Oh my gosh I knooooow. That's definitely one thing I love about Hawks' powers!!! I always end up loving characters that are crazy fast/have superspeed because they're always doing something that shocks or makes their enemies go 👀 HUH and it's almost always super epic hehe.

Whenever I re-watch the 3rd MHA movie, I like to think that Hawks is fast, but like, inhumanely fast. So fast that he can dodge literal gunfire and take down the enemies with ease. BECAUSE HE FUCKING DOES! He moves so fast that he is unharmed as he fights on the ground and still keeps going. Without his wings btw, because his feathers are busy searching, so ye. Hawks is fast, but like, inhumanely fast that it's scary.

THISSSS. I'm not excusing any of Shiggy's actions or the murders he's committed, but he's not a mindless, heartless criminal. He does care about those who serve under him and like many heroes, he inspires loyalty from his companions, enough that they display a willingness to follow him to the ends of the earth.

His end goal isn't technically wrong, either (trying to destroy what he sees as corrupt and build a society in which his kind is not mistreated and viewed as the bottom rung of society), although killing and murdering a good majority of heroes/civilians to achieve it IS wrong. There is a corruptness to hero society, and its not all its made out to be in the public eye.

Shiggy sees the corruption and wants to literally destroy it because he perceives it as wrong. It only lifts up and celebrates certain people with certain Quirks (heroes) and those with villainous Quirks quite literally undergo vilification when certain conditions are met. Ahh, this is giving me so much inspiration to write my ShigaDeku Dystopia AU fic! YAAAAAY!

But what would the heroes and AFO know about Twice offering to carry Tomura. What would they understand about Mr. Compress ripping his body apart for him. What would they know about Toga thinking she'd gladly kill for him and no other man in a position of power. What would they know about Spinner selling his soul to the devil to give his friends another chance. About Dabi following only Tomura's orders and no one else's.

They don't even know about Tomura saying "Do you think one of your subordinates can compare to our Magne?" "Do I look that heartless to you? I want them to succeed." Or when Gigantomachia couldn't go underground because that would kill the LOV and Tomura had ordered to bring them to him alive. They don't know about "The wishes of my comrades are separated. Do as you like" or "Playing around with people's feelings... I won't forgive you, Meta Liberation Army".

I'd still need to become... A hero to those guys.

I think what needs to be talked about more about Midoriya is how adept he is. Like, he'll observe and apply and it's nearly effortless for him. And sometimes to great comedic effect!

I'm catching up with the TUM and got to chapter 36. Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read the manga. Summary!

So, Camie (who know Miss Glam Queen) she has been training her quirk and asked Todoroki for help through group chat. She's training her quirk and needs descriptions so she can conjure up illusions. Of course, given it's Camie, Todoroki is happy to help but doesn't understand how she talks/messages.

Midoriya takes over and within seconds he figures out just talk how she does. Here's the thing though. He picks up how she talks and easily there's back and forth between them because Midoriya understands and correctly texts back to her.

Because he likes learning about quirks, as expected he gets invested.

Not only that, by the end, he was so influenced he started talking like her! THIS CHAPTER WAS TOO FREAKING FUNNY!! ꉂ(≧▽≦)
