#im not thinking like full-on t-rex or any of the huge guys or anything #just like. what if not as many avian dinosaurs died in the end cretaceous extinction. and theres just fuckoff huge birds running around some #places #and maybe some pterosaurs too. which is funny because this is a setting that ALSO has dragons. so its just like. yeah theres two kinds of #big flying fucks here and you gotta watch out for both. theres the big giant ones that live in caves and can talk and maybe fell from the #sky and also a lot of us think of them as literal gods. yeah. and then theres those OTHER flying fucks with spades for faces thatll gobble #up your cattle whole #youve gotta watch out for both. but for different reasons #one of them can kill you with a riddle and one of them can decimate your sheep herd #ive also just decided rocs (or roc-adjacent things) exist here. livestock farmers have it rough #magpie thoughts #magpie's writing adventures #worldbuilding #magpie's worldbuilding
