, discord, other shit that I'm probably forgetting)- and that is ok. A lot of people who I like and respect a lot have very different opinions about certain things. That is ok. I'm sure I have a ton of opinions that people are disagreeing with constantly. That is also ok. Just for the record, I'm never fighting with people when I have different takes from them? And I generally don't think that people are fighting with me?

And I just think- this is a complex, heavy work. There are not easy answers to a lot of the questions. There is a lot of ambiguity and there is a lot of room for varying interpretations. It is also a work that is emotionally difficult for a lot of people (myself absolutely included!!!).

So I guess my unsolicited advice to anyone who may be reading this is: your takes are your own. Your opinions, interpretations, and emotional reactions to this story are your own. If your reactions aren't matching up with other people's, that is ok.

And now, I am going to seal myself off from the internet until I have watched vol 2. Both to avoid spoilers. And to give myself time to react, and to avoid being overly influenced by other people's opinions, and to give myself some space to deal with the MENTAL BREAKDOWN THAT I AM PROBABLY ABOUT TO HAVE.

How old is Bucky when he meets Steve again (in the comics)?

And how old is Steve?

March 1945 (birthday established in CA V5 #50) - Bucky turns 20

Sometime in April 1945 - Cap and Bucky and the plane. Bucky fell into the English Channel.  

5 May 1945 - found by the Soviets

7 May 1945 - revived 

21 May 1945 - after extensive tests, no super soldier serum was found so he was put in cryostasis 

June 1954 - the arm was created and the Winter Soldier Project began and Bucky was revived and trained - still 20 years old

5 November 1954 - first field test

7 June 1957 - 23 years old. 

“In the three years since he was awakened from stasis, it appears his mind is seeking to fill in the holes in his memory, or possibly rebelling against the implanted programming he received originally. … It is therefore our recommendation that Codename: Winter Soldier be kept in stasis between missions, and that he undergo Mental Implantation at every awakening. We believe this will correct his instability issues, so he can continue to be of use to Department X” - Captain America Vol 5 #11 

In “present day” (we love a sliding timescale - also Vol 5 was released 20 years ago) Fury has a meeting with Steve and Sharon and are showing him surveillance photos of the Winter Soldier. He says: 

“THERE'S SOMETHING ELSE, TOO, THAT OUR 21ST CENTURY SOFTWARE IS ABLE TO TELL US... BETWEEN 1955 AND 1976 IT'S ESTIMATED OUR HITTER ONLY AGED APPROXIMATELY FIVE YEARS.” - CA V5 #8

and

“NO ONE EVER REALLY BELIEVED HE EXISTED. BUT I DO, BECAUSE I'VE GOT THIS PICTURE FROM LAST WEEK AT DULLES INTERNATIONAL... HERE HE IS AGAIN, ABOUT THREE YEARS OLDER THAN HE WAS IN 76...” - CA V5 #8 

CA Vol 5 #6 established that the photo at Dulles International airport is in Nov 2004 so in those issues that’s the latest date

If he aged five years between 1955 and 1976, then subtract two as he aged normally from 1954-1957. 

So he aged three years between 1957 and 1976 then three again between 1976 and 2004.

So if Fury’s tech is correct: Bucky is about 29 years old when he and Steve meet again in present day. 

Side Note: how old is Steve when they meet again?

Steve is four years older than Bucky. This places his birthday in July 1921. (However, I’ve also read that many comics place his birth year at 1922.) For continuity let’s say he’s born in 1921.

He’s frozen the same time Bucky is in April 1945. This makes him almost 24 when he falls into the Channel and freezes. 

From Sam’s quote in Issue 13 this would make Steve in his mid-late 30s. Probably later as Sam says “over ten years.”

Steve is eternally older than Bucky I guess.
