so done with the metro....

first no real time tracking was available for any bus

second all three buses i have to catch to work were late one of them being 15 minutes late

third the bus that was 15 mins late smells, is old and stale, moved forward as i was stepping on ???? like hello you have the doors open you are letting on passengers why is your vehicle moving ??

anyway i hate the metro its always fucking me over

(like the time it was trying to tell me my train was going to be 40 mins late to a stop but it had been on time to every other stop idk how that shit would be late bro)

had such a bad time with the metro today considering not going to therapy because its on the other side of town and i'll need to catch the metro again what if im late i hate being late..... but also... therapy 😞

I think I've finally figured out what about the way so many people on this site discuss and defend fatness bothers me. I went on a bit of a spree of posting about it and critiquing some people a few months ago, but found it hard to put into a concise frame. It's all about how many people are so quick to rep fat people and fatness verbally, but have next to nothing to back it up. They will do this in many ways, be it grandstanding about their fat rep, when it's barely there. Mock others for doing the classic "Oh my gawd, she's so thicc" to rail thin girls routine, while having basically no public fat rep. One that is the hardest to call out, is how often I see people claim their own fatness, and then I see a picture of the most average sized person I could imagine. At that point if you call them on their self labeling, I feel like you universally look like a cunt, but it really feels like watching someone co-opt a real part of your existence because it's now perceived as counter culture to appreciate fatness. I know it's more than likely in 9/10 of these cases I see, completely not on purpose as well. It's probably a bunch of people with body dysmorphia, and/or completely fucked skewed perceptions of what a fat person is really like, yet that leaves me with nothing to do but sit here and angrily shake my paw at the state of the world. I consider directly asking people why they exercise these behaviors, because I earnestly want to bring the double standards to light, but then I just become a walking callout machine, who has the energy to be that person?
