Während das in 2024 veröffentlichte Debütalbum Pools of colour weitestgehend an mir vorbeigerauscht ist, bleibt das am 15.11.2024 als Stand alone veröffentlichte White Whale hängen und entwickelt sich zu einem Dauergast in meinen letzten Playlists des Jahres 2024. Und ich kann es nicht oft genug erwähen: wieder ein genial gutes Stück Dreampop in 2024.

reminiscent of coldplay at their best (RoBttH and Viva La Vida crowd rise up!) and it's a song about travel? hell yeah, sign me up! junodream self-describe as space rock, and that is exactly the sound embraced here. if you love dreamy vocals, yearning themes, and a guitar progression that knocks your socks off, this is the track for you. the video animation style is absolutely wonderful too (i'd link the artist, but they aren't listed :( )

18. Share the scene you just wrote, written from another character’s POV.

This would unfortunately give spoilers for the current chapter 😔 instead of rewriting a scene in Sif's pov I will give their pov of what was happening in ch 8 when Isa was having his sweet dream :)

You can't sleep. It's too hot and your shirt sticks to uncomfortably to your sweaty body. With leaden arms you push back the blankets and your whole body shivers in the sudden chill, teeth chattering.

You groan softly and turn on to your back with hopes that will help. It doesn't. Your head pounds with the movement, your stomach churning with the sudden pain. Saliva pools in your mouth and you taste something sour on your tongue.

You try to swallow it down, but your whole body lurches with a terrible retch and your eye flies open. Why now? Isabeau is dead asleep and you are about to throw up!

Every muscle in your body protests as you fling yourself from the bed. The bathroom isn't that far, you can make it. Sweat pours down the sides of your face and your vision swims. Your knees buckle almost as soon as your feet touch the floor.

Okay. Okay okay okay. You lower yourself to all fours, arms trembling like a new born foal. You can crawl to the bathroom. You can—

You make it all of three steps before you heave. A loud, disgusting retch echoes through the quiet. Over the sound of your own gagging you hear Isabeau rush from the bed. Stars. No. You didn't want to wake him up with your disgusting sickness.

Vomit pools on the floor between your hands. It burns as it climbs up your throat, coating your tongue and teeth. Your broken, failing lungs wheeze for breath between agonized heaves.

Hands hook under your arms and in a dizzying whirlwind of movement you are deposited in front of the toilet. You grip the sides and continue emptying what little is in your stomach.
