Harlequin Lestat cosplay I made. Probably going to enter it into my first ever masquerade! If I do, I'll post about the experience

The Rockstar Lestat was seen in Chicago flipping people off then signing said people’s merch with a dark red substance. Be aware he will blow his vape smoke in your face if you’re too close.

My Lestat cosplay!

I’m genuinely so happy with how it came about. Some fun things about this cosplay-

Wearing the screen accurate silver top

Boots are old from my mom and I made them silver with leather paint (they were previously black)

Jumpsuit is online thrifted and I had it tailored (previously had a collar, short sleeves, and an extra two inches on the legs!)

Blonde wig wasn’t my favorite but couldn’t return it so I darkened the roots with eyeshadow and bleached bits here and there to add dimension. Also curled and set the entire wig

Bleached my otherwise very dark eyebrows

Bought professional grade costume blood they use on tv/movie sets

Nails were bought last minute at Marshall’s and were actually perfect!

I had no hitches with anything with this costume aside that my feet were killing me in these boots even with inserts. Next time I’m taking extra shoes 😭
