1° ROSENHEIMER WEIHNACHTSCIRCUS by CIRCUS KRONE Come vi abbiamo anticipato in precedenza, quest'anno il colosso tedesco circus Krone produrrà ben 3 differenti circhi di Natale. Ieri vi abbiamo presentato lo spettacolo del classico Krone Bau di Monaco di Baviera, oggi vi parlo del circo di Natale che i coniugi Jana Mandana Lacey-Krone e Martin Lacey jr hanno preparato per la città di Rosenheim (a circa 70 km da Monaco di Baviera), il Rosenheimer Weihnachtscircus.

Minneapolis cop knelt on George Floyd charged with 3rd-degree murder

Fired Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin has been charged with George Floyd’s demise with 3rd-degree murder and manslaughter. Chauvin is the former cop caught on camera, forcing his knee into the neck of George Floyd on Monday (local time), when Floyd repeatedly said, "I can't breathe." Floyd died later. "That's less than four days," Minnesota Public Safety Commissioner John Harrington stated. "That's extraordinary. We have never charged a case in that time frame." Investigation into the remaining three fired officers-Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J. Alexander Kueng-starting, said Freeman. He said his office was concentrating on "the most dangerous perpetrator," so Chauvin was given priority, but he added that he expected charges against the other officers. "We are in the process of continuing to review the evidence," Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said. "There may be subsequent charges later." Chauvin was arrested at 11:44 am by agents of the Minnesota Criminal Apprehension Bureau in account of 3rd-degree murder. Officials registered in Minneapolis. Freeman said there would be a criminal complaint later in the day and that his office did not have ample evidence to arrest Chauvin until Friday.

He noted that the four days that have passed since Floyd died were "by far the fastest we have ever charged a police officer." Cases typically take nine months to a year, because prosecutors have a heavy presumption of evidence against police officers in criminal cases, Freeman said. "We can only charge a case when we have sufficient admissible evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt," he said. "As of right now, we have that." Earlier Friday, in an emotional news conference, Minnesota Governor Tim Walzsaid that this week's violence that destabilized Minneapolis and St. Paul is the culmination of 'generations of suffering, frustration' over racism in police action. "Their voices went unheard, and now generations of pain is manifesting itself in front of the world," Walz said. "And the world is watching." The governor sought "swift" justice for the officers who were involved in killing Floyd. He also called for an end to violence, and recognized the challenge of asking the same organization to restore order that caused the unrest. Yet he said that the real problems involved in the death of George Floyd could not be resolved before the actual fires are extinguished.
