#thor stan in the loki tag STILL whining about that female gaze Tik Tok from last year?#tbf IDK which TikTok they watched but IF it's the one I watched were a bunch of Thor stans took offense on Twitter you're kinda obnoxious #because it didn't even criticize women it just called Loki the female gaze #and a bunch of thor stans got moralistic over it. AS IF a bunch of dudebros didn't whine about Loki's popularity back in the day. A LOT.#AGAIN IDK if we watched the exact same TikTok but I am assuming because a lot of y'all reacted annoyingly. spuffy is one of those rare pairs that got me thinking that yep! they are married! it`s so important for them both and in their endgames they sure are married, it just makes sense. not everybody needs that, but these freaks are for sure married, and this fact makes them giddy everytime (me too). i saw something blue and how buffy had tears in her eyes and how it`s the happiest she`s ever been, then there`s spike on BOTH knees, so nervous and trembling, and how they are the craziest people in love ever?? what else can i think?? yep, they are officially married. they are husband and wife, they are husband and husband, they are wife and wife, they are spouses, they are besties, they are partners, they are mr amd mrs big pile of dust-summers.

I don't normally read new books (I have a whole backlog of 80s/90s science fiction) but reading the first chapter of Sir Cameron definitely swayed me to preorder :) Am I reading it wrong to feel bad for Sir Cameron in the first scene? I know this is a comedic book but something about someone being the butt of the joke and not understanding that feels so real to me 😅 Does the book have its serious moments or is it mostly elf-concussing and other misadventures? no, you're not wrong!!!

honestly, I was socially "delayed" by a few years, so I had plenty of experiences all the way to the college where I only realized afterward that everyone in the room had been in on something that I was not. eventually I learned. but Sir Cameron to me is someone who was just......too pretty and privileged to have ever needed to learn.

he is a selfish character. but also, being isolated in that way makes you very self-focused, almost by necessity, and the book definitely digs into that! so you do get some seriousness, in between elf concussions.

(and I'm sorry, my brain autocompletes /pos to piece of shit every single time)
