The guide for MDCL in the timeloops. (They/Them/Any) First encountered in Loop 1. Resides in the old, abandoned well in Kuragumo Village. They are actually a Leon that traveled back in time to the beginning of the loops to help them. Even though they hold knowledge from future loops, they are slightly tight lipped about what MDCL should do, as well as why they have their current appearance. According to Dora, there are certain rules to follow when acting as a guide.

Being a future version of Leon, they obviously share many similarities. In order to balance out Leon's current temperament, they intentionally amplify other parts of themselves to differentiate them both and to keep the mood light in the group-as well as to just annoy Leon.

Mark de Clive-Lowe Remixes Charlie Parker With Strings

Mark de Clive-Lowe takes two songs from Charlie Parker's famous Strings project and remixes them with a 21st-century feel. The bebop creator fulfilled a creative dream in 1950 when producer Norman Granz arranged for Parker to record with a string section. Charlie Parker With Strings was released as two separate recordings of standards, and those albums were Parker's most commercially successful releases. Mark de Clive-Lowe reconfigures "Temptation" with a beat that slaps and subtle piano. Parker's "Repetition" is re-tooled with a snappy broken beat and a lot of energy. The infusion of a hip-hop and dance music aesthetic into Parker's tunes is in the spirit of bebop, which was new and innovative in its time. Charlie Parker With Strings Remixed is available via Bandcamp.

The youngest of the islanders in IDAR. He was the first to leave the island, traveling to the land of Poteria. He fell in love with the theater scene there, and started writing plays until he one day realized he couldn't remember anything about his home island. After contacting the rest of MDCL, he began traveling through Poteria in an attempt to find anything remaining of the island. He became friends with Tatsuko after meeting her during her street performances, and she traveled with him in hopes that she could find herself outside of performing. When Kayo contacted MDCL about Kofuku's plight, he traveled to Ka Bue both because he felt that he should help and because he missed being with his family.

Called "Mene" by the rest of MDCL. He is an avid writer and reader, along with enjoying people watching on the occasion. Though he appears very joyful and peppy, he is actually very pessimistic and introspective. His awareness of others is very sharp, and he is the one who both remembers the most about their everyday lives on the island as well as the one who helped everyone adjust to the SWAP tactic.
