Romans 8:28 (FBV). [28] “We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, those whom he has called to be part of his plan.”
James 1:17-18 (FBV). [17] “All that's good, every perfect gift, is from above, and comes down from the Father who made heaven's lights. Unlike them he doesn't change—he doesn't vary or cause shadows. [18] He chose to give us new life through the word of truth, so that out of all his creation we would be very special to him.”
Friend, have a beautiful, blessed Sunday, or whichever day it is where you are. May God shower you with His blessings and may you see evidence of His perfect, never-ending love for you throughout all your days. In Jesus' name, Amen!🙏🕊️🙌

Today's Word With Joel and Victoria Osteen - It Comes From Your Heavenly Father
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights. James 1:17, NIV Today’s Word Today we celebrate and honor our fathers. I hope you had a great father like I did, a loving, kind, empowering father who helped you to be confident and secure. But even if you didn’t, you’re still going to do great things and leave your mark. That’s because you’re a…

The Giver of Good Things
We’re still a ways off from President-Elect Trump’s inauguration, but he sure isn’t letting any grass grow under his feet! As he builds his team, we do our part by praying daily for his safety, wisdom, and God’s divine will for our nation. And isn’t it a relief to know that our joy, peace, and trust aren’t tied to a transfer of power? Thanks be to God that our hope is built on a foundation far…

James 1 :17 (AMP). “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes].”

Pass the Ammo- The Little Gift
“Fight the good fight of faith” 1 Timothy 6:12 “Pass the Ammo” is a true story series of unnamed (but not unknown) soldiers for Christ who stepped out of their comfort zone to obey the Holy Spirit’s call. To stay in the fight, we’ll need all the extra rounds we can get. So, praise the Lord, and pass the ammunition! Another day, another shift. The assembly line whirs and spins, the only marker…

Don't Just Be Thankful. Be "Thanks Full" As Well!
Really, EVERY Day is Thanksgiving There’s a difference between “Thankful” and “Thank-full-ness”… Today is a great day to reflect on what you are thankful for, but it is even more than that.“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.” (Psalm 136:1 NIV) You’ll notice that this verse from the Psalms is exactly like the verse from Chronicles in yesterday’s devotion. It’s a…
