dont know why i feel compelled to do so tonight specifically, but given that i have not posted a selfie in like... 2+ (perhaps more??) years?? and because i am migrating back from twitter to tumblr? i feel like i should break the hiatus with some pics i took in the Natural History Museum of Vienna (our art school class got to visit Austria!!) back in early October

but the shirt is important

but it was important to me specifically

bc i was the only person who vissited the museum on that trip

and they only had children's shirts but i bought one anyway

because it perfectly represents my hyperfixation (dinosaurs and paleontology)

and there was so much to see that i ran out of time on the day before we flew back to Scotland so i went back the NEXT day too and spent my last hours in Vienna there to check out every open exhibit

and now this shirt is one of my most prized posessions and imscared to even wash it in case the print starts to fade because in the middle of the museum i was tearing up as a 26 year old woman because i love dinosaurs so much and they had a whole allosaurus fossil AND an animatronic version of it a diplodocus a sauropod leg bone dimetrodons and cynodonts and shit, even "UNIDENTIFIED oceanic vertibrates" and im getting emotional even thinking about it rn oh my god oh my god oh mygod

Would anyone be interested in hearing about my BBC Ghosts x Wings of Fire crossover where the ghosts characters are in the wof universe.

I developed this idea ages ago its just been brewing in my mind and notes app for a while.

Ok so idk if other people feel the same as me but i have to say this THE LACK OF A FOLLOW UP IS DRIVING ME MAD WHHHHHHYYYYYYYYY DONT THEY CHECK ANYTHING ELSE

i was so so sure we were finally going to get a follow up this ep i was like "oh they are going to find a police report aren't they? we are gonna get a description of a mutilated body aren't we??" and then sam was like "wow this case ended abruptly" and i was just thinking "oh yes YES WE ARE GETTING A FOLLOW UP ARENT WE"

AND THEN WE DIDNT GET SHIT

i was exacting them to describe a body mutilated by needles or a description of a body covered so compactly by needles that you cant even see the body anymore, just a piles of sharp needles I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING

in the mangus archives the follow up did give us the smallest bit of closure. We got to see an apple full of teeth, a blanket, a body covered by cobwebs. We got something. The follow ups left a lot of questions unanswered but (to me at least) they gave us a bit of an ending to that specific story

In the magnus protocol we dont get closure. Nobody cares about the people in these stories, nobody wants to look at their stories.
