I am a big fan!! I was super into batim as it was first coming out, I think the lore is fascinating and I adore the art style! I have been really wanting to get back into it for a long time, but since I can't buy the game rn I'm trying to find a playthrough to watch 😅

As for batdr I unfortunately don't know much about it, since again I couldn't play it myself and was struggling to find playthroughs; miraculously though I have so far been able to avoid most spoilers 💪 I have so many videos and posts saved for when I finally get caught up on it LMAO

Ok regardless of what I going to say now, this movie is fantastic and deserves success so it can have a sequel that could fix everything Im about to rant about now 🫠🥲😅👉👈. Big massive Spoilers down here👇👇, you have been waaaaaarned:

So this movie took 7 years to be made and I need it to have the greatest success so we can have a sequel sooner than that because there are so many things to fix😤😤:

First there's a lot of unexplained lore, the demons: Jinu was a human turned into a demon by the big bad flames thing and Rumi is half demon because her dad was a demon we get absolutely ZERO explanation about this, was the father a human turned demon? 🤔Was it demonborn? 🤔 The other Saja boys are demonborn or demonturned ? The big bad flames thing didn't know about Rumi because he couldn't control her so that means he didn't know about her father? 🤔He couldn't control her father either? Was the father good or bad? Did he fool Rumi's mother and got her pregnant? Or were they in love? Why are they dead?🤔 Did they fight each other to death or one killed the other and the other died for other reason? Wait... Is he even dead? I mean I'll have to check but we only see the mother's tomb and I kinda assumed the father was dead... So he could be alive?😬 Also we know the mom was part of Celine group of three but I didn't catch who of the girls was her mother and we don't see the other member allegedly alive either we could have used some good old fashioned flashbacks here...😑😑😑

Another thing the other two girls also have issues about their pasts but is explained very fast and shallowly and we don't know how Celine chose them to be hunters, we know Mira is the black sheep of her family and is affected by it thinking she doesn't "belong" and same with Zoey, she feels divided because she is Korean but was raised in America so is like two different worlds to her and she is a people pleaser... Ect... The point is the same no flashbacks to explain anything at all🙄🙄🙄. Celine is also... She is very important but she is almost not there, she apparently raised Rumi, she is traumatized by Rumi's mom death, she is apparently incapable to love all Rumi because of her demon part and made her feel like a mistake... There's no retaliation about this, she doesn't appear again after having that breakdown In front of Rumi, we know nothing about her past either 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Also... Look I'm a person in love with romance and happy endings and even if this movie is so good... I still feel SCAMMED... 😭😭😭😡This isn't like Arcane or The prequel of the hunger games... I can accept bittersweet or devastating endings with those cause the who story is basically preparing you for the worst🥲🥲 but this movie vibes actually gave me the hope of a happy ending for both and it became a slap in my face...🥺🥺 I'm not recovering from this emotional damage... 🥺🥺I actually regret watching it because now I need to watch something knew to be obsessed but with a happy happy ending to forget about this... At least until I get a sequel... I can't believe Jinu died that way! And the other Saja boys... They didn't get a development beyond being props for Jinu with pretty faces! I mean I get that they are 5 and probably we would need a series but shit! They got obliterated like nothing before that could happen! And speaking of them... That trailer scammed me too! I mean... Everyone Shipped Zoey with the abs guy because she reacted strongly about him, Mira too but more secondary and suddenly Zoey was infatuated with the guy that has his eyes covered and Mira is obsessed with the pink haired abs dude? That part when Gojo mentioned that this reader irked something deep inside him that he couldn’t put his finger on, my head was reeling at the possibility that this reader reminds him of TFL!reader, whether it’s by the way he was immediately interested in her or if it was the parallels in the personalities in terms of how they’ll treat carried themselves.

Speaking of TFL… Are we about to get hints of Gojo’s obsession again? We already saw a few hints at it that could be brushed off as “nosiness” as you’ve mentioned, or general curiosity for the new girl, but I’m going to let myself be delulu and hold on to this thought for the duration of this fic because I love to over analyze 😇

Also, I can’t help but linger on Gojo’s annoyance of the reader being able to speak to Nanami so quickly. I know this could stem from Gojo’s fanon personality of being clingy and liking attention, and it could be my habit of overanalyzing every word you type, but I want to feel like there’s something more to it. It could be argued that anyone would feel the same way Gojo does if they were in the position he was in, but again, I like to invest in convoluted theories early. Rubbing my hands like a scheming fly rn.

Btw I want reader BAD. I want that baddie BAAAAD. I love a strong and intimidating reader that isn’t afraid to express her confidence in her abilities and knowledge. I’m totally not projecting right now 🥹

. Luis is Like one of those dogs who are really massive but don’t realise they’re massive so they try to be lap dogs and all you can do is just sit there and accept it. You know the dogs right. Yeah that’s Luis to me; he’s tall and he’s lanky and he’s 95% limbs and he INSISTS on sitting on Leon’s lap or being the little spoon and Leon lets him every single time no matter how uncomfortable it is

. They’re both Transgender Capcom actually told me so but also I think it’d be hilarious if Leon was pre-top surgery when he went on that initial mission and first met Luis so when he tells him Luis is like “??????????????YOUVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND HIS ENTIRE TIME WITH A BINDER ON?????? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU??????????????”

. They take their t-shots together (Capcom told me so)

. Leon goes out of his way to find the specific and exact brand of cigarettes Luis likes even though they’re really expensive and hard to find (this isnt even a headcannon the brand of cigarettes he smokes in-game are E X P E N S I V E )

. Luis would ABSOLUTELY be disabled if he DID survive the knife to the back cuz speaking from a family members experience there is NO WAY he’d be walking again with a giant hole in his spine like that

. So when Luis first started using a wheelchair and moved in with Leon at first in the mornings when they’d both just get up and Leon would be getting ready for work, Luis would always ask Leon to crouch down so he could fix his suit collar, and for the first few times alone would wave him off (classic I-can-do-it-myself Leon) but after a couple times Luis explained that being able to help Leon even with something small like that gives him a sense of agency that he’s lost so Leon immediately apologised and now every morning it’s a habit for Leon to wake up, get his suit on, and crouch down in front of Luis to let him fix the collar up (and give him a kiss on the cheek)

. They both have really weird work scheduled so most of the time Luis will stay up in the labs until midnight meanwhile Leon has a super early start but their lunch breaks line up so that they get a few hours in the afternoon to spend together, and usually that just involves them sleeping away in their shared bed hdbehdbdhdnxhxn

Leon isn’t very good at audibly asking for attention or phsyical contact, so the two of them have come up with a system where Leon will wrap his arms around Luis’ waist or shoulders and Luis will immediately know that he wants a cuddle for whatever reason. He doesn’t pry, either; he knows that sometimes Leon just has Bad Days and needs some physical support and to feel wanted

The thing to remember about 1:1 questions about what happens in the show vs. what happens in my series is that the show was the 2nd iteration of the timeline of Earth-1, which diverged from the original timeline because Eobard Thawne (1) killed Nora Allen and (2) built the particle accelerator seven years early. My SitI 'verse is me making yet a 3rd iteration.

Limiting myself to your Ralph Dibny question, we don't actually know where he was or what he was doing at the point the particle accelerator exploded in that 2nd iteration. Would he still be doing the exact same thing this time around after getting kicked off the police force? Remember, in the show, the particle accelerator went critical and then exploded right after it was turned on. In my verse, the particle accelerator was fine for two hours before it went boom (WLHI Chapter 6). "Small" changes like that affect everything. ;)

And to give you more food for thought, Chapter 23-24 of TRAT reveal more (minor) timeline twisting, so I guess that we're up to iteration 3.5 now? Hahaha!
