Hello and Welcome to the Tomb! This blog was created because we (the Caretakers/Admins) want to show our appreciation for those creators who sadly haven't gotten the love and recognition they deserve! Here we hope to showcase the amazing writers, artists and other creators that are in the fandom. Though we love and appreciate everyone in the fandom, this place is meant to spotlight the 'smaller' creators who tend to get overlooked so they can shine alongside their beautiful creations!

This is not a place for hate or judgement, and we will not tolerate any of that on our page. You may also be subject to blocking or reporting if any issues persist, so keep that in mind when commenting/reblogging our posts.

As we are just starting up this page we will only be posting on Mondays, Fridays and sometimes Wednesday! But as this blog grows, so will our posts and schedule but don't worry, we'll be announcing that shift whenever it happens!

【LM Twili OC's】

So yeah I made a silly (nothing real big) drawing of my LM Twili’s (yes I added another one). XD

Twili on the left upper corner is Ganymede, next to him we have his younger sister Europa. On the left lower corner we have Io, Ganymede’s and Europa’s older brother. Next to Io is Callisto my evil Twili OC. She is trans girl and is 36 year old. However she have absolutely nothing to do with Europa, Ganymede and Io. (Callisto doesn’t interact with anyone)

Their names are in the Twili alphabet from @linked-maze btw.

The acknowledgment???? They're so nice. I don't regret following them at all, I truly recommend you follow @hugsandchaos . Their posts are interesting, fun, funny, creative, and it truly seems like they are doing everything because they LIKE doing it and when they want to. They are a great writer and brainstormer. The fandoms they mostly dip in is linked universe, danny phantom, sonic, and encanto. (Little of brave) They're also really good at crossovers between those fandoms (we all know how the phandom gets). Anyways, thanks for coming to my Ted talk of overwhelming gratefulness. @hugsandchaos if you're reading this.... uh no you didn't 😅.

Fanfiction is something people write for free in their free time y'all.

I understand someone can be frustrated that an update hasn't come out for a while but leaving negative comments under it, is not productive and it's simply mean and discouraging.

But what do I know...

I've been reading a bit of Minecraft fics and it's got me thinking about the chain in linked universe a little bit so I'm gonna share what I've been cooking.

Linked universe Minecraft au where they all have very similar code, so when all nine of them just happen to enter a portal at the same time, something goes horribly wrong and they all get trapped in a new empty world together.

In order to escape they have to make it to the end and defeat the dragon, but that's only if they can figure out how to get along and stop sabotaging each other.

All the player ideas I have so far, this might make a little more sense if you're familiar with Evo, hermit craft and origins/mob hybrid lore but I kinda made up some watcher society stuff-

Sky is all fish out of water with the whole thing. He spends most of his time in the end on an island with other watchers. He essentially never switched out of creative mode.

The world he lives in is also legacy, it has the islands but he's never seen chorus or shulkers, essentially it's a wasteland with some obsidian watcher structures. Even if he knew everything about the blocks he did have, he's still entirely held back by having no clue what all the new stuff is.

In fact, his girlfriend oversees an entire cluster of the last remaining legacy worlds, and he is very proud of her. His player form is a parrot hybrid because the one time he went to a different world to get some nice bright blue flowers for her that he heard about from a passing mobile watcher, he saw a parrot and thought they were cooler than bats.

Four is a shulker because you can dye them in bedrock and they literally just multiply by beating themselves up. They are also just tiny little guys so it all falls into place.

Four's shell has each color and he shoots himself to split. Essentially he's four little guys living in the same shell. It gets cramped in there.

The colours are the ones forging gear and hiding them in random end cities. That's how they spend their time at least.

They are researching a way to help out their brother who was cursed by a blighted watcher, vio also holds this curse but shadow took the brunt of it. They still have shadow's empty shell, and it no longer comes with them when they combine into four.

Time is a risen watcher, apparently he beat the hell out of a watcher that was tormenting a small world, messing with the moon and time and such, and once he did that he told off the super ancient watcher that only helped him at the last second, despite having the ability to fix it all along.

This fierce deity watcher was impressed with him in general, and marked him as his own son, making Time a watcher himself.

Watchers can choose what their player form presents as, and Time chooses to come across as a non-hybrid regular player. This is strange, because non-hybrids are famously plain and lack any sort of basic adaptability, but Time just swaps origin when the situation calls for it, so it's not a problem for him.

Time was also involved in an incident that affected the history of a lot of newer worlds, even before he became a watcher himself, but whatever this was is largely covered up and he can't speak about it.

Legend hops worlds. A lot. Like a bunny (he's a bunny). He goes to worlds that have problems and helps solve them to avoid his own.

He's been to so many corrupted worlds and spent so long in them that his code is soup basically. He can run commands and use magic despite literally being some random rabbit.

He can't turn off keep inventory, his stuff also comes with him when he hops worlds, so naturally he has a lot of things.

He has the direct favour of all three watchers in the second highest circle of power, so is largely left unchecked in his shenanigans. Occasionally they come to coo over him like doting wine aunts and it terrifies anyone in radius.

If he's submerged in water he completely glitches out and becomes a mer tropical fish type hybrid, one of them blue and pink ones.

Switching back involves beaching himself so he'd rather avoid it.

He can split into three types of parrot hybrids. Chooses not to as it just summons two rabbits to possess the green and blue parrot. The other two like him and will help out, but they find it uprooting.

There's a huge part of his personal player log that's just missing. It's from the one world he couldn't save, and he's the only one left to mourn it.

Hyrule is an allay trapped in an ultra hardcore world where nobody beat the first guardian dragon. A fate worse than death basically.

The entire world is one biome. Mesa.

No one in the world knows why, but not a single soul has any memory of a life before this particular world and for some reason killing the dragon didn't open it up, so everyone is really just waiting around to starve to death.

Hyrule himself beat the dragon twice on his own, though it was futile, but other expeditions resulted in massive casualties, so why did this dinky allay survive two whole times? With no witnesses except the server wide dying cry?

Through a series of conspiracies and nothing better to do, a cult of haters formed, convinced that if they kill Hyrule, not the dragon, that the world would finally open up. As you can imagine, scarce resources, a hoard of mobs by night and fanatical players by day can really wear a guy down.

He hasn't told anyone, but he really thinks he broke everything, he has access to commands and has been using them to cast fire, lightning, heal himself despite the hardcore status and other such small things, but he doesn't know any command that can make things better, and blames himself.

I have a pretty good idea of what the background is for those five of the chain members, but I haven't played any of the switch games yet so I haven't a clue what to do with wild. Maybe a fox but I'm not sure, I do know that I want him to tie in with twilight.

Wind could be a breeze, but I'm not sure how to tie that in with pirating so maybe a dolphin? And I'm also completely lost with wars. Happy to take suggestions, or really just get this idea out of my head and into the void lol

Country fried comfort

Notes: i wrote this for my friend as a comfort post. So here you go @cannibalgremlin

Sky was sitting out by the cuccoo pen. Playing somber tune on his harp. Twilight who had been walking by carrying sacks of feed for the animals of Lon Lon ranch. Paused and listen. He looked at his fellow brother’s face. Somber it self. Staring out in a sad way. Rancher made his way to the barn and placed the three bags of feed down. He watched at several other members of the chain were working in the barn. Four was helping make new horse shoes. While War and Legend worked on shuffling down new hay. After the stalls had been mucked. The rancher walked over to a bucket and washed his hands and face off.

“Think i shall head inside for a bit. Thinking to tell wild to make something.” He explained as he left. Waving the others in the barn off.

Once inside the house, he went quickly to the wash room to clean up and then change into fresher clothing. Putting on his Ordon garb while place his dirty clothing into a wash pile. Extend the room and headed to the kitchen where wild was busy working some bread dough out, while Malon was husking some corn. He cleared his through, making them both look at him. He softly smiled and walked in and rolled up his sleeves. Malon was questioning what her blood was going to do. Wild smiled, glad to have an extra hand in the kitchen.

“Sky is looking tad gloomy. He been playing a somber tune to the cuccoos. Half worried they may die on us with how sad the tune is. I am thinking maybe making a bit of comfort food. Country specialty.” He explained with a smile.

“What you have in mind?” Asked Malon. Stopping what she was doing.

He walked over and took an unhusked corn and started helping with peeling the husk away. “Fried cuccoo mash bowl. If you got potato’s, we can make a mash. Chop the corn off its stem, fry cucoo, put them together with some gravy…creating a fried cuccoo bowl. Can’t go wrong with that?” He explained.

Malon beamed with happiness. As did the champion.

“That kind of you. So what should we do?’ Asked the youth. As he folded the bread dough one more time before resting it.

“Hm, how bout you do the mashed potato, Mrs. Lon-“

“Just call me mal. Or ma’ if you want.” She interrupted.

“Okay ma’ you take care of the corn, and i will handle the fried cuccoo and gravy.” He replied to her.

She smile and nodded. Wild stood for a bit. “You know how to cook?” He asked the rancher.

Twilight smirked and having some stuff to start making the fried cuccoo and smirks.

“You bet your goddesses I do. I live alone, lui taught me the basics, ilia helped as well. But i know how to cook food. Nit as good as you. But decent enough.” He explained.

The three worked hard in the kitchen. Working on the meal. Rancher was making sure the meal was well seasoned. Nothing is more disappointing than an unseasoned meal. Wild would help with a few things and helping Taste things, along with Malon, giving suggestions when needed. The house smelt heavenly as the spices and such floated through the room. Malon after finishing with the corn, started making sweet tea for everyone. The three laughing and giggling in the kitchen. Homey.

Wild went about setting the table with glasses and utensils. As Twilight started making the bowls of food. Adding equal amounts of mashed potato’s, corn, and fried chicken for everyone plate. Then drizzling gravy over it. Malon helped put the bowls on the table. She then made here way to front door to ring the lads in for lunch. As they approached she order them all to wash up before thinking to eat all filthy as hey were. That including her husband who attempted to get a hug from her. However got shooed off.

Once everyone had cleaned up. They all sat at the table. Sky eyes the bowl in front of him. The smell of it danced under his nose. He looked up and Rancher smiled at him. “Enjoy.”

“Wait? You cooked this?” Asked the Veteran.

“You sure tootin he did. With a little help from Champ and I.” Malon replied with a smile.

“No way? He cooks and didn’t burn anything?” Chuckled the captain about to dig in.

“Actually, he can be a replacement if i get injured. He knows his stuff.” Piped up wild.

“At least that one other Link that can cook.” Chuckled Malon.

Sky dipped his fork into the dish. Scooping up every bit. Before sticking it into his mouth. It was an explosion of flavor and it caused his to tear up a bit. Wind noticed and stopped mid bite.

“You okay?’ Ask the young sailor.

The sky loft Ian nodded and smiled. “It like home.”

The rancher smiled and took his first bite, pleased he was able to bring some joy to the somber mood the youth had been in earlier.

“It’s comfort.” He replied to sky.

“Thank you.” Replied sky.

This is the first Hero, Link. He originally appeared in the manga you can get with the Hyrule Historia.

I drew him without his hat.

Sky is his reincarnation. As Sky met Demise, Demise recognised him and said: “You were the human who had enough courage to fight. You look as weak as you was before.”

I would give more lore, but I need more of the characters however take this art piece of him :]

Artists and fans! I'm doing a study!

I'm currently writing my bachelor thesis about fan art and fandom, exploring this art form's role as contemporary art and its impact on fandom members!

I have the fandom of FFXIV as a starting point and area of reference, but the study will regard fandom and fan art in general. If you are interested, the study is anonymous and you can read more information as well as answer a few questions in these forms the coming week:

Someone called Shad being old homophobic and at first I just laughed but considering how we’ve been told in the past that “every Link has a special woman back home- usually defaults to Zelda except in Midna, Marin, and Malon’s case”…. I hate to admit it but they might not be wrong. I mean, all Shad’s attention from the fandom has been through people who ship him with Twi. Now he appears, and he’s some old guy instead of being a young adult like he is in LoZ-canon. We’ve basically been told Shadow won’t appear via the Four Background Clarification that set the fandom on fire for a brief moment months ago and he’s another popular gay ship pick within the fandom. And although almost all of the fandom seems to collectively agree that Ravio and Legend are husbands, Ravio has never reappeared back into the story or been spoken about again in LU-canon aside from those initial appearances. Maybe it isn’t intentional… but it feels a little icky.
