In a podcast interview with Josh Lamon, who co-starred with Jonathan in A New Brain, Josh talked about meeting Jonathan at the stage-door during ‘Spring Awakening’. From 15:00.

Lamon: You have this thing where you look at people in the eyes and you just make them feel seen, and not judged, and loved, and like you’re the only person in the world at that moment. And I remember meeting you and saying “Sign my Playbill and you’re so good, and thank you for what you do, blah, blah, blah.” And I was mourning this relationship with this Canadian, and it was so healing in a way to see the show and to be able to say thank you and being like, wow, you made me feel really special.

Jonathan: Thank you for telling me that, that’s so sweet.
