TOTK Light Dragon Headcanon (SPOILERS)

A small travel sized lightdragon would bring Link treasures. But not valuable treasures dragon/zelda treasures! Frogs and shiny rocks and books!! ( that may or may not have been swiped from Pruah or the zonai research team)

I think she'd have a small hoard in the Hateno house, maybe in her well or under the bed. Zeldra curls herself around her hoard and thinks 'aww yeeees'.

She definitely tries adding Link to her pile of precious things, but he keeps getting up! So she moves the pile onto him when he's sleeping! Success!!!! Until he wakes up and moves everything back to her spot again....

Also small Zeldra would drape herself across Link's shoulders most of the time cause her little legs weren't made for walking.

It was a Tuesday afternoon, mk hadn't become Wukong's successor yet. That wasn't for another three days. His brother was particularly in bad mood that Mk, Tang and Pigsy just couldn't seem to pull him out of.

It was one of those days were Shanyao was in the very depths of his depression and they all knew it. He never ask them for help when he had days like this. Trying not to be the burden he thought he was. That fake smile shined extra clear, trying to convey happiness. A bitter lie.

Pigsy tried to give Shan the day off but Shan refused. He took out even more orders, Tang tried to lure him into at least taking a nap but that didn't work either. Mk swallowed air as he pulled out his phone and texted Mei. She might be able to do something.

Mei ran down hallway and whistled for her bike. Jumping on her bike when it appeared. As she drove down the city street, Mei was trying to psych herself up. How could she have missed Shanyao's feelings for her?

She should have noticed! He's always willing do stuff for her without anything in return like repair her bike for free. There was the time he used his own money to get her a ton of extras of her favorite jacket without being asked. Just the other day he added an update to her bike!

Mei felt so stupid for not realizing it sooner! She liked Shan too but she thought before last night that he wasn't interested. If she hadn't found his diary accidentally left in her bike's storage room she never would have known! Yeah she shouldn't have read Shanyao's private thoughts like that but it was wide open. Plus she thought it was notes on her bike.

Mei could still remember the words that gave her the realization that Shanyao liked her. The whole page playing on repeat in her memory as she drove.

"Day 850, I find myself debating on spending my entire day off working on her bike. I have other things I need to get done like make new stools for the bar and fixed Mk's bed frame but it's her. She doesn't trust just anyone with fixing or upgrading her bike. She wouldn't ask if she could fix it herself and I would maybe get some time with her to myself.

I love my brother dearly but the way I get sidelined whenever the three of us hang out upsets me. I know I know I'm being rude to him just getting upset. I'm burden on both of them when we hangout anyway. It's not like I even have a chance with her. She's perfect from the she brings energy into a room, to the way her smile just warms my heart. Her eyes shine nothing else I've ever seen. I can't put it in to words but she's absolutely perfect in every way. She deserves someone who's energy she can bounce off and that's not my own as much as I wish it was. However I'm starting to ramble I'm going to go fix her bike. I'll do that other stuff my next day off."

He was totally underselling himself! She had to make this right, especially since he was having a bad day. She was going to uh...um what she going to do? Maybe she should ask him out or just admit her own feelings? FUCK she had to think of something she'd be at noodle shot in like 5 minutes!

Focus Mei you got this! She thought as she pulled up to the noodle shop. She was just in time too Shanyao was about to make another delivery. Mk was right he was having a bad day. Poor Shanyao.

"Hey Shanny wait!" Mei said as she quickly hopped off bike and booked it to his side as he put the delivery on the back of his bike. He turned to her and gestured like he always did to where Mk was. He was surprised when she grabbed his hand.

"Mei are you okay did something happen- mph!"Shanyao said with concern before he was cut off by the sudden kiss she gave him. He kissed her back of course. They were just kind of there passionately kissing before Mk called them out.

"hey you're going to make do it in Shanyao's room!" He teased as they broke apart and turned red,"Finally you two got together! I thought I'd be 80 before you guys kissed"

Mei woke up next to Shanyao as they traveled in the ship to find this weapon they needed to defeat LBD. Shan was so cold and she couldn't figure out why. He was still breathing but something had happened to him.

Some of his veins were glowing little blue and Mei could see his breath while he slept. She unbuttoned his pajama shirt and cover her mouth when she saw his chest.

The middle of his chest was a dark bluish purple bruise. In the center was a white dot with broke off into the ice blue veins that went all the way to just before wrist. Who did this to him?

Who made Shanyao's body so cold? She grabbed her phone and took a picture of Shanyao's chest. She'd show it to the others in the morning. Mei rebuttoned his shirt and laid on his chest.

some fun facts about sable:

- they are named sable (duh)

- they are unnaturally tall. not too crazy, but enough to be pretty unnerving if they loom over you

- they're a dark dragon! they bristle with annoyance if you call them a krill (it's silly to them, they hate this modern word because it's less tough)

- much like how light had been refined into a resource in the past, they utilize refined darkness in much of their craft

- they can fly and do use a cape, but it consumes light rather than recharges like a skykid might

- they are not nice and don't try to be actively good, but they're not cruel on purpose either. they're sentient, so they don't see the point in playing the hunter to randoms

- they DO feast on light and don't hide that fact, but they try to keep it to creatures or winglight rather than skykids. think of """""vegetarian vampires""""" in that regard. this does destroy the winglight, though, removing them from the reincarnation process

- they use intimidation and fear to scare off moths from the wastes. it's their roundabout way of caring. they'd rather not see the young be attacked by their krill cousins

- if they can see a skykid's wings are capable, though, they will ignore your presence in krill populated areas. nor will they try to save you from other krill. they wont be the one to attack, though!

- they are only this marginally empathetic because a lightdragon named almir (kinsdura's oc!!) grew up with them. sable and almir are best friends! (aka, this is sable's only friend)

- they came into being as other darkness creatures came into being in the past, and they witnessed the fall of eden. they decided to sequester themselves in a deep slumber in the treasure reef until reawoken many years later when light and darkness were more balanced

- they enjoy gardening with coloured darkness plants as well as light aspected plants. they talk to plants more than people

- they're very standoffish and prefer to be alone, and find most skykids quite annoying. if it weren't for almir, they'd be far crueler

- more to be figured out as time goes on
