🔵 What is this event about?

This is a fan event dedicated to the pairing of Kurusu Kazuki and Suwa Rei from the anime Buddy Daddies!

🔴 When will it take place?

It will be held from Monday, June 12 to Sunday, June 18. The 18th is Father's Day, and the month of June also happens to be Pride Month!

🔴 How can I participate?

There will be a separate post that will be made in the near future asking for prompt suggestions. As of right now, the plan is to offer two prompts for each day so that contributors have a wider selection of ideas for inspiration. As of right now, the only prompts that will surely make it are "Free Space" and "Father's Day."

Somehow completely missed the memo about this week being KazuRei week, so I'm gonna be resharing things I already wrote bc I want to celebrate toooooo

#1 Miri's First Swimming Lesson - We Are Made of Memories - A Buddy Daddies Scrapbook Series

Miri's first swimming lesson is in a few days time. Kazuki's gone all out to make sure that she has everything she needs for her big day and everybody is excited for Miri to take her first plunge into the pool. Its all going swimmingly, until Anna-sensei announces that parents are welcome to attend the class and of course Miri wants her papa's to go with her. There's only one problem. Kazuki can't swim.

I came up with the idea for a cute Buddy Daddies scrapbook fic series some time ago, started writing the first entry, got distracted by Kunigiri week at the start of May, and have only just gotten back on track with this fic.

Shout out to the amazing Buddy Daddies fandom for continuing to make such stellar content for our little family & for keeping the love alive. Hope you enjoy this bite-size serving of silly, wholesome domestic fluff <3
