I was thinking that More more jump was attending A big idol event with other idol groups and when they were walking around and chatting Minori just hears “IS THAT MINORI!?” And when Minori looks she just sees her childhood friend who moved away now the leader of their own idol group

“Whoa!” The MMJ group exclaimed as they entered the convention center.

The place was huge. Many booths— decorated to match their respective idol groups— lined the walls. At the very back was a giant stage, which already had a crew working on setting everything up.

“Pretty cool, huh?” Saitou, MORE MORE JUMP!’s manager chuckled. “I just knew you couldn’t pass up this opportunity.”

The idols had received an offer to appear at an idol event a few months prior. With their goal of becoming more popular, they immediately accepted. But they didn’t realize just how big this event would be.

“Wow, so many well known idol groups are here.” Airi observed.

“I know. Isn’t it wonderful to be able to attend the same event as them?” Shizuku added.

“Oh yeah, that reminds me.” Haruka drew her attention away from the place, and to her friends. “I know it’s great to be in the same room as these other groups, but we still need to stay professional.”

“Right!” They agreed enthusiastically.

“Okay, we need to start setting up your booth. The boxes of merchandise should already be there.” Saitou said as she looked at her phone— supposedly where she was getting the information from. “The booth is over…. there.”

As MORE MORE JUMP! got their booth ready, another idol group on the other side of the convention center was doing the same. Your idol group.

“(name), we’re almost set!” One of the members informed.

“Great, thanks!” You gave them a smile, before going back to setting out the keychains.

As you did, you heard excited murmuring from behind you. Assuming it was your teammates slacking off, you went to redirect them.

“Guys, please focus. Just because we’re almost done, doesn’t mean we get to goof off.”

“Sorry!” They all said, a bit started from being told off by their leader.

“Just try not to let it happen again.” You sighed. “What’re you so excited about anyway?”

“Haven’t you heard? MORE MORE JUMP!’s gonna be here too!” One of the members said, bouncing a little bit from pent up emotions.

“Who?” You gave a clueless look, before resuming setting up the booth.

“Wait, you’ve never heard of them? How? They’re trending like crazy right now!” Another member said in disbelief.

“No, I haven’t been following idol news lately.” As you said that, you completed your task, now able to put your full attention on your team. “There, done. Now, who’re the members?”

“That’s the cool thing. Most of them are formerly retired idols! They have Shizuku Hinomori, Airi Momoi and Haruka Kiritani!” Some of them squealed— fangirling over the mentioned people.

“Oh wow, they have Kiritani? I didn’t expect to see her back in the idol business.” You smiled.

“Yeah, me neither. It’s apparently because of the newbie of the group. What’s her name? Oh yeah, it’s Mino-“

Suddenly, a loud voice spoke up from the stage. “Attention idols! You have about ten minutes before the event starts! So make sure you’re all ready!”

After the announcement, everyone started rushing to finish up their tasks. With your attention changed, you inevitably forgot about the last member of MMJ.

“Alright guys, get ready! Make sure your outfits and makeup are set!”

Everyone started exclaiming excitedly, while checking each other for any wardrobe mistakes.

“Okay, I know you’re excited, but remember, we need to stay professional. Not only in front of fans, but other idols too. So I don’t wanna see any of that in front of others.”

The other members agreed, not wanting to potentially ruin their image. So while they wanted nothing more than to geek out about their favorite idols, they vowed to keep their cool.

A few minutes later, the event finally began.

Minori and the rest of MMJ were easily one of the most popular groups there! The lines for their merchandise and meet and greet were so long, they started to invade the lines for other idol groups. Everything sold out much quicker than they anticipated as well.

Now, it was their break time, so they got time to recharge.

“It was so crowded! I didn’t expect so many people to come see us!” Minori said happily.

“Yeah, especially since there are so many other popular idol groups here. Guess that’s good news though. It means we’re one step closer to becoming top idols!” Airi added.

“Yeah, it’s definitely something to be proud of.” Haruka said. “Now, we should probably head back out there.”

Everyone nodded, and got up from their seats. They made their way out of the back, and into the main room.

Coincidently, you were just passing by the door they came out of.

“Minori?!”

The girl herself turned to the direction she was called from. Expecting it to be a fan, she put on her idol smile, but it immediately dropped in shock the moment she saw your face.

“(name)?!” She could only stand there as you bolted towards her.

“Minori! It’s really you!” You cheered, enveloping her in a tight hug.

“(name)! I can’t believe it! I missed you so much!” She hugged back, bouncing slightly from the excitement.

“Minori, you know them?” Airi asked her.

“Yeah! We were friends back in middle school! I haven’t seen her since she moved away!” She explained.

It was then that you realized who else was with Minori. “Wait, Momoi? And Kiritani? And Hinomori? You’re that ‘MORE MORE JUMP!’ group. Wait, so that means…” You stepped back, getting a full view of all the girls. “Minori, you’re a member?!”

Having finally gotten over the initial shock, she spoke up. “Yeah! I did it (name)! I’m an idol!” She clasped your hands in hers.

“That’s great! I’m so happy for you!”

“You’re (full name), right?” Haruka asked you. “The leader of (idol group name)?”

“Yup! That’s me!” You replied, and gave her a cute, sparkly smile.

“I was wondering what you’re doing here! You’re an idol too?!” Minori exclaimed.

“Yeah! Isn’t it great? We’re both idols!” You hugged her again.

“Yeah!” She hugged back tightly. You both relished in the feeling of having your childhood friend back.

“So, this might be a weird thing to ask…” You said after pulling away. “but can I get your autograph?” You quickly pulled out a pen and paper from your pocket.

“R-really?! You want mine?!” Minori stuttered bashfully.

“Of course I do! I can’t pass up the opportunity to get my friend’s signature!”

“Okay! Can I have yours too?” She asked— grabbing the pen, and popping the cap off.

“Of course!”

At that point, your own group had found you, and overheard the conversation. Their leader— who had been strict about staying professional— was excitedly hugging and exchanging autographs with another idol.

They met up with MMJ, and waited with them for their members to finish up their mini meet and greet.

“Isn’t that ironic…” One of your teammates chuckled. “Little Mx. ‘Stay Professional’ themself— all over Hanasato.”

“I say let them have their fun. I mean, this is their reunion after all.” Airi giggled.

“I still can’t believe (name) didn’t know about MMJ beforehand. But hey, I guess it gave them a surprise.” Another member added.

Everyone nodded in agreement, watching you and Minori’s adorable interaction. One that was the last thing either of you expected to happen. But you both knew this event was a great opportunity. So you were grateful that it let you reunite with your childhood friend.

- for starters, i think she'd prefer a more toddler or kiddo age range, not to say she doesn't like baby caregivers, of course.- minori loves to do idol dance routines to entertain her little one, and if they're up to it, then she'll definitely try to teach them the dances :3

- if they have longer hair, then she loves to play with it! braid their hair, put cute clips and bows in it. and she'll allow them to do the same for her.

- as shown in shizuku2 (? i think..) , minori has a very active imagination and is a very good artist! because of that, she definitely colors/draws with her little one, she absolutely encourages them to use their imagination when doing so. she's a very supportive caregiver ^_^

- minori is a very caring person in general, she can easily pick up on details of her loved ones, and is overall a very empathetic person, so if she notices her baby is feeling upset, then she will do literally anything in her power to help them!

- she understands the desire for alone time, of course, but if her baby wants to be with her, then she'll scoop them up into a blanket and hold them on her lap. (i think she's a very warm person, though, so maybe the blanket isn't needed lol.)

- when there's quiet time, sometimes she'll just hold them and read over an idol magazine. the colors and outfits are mesmerizing for both her and her little one.

- if they're okay with going out while regressed, she'll bring them to the record shop and look for new idol releases. she's always holding onto their hand, she's scared of loosing them!!

Minori was feeling a bit down. Her schedule had been hectic lately, with multiple rehearsals and performances with her idol group, More More Jump. She had been spending so much time working on her craft that she barely had time for herself. She missed spending time with her partner. As she walked through the park, she noticed someone sitting on a bench, strumming a guitar.

It was you, her partner. You were always friendly to people and supportive of everything Minori did. She remembered you mentioning that you wrote your own songs. Minori always looked up to you, despite you being an unpopular artist. She had always wanted to write her own music but never had the time or inspiration to do so.

As she got closer, you noticed her and greeted her with a smile. Minori couldn't help but blush a little.

"Hey, babe, how's it going?" you asked, grinning widely.

Minori smiled, but you could see something was wrong just by looking into her eyes. "I'm feeling a little overwhelmed lately. I've been so busy with work that I haven't had much time for anything else."

You nodded sympathetically. "I know how that feels, but you can always count on me," you took her hands in yours and squeezed them reassuringly.

Back at it again in the school rooftop practicing on dances as usual was a daily routine you and Minori had taken "One, two, three four," Minori's breathing can be heard as you walked around each other in a circle hands on the back "Five, six, seven, eight," You were putting your hands on your chest then one by one you open them up, your movements were slow compared to Minori who was doing it all a bit more faster.

"I'm so tired, do you think we should," You took a moment to breathe for a while "Take a break?" Minori turned to you and let her hands go from the pose, grabbing her phone from the bench she placed it on as you heard the video play "I'm so tired~" You complained and went over to Minori's back "A water break is enough! We'll have to keep trying harder and harder if we want to be idols!" You got startled by Minori's movement and smiled at her seen confidence and determination.

"Honestly I could've given up from all those rejections that we got." You stared at her in the eyes "But honestly..." Looking away to grab your water bottle near the side of the bench and drinking it all letting out a sigh and putting the water bottle back and rubbing of the sweat from your face, Minori does the same and quickly puts it back sitting on the bench "We can't give up yet, we'll have to give it our all!" Minori looked like she had sparkles of hope in her eyes even after all this time.

You let out a small sigh and approach the fence and hold onto the railing "Do you really think there'll be any hope left for us?" You look at the view from the school rooftop looking all around if there's any idol agency even wanting you in the first place "Of course there is! This is our dream, we made a pinky promise when we were young right?" Minori gets up and stands next to you showing her pinky to you.

"Right?" Minori said it once more as you got your hand up and showed your pinky to her as well "Right," you smiled and held each other's pinkies, letting go and looking at the view for a while Minori walks to get her phone as you turn your head at her, she looked satisfied and placed the phone back at the bench "So, let's practice shall we?" Minori readied up as you got to your starting position, Minori played the video and quickly headed to her position "Alright one, two, three, go!" Minori shouted out.

Minori Hanasato

You were laying in minori's lap after a hard day, you could finally visit your best friend and feel relaxed. Minori brushes your hair with her fingers and proceeds to talk about her day

"We had lots of fun today! Airi is teaching me this choreography of this one song i like! We're planning on-"

Minori pauses herself, wondering why you suddenly out a strand of her hair behind her hair

"Hm? You know i could do that myself right?" She says playfully, you smiled at her playfulness and began telling her how you feel, you werent sure why, you just did..

"Minori, i love you, more than friends.. hehe" y/n says playfully before falling asleep, leaving minori in a state of shock, confusion and happiness

"W-WHAAAT?! Y/N! WAKE UP! DONT J-JUST FALL ASLEEP!" Minori screams, shaking you to hopefully wake you up, she also wants to tell you that she feels the same way

Akito Shinonome

You just got home after school and the sun was begining to set, you sat on your bed playing your phone and doing nothing, you then decided to do your homework.

Once you opened your bag you see that your notebook was nowhere to be found, you panicked a bit, the deadline was tomorrow and the notebook was nowhere to be seen, you suddenly remembered that a certain close friend of yours borrowed it to take some notes, you then proceed to call him.

"Hey, kito.. where's my notebook? Do not tell me you left it at school..." You asked, you could hear akito groaning "chill i accidentally put it on my bag, ill just.. return it tomorow" he shruggs, you sighed in annoyance and began to tell him that you needed that notebook to finish some assigments.

"If you want that notebook then just, come to my place.. i mean.. we live pretty close right? Youre just.. right around the corner.." he suggested "what?! No way! Im not walking, you brought my notebook with you, you should be the one to return it.!" You fought back, making sure to emphasize your words.

"Well.. then im not giving it to you, bye" akito says in a sing-song voice "w-wait! Ugh.. fine ill get it.. dont copy my homework tomorow kay?" You added, akito groaned "fine, finee.."

After minutes of walking you knocked the door of the shinonome household, you were greeted with akito, wearing pajamas and carrying a bag of chips, he coughed when seeing you "o-oh you actually came.. yeah uh.. the notebooks right in my bag.. ill go get it" he responded when he left, you could see the tv playing, it was your favorite movie! When akito came back he saw you staring at the television.

"Hm? You know this show too? Hm.. wanna watch it with me?" He asks, before he knows it you were already inside his house watching the television. You wondered.. why werent his parents home? and where was his sister?

"Hey akito, wheres your dad? Or your sis?" You ask, akito simply shrugged and replied nonchalantly "my sister doing something at her room...probably drawing or talking to her friends.. my mom's out with her friends and my dad is staying late for work" you simply nodded and continued watching the movie, soon enough you found yourself falling asleep, akito doesnt notice this but begins to notice when it suddenly got too quiet..

"Hm.? Y/n you alright- oh hell no.." he mutters, you were sleeping peacefully, akito wants to wake you up.. but at the same time.. he doesnt afterall he did drag you out in the middle of the night just for you to get the notebook that he stole, akito sighs and puts a pillow below your head, he sighs and whispers ".. what did i get myself into.." you shuffle around and mutter quietly "mm.. like... You too... Kito.." you mutter, akito overhears this and instantly turns red.

"Y-YOU WHAT?!" He screams and instantly covers his mouth, you groaned a bit and continued sleeping, akito was surely thankful that you were a heavy sleeper. "Oh thank god..." He sighs with relief ".. i like you too dumbass.. took you long enough.." he says quietly with a tone of playfulness. He arranges your sleeping position so that your comfortable.

Bonus:

Akito sneakily took your phone and then took a pic of your sleeping face and sets it as your wallpaper "theyre gonna love it.." he grins mischievously, after hours you finally wake up, you grabbed your notebook and quietly leave the house, when you checked what time it is you went red with embarrassment it was a pic of yourself sleeping! You'll surely get him next time.!
