Please reconsider your decision! Please continue to give us content in MidCin! I think this is a very bad decision, not just because I love Midnight Cinderella, and I love Byron with all my heart, but just think about the players, your customers, how disappointed this is making them, it will discourage them in playing your other games, they will stop investing in them, money, but also emotionally.  

Whatever the reason your are doing this for, please find a way to keep MidCin alive! Even if it is not offering event after event, at least from time to time, and some reruns of old events. Just don’t give up on it entirely.

Rayvis’ route release campaign MidCinJp

In the pictures you can see the bonuses we got for starting his route, his room wallpaper (for getting the secret end), and commemorative sets that were for sale. They are no longer for sale as of this post, but the premium set (picture 2) included a side story that took place a year before the princess was elected, where Rayvis first noticed a painting from Robert, and began his efforts to find him.

None of us purchased the sets though, so we all have a short story to look forward to when his route does make it to midcineng.

Okay so back in August (oops..?), @oh-my-otome asked me about Rayvis and then I... left the post in my drafts. It’s not pretty. So I’m just going from scratch here. I’m also going to include facts from his event stories too.

Spoilery things will be under a cut!

He’s no nonsense. Like he wastes no time in telling Princess that she can’t just up and leave her post in the middle of the night, as she’s princess now--ultimately the ruling monarch. And immediately after this instance the wheels in his head are turning as to how useful she’ll be to him as he looks for Robert.

I don’t consider that a spoiler since? I’m sure we’ve read Robert’s route by now.

Anyway, Rayvis is blunt and helps Princess out again at the ceremony, how sweet. He tacks this on as another debt (the previous being escorting her). But also not blunt. In a short story before his release, Alyn and Leo talked to him because he seemed good with Arthur, so “maybe you have a dog?” His response was “something like that.”

He’s good with secrets. (He only keeps one and then it gets foiled but he’s had this secret for a while.)

He’s patient. He’s been slowly working with other countries since a year before the princess was crowned, using his position to carefully fulfill his purposes without drawing unnecessary attention to himself.

His past is brought up a lot in story events. Specifically with his parents.

Super thoughtful and considerate of your wants and needs.

He plays violin, and has met Louis at a concert in the past.

Doesn’t like sweets (exceptions are made for a certain someone).

He really loves Rook. But he gets adorably jealous (not annoyingly jealous). Also he has him well trained. He is only a pup but can deliver letters, and in the pet sitter event he was asked to train Benjamin.

He’s super sweet??? Like I don’t know how? Also, he’s not tsundere or anything, I promise. He doesn’t like to be too obvious all the time, but he’s very open with his affections. Not shy to say I love you, or steal a kiss, or say you’re beautiful. Also a huge tease. All the time. Will spoil you. But despite the pic of him blushing and saying “whoever loses has to kiss the other” he is not flustered. He does get flustered by Princess every so often though.

Forehead kisses. *dies*

Uhhhh in one story event... >.> You know how Byron makes a “promise”? It’s something like that.

He can cook. No need to say anything more. *walks away from the laptop*

(I did walk away but found my notebook with my original list!)

He reinstated the night watchmen in the Frey district (which he also oversees... so his duchy?) and is the leader. They’re a local militia.

He spent a lot of time in the castle in Bergenia, and knows Robert really well. He’s reflected to himself that he feels like he’s being watched by an older brother when Robert talks to him about Princess.

As for sexy v. sweet, my spectrum is broken (ace problems, sorry), but a reliable source places him near Leo and Louis. As I said, he teases. He will say things like “I won’t be letting you go” and “you don’t need to be quiet” etc., but also is really sweet and wants Princess to be comfortable and enjoy their intimacy. 

Okay, “Spoilers” beyond

This was already revealed by Cybird before his route came out but his real last name is Klein. It’s also beside his name when you look at your summary. He is still a relative of the Harneits though. His uncle took him in after the war between Alder and Bergenia, and that’s why he’s in Stein.

Robert’s scar is from protecting him.

His parents are like Alyn and Leo’s.... they were to Robert kind of what Giles is to the king/Princess. The scene where he finds out how is pretty significant, so I won’t say what happened.
