Jason will get injured, — he hates ankle wounds; they’re not like shoulder wounds, which are his favorite.

They’re pesky, and tiny but powerful, like Damian, — and Bruce casually walks up to him, tries lifting him by the armpits. One time? No go. Two times? No. The third time, he cracks his neck and does it.

Other times, Jason pretends to be asleep in the Batmobile so Bruce would carry him. Bruce forces himself not to mention Jason can’t sleep without his Wonder Woman bear.

"Kai's good with kids!" slightly incorrect. Kai is good with stubborn, troublesome kids. Dudes been shown to be dogshit when solely interacting with pretty much all people younger than him except for Nya, Lloyd, & Wyldfyre

He raised Nya, but we know that girl. We've seen her. I know she was a NIGHTMARE kid. She has strong opinions, holds grudges, and does whatever she wants. I love her for this. I also know teenage Kai was fighting for his LIFE. Lloyd was Little Shit Extraordinaire, and he didn't have the bonus of being blood-related to Kai, so Kai had 0 incentive to like him. Even still, Kai heard a small child in distress and immediately Locked In and decided awesome, I'm protecting you forever now. Wyldfyre similarly annoyed the absolute shit out of him, but Kai had his Growth. He still threw hands with Wyldfyre but the difference here is he knew she could fight back. He clocked pretty immediately she had an impatient temper but had a very strong love for her tiny family of 2 (oh hey s1 Kai when'd you get here) and in NO time began flawlessly mentoring.

Kai is like a guy who went to a camp for troubled youths, grew up, then decided to become a counselor at that same camp. He can wrangle a teenage dirtbag out of an alley like a stray cat but if you put him in the same room as a fairly normal kid he's looking at them like this

Bruce glanced up from the design he’d been doodling to see a man in a cowboy hat, sunglasses, and a thick mustache. He nodded in acknowledgment, hiding a smirk.

This man had been visiting Bruce’s tattoo parlor for months, each time in a different disguise, always requesting a new tattoo. The first time Bruce tried, every tool broke against his skin. Plus, the man always returned with skin as smooth and unmarked as a newborn’s.

Metahuman clients weren’t unusual for him, but Bruce sensed this one preferred to keep his identity a secret, so he played along.

"And what kind of tattoo would you like, Mr...?"

"Colby," the man replied. "I’m a cowboy. From Texas," he added needlessly.

Bruce pushed his catalog toward him, but the man shook his head, likely having memorized it by now.

"Can I request a custom design?" he asked, pointing at the paper on Bruce’s desk.

"You want... a smiley face?" Bruce asked, glancing at the childish doodle Dick had left that morning.

"No!" The man looked flustered. "I meant the design you were working on before I interrupted you. I really like it."

"Ah." Bruce glanced at the sketch he’d drawn absentmindedly—a bat intertwined with the Kryptonian symbol of hope.

"Very well. Have a seat, Clark," Bruce said, nodding toward the tattoo chair.

"Umm, my name is Col—"

"Colby," Bruce interrupted smoothly. "Sorry, slip of the tongue." He continued setting out his kryptonite tools, a faint smile tugging at his lips.

When Vlad saw Danny’s obituary in the morning paper he clutched his stomach, bent over, and laughed out loud. The mayor knew from his own experiments a halfa like Daniel should be--- unfortunately--- invulnerable to just about everything, practically immortal.

It had to be a plot of some kind, a trick or an illusion because there was no way Vlad had shown up to the supposed “funeral” to a loudly sobbing mess of Fentons and a closed, metal casket.

Just like all the Fenton’s homemade inventions, the casket had the usual green accents and hummed lightly with tech.

The thick padlock keeping the casket closed tightly seemed to tremble ever so slightly every couple of seconds.

There was a plate in the top, in an industrial print it stated:

One of my favorite aspects about Loop’s design is just how truly out of place they actually feel in game and next to the rest of the cast. How Loop’s design makes them appear blatantly inhuman.

They don’t wear any clothes, notably: no cloak, hat, or visible ties back to the island. We don’t know if they still have their accent either. The other characters all have a tie of some sort back to themselves though clothing: clothes tell a lot about a person. The cast has religious ornaments, hobbies represented through clothes, jewelry, etc. Loop’s only possession is a coin, something there are thousands of. Any remains of their cultural identity have been completely stripped from them, after they already had so little to begin with.

The most obvious part of this though is of course their head, brightly glowing and depriving them of any facial features. Loop’s body is human shaped, sure, but only up to the neck. Any identifying features, like a nose or mouth or beauty marks or scars, are absent beyond their eyes, depriving them of essentially any visual identity. (Their eyes remaining is a whole different tangent, something along the lines of how they are a viewer of the loops now rather than a participant). The rest of the characters have these things that mark their identity, like Odile’s eyebrows or Mira’s lipstick. Loop doesn’t have the luxury to bear a face you can recognize.
