Paul Mccartney and John Lennon being awkward

February 9, 1964 - Before the Ed Sullivan Show - Merely moments after John, now we have Paul spell awkward. Paul was playing around with George, John suddenly comes into the picture and Paul abruptly stops. He approaches John, their eyes meet but John starts tuning his radio so Paul is just standing there looking at him. John glances at everything but Paul. Paul with his sad droopy side eye. Even with Paul hovering over him, John still turns around to the others to ask if they are going already. Paul continues to look lost and suddenly realizes the camera filmed the whole ordeal, he tries covering it up with a joke.

While making these, I can't help but realize that it's always just John and Paul with scenes like these. You never see George and Ringo have similar moments. What does that say about them?

By the way, if he ate George and Ringo, that means that those two figures getting nice and friendly there in the back of the submarine must be Paul and John. Even Corgi knew of McLennon then it seems!

Paul walks pass, John is looking at him, Paul does not even look back. John whistles while looking back at Paul walking away, a forlorn look in his eyes, licks and bites his lip, physically stopping himself from saying anything and holding back his feelings. ALL WHILE I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND IS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND (doesn't get any funnier/sadder). Actually it does, because George and Ringo obviously tries to distract the cameras and mask this exchange.

It was said by some that there was a lot of tension during this February trip to America, Cynthia joined them after their Paris trip.

This pining incident took place the same month John Lennon wrote the lyrics to the song "If I Fell" on a Valentines Card given to Paul Mccartney "on the airplane". It must've been their flight from New York to Miami on February 13 1964 or their flight on February 21 from Miami to New York to London. They recorded "If I Fell" in London on February 27, 1964.

People arguing if John is crying or laughing on this. His voice crack is an indication of his sadness but he made light of it by laughing. I think, he's someone who masks a lot of things. Insecurity with anger, sadness with humor...

This was probably after Sean (1975) was born and Paul is having another baby with Linda in 1977.

John cries while singing an early demo of Real Love and I’m Stepping Out. And it seems it’s about estranged Paul.

I was considering how different the public opinion is from the fandom's view of which songs Paul and John wrote about each other What we might consider classics are still widely seen as just normal songs or songs about Linda/Yoko

I don't necessarily think McLennon will be "confirmed" but if it does happen I believe it'll be at the weirdest most tense possible moment in the cultural zeitgeist

one of the many reasons paul will not come out is because he is well-aware that he and john are so famous that there's a completely non-negligible chance that if he admitted to it literally a hundred million people would find out simultaneously via phone news notification
