Pompompurin phone case based on this one meme of a tough looking guy holding up a Hello Kitty one asdfghjkl— I saw it and immediately had to draw The Guy doing that, but with the Sanrio character I’ve chosen for him lol.

This one I played a picrew and the one of hand poses was really nice, so I tried to challenge myself to draw it. Very hard hand pose to get to look real, especially when it’s over someone’s face since it obscures so much (TwT ).

So, do y'all remember s1 ep8? Jay gets fangpyre venom into his system and becomes part snake for a brief bit? Well, I don't think that's something you can rationally get out of your system. Nya's theory that increased heart rate would help relieve the venom's effect would honestly do the opposite in real world applications. If anything, increased heart rate could spread the venom quicker through the bloodstream.

SO, my proposition is that it wasn't the increased heart rate that cured Jay in the show, but the discovery of his true potential. After all, I'm sure his heart was beating pretty fast when he discovered what was happening to himself, so if it was the fast heart rate, he would have been cured earlier in the episode.

In my au, however, Jay's discovery of his true potential wasn't able to fully cure him, it was only able to stop the process so he wouldn't become any more snake than he already was. And because of this intervention of the process causing a false completion of the transformation, fangpyre antidote has no effect.

The team tries for a bit to figure out how to help him turn back, but there's no use. There just hadn't been any previous instances of ninjas reaching their potential while in the process of becoming a serpent before.

Long story short, Jay isn't thrilled. He avoids everybody for a good while, even Nya, who tries to show that she still sees him the same. He only manages to (mostly) come around when Zane talks to him about the struggles of being something other than human, and how they're both just as human on the inside. Of course, the other two would prod at him occasionally and joke about him being the "literal green ninja" (because haha, green snake), but they still respect him as their brother.

May or may not write about it if I feel like it, I don't care if it's cringe, I like the concept T^T

I know u said send thoughts on a character, but I would actually love to hear your thoughts on the relationship between todd and his (step)dad.

Wish they could have explored it more, it was honestly some of my favorite things they did with Todd’s character. I love how u can see why their relationship is so strained but also see how they’re family. The little moments where Todd thinks his step dad’s idea for sneaking into whale water was brilliant, where his step dad gets his “on a roll” joke, yeah…
