Joyce: “Fuji for example! Fuji has both male and female reproductive organs albeit limited in a way. He has functional testis and ovaries but completely lacks a functional womb. I’m sure if one wanted to create a Mewtwo to express specific sexual organs and only those organs one could, but the current running theory is Fuji is this way due to his source DNA, which were a human male and a pokemon that’s rumored to be the source of all life. We think he leans more prominently towards masculine traits because of Dr. Fuji’s contribution, but the remnants of the adaptability of Janus’ DNA still remain via his functional ovaries. I can’t say it’s the same for Bellatrix because she’s very against being studied but if what Janus says is true and she is his child then it may be safe to say she shares a similar anatomy? She still seems too young to really see what way her body will lean towards though.”

Joyce: “Ahh…Sorry, am I rambling? This has been my area of expertise for years, it’s kinda fun to talk about it!”

What if G5 got it's own version of Equestria Girls?

I’m pretty sure I’ve already said repeatedly that if a G5 Equestria Girls happens then I’ll give it a watch just to see if I still like it lol

Hell I’d give a Pony Life version of Equestria Girls a chance. They earned my love hard enough to give their new iterations a chance to be as good, if not better (though being better would be hard to pull off since they can’t escape the target demographic and age range lol)

Nope! The trainer to have gotten the closest was the legendary champion Red, who has currently caught 797 of the 805 known non-legendary/mythical/ultra beast Pokemon.

How does the game handle the pregnancy and child?

It pretends that anyone getting pregnant is a normal thing.  It’s a surprising and happy occasion regardless of the circumstances.  If you’re a lady, then your gal-pal will get pregnant.  If you’re a dude, then your best bro will impregnate you.

Changing the scenes would be a hefty endeavor, and while it might be off-putting for some people, I generally don’t think it’s a big enough deal to make changes.  The trans-centric theming is just bonus.

Is it possible for two pokemon of different egg groups to develop romantic feelings for one another, even if they can't produce an egg?

Yes! It’s been observed on rare occasions by professionals, but a lot of trainers have reported it happening, and I’ve seen it before myself! {It was a Gliscor and Meganium, if you were interested.}

If they decide they want kids, they usually adopt abandoned eggs, or temporarily get with a Pokemon of the same egg group so that they can have an egg/egg cluster that’s biologically one of theirs.

Is there a magical or medical way that Dinky can have his body changed from a mare to a stallion?

there are a few ways!

The first way is called MHRT (Magical Hormone Replacement Therapy). Its the same as what we commonly know as HRT but with magical acceleration properties that speed up the process a bit in comparison. its administered through injection and the subject soaks in a magical pool for an hour or so their body can stabilize from the sudden influx of magic into their bodies. It's also quite relaxing and needs. An added benefit to MHRT is that it improves upon the body by reshaping bone and muscle structures to the masculine or feminine form much more efficiently than our world does. For mtf they will also grow breasts naturally.

MHRT is given to trans ponies after said pony has lived through a certain amount of time as the gender they identify with and, at their discretion, want to take MHRT. MHRT is done once a month until their gender is magically sealed and they can produce the proper hormones naturally (this varies from person to person but can take a minimum of 5 years to achieve.)

The second way, which normally comes after the first, is genital reconstruction and cosmetic surgeries. Which is the same as we know it basically. 

Third, less common and more expensive, is using a geomanced item to warp both others and the user’s perception into perceiving the user’s desired appearance. The wearer has to get them reenchanted every three weeks and cost a pretty penny to do so.

With accessible equestrian healthcare and the fact that Dinky’s family is basically rich/upper-middle class all these options are available to Dinky when/if he decides to go through them. Though the one im rooting for is the first because then Dinky is obligated to take a fucking bath

In female pokémon which change to male, it’s actually called protogyny (which is significantly more common than protandry), and it does in a few. Sequential hermaphroditism (which includes both protandry and protogyny) is primarily observed in fish and gastropod pokémon. Finneon, for example, can begin as either male or female, but females can sometimes change sex and function as males after evolution. 

The all-female species which undergo protogyny are flower pokémon: lilligants, florges, and tsareenas. These species are all considered bisexual-- they have both male and female reproductive structures. However, the female structures develop and mature before the male structures do, making the pokémon change from female to both male and female.
