Hestia who holds and keeps thousands of secrets so the ones who whispered them into flame don’t have to

Zeus. I had taken you had abandoned the island to go have yourself a little vacation. I see you’ve wasted no time in returning to torment the residents.

Unfortunately for your proposal, whatever I want requires a refined touch and is out of your realm of expertise. You must realize that on top of my physical collection, people and their connections fall within said collection as well. To accept this deal would be to set alight an already fragile bridge with Midas, and we both know the flames would not stop there.

I’ve no moral qualms against bringing you Jules, nor do I care what you need her for. Your vague offer of “whatever I want” coupled with current social tensions? It would be suicide to align myself with you.

If you require my aid, do come bearing better gifts next time. It makes you look desperate, dethroned even.
