Hearing him speak made me imagine a Tarzan or Mowgli from The Jungle Book type character, so I saw this wildman. Though, somewhere down the line, I thought, "Hmmm... ...cat...". Heh.

Ironically, the reference I used for him crawling on all fours was the Hunter from Left 4 Dead. I wanted to keep natural human proportions but not make it look awkward. I have mixed feelings about Valve as a company nowadays (extremely mixed, in fact), but they do produce quality stuff once in a blue moon.

Oh, yeah, I ended up calling him "Frisky", mostly because of his flighty nature.

I had been 99% joking when I speculated that if 2x05 got any noms or recognition, all the talking points would be about Lestat’s voice-over. But I have just seen an interview clip where he's being asked about being on set for that and how important it was for the other actors/the flow of the scene to be there.

Well, what Tommy doesn't know { either: "can't hurt you" or "could be used to hurt him later" }...

You lean forward. The legs of the chair slam down onto the floor. "Great. I'm glad I don't have to explain that." You examine him, adopting a smile that's subtle enough to appear unintentional but noticeable enough for Tommy to catch it. "You know what, kid? You're more clever than you look."

"Oh," Tommy's head tilts the other way. "Cool. Thanks... I guess?" Something clicks, a flame sparks in the depths of his dull eyes. "Wait! Cool! That's it. We were talking about the contract—specifically, what it means to be cool."
