a tumblr user made a poll saying 'true or false: it’s safe to take ibuprofen with antidepressants' and then under a read more included this text:

FALSE! combining SSRIs with any NSAID, not just ibuprofen, weakens the mucosal lining of the GI tract and can cause ulcers of the stomach, intestines, esophagus, and mouth! if you notice heartburn and increased stomach acid volume/GERD symptoms on SSRIs (zoloft/sertraline, prozac/fluoxetine, etc.), don’t take NSAIDs (including advil/ibuprofen, aleve/naproxen, aspirin, Motrin, and things like alka-seltzer) for pain relief. your options are to tough it out or take acaetaminophen/tylenol/paracetamol. stop complaining that you’re god’s bravest and most depressed tummy ache warrior. you’re giving yourself horrible GI issues and when you do don’t come crying to me that you’re spitting blood and have to drink milk all the time now. stop it. 👍

largely not incorrect i should stress! but I felt it was unnecessarily aggressive + also lacking context so I wanted to make some things more clear and reblogged with the following:

this post is written in a very scaremongering fashion. yes, SSRIs and NSAIDs can weaken the stomach lining — both drug classes are known to increase risk of stomach ulceration on their own — and taking both at the same time (most notably for a long span of time) does magnify the risk by a lot. that does not mean it is always totally unsafe to take any NSAID while prescribed an SSRI. general medical advice is not that NSAIDs should never be takenby SSRI users and to write a post implying this is going to freak people out unnecessarily. it is probably best to try other pain medication first, yes, but if paracetamol does not work for you, rather than toughing it out and staying in pain, which is genuinely bad for your body, one of the easiest ways you can mitigate damaging your stomach with these medications is to take them along with food. also, GPs and other doctors can prescribe you a medication called a proton pump inhibitor (lansoprazole, omeprazole, esomeprazole) which protects the stomach lining and reduces the chance of sustaining long-term damage (you can also buy esomperazole in UK pharmacies if you need it in a rush!) the best way to protect people from doing bad things to their body is to give them accurate information

'being in pain is bad for your body' thats not true. pain is just an indicator somethings wrong blocking the pain w meds does not stop that.. ideally you should be treating whatevers causing the pain . but the pain itself is not 'bad for you' stopping yourself feeling pain with ibuprofen is not helping . ??????

this information IS incorrect and I reblogged with a clarifying explanation:

pain increases physiological stress and especially when experienced long-term can have pretty gnarly effects there is massive amounts of research on this lol! yes acute pain typically is just a signal of something being wrong but there are myriad conditions where nociception gets janky because of other body systems and poorly controlled pain can in and of itself lead to other problems. my knowledge on this is mostly migraine-related where not managing pain well leads to a state of nerve sensitisation that makes you more likely to have more migraines, but this is true of other parts of the body as well. when you have chronic pain of any kind, finding ways to reduce that pain is important to keep the rest of you healthy. if you get a toothache for a few days because your tooth is infected, yeah you're most likely gonna be fine whether you take a painkiller or not so long as you get the infection sorted out. if you get a toothache every day, maybe because your jaw muscles are messed up or you clench your teeth or whatever cause, managing that pain is important. I'm obviously not saying painkillers are the only option or that ibuprofen is better than, like, physio or a medicinal preventative or anything else, but just toughing it out is also not usually the better option. painkillers allow us rest and sleep more/better, improving healing, but they can also help us move about more which prevents people from becoming sedentary which has its own negative effects. pain is significantly more complicated than just an arrow pointing at something wrong inside your body and pain management is about a lot more than just making people more comfortable (though that is also important!)

just to clarify my previous posts + be more concise about the information:

if NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, diclofenac) help your pain but bother your stomach, that is a serious issue that you should be careful about, but there are options for you besides stopping the painkiller.

you should always try to take any NSAID with food, and if you can't eat with it you want to take a protective medication, of which PPIs (omeprazole, esomeprazole) are one class. unsure about elsewhere but in the UK you can purchase esomeprazole in the pharmacy (brand name Nexium).

also worth considering alternate drug delivery types, like dispersible tablets that you drink (aspirin, paracetamol — widely available generics), powdered sachets (aspirin — beechams), or orodispersible tables which dissolve on the tongue (ibuprofen — Nurofen 'meltlets'). even liquid syrups are an option though generally these are more expensive. none of these carry zero risk of gastrointestinal effects but they do reduce it.

another lifestyle choice that can affect gastrointestinal issues is caffeine which is also significantly worse when consumed on an empty stomach. the effect is less than that seen with NSAIDs and SSRIs but worth noting that many people are doing all three of these things and likely doing a lot of damage to themselves. protect your stomach lining, please!

if you are needing to take OTC pain medication on a regular basis, especially if it is consistently for the same problem, i would always encourage you to see a medical professional but am also aware that is not always an option and absolutely not condescending to you about it. just trying to share information to the best of my ability.

i can find you academic sources for this information, but i'm largely speaking as a person who has already had an NSAID induced stomach ulcer that still takes NSAIDs as part of my pain management programme after treating the ulcer and following this advice. xoxo

I want to apologize for the absolute shit pictures but what's new lol

So, let's start with the platform. First thing I noticed was the blue was brighter but the platform was darker? It was like someone cranked up the contrast to 100. Ngl it looked pretty cool. Yoongis platform doesn't typically have a barrier like some of the others do so I just kinda walked in and did the whole, "happy birthday, I have questions" His energy seemed a lot more... vibrant? And playful I guess? It was really nice. Now. The actual connection was intresting because the cord was blue again and like, real thick. (I don't think my perceived thickness of the cord has and real correlation with how strong the connection is. It was just thicc) this time though, the cord was connected at the chest instead of the third eye. So i was like, ??? But my guide didn't give my any sort of helpful input (my guide likes to watch me suffer in my confusion. I'm sure of it)

Anyway, cord like that and then yoobi gave me a headbutt to connect at the third eye. Idk why he gotta be like that :( istg next time he's gonna flick my forehead or something.

I was like "cool cool cool. I want to do the reading now pls" and idk how to explain the energy other than sassy. You know? Blah blah blah I'm thinking, "I don't remember him being so cheeky but maybe I've been gone long enough for him to level up into his final sass monster form"

Anywho, this was intresting because after the little strings were connected and stuff, we plopped down on the floor. And it was like everything I was doing irl was being mimicked infront of yoons energy? So we were sitting facing eachother and I was putting the cards down between us?? Moving right along. I first asked if there was anything he wanted to say or needed to get across and it was 11. Now, 11 has come up before and I'm still not to sure what it's in reference to? My best guess is possibly he's been seeing 11:11 or that it's 2? Idk let me know if you have any clues lol. Other stuff was just kinda banter and stuff.

The reading. First thing I asked was how he was doing. And I shuffled his preticular way (when I ask a question I always ask for the energy to tell me how much to shuffle or when to stop. For yoongi it's always 2-2-2. So 2 bridge shuffles, 2 hand shuffles and then split the pile in 2. That's why I think 11 might be 2 to him?)

The cards we got are ace of swords rev, justice,the heirophant rev, the empress.

So based off this I was like okay. I want to pull clarity cards for the two rev cards to get a better picture so I pulled the emperor rev for ace or swords rev and strength rev and wheel of fortune rev for the heirophant rev.

Starting with the ace of swords rev, and the emperor reverse. It seems like yoongi has been re thinking his relationship to control in his life. That's he's possibly noticing any unhealthy needs to control his life and the situation around him. It could also refer to his judgment being clouded by a rigid approach.

With the justice card it makes me think that he's possibly considering a big choice in his life or that he's really doing some deconstructing of his own views. This second idea fits in well with him getting clarity on some possibly unhealthy control issues in his life.

Now. The heirophant rev, strength rev and wheel of fortune reverse. This was intresting to me bc they are all major arcana. The heirophant rev can really talk about no longer needing outside approval and making your own way in your own time bc you are your own teacher. Strength in rev I kinda read as self doubt and feeling down in this case. Like a lack of confidence in himself and his abilities. And the wheel of fortune in reverse I took to mean as his breaking cycles. All together these cards kinda paint a picture about wanting and trying to break a cycle of self doubt and self limiting beliefs and learning more about himself and why he think what he does about himself and searching through everything for truth. It's really good!! In short he's doing some nice soul searching and trusting himself to guide his own way through this self discovery!

The empress! This card seems to pop up for yoobi a lot and I think it really speaks to the abundance that surrounds him! Not just money but the abundance of creativity, love, friends ect.

Now now now. I asked him if there was anything that he wanted to tell us about himself or bts or what's happening in the near future. For that I got 2 of cups, king of wands and 3 of coins.

So the 2 of cups is partnership. Usually romantic. Could be pertaining to the may 13th thing that is ever present lol but I'll get to that later. With the 3 of coins talking about teamwork, this could definitely hint at collaborations coming up!! That's the vibe I get. No one crush my dreams. And for the king of wands it could be talking about taking the reigns on a new project and starting to get it done. Like a new opportunity. This could be a new bts project like starting a new campaign or new venture or maybe personal like the a mixtape or doing more songs for other groups ect.

I had to ask him how he was feeling about the grammys. I had to. Had to. The cards were ace of wands, 2 of wands and death reverse. When these came flying out I could help but smile. Yoongis energy was almost giddy too!

It's that spark of creativity and inspiration. It's that feeling when you get super excited over some new thing. I think this is the perfect example for feeling reinvigorated. The 2 of wands takes that spark from the ace and tries to funnel that excitement and newness into something directional. Using that burst of creativity to start planning for future progress!! Its so nice to see that! If they don't win (IF) you bet we're gonna get some bangers about a corrupt system. If (WHEN) they do win we'll get bangers about how thankful they are to have gotten where they are in spite of a corrupt system. I just want to hear an uncensored version of yoongi being like, "HOLY FUCKING SHIT, WE DID IT BITCHES. FUCK ALL YOU BASTARDS THAT SAID WE COULDN'T."

Now I asked if there was anything yoobi wanted to say to us as in advice or comfort or anything like that and I got, Clearing negativity, make time for self care, when I'm tuned into the energy of abundance I become abundant. when I'm in a state of appreciation im in vibrational alignment with my true love nature. The world rev, 2 of swords rev and that project, that person, that idea is waiting.

Awe. Take care of yourselves!! Make sure to take time to enjoy what you like and try not to let any negativity get in the way of you enjoying your days. The world rev to me seems to be talking about seeking closure on the things in your life that have been impacting you. Tie up those loose ends so you can move foward without triping over yourself and 2 of swords rev I think talks about information overload and being kinda indecisive bc of that. Take a sep back to evaluate the situation at hand because sometimes it's so close you can't see what you're looking for. Those of you who are studying and getting frustrated because you just can't seem to get it, try taking a step back and doing something to take care of yourself and come back to it so you can approach with a clearer mind. Try not to get stuck or paralyzed by choice but if you do get stuck, take some time to detach yourself from the situation and come back later!

A fair few people wanted an update on yoobis soulmate as well. If you need a refresher here's the run down. Yoongis soulmate is impossible for me to read, yoongi is a smug ass and I'm nosy and probably a little dumb.

Now that that's cleared up

I asked, "am I missing something?" (As to why I can't connect and why yoongi won't give me answers.)

I got queen of cups, magician and the high priestess. I read this as him being like, "yeah dude, you aren't woke enough"

YOONGI just give me answers pls. The high priestess is intuition and sacred knowledge, the magician is manifestation and the queen of cups is also intuition.

At this point I was like, okay you little shit, can you at least tell me how your soulmate is doing? Can you do that for me?

2 of cups, 2 of pentacles, 9 of wands and knight of wands. 2 of cups is partnership usually romantic, 2 of pentacles is priorities and managing them, 9 of wands persistence, knight of wands motivation for a new thing. His soulmate last time was in the process of going through some shit and figuring it out and it seems like now they've got a better clue of how to move foward and are currently heading towards good things/ important things in their life (possibly like working towards dream career or had an idea for a business the want to start or field they want to go in.)

The clarifier was the magician.... this could mean a lot honestly. It could be that maybe yoongi will have his relationship exposed or possibly that maybe him and his soulmate meet but yoongi is disguised? Idk how that would work at all but I'm stumped. There's a lot of variations that this could be. The magician is about manifesting and having everything you need to create what you want. This could possibly mean that maybe he gets a sudden idea that's like, "oh I have to go here right now. Its super important" eventhough he has practice scheduled. So that would let down his team but he would be following his path and it might lead to him meeting his soulmate? Maybe vice versa? Idk let me know what you think??

MAIN MASTERLIST | CHEEK TO CHEEK MASTERLIST

A single pop is heard as a bullet flies out of your gun into the head of the old man who opened the door.

“Christ! No build up?! No tension?! No confirmation that it’s even him?!” Bucky yells as he wiggles his ear to rid the ringing from it.

You brush past Bucky and slide the gun back into the holster strapped to your thigh. You step over behind whatever his name was, Bucky’s having trouble remembering after that blow to his eardrum, and hook your hands under his arms in order to  drag him back into the empty house.

“Why is it always murder and mayhem with you? Don’t you ever just do normal person things? Eat a sandwich? Brush your teeth? Do you even brush your teeth?” Bucky questions you as he closes the door behind him, stepping in between splatters of blood.

“Nope, gotta leave leftovers for the bugs that live in my mouth.”

“That’s gross.”

“Shut up, help me lug this guy to the bedroom.”

The two of you are in a small town in Northern Oklahoma on the property of one of your ex-Hydra handlers. After a few days of researching, the two of you were able to figure out where he moved to and what he changed his name to after retiring from his prior lifestyle.

“I knew it was him from the second I saw him. You never forget.” You explain to him, both of you positioning his body in the corner of the room.

“You go clean up the entryway, I’ll finish staging over here.” Bucky offers it to you. He takes out his own gun from his own waistband and fires a single shot through the same hole you put in between the guy’s eyes. The splatter that explodes on the walls behind him are perfect, artistic almost. Bucky then starts looking around the room; in the closet, under the bed, until he reaches the night stand where a pretty little pistol lays. Not the same gun as his, but he has a feeling the police system in such a small and unpopulated town won’t bother to investigate this death as a murder as opposed to the obvious suicide that took place.

Bucky notices the small skull and octopus stamped into the side of the gun as he places it in his hands. He rolls his eyes before making his way back over to the entryway where you’re sat on the ground, scrubbing away with a rag in your hands and a bottle of bleach next to you. 

Bucky walks over and takes a seat on the loveseat positioned a few feet away from where you are.

“So, where we heading after this?” Bucky asks you, leaning forward and resting his elbow on the arm of the seat.

“Back to New York? You probably gonna be busy working on that murder case.” You glance at him confused before going back to scrubbing.

Bucky pauses before speaking again, “How do you know about that?”

“I… keep up with my fair share of news.”

“You don’t pay for newspapers nor do you have a TV or a phone; you don’t have news. Besides, we haven’t released any information to the public about anything before we get more leads. So, how do you know about that?” Bucky stares at you, eyebrows pinched a bit in the middle as he awaits your answer.

“Do you wanna stop and get some pie on the way back?”

“No. Did you see something about the murders?” Bucky ignores your attempt at changing the subject.

“You just said you haven’t released anything-”

“I don’t mean on the news, I mean in that empty head of yours.” He teases.

You sigh, “I hate when you ask me about my… head.”

“Well, you could be helping here! You can try and be good!”

“I’m sitting on the floor scrubbing an old guy’s blood out of the wood of his own house after I’ve just blown his brains out.”

“Yeah, a bad old guy!”

You get off the last of the specks of blood before standing up and screwing the cap back onto the bottle of bleach. “I didn’t even see anything about the killer, anyway.”

“So, what did you see?”

“You’re not gonna let this go, are you?”

“Fetch me a bone here, doll.”

“Yeah, I’m sure you’d like that, dog.”

He grabs the bleach and rag from your fingers to free up your hands from carrying anything. Tingles travel up the tips of your fingers and flow up through your wrist into your chest. You glance up and make eye contact with Bucky and the dramatic puppy eyes and pouty lips he’s throwing your way. 

You stare for a few more seconds before looking away, “Check that huge pond in Central Park tomorrow. His next victim will be floating there.” You satisfy him before turning and making your way back outside and to the car the two of you took on your little road trip.

While walking back to the parked car, Bucky quickly rushes in front of you and grasps the handle before you can reach it, allowing you to get in the car while he holds it open for you. He throws you an innocent looking smile, a smile coming from a person who surely didn’t just stage a suicide. You bite back your own smile before taking a seat and letting Bucky close the door behind you.

When you open your eyes after your nap, it's dark outside the moving car. You slowly lift your head up off the car window and glance over at Bucky, who you now realize is on the phone with someone.

“I told you, it was a weird anonymous number, Sam. I don’t know where it came from.” Bucky speaks softly on the phone before turning his head to look at you in your sleepy state.

“All they said was to check the pond in Central Park tomorrow. I know it’s sketchy, but we don’t have any other leads anyway, we might as well try it.”

“We sounds like a lot of people, ain’t you say that to me one time? Not all of us are on vacation, you know.” You hear another deep voice through the tiny speaker of the phone against Bucky’s ear.

“Yeah, yeah, I know. I’ll be back the day after tomorrow, man.”

Bucky wraps up his conversation as you process what you’ve heard. Bucky has lied, again, to the government, to Captain America, in order to protect you and your existence.

“How’d you sleep?” He asks before your thoughts can get too far from you.

“Fine. We’re already heading back to New York?” 

“We’re stopping at a motel for the night, but after tomorrow’s drive, we’ll get there by sundown.”

You sit up proper and stretch your legs as far out in front of you as you can, the bones crunching and popping in relief at the new position. Bucky cringes next to you. He glances at you and watches you pick at the crust gathered at the corners of your eyes, a yawn escaping you along with the last of your grogginess.

Bucky doesn’t know how he’d fully express it to you, but he’s so happy to see the person you’re growing into. Everyday a little bit more of your personality, your mannerisms, your weirdness, your humor, your ideas; everything about the real you, shows more and more. He sees this beautiful woman who, maybe a year and some ago, was walking the line of death and now sits beside him with neon green nail polish and mismatched socks and cute flower earrings adorning the curve of your ear. He stares at the tattoo on your neck, that angry red face with large eyebrows and wonders whether or not that was your idea or not. He wonders if you have any other tattoos hidden among the space of your skin, he doesn’t remember seeing any along your sides or stomach that nightmare of a night in his apartment-

“You’re swervin’.” 

Bucky clears his throat and snaps his head forward, fixing the car to drive straight on the road. Soon, he sees the promising sign, “Motel in 10 Miles,” and the two of you park in the small lot of the light orange building.

The inside smells of old people, an aged scent that isn’t necessarily bad, but makes you scrunch your nose nonetheless. No bugs in clear sight and the roof is still intact, so it should be suitable for a night of rest.

“We only have rooms available on the first floor for tonight, I’m assuming you’ll want one bed?”

Bucky's throat goes dry for a second, “Yes, that’s fine.” He doesn’t want to consult you as you look far off out the front window of the lobby, back turned to the young woman at the front desk. No matter how small a town in whatever state there is at this point in their journey, there is no risking anyone recognizing you, even if your search mission has been deemed unsolved.

A plastic card is slid into Bucky’s right hand and he begins making his way back outside and down the walkway towards their room for the night. You follow him silently.

“I call showering first, I think there’s small clumps of blood still stuck in my hair.” You tell him, flinging your backpack onto the bed, and pulling out a large sweatshirt and panties and taking them into the bathroom with you. 

While the water begins to run, Bucky undoes the blankets, looks thoroughly through the pillows and in between the sheets in search of bed bugs. Next, inspecting the lamps, outlets, and anything else that could possibly hide a camera, microphone, or any other device. He even contemplates tearing apart the carpet under his feet, but decides against the extra work. He places your bag along with his own backpack on the small table in the corner of the room and fixes the bed to not look like he tore it apart recklessly. I wonder what side she prefers-

The bathroom door opens and a cloud of steam flows out, you soon emerge with a towel wrapped around your head, large sweatshirt hanging off your frame and bare feet digging into the soft carpet beneath you. You fling the towel off of your head using momentum from throwing your head and neck forward, the towel landing on the floor in front of you and your wet hair sending a light spray Bucky feels on his warm face.

By the time Bucky finishes with his shower, the room resembles a sauna and his metal arm has gone hot. A long sleeved shirt and cotton shorts are slipped onto his body along with a pair of thick socks to keep him warm at all times. He steps out of the bathroom, using his towel to rub through his hair, and he spots you using the small mirror on the wall. 

Your legs are on display and your underwear is in sight. Bright pink with WEDNESDAY printed on the behind in bubble letters, it’s Friday, the bottoms of your butt cheeks hanging out the bottom of the fabric. The cotton hugs your body and Bucky can’t help but blush at the sight. His mother would smack him over the head if she were here right now. 

Your shirt is lifted, one of your hands holding it high on your chest where Bucky can see a slip of under your breast peeking, the curve intriguing him. Your other hand is occupied rubbing a colorless liquid along your side, Bucky focuses his attention and realizes your rubbing along the scar he left you from your stitches. The bottle on the table has a label that read Vitamin E Natural Oil. 

Your fingers seem unbelievably soft and gentle as he watches them glide along your side, massaging the shiny oil into your smooth skin. You drop your sweatshirt and gather a bit more oil on your hands before rubbing it into your hips where Bucky can see the faintest stretch marks.

“Sorry ‘bout the scar. O-on your side, I mean.” Bucky stutters out, convincing himself that his body is warm from the shower he took. 

“It probably saved my life, so I can’t say I’m sorry about it.” You respond without turning around, as though you knew he was there watching you lather yourself in oil like the beginning of a softcore porn but didn’t mind him enjoying the show.

“What’s that stuff for, anyways?” Bucky asks as he gathers his old clothes back into his bag, folding each piece before placing the packed bag next to yours on the table. Your bag that clearly does not have folded clothes, only crinkled ones. Bucky empties your bag and folds your clothes for you before neatly packing it and closing the zippers.

“Helps fade scars.”

“Yeah, but why? Scars are cool.” 

“I suppose. I’d still like to lighten them a bit. So they look better, prettier.”

“You’re probably the most beautiful woman I’ve seen in the last few decades.”

“You don’t even remember most of the last few decades,” You try to joke.

“I mean it. It’s a compliment. It’s okay to accept and enjoy compliments, doll.” Bucky looks at you, forcing you to meet his eyes. You see in your peripheries as he puts the cap on the bottle of oil and places it next to your bag. A small smile adorns his face as he looks at you, and you can’t help but feel a knot form in your throat.

It’s been a long while since you’ve received any kind of love, whether that be physical, emotional, mental, or self. It’s an overwhelming feeling when someone who you aren’t actually the closest with gives you such a deep and personal compliment. 

Aren’t the closest with- this is your only friend he the only person you even know. The point is, being the most beautiful woman of the century is much different than having pretty hair or a good sense of humor.

You look away from him before the small bit of wetness can gather in your waterline.

“Which side of the bed do you prefer?” Bucky whispers softly to you, as to not break the safe atmosphere created by his sweet comment.

like, im genuinely impressed that theres even an attempt of inclusivity here. for the nhs, and esp under a tory government, thats a welcome surprise. but its so obvious not a single trans person was consulted on this

not all women have a cervix. trans women, femmes, nonbinary women, some intersex women, heck, cis women who've had a total hysterectomy, don't need reminders for this. you don't need to send this to all women, as its specifically phrased. but if someones listed as female on the system, they'll likely get a letter about it. at best, a minor inconvenience. at worst, a horrific dysphoria trigger.

and not all people with a cervix are women. trans men, mascs, nonbinary people, some intersex people, the list continues. im uncertain how else the system determines who gets notified about this asides from gender, since im certainly not listed as female on there in any capacity (to my knowledge anyway, but my gp would've said if they saw it on there). but some people who need this information absolutely won't get it if it goes based on gender alone. and some people who this is entirely irrelevant for (like me) Will be getting it (and any potential dysphoria again as well). really it needs to be its own separate box, 'if x reproductive system present, send reminder letter'

you can see how this is a lot bigger problem than just how it's phrased in their reminder letter. but just because it's less of an issue comparatively, doesn't stop making it a problem. conflating women and people with cervixes is an issue. full stop. but especially in a medical context like this, where gender is fully irrelevant, it only matters if you have a cervix or not. any trans person could've pointed this out to them if we were consulted about inclusive language, which is even more important when dealing with sensitive issues like medical shit

just say anyone applicable between 25-64. its way more accurate, quicker to read, and i guarantee terfs who're looking to claim that 'women are being erased' by inclusive language (spoiler alert, they're not. unless women are suddenly no longer people. but anyway) wouldn't even notice anything changed

i really do appreciate the attempt, truly. but for me, at least, it somehow is worse knowing they didn't just. ask a trans person. or search the best way of phrasing this. or Something. and now having to be linked like this to women, in the same way that happens way too often, when its fully irrelevant (and actually harmful, given that the system sucks at sending reminders out to just the people who need them)

Princess, as she was called so lovingly by the members of her team, walked into the room which held all four teams and all sixty members. She thought to herself,"This should be wonderful news." Can't get any better then the orders that the whole group would be relocated to another base, across the country. She walled over to her normal area and waited as she noticed some of the men from green team were fooling around and the others. Green team was made up of ten guys all specialist in different fields, much like her own team of blue. She was the lone female on that side of the color spectrum where as yellow and red have quiet a few more.

The four joint commanders went to the front of the room and the main commander began,"New regulations have started for special teams. Do not start groaning. The military wants all of it's special teams to go through trust exercises. For two weeks we will do these and follow the new rules but we will do it our style. We rented out the lake for two weeks. During the day we will use the courses they have and have mess in the main building, after that the lake is yours to use."

Everyone groaned even though they were told not too. The commander went on, "Yellow and Red will be on one side of the lake Green and Blue on the other. The teams that work together will have to do the game together."

She thought to her self,"freaking wonderful."

"When?", one of the red team asked.

"Everyone drive up there tonight. We will be there with a list of bunks and bunkmates."

"Well we know Johnson will have her own cabin.", bear stated. As the largest member of the blue team he was often paired up with Princess.

"Don't be so sure. The number is even, bear.", she stated. "Between blue and green. Ten of us ten of them."

"So?",Sanchez asked.

"Ten cabins on each side.", she replied. "We are going to be paired up and probably with one of them."

"They cool guys.", Bettison replied.

She turned and walked out of the room to her office three floors above. The commander walked in ,"So this puts us in the middle of a quandary. What to do with you."

"What do you mean what to do with me?", she asked as she looked up.

"We could move on of the red team guys up and have you work with them for the two weeks.",he stated.

"Why?", she asked.

"Well Princess you know you may not be up to the physical part of the courses, not like the rest of the team.", he callously said,"Plus wouldn't you prefer to be with other females."

"Not really, not those females. What the hell do you mean I can't deal with the physical challenges?"

"You are the smallest and female. Do you really think you can keep up with them?", he asked.

"Now you just want me to kick everyone's ass don't you?", she asked without looking up at the pompous ass blocking her door way.

"Honestly I would like to see you try.", he said as he turned around and walked out.

"Oh commander asshole there won't be any trying involved.", she said to herself. She finished up her work for the day and started to head to her house to pack for two weeks of fun. As she was leaving green and the rest of blue were in the parking lot meeting up and driving together.

"Princess don't forget you bathing suit!", Ortiz said.

"Why?", she asked.

"Lake duh!", he responded. She gave two thumbs up and wondered to herself if she even had a bathing suit. She got in her car and drove home to throw clothes into the ruck sack she used and three it in her car. She then went to go take a quick shower it was probably going to be the last one she enjoyed for awhile.

The drive out to the lake was about an hour long through a few mountains and even more forests. When she arrived she saw the main building and parked. She got out of the car and walked up and saw most of the green team and half of hers. They seemed to be looking over a sheet for pairings. When she walked up,"Not by yourself, Princess.", Bear stated.

"Okay.", she replied and waited for him to tell her who she was paired up with. After looking at him for what seemed to be five minutes,"Well?"

"Well what?", Bear asked

"Who am I pared up with?", she asked.

"Oh, Akechi.", Bear replied.

"Akechi. Good. At least he is somewhat amusing.", she said under her breath.

"I do try.", Akechi said right in back of her.

"Damnit.", she said. "Didn't someone ever tell you not to sneak up on people?"

"You have.", he stated," You fail to realized though that is how I learn so much of my information."

"Well don't do it to me.", she said.

"Oh this will be a fun little trip.", he stated as he waited standing in her way.

"Which cabin is ours?", she asked.

"The furthest from here and the closest to the lake.", he stated.

"You have the keys?", she asked.

"Key. Yes i do. Ready to go so soon.", he asked.

"I will wait at the cabin for you. Then.", she said as she got i to her car and took off toward the cabin.

As she drove she wondered why fate had placed her with him. The one man she had been somewhat attracted too in her whole seven years with the team. He unnerved her to the point of frustration and the one who could make her feel things she tried to suppress hard. Now she had to share a cabin with him for two weeks. She was trying to put him out of her mind as he pulled up behind her as she was trying to see the road. The trees made is darker in this part before they opened up by the lake. When they got to the cabin he grabbed his bag out of the cab of his truck and she opened the hatch to her SUV and pulled hers out, just as she was about to swing it up he grabbed it and placed it on his other shoulder.

""Akechi I can carry my own pack.", she said surprised.

"I figured as much, Johnson.",he stated as he continued to walk on. He opened the screen door and waited for her to walk through.

"Such a gentleman.",she said as she chuckled.

"I do, have moments.", he replied. As he unlocked the door and walked in. He seemed to disappear into the rooms and came back chuckling, "I would like to know, Johnson who you pissed off?"

"Excuse me?", she asked.

"First you get stuck with the likes of me, in this far away cabin. Then this.", he said still chuckling. "There is only one bed, no couch or even a recliner chair."

"Oh.", she stated." Your commander I would assume."

"And why ever would he do this to you?", Akechi asked.

"He wanted to switch me to red team for this, he thought I would prefer the easiness of that.", she replied. "He probably thinks I will go running and beg to switch."

"Will you?", Akechi asked.

"If he thinks I will he is sadly mistaken. I've done eight months in a tent with eight guys the size of this room. A one bedroom cabin is heaven compared to that, I don't know why he would you as a punishment though. You are different but hardly evil.",she said.

"Shows how much you know." ,he said with a chuckle. "Ready to hike back to the mess?"

"I'm good.",she stated.

"You're not eating?", he asked.

"No. Like I said Im good.",she replied. "Go ahead."

He walked out and began his hike to the mess hall and she went to sot on the porch. She didn't want to see anyone or hear the jokes about her rooming with Akechi. She liked him though sometimes he was unlikable. She understood him and his job better then most. Though sometimes he was a bit to serious she didn't mind. She laid her head back on the chair and just looked over the water and relaxed. He came back an hour later with food for her.

"You do need to eat.", he said as he handed her the plate and walked inside. She thought to herself, "This punishment might be good after all." With a smile she ate some of everything he had brought back for her.

"Don't like spicy?", he asked as he saw what she had left on the plate.

"Peppers. I'm allergic to them.", she stated.

"I didn't know.", he replied.

"Not many people do.", she said laughing. "I only know because my mother made our favorite dishes for our birthdays, one of my brothers dish was stuffed peppers. I would go hungry that night. I came to the realization that being hungry was a hundred times better then being itchy."

"So it's a mild reaction?", he asked.

"Depends on the pepper. Sweet peppers make me itch like crazy. Mild ones the hives are worse, really spicy one like habinos or ghost peppers i have a real reaction that i need an epipen and benedryl. One of the jackasses on my team spiked my food once not believing the allergy was real."

"That was not smart.", he stated. "Which one?"

"I'm not really sure, but if i have to guess it was Ortiz or Sanchez.", she said.

"Well my dear what do you wish to do?", he asked.

"Hmm?", she hummed her question.

"It is now time to get ready to go to sleep.", he said. They both stared at each other then the bedroom.

"We are both adults Akechi, I think we can sleep in the same bed for a few nights.", she said swallowing any ideas her brain might get.

"Call me Mitsuhide then if we should sleep together, princess.", he said she didn't quite catch the hiccup in his voice nor did she look up at him.

"Kit.", she said.

"Kit what?", he asked perplexed.

"My name.", she said.

"Your name is Kit?", he asked.

"See why everyone calls me Princess?", she said laughing pulling out a pair of sleep pants and a tee shirt.

"I don't see the correlation between the two.", he stated as she called out from the bathroom.

"There isn't one. I got the nickname princess in Africa. It stuck unfortunately it was a step up from kitkat which i heard my entire life.", she said as she walked out. ,"At least the bed is a queen. Not a double."

"Small mercies.", he said as he switched places with her. When he came out he was in a pair of shorts. Her mouth went dry as she hopped in the bed and closed her eyes. It was going to be a long night.

The next day the first set of courses were run and everyone was beat by the end. In the hall she sat down and she over heard the conversation that the females of red and yellow were having about everything including her. As the comments got cattier she got up and dumped her food and left the building bumping into Nobunaga and Masamune, literally, on the way out. She walked to the cabin in the dark and changed quickly from her work clothes and headed down to the lake. She found a fallen tree that jutted into the lake. She thought that would be perfect. She walked along the trunk of the tree and then she sat down. She wanted the solitude and then she decided to try her agility. She was doing flips and landing them when he spotted her.

He had watched her leave the Hall and saw she was hiding being upset about something. When Nobunaga and Masamune had asked him what her deal was he had no clue, she had been fine during the courses and even came in the top three times. When he left the hall after trying to excuse himself it was full dark. He got to the cabin and didn't find her there. Her clothes were but she was not. Panic slightly set in as he walked around the cabin and he could not see her still. The night before had been torture for him sleeping next to her, the tiny female who captured his attention the first time he saw her. He had lived in his personal hell for two years watching her daily but never wanting to taint her pureness. How could he touch someone like her? He had asked himself that every day for the past years.

A flash caught his eye and so he went towards it. It was her stretching on a fallen tree. He could breathe a little easier just seeing her. He was slightly amazed by her skill.

He was still over heated from the day and decided that a swim wouldn't be that bad right now. He walked around to the side she wasn't facing and stripped down to his boxers. He entered the water quickly and quickly. He came up to the tree and said, "Kit you should come kn the water."

"What the?", she said as she over balanced and tipped in to the water. She came to the surface spitting water out. "Mitsuhide!"

"I didn't expect an entrance like that though he said chuckling. "I'm glad,however that you can swim."

"I can swim yes. Do I like to swim no.", she said as he moved closer.

"Then my apologies, my dear.", he said still chuckling, "I couldn't resist myself."

"It's fine Mitsuhide, it just fits the day.", she said.

"Oh really?", he asked. As he finished she yelped at jumped up right into his arms and against him. He raised his eyebrow as his hands went under her legs which had wrapped themselves around him.

"Something swam passed my leg. It nipped me.", she said.

"The fish must think your a delectable treat.", he said as his voice lowered slightly.

"You can get go now.", she said.

"Why ever would I do that?", he asked. "The fish shouldn't be the only one to taste you.", he said softly.

"What?", she asked. His mouth was on her neck as he ran his tongue of her pulse point. "Mitsuhide.", she croaked embarrassingly.

"Yes, the fish were right.", he said. "Delectable is correct, like sweet candy." He continued at her neck and she found herself pushing her chest against him. He groaned and she moaned as his fingers dug deeper lowering her slightly from her perch against him. She felt his arousal as he tried to lift her again but it was to late, she knew. "We should go back to the cabin.", he whispered.

"Yes. We should.", she answered back softly not trusting her voice. They went out where he got in and he looked down at her body silhouetted through her wet clothes and he was hoping she didn't look at his, she always effected him this way. He could have lived forever without her knowing or doing what he had just done. He knew he was done for as her eyes widened slightly and then softly smiled.

He rushed her into the cabin and looked at her as they stepped over the threshold of the door. He stood still trying to read her. She looked up into his eyes.

"You should get out of those clothes.", he said.

"You too.", she replied. She watched him swallow a few times and then swallow hard. He went to clear his throat as he was going to suggest a warm shower she saw look in his eye turn from wanting to control again. She turned from him with a look of pain in her eyes when she took his lack of words as lack of desire. She walked into the bathroom and stripped her clothes off and turned the water on for the shower. He heard her make a sound like a sob. His reservation shattered like a glass pane as he heard that, the water had changed and he could tell she had got in. He stood there for one more second and then went in himself. When he dropped his pants and boxers he stepped in the back end of the shower to he found her facing the other way leaning on the wall silent sobs racking her. He touched her back and she turned around and stepped in to his arms. He was almost taken back by the contact of her soft skin against him but his arms came around her.

"Sweetheart what is wrong?", he asked.

"I thought even you didn't like me.", she sobbed.

"No sweetheart.", he said.

" What?", she asked.

"Sweetheart I like you. I want you so bad this happens every time I see you.", he said taking her hand and moving it to his hardened cock. "Every time."

"Every time?", she whispered.

"Every god damn time.", he said as he moved to her neck. He picked her up and held her there. His fingers gripping tightly around her thighs. He knew he wasn't a gentle man nor was he small.

"You want this?", Akechi asked.

"Yes.", she whispered.

"Thank god.", he whispered and he brought her out to the bed. He touched her soft, silky body everywhere. She moaned at his touch, he held back his groan. She was now panting as his finger entered her, clutching at the bed he watched as just his finger threw her over the edge. As her body relaxed he crawled over and kissed her. It was a kiss unlike another other for either of them. She whispered," Fuck me Mitsuhide."

"Oh no my sweet. I will not Fuck you.", he said. "I will make love to you."

She wrapped her legs around his waist. As he slid in. He groaned at the feeling of her stretching around him as he entered her body. Inch by inch he filled her as she moaned and arched inviting him in deeper. He moved slowly never taking his mouth off hers. He began rocking back and going in and out. He set the pace and she met him at every thrust. He felt her build up and so close to the edge. She went over the cliff and he followed filling her with his heat. He collapsed and then rolled off her. Bring her close to him as he held her close.

"You're mine now, Princess.", he whispered.

"Good.", she whispered as she fell asleep.

When the pair woke up at daybreak in each other's arms.

The pair finally made it to the hall to eat, both eating a full plateful and garnered looks from everyone in the hall. As they walked to the courses they were met with being partners again on the ropes. They found partnership in both a personal level and professional they could blow the rest of the teams away.

As everyone finished and made plans to go swimming. She and he went back to the cabin and met everyone at the beach. The other females from red team were already there flirting with everyone in the water. As Mitsuhide got in and was waiting for her as she took her over clothes off and one of the women swam over and tried to wrap herself around him. Princess looked up and saw as she ripped her shirt off and she hopped in the water and swam towards him.

"I'm sorry thats mine.",she said softly as she moved closer. The woman looked up.

"What I don't see a ring saying that.", she replied. "Don't you have some slides or viruses to look at?"

"Yes of course i do. We are in the middle of the freaking woods. Let me whip out a microscope.", Princess said.

"It is the only thing you're good at hun.", the other woman said snidely.

"At least I'm good at something hun.", princess replied. During this Mitsuhide had moved around the other woman and placed himself right behind princess. His hands on her shoulders and moving down as the rest of the people began to arrive. "Go try with some other guy, hun. This one is mine."

"If i want him he will be mine. If you think you can have that, you're funny.", the woman stated.

"Really?", Princess asked. "You do realize he is a person right? Not an object."

"Do you even know how to please a man, princess?", she asked.

"That one I can confirm.", Akechi stated with a sick grin. "As for the rest, I assure you being a bitch is a real good way never to get what you want. As for me, I have all I want right here."

"Akechi I wanna go back to the cabin.", princess stated flatly.

"So go.", the other woman replied.

"Let's go.", Mitsuhide said. "That's why you were upset last night."

"Yeah.", she replied as she grabbed her clothes.

"Let's get you out of that wet bikini. I'd prefer you only wear that on our private swims.", he whispered in her ear.

"Show me.", she said.

"I plan to, all night", he said picking her up swinging her in his arms.

Oh and just to clarify that the long time it took for me to get this surgery isnt a sign the nhs is bad or anything! I just had complications due to my life situation. Cos of my autism and anxiety i REALLY REALLY cant cope with having surgery done on me while im awake, even if im numbed up. The panic reaction is so strong and involuntary that i cant stop shaking and risk messing up the surgery becaue of it, not to mention the chamce of doing worse damage to myself in a panic attack. So i had to specifically be sent to the main hospital and receive overnight anesthetic, and i had to have a longer stay than usual because i live alone with no parents or lifr partner who could watch over me during my recovery. So the actual surgery itself just took three hours and the worst part was the anxiety of having to wait about 18 more hours in a busy hospital feeling perfectly fine but unable to go home until the observation period had passed and also til i was able to get a lift home with my psychologist. I am SO grateful she was able to support me with this!! So yeah i basically had to have the ultra deluxe complicated version of the regular surgery which also had to correlate with a time my psychologist would be free, and thats why ut was hard for them to find a time to schedule it. And most of the waiting was initially because of me being a dumbass and being too afraid to tell anyone i was in pain and too afraid to go to the doctor. I think it must have been almost four years of that? And then it was just a two year wait of going thru pre-assessments and waiting for a time slot for this final full operation. Which is still a frustrating time to wait but i understand tat the circumstances made it difficukt and also this isnt really an emergency surgery so yeah. I was just making a lot of frustrated posts about it over the last few years cos the waiting PROCESS is really bad, yknow? You barely get any information on how long you have to wait, its just all left up in the air that it could be any time in the next year and yoy'll get a very short notice letter right when its about to happen and npthing else for months at a time. And the automated phone service is badly made and yeah basically just a bunch of lame decisions made by the accounting section of the company that ended up increasing my anxiety, lol.

But seriously id way rather have this than having "only if you can pay for it" surgery! I mean when i finally got there it was all SO amazing and hi tech and highly staffed and everyone was so nice and it was all so fast and efficient and really comfy and everyone made you feel at home and you got a private cubicle with a lockable door and free food like 5 times a day like holy shit they wouldnt stop giving me The Best Toast In The World and my throat hurt but i felt it woulf be impolute to not Honor Their Toastly Kindness! So many of my worries about the experience were totally unfounded dumb hollywood myths that dont happen at all in british hospitals. And they still manage to run such a well oiled machine of amazing professionals and above excellent patient service despite how bad our economy is right now! I overheard them talking about jow their budget is lower ths year and i was like "holy shit but you guys are so amazong?? How do you manage??" I cant even imagine what it must have been like back when doctors got better salaries! Seriously they just WOULD NOT STOP PAMPERING ME it was so WEIRD!!! Comfy adjustable beds and reclining super soft sofa and this whole personal room and people coming in with trolleys full of a wide selection of really damn amazing breakfast foods and they even gave you special comfort socks for the long time of bed rest to avoid ankle swelling and they were like friggin cinderella scene insisting on putting the socks on for you?? I felt so embarassed in the good way for once! Blushing cos it was total prince treatment! And none of that "oh drugs are so expensive you have to go without necessary medicine in order to pay the bills" shit, they kept offering me optional medicines thatd make every part of the surgery easier and were like "please dont worry about accepting them, its the government's job to make sure youre free of pain so just be honest if youre feeling bad". But seriously the surgery was all so swift and done with great precision and i had such kind care and warm drinks and SO MUCH JAM ON MY TOAST that i felt like my mouth was okay even without the extra painkiller dose. And then i expected id just have to buy my own paracetamol once i was discharged from surgery but they gave me a big box of extra strength jaw surgery specific paracetamol for free! All of this was free! I got free goddamn cosmetic reconstruction on my teeth that i never even asked for and i was like holy shit when i looked in the mirror lol. I just expected everything to be gone but they put this reconstructive cap thing to replace the front teeth just jn case i was worried about the appearance of the gap between them. And SO MUCH goddamn free food holy shit im so toasted out! And free tv and wifi and showers and a warm comfy sofa and just a nice day of chilling out in a very weird sort of luxury hotel, lol. And the gift shop was also super cheap and full of necessities! And the nurse was so kind that i was able to hand her the money and she went to the gift shop for me when i was too dizzy to walk. I needed new headphones cos mine broke on the way there, and she got me a staff discount on them and picked out the cutest best pair! UNICORN DRAGON PATTERN!! Im gonna keep them FOREVER holy shit they look so cool and for a £1 discount pack they have sonmuch better sound quality and noise cancellation than the more expensive ones i had before. And the whole gesture just really touched me, it cheered me up so much to have a giggle at some adorable fashion headphones and see my nurse jamming along to ed sheeran to test that they worked, and she was just so sassy and jokey and we even had a contest between all of the nurses comparing our silly socks! Seriously it was just SO welcoming and unscary and had a lot more privacy than i expected and a lot less heavy restrictions and stuff and jusy EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND SO GOOD AT THEIR JOB and did i mention THE BEST TOAST EVER

So yeah i dont think im scared of hospitals anymore. And i feel guilty about all the panicky posts i made before i went in for this operation, i hope i didnt give anyone the wrong impression that i was some longknowing person making factual complaints about the nhs as opposed to a first time hospital visitor with anxiety who was imagining every possible way it could go wrong. Absolutely none of my fears happened and it was way nicer than i ever imagined! Im kinda looking forward to the followup appointment in 2 weeks just so i can say thank you again and also have more money to buy some spares of those good headphones from the gift shop.

I hope everyone else out there who has to deal with medical disasters gets doctors just as nice as these ones!!!

Social media: How does it affect SEO?

Does social media have an impact on your SEO? Do retweets, shares, and likes of a page actually boost that page in search engine results?

Studies like this one by HootSuite have suggested that there’s a correlation between social media shares and higher rankings. You might have noticed that yourself: content that ranks well on Google often also has a lot of shares, retweets, and likes.

Most experts agree, though, that rankings aren’t directly affected by social signals. (And that’s what ex-Googler Matt Cutts said on the subject a few years ago, too.)

Google+, which once included the promising Authorship markup, is soon going to be shut down.

So what’s going on? Why do posts that get shared a lot also tend to be posts that rank more highly?

Social media and SEO: Correlation, not causation

While social media shares might be correlated with better rankings, that doesn’t mean that the social media shares cause better rankings.

A piece of your content could get shared thousands of times on Twitter without necessarily budging at all in Google’s search engine results.

Instead, when social media appears to be causing a boost in ranking, this is what’s happening:

Content that gets shared a lot gets seen a lot.

Content that gets seen a lot is more likely to get linked to from other websites.

Those additional backlinks are the cause of the better rankings.

The improved rankings also lead to increased social media activity.

As AJ Kohn puts it, “It’s not the actual social activity that matters, but what happens as a result of that activity.”

And, back in 2017, Simon Ensor suggested here on Search Engine Watch:

“We should not be worried about whether links from social media platforms are valued in the same way as a link from a high quality and highly relevant website. Instead we should look at the benefits of utilizing social media to help boost ranking signals that we know search engines care about.”

In that post, Simon took a look at the impact of link earning, co-citation and co-occurrence and brand authority and CTR – it’s well worth a read if you want to dig deeper into why social media tends to have an impact on SEO.

Here, though, I want to focus on the practicalities: what can you do to harness the power of social media?

#1: Create content that’s worth linking to

If your site has very little content, or if the content is poorly written or uninteresting, why would anyone feel moved to link to it from their site?

A common culprit here is self-promotional content: standard web pages that advertise your services or products, or tell readers all about your company. These are important for your site – but they’re not likely to get much traction on social media.

Instead of producing more of the same on your blog, focus on creating content that’s more informational and less salesy. Maybe it’s a tutorial helping readers to do something, a collection of useful tips, a well-designed infographic, or something else that people will want to share with their audience.

You don’t need to invest a lot of time in this (though if you do have the time, it’s well worth mapping out a full content marketing strategy). Simply having a couple of really good in-depth blog posts, or some interesting and useful data, can give you the opportunities to get not only lots of shares but also links from influential websites.

#2: Don’t try to build links on social media

If you’re thinking about “building links” on social media for SEO, you’re thinking about it wrong. 

Yes, sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn themselves are authoritative – but links from personal accounts on those sites tend not to be.

Firstly, most links from personal accounts are “no-followed” which means that they don’t strictly pass search engine reputation.

And secondly, from a search engine perspective, even if they did pass reputation, it would likely be from the personal user and not the social media site (so it wouldn’t be worth a lot unless that user was very influential).

On top of that, links on social media tend to get buried deep into a news feed within minutes or hours – they don’t stay visible like links on websites.

Instead of approaching social media as a way to build links, then, you need to think about it as a way to build a following. That doesn’t necessarily mean going after as many people as possible, though.

#3: Build (the right) social media following

Having a huge social media following probably won’t hurt, but it may not help as much as you’d imagine, either.

Instead of focusing on the sheer quantity of people following you, think about the quality of your following.

Being followed by just 100 people can be better for SEO than 10,000 if it includes the top 5 influencers in your industry who publish content on a regular basis.

To get noticed by these people, it’s a good idea to:

Avoid pestering them for links: take the time to build up a relationship, and you want to think in terms of (as Michael Keating puts it on Business.com) “a partnership that lasts rather than a one-off engagement”.

Share their content. Don’t just retweet it or share it without comment, but craft your own tweet or post where you talk about how good their piece is and why people should read it. This will make far more impact on the influencer than yet another retweet.

Help them with their link building by linking to them from your guest posts on large blogs. As Darren Rowse from ProBlogger explains, “A  few years ago now, a blogger I’d never heard of before wrote an article for a large business publication that sent me a huge amount of traffic. It definitely got them on my radar.”

If you want to harness the power of social media to – indirectly – help your SEO, try creating valuable and interesting content, building the right following on social media, and helping out your followers (without expecting anything immediately in return).

You’ll likely see that you naturally gain valuable backlinks – and that your content, and site as a whole, begin to rank better as a result.

My parents have triple A auto insurance and I have recently gotten my drivers license. I have tried to research the requirements for insurance by law on the California DMV website and the most concrete statement I found was some numbers that cover various damages and injuries (DMV website is not working properly so I cannot look it up).
