everyone keeps talking about Legacy of the Scythe 5 like it was gonna be the finale to the series (with the flashback ending a little bit after Whale’s death and the battle between the Scythe Siblings going down), but thinking about it more…? It was most likely gonna have six parts.

I say this because we still don’t know where the hell Faildrago018 (the yellow ender dragon) fits into that whole mess, we know he defected from the rest of the Ender Dragons and eventually joins C!Fail’s side (Mystery Egg Adventure takes place in between the flashbacks and the twins reuniting), but not exactly how that alliance happened! I imagine the 5th episode was probably gonna be the final flashback episode where C!Fail and Faildrago meet for the first time while C!Fail’s processing Whale’s death/Wincar’s disappearance, and then after that the flashback finally ends with the cliffhanger of C!Fail and Wincar’s battle

Episode 6 would probably be the actual battle itself and the aftermath of that. As for that fight, I can honestly see the battle ending in a draw? ik Wincar’s the weaker of the two but around this time C!Fail’s still kinda inexperienced with the Power of the Scythe. Connecting this more with what we know happens next, after Legacy is the ExplodingTNT Era, so maybe C!Fail meets TNT for the first time after the fight in Legacy’s finale… idk. I doubt Dan by himself is gonna do anything with Tale of the Failboat so unless the Twitter community makes a proper finale to the series, it’s just gonna remain as an up to interpretation thing :0

despite being two tonally different events lmao, both the current event and the previous one shared heavy plot similarities, one of which was rei using his contacts to be a source of information for rosho over some criminal activity that was impacting one of his student’s life, and kuukou fulfilling that same role for juto in their event

and it’s like, kuukou having some reach and control over nagoya’s streets/underworld is something we’ve seen before and don’t really question since he’s a delinquent himself, but to frame it as a rei parallel?????? is kinda crazy lol?????

I am today years old when I learned that some ao3 tags, whether it only gained 3 separate uses or has a ton of people using them, can't be filtered because the volunteers haven't wrangled them yet (made them filterable, or "canonize" the tags, according ao3's support and feedback page)... I'm kinda mind-blown by the whole process and how they still need humans to gather every tags before squeezing them into a single term, ngl :o

well there's an approximate boatload of these people from my head (current estimate from my files says there's 34 of them...) so I shall answer this for the fellows that that I really have answers for!

Joe and Spike are both around for the age of recorded music, but they have quite different taste -- this is difficult given that Spike is the one who can actually interact with things that play music. (Joe's ectoplasmic form can exert force on objects, but he's not so good at the kind of precision needed for small buttons, he can't use touchscreens, and he's more likely to just drip slime on something or inadvertently melt it than actually use it correctly.)

so in the end it's usually Spike's choice of music between the two of them, which is lucky because it's their preferred music that actually gets played on the radio more often. shipwreck steel is a story about the Bay Area at the heart of it, and since it's set in the middle 2010s, KFOG is still on the air, since its regrettable downfall in 2019 hasn't yet come about.

most of the time these two spend together is in the RAD room, and that's what Spike will play when they've got a chance to do so -- cheerful alt-rock all the way down, or maybe the local college radio station for some variety! on their own, they prefer more blues and country-influenced rock, while Joe likes most anything you can dance to...

Do you remember the video that made you a Smosh fan? For me it was definitely that one Nintendo rap Ian and Anthony did back in 2015 (I don’t remember when exactly I watched it but it was within a year of its release). I used to play that song all the time along with the classic assassin’s creed and Zelda. Idk if I watched their sketches first but it’s for sure my earliest memories.

Ok. So,

back when I first started watching Smosh I was much younger than I am now, and didn't try and keep track of time AT ALL. Which means I don't have a totally concrete answer...

BUT, I do know it was and back when they used to do the "TOP 5" stuff on the Games Channel, which I went and looked and the videos I REMEMBER seeing at time of release are 11 yrs old... god.... ANYwAY- but even some older videos I remember watching I just don't know if I went back to watch them or watched them as they came out. So I can't pinpoint EXACTLY WHEN I started. Just a rough estimate.

For Smosh Main it's even harder to pinpoint... Because when I get obsessed with something, I go back and watch all the old videos (which, as you can see makes this pretty fricken hard..) but I think I remember watching PARANORMAL EASY BAKE OVEN! around when it came out, so that's-oh.......13....yrs........damn....I'm old......

But when I became a fan? I've on-and-off been a fan of Smosh for something like 13+ yrs I guess?

For a fun tidbit! The first EVER song I bought was THE Assassins creed song + THE Legend of Zelda RAP and I still have them!

1. What circumstances led to your Dark Urge becoming their Class/Subclass?

Since her past is a jumbled mess, Metis wants to believe she was, and still is, a simple Selûnite. The visions of torn flesh and blood; Metis will try convincing herself they are the fractured memory of her initiation. Once she’s met Orin, however, she realizes those flashing images depict the night she slaughtered her adoptive parents and sibling, before wandering out into the dark where she eventually crossed paths with two senior Selûnite clerics. They took in her appearance and decided she must be a child of Selûne, her bright silver eyes and the white streaks in her jet black hair seen as the touch of the Goddess. Metis was then raised to be a Life Domain cleric, ever struggling between her heart’s desire, to help and heal, and her Urge’s sick fixations.

3. What would your Dark Urge consider to be their greatest skill? Is this accurate?

On the outside, Metis seems stoic and quiet. The only time the gang has seen her smiling or laughing was during the tiefling party (or any soft moments she shares with Shadowheart, who Metis is extremely enraptured by). However, as quiet as she may be, Metis has a way of breaking down the walls of those around her, I would label this as her greatest skill. Regardless of the companion or their morals, Metis can surely convince them to take the right path (or at least, the path with the least possibility to trigger her Urges in that moment). She has a soft confidence about her that I think some of the companions are especially drawn to. If asked herself, Metis would say her greatest skill is her connection to Selûne, and the powers granted by the Moonmaiden as she greatly relies on them to fend off her murderous fantasies. I can definitely envision her furiously praying at her bedroll whenever she feels the Urge creeping back in. The first night her prayers failed was the night Alfira joined camp.

4. What would your Dark Urge consider to be their greatest flaw? Is this accurate?

Metis would definitely say the Urge itself is her greatest flaw. I definitely see her attacking Sceleritas the night he finds Durge, until he can convince her that he really knows her (then he has a purpose, she’s like Hmm what info can I get out of you…). If she could only be rid of these torturous thoughts, she’s sure she could focus on her true purpose as a cleric and, of course, getting rid of the tadpole, but she doesn’t fully understand how strongly bonded to Bhaal she is. (Yet). And though she is heavily troubled by her dark urges, they have come to be useful when dealing with the most unsavory characters in the realms, and for getting Metis through the more horrifying moments in their journey. I would say Metis’ greatest flaw is that she lets fear consume her, specifically her fear that the Urge will take over and she will become something unrecognizable. The more she tries to suppress it, the worse it gets and she’s terrified, always looking to her faith for reassurance. As much as she tries to keep her feelings hidden, there are definitely some companions who notice this uncertain side of her.

been doing random ass digital paintings with no real plan ahead of time it's been super fun, especially the one on the left and the one i can't post here cause it's a dick-out frog monster i did while on edibles and that was SUPER fun. I like taking edibles but I often find they simultaneously unlock a lot of creative energy while also making all the practical skills involved in a lot of my creative hobbies eg writing crocheting more line-based sketching practically more difficult and less fun lmao.
