The King

A/N: I got excited and decided to post the first part a day early. Oops. I am so happy to start off this series and I love this so much. This amazing moodboard was made by the even more amazing @bopping-to-my-kpopâ! I love it so much!
Seungcheol knew this day would come his entire life. He has been preparing to become king almost from the time he could speak. Being the eldest has its perks, he can always pull rank when Ji-yoo and Chan were arguing with him about something and to be honest he loved that, but now the role he was born to play was upon him. Sitting in front of all of his people, he put on a smile and gave a bow. âAs king, I promise to always do my best to make sure our entire kingdom flourishes. Thank you for all of your supportâ he spoke loudly as he gave a finally wave and disappeared behind a curtain.Â
He could hear the chatter on the other side of the curtain and he let out a breath he hadnât realized he was holding. He dragged his feet on the way back to the meeting room only to receive a scolding coming from his right. âPick up your feet. You were raised better than that. Why are you acting like this is the end of the world? You knew this day would come eventually.â Jeonghan, his best friend and adviser walked beside him with a slight scowl at his behavior. He knew Jeonghan was right, this wasnât the end of the world, and he was happy that he was king. He had so many ideas on how to improve the life of his people, it was just that suddenly despite all his preparations, he didnât feel at all prepared.Â
You stood in the hallway with the new maid, trying to keep the smile on your face. This one had managed to step on the curtains and cause a huge tear. You remember being new in the palace so you had sympathy, but this was the third accident she had caused today. You were thinking of sending her to the kitchen where at least her accidents could be contained to where important eyes couldnât see. âSeo-yun, itâs ok, accidents happen. Letâs go to the kitchen to talk to Mingyu about helping him out, yeah?â You spoke softly, not wanting to upset the girl further. You had always made sure not to talk harshly to those under your leadership, you didnât feel like that helped anyone in the long run.
You had begun working as a maid at the palace in your early teens and you had thoroughly enjoyed it. The head maid at that time was definitely strict, but she had never given up on you. You worked your way from scrubbing the bathroom floors, to taking over your mentorâs position when the time came for her to step down. She had told you she had chosen you to take over and you were flooded with happiness, but you werenât sure you were up to the task. She had always said you were a great worker, but you were a little too soft. When you brought your worries up, she gave you a tired smile and told you to use that to your advantage, just because she was rough around the edges didnât mean you had to be. Use what worked for you. So, you had and it had worked. You had an amazing staff under you and you were looked up to.
Leading Seo-yun down the hall to the kitchen, you came across Seungcheol and Jeonghan, and you quickly stopped to curtsey before the new king. You had known him for years, and you knew he hated when you did it, but he was king now and you knew to show the proper respect. You heard a sigh and lifted your head to see a slight pout on Seungcheolâs face and a narrow eyed Jeonghan. âYou know I really hate when you do that, Y/Nâ he spoke to you in a rather casual manner. Moving your eyes to the girl on your left and back to his quickly you gave him a quick âJust showing the proper respect, Your Majestyâ causing a snort from Jeonghan before he quickly recovered. The adviserâs eyes suddenly grew wide in recognition, âYou! Youâre the one who broke the vase this morning! Do you know how important that vase was?â You cleared your throat before he could start in again. Seungcheol took that moment to tell his friend to calm down. You took that opportunity to curtsey again before giving your parting words. âIt was an honor as always, Your Majesty, but I really need to get Seo-yun to the kitchen to see if thatâs a better fit for her.â you shifted your eyes to Jeonghan before shifting them back to Seungcheol and continuing. âHave a good day, sir.â You gave him a genuine smile, and hurried your newest maid down the hall, while your heart tried to resume its normal pace.
Seungcheol watched you walk away, invisible strings tugging at his heart, and Jeonghan nudged him signaling it was time to continue towards the meeting room. As he reached his old familiar desk, he let out another sigh, prompting another scolding from his trusty adviser. He flipped through the papers on his desk, looking to see what business he had to attend to in the coming days. Most were routine things, there would be some visiting nobles, an ambassador from the neighboring kingdom, and it seems he had a theft case to review which was not something he had to do much. Once paper in particular caught his eye. As his eyes scanned the words on the page, they widened the farther along he got.Â
âWhy so soon? I JUST got crowned today. Why are we already planning balls to find me a wife?â His tone gave away just how annoyed Seungcheol was with this process. Sure, heâd always known that he would need a queen, but he didnât realize heâd need to start the search this soon after being crowned. âCan you calm down, youâre giving me a headache.â Seungcheol watched as his friend rubbed his temples with a sigh as he continued speaking. âWho knows how long itâs going to take you to choose someone, especially since I have to make you stop watching Y/N walk away. Itâs better to start the process now.â He knew Jeonghan was right, but that didnât mean he liked it. Doing his best to force a smile, he looked up. âSo. Whenâs the ball?â
âI mean, sheâs a little accident prone, but you can work with that. Please, Mingyu? I can see she works hard, she just needs a starting point.â You knew Mingyu would give in to you, he may have been a big man, but he was sweet. âOk fine, but she needs to try her best. Jeonghan just informed we that we have a ball next weekend and I have a whole menu to plan and executeâ Ball? You hadnât heard anything about a ball? Jeonghan must have forgotten to tell you when he was busy yelling at Seo-yun. You gave Mingyu a hug, thanking him immensely and told Seo-yun to try hard and to be careful before turning and heading to search for Seokmin to see if he knew anything about this ball.
As Seungcheol lay in his chambers, he thought over the events of the day. Being crowned had felt like such an honor and he was very happy to have the crown, but the other things not so much. He wanted to set into motion helping his kingdom, did he really have to marry someone for that to happen? And someone he didnât even love at that? Without really meaning for it to, his mind shifted. He began thinking about the encounter in the hallway. He knew that you had only curtseyed like that to set an example for your new maid, but he still hated it. He hated when you acted as if you were below him, because in his eyes you werenât. You were just Y/N who he had known for years. Just the one woman who owned his heart.Â
You awake before the sun the next, heart a little heavy. You had tried to talk yourself into not feeling this way, but it was no use. You didnât want there to be a ball to find a bride, but you also knew there was no other option. He was a king and you were simply just staff, you had grown used to that feeling, but today it hurt worse.
Seungcheol sat at his desk in the meeting room, finalizing the guest list for the ball. He had been at this for hours and he just needed a break. He stood and stretched, moving into the hallway to walk about the palace. He thought it might be nice to visit with some of the staff, keep up a good relationship with the people he employed. He passed the visiting noble, Seungkwan, in the hall and greeted him with a small hello and kept about his way. Thinking on it briefly, he turned to head towards the kitchen. He knew you spent a good amount of time there, but if anyone asked, he could tell them he was checking on the menu. As he neared the kitchen, Jeonghan came storming out, covered in flour. Seungcheol opened his mouth to ask what happened only to be met with a hand and a swift âDonât.â Chuckling to himself, he turned into the kitchen.
For you, watching Seungcheol walk into a room was like looking directly into the sun. He always seemed to just shine and light up the whole room. He came in, eyes searching the room until he found yours. He gave you a large, genuine smile before turning to Mingyu. You could hear them discussing the menu for the ball, and your heart did that nasty twist again. You tried to focus on your task of sweeping, but that proved difficult. Especially when you heard him say your name. âOh,and Y/N while youâre here. Do you mind walking with me? Iâd like to go over some details for the ball.â You had never wanted to say no to him more than you did right now, but you did your best to smile and nodded.
Walking through the halls, you were both silent. Seungcheol wanted to speak, but he couldn't seem to make himself. When you had finally reached the ballroom, he had finally talked himself into letting the words flow, but it seemed his mouth and his mind had two different plans. "We've decided to use blue and gold for the decorations." That was in no way what he had wanted to say. Why had that come out? He didn't want to talk about decorations, he wanted to ask you if you would be attending. Looking toward you, he saw you give a small nod and look around the room to start your planning. After staring at you for a few beats, he opened his mouth to speak again.Â
âWill you be attending the ball?â You heard the words come out of his mouth, but you werenât sure you were hearing them correctly. Why did it matter if you were attending? And why would he want to know? You continued to look around the room, deciding what was going to go where. You could hang nice royal blue curtains from the window on the right, and do gold curtains on the left. You knew there was a nice gold and blue rug you could have placed at the door. You needed to make sure the floor got polished so it would shine while guests were dancing.âY/N?â you heard him call you and you realized you had been so lost in your preparations that you hadnât answered his question. He looked at you with soft eyes, awaiting your answer. âI hadnât planned on it. Itâs my night off and it isnât really a place for me.â You spoke softly, eyes on the floor, silently hoping that would be the end of it. Your heart couldnât take this conversation, and to be honest you really werenât sure you could hide your disappointment. Seungcheol was quiet for a moment, seemingly taking in your answer before he gave you one of his own. âIâd really like you to be there. It would mean alot to me.â Right then you knew, there was no other option for you. It would hurt to watch him with the many women that would certainly be attending, but you wouldnât tell him no.
On the morning of the ball, Seungcheol found himself rather anxious. He knew there was a lot riding on tonight. He didnât HAVE to choose a lady to court tonight, but he knew that it would look good if he did. He didnât want to rush this process, though. He had hopes things would go his way, but he was ready to fall to a backup plan if they didnât. He had thought long and hard about his decision and he knew that he had to at least give it a shot. He spent the day making final decisions and making sure everything was as he wanted it. He stood in his room getting ready for the ball with Jeonghan at his side. He gestured to the corner to his right, looking his trusted companion in the eye. âHave that delivered to Y/Nâs room.â He could tell his words had somewhat shocked his friend, but they had also talked about his thoughts and though Jeonghan had told him to really think hard, he knew he would be supported if this was what he really wanted. âAre you sure about this?â Jeonghanâs words made him chuckle slightly, before he nodded. He had never been more sure of anything in his life.
Once you were done with making sure everything was absolutely perfect, you headed to your room. Of course you had told Seungcheol you would be at the ball, despite your better judgement, but now you had no idea what you were going to do. Sure, you had some nice clothes, but nothing fitting of a ball. You opened your door, ready to just flop on your bed for a moment to think about how you were going to handle this night, and stopped before you could fall to the bed. Something was amiss. Laid out on your bed was a dress, a dress that you had never seen. Itâs long dark blue fabric spread over your bed, ends falling off the edges. Placed neatly on top was a card. âIâd be honored if you wore this tonight- Cheolâ
Seungcheol had sweaty palms as he waited to see if you were actually coming. He had already had a few dances and while they were pleasant and beautiful women, they werenât you. Their smiles didnât light up rooms and their laughs didnât make his heart beat faster. As his dance ended, he shifted his weight between feet, knowing someone else would approach him soon. He just happened to look up at the perfect moment. There you were. The dress fit you just as perfectly as he had hoped, and they blue went nicely with your skin, gold trim at the bottom making the look complete. It was like he lost all ability to think. He just stood there for a moment, mouth agape before Jeonghan drifted by and closed muttering to him about just going.
You looked up to see Seungcheol walking in your direction, and he looked divine. His dark hair fell just slightly into his eyes, and you werenât sure you had ever seen anything more beautiful. His smile lit up his face and your heart just melted right then. All the nervousness and worry you had felt before stepping inside the room melted with it. He stopped in front of you, smile still prominent on his face. âYou look beautiful, Y/N.â You blushed slightly at his words, looked down and mumbled a thank you. Lifting your head, you noticed his hand was outstretched towards you and you gently placed your hand in his. He led you to the center of the floor, and while you could see the many disgruntled looks you were getting, you couldnât find it in yourself to care. If he was going to marry someone else, you would at least have this dance.Â
Seungcheol held you close as the music began, nervousness still slightly present. As the two of you moved, it seemed to him as if time had slowed. He could still see and hear the people around, but only a little. He felt as if he had never belonged more than he did in that moment. Neither of you dared speak, afraid to break whatever spell had been cast on you, you just danced. When the song ended, he could hear the soft, sad sigh you made and he felt his heart twist. He never wanted you to be sad and if there was anything in the world he could do to keep that from happening, he would. A woman came up to his left, trying to catch his attention. He gave her a small smile, before letting her know that he would be dancing another dance with you.
You couldnât hide your surprise at his turning way of the noble woman, but he just smiled before bowing and asking for another dance. You quickly agreed and the music started up again. You were expecting silence again, but Seungcheol seemed to have other plans.âY/N, I want to thank you for accepting my invitation. Iâm so very glad you joined me tonight.â You hid your face slightly, telling him it was no big deal. âOh, but it is. It means the world to me that you came.â You couldnât stop the word from falling out of your mouth, even though you wanted to. âWhy?â The look on his face was a mixture of confusion and hurt, and you wished you could take it back. He quickly regained his composure, stopping the dance to hold your face in between his hands. âIâm supposed to be looking for someone to be my queen, but I donât need to. I think I had decided on a queen years ago, it just took me until now to say it. Itâs you, Y/N. Always has been. Will you be my queen?â
Your face was a mess of shock, you could just feel it. Seungcheolâs eyes never left your face, waiting for you to answer him. Tears pricked the edges of your eyes. After all these years of pining for a man you could never have, the emotions finally let themselves out. Your hand left your side and landed on top of his hands, and the worry hit. You looked around the room, expecting to see many angry faces, but were met with more smiles than scowls. Even Jeonghan had a small smile. You looked back to Seungcheol and gave him a wide smile and a nod. He gave you a smile back, before planting his lips firmly on yours for a brief but passionate kiss. You were slightly shocked still, but the happiness outweighed that. It was odd to think that you would be looked at as queen one day, but then again, you never could tell Seungcheol no.

You already know the drill my love! I love when you surprise me!
Okay, this hurt me physically bcz shdbdbdbbd lol but hereâs your compatibility with Kihyun lmao things I do to surprise you sbdbdbdbdbdn MOM !!!!!!!!!!
1-) your sun signs are the same. You both have this adventurous energy surrounding you even though youâre not that much of an adventurous people. What I mean by âadventurous energyâ is that you two have this energy that makes people wanna do activities with you, you both have that aura so I would say you two could definitely share the same squad!
2-) your fights would probably be because of both of your stubbornness! You both kinda tend to get in the âno Iâm rightâ mood when things get complicated so one of you should stop and think calmly before exploding or things can get worse in the blink of an eye and you both are sensitive but have your own ways of dealing with emotions so this could lead to misunderstandings if you donât communicate well enough.
3-) He doesnât show it but heâs a very emotional person. You too are emotional but he lives this emotions more intensely. You being understanding and listening to him when he has to say something would definitely give him strength and make him trust you more day by day. Just be careful about not to break his self confidence because he probably tends to counter-attack and then feel VERY insecure about himself afterwards. He also needs personal space and you are an understanding person so I believe that wouldnât be a problem if you learn when to let him go into his own bubble!

I'm in need of a mood boost, so what about just the sweetest take care of you sex with Minghao?
Minghao would high key love just focusing on you. Especially if his day was busy and complicated this was so much more simple and easy for him. He'd know you're body so well and he'd always ask if things felt good or for you to tell him when you did something that had your head spinning. Even when you didn't though he had a good sense for it all.
He'd start off with just the sweetest kisses while he slowly undresses you and tells you how much he loves you. He'd nibble at your ear and murmur to you about every little detail about you that he adored while his fingers would slip past your panties. He'd gently spread your legs and take his time rubbing your clit in slow circles before pressing a finger inside of you. He'd listen to all of your moans and sighs as he gradually stretched you out until he had three fingers pumping into you and you were whimpering for more.
He'd be gentle positioning himself between your legs and lining himself up with your entrance. He'd take his time pushing into you and let your both adjust to the feeling before thrusting into you, slow and shallow at first before making his thrusts deeper. He'd let out the more beautiful moans about how good you felt and kiss you so deeply as he slowly picked up the pace. And he'd know just when to bring a thumb to your clit to bring you over the edge and have you holding him tightly and crying out his name as your legs shook.
He'd take care of you, cleaning you up and bringing you water before pulling your close to cuddle. He'd stroke your hair and murmur I love yous against the top of your head as you fell asleep

Hongjoong

Thank you to my best friend for making this moodboard. @kwanismsâ really out did herself by making every board for this series and I am so thankful for her.
âSo, who will you choose?âÂ
Looking around, the logical choice in your mind was to choose the captain. He said he would make sure you were taken care of, right? Meeting his gaze, you mumbled his name and he gave you a smile and a nod after recovering from what looked to be a mild case of surprise. He offered his hand, pulled you up from the deck and immediately dropped your hand. You thought you had seen a small blush on his cheeks, and giggled at the possibility. He introduced you to the rest of the crew before having you follow him to his quarters. You moved to walk down the stairs to the lower deck, but Hongjoongâs hand on your wrist stopped you. He gave you a smile smirk and tipped his head to the left, âCaptain stays up here.â Now, it was your turn to blush. Despite your love of the sea, you had never actually been on a ship as large as the Desire. Your ship only had the one bed below deck, so that was your first instinct.
Once the door to his quarters was opened, the flood of emotions hit you all at once. Your ship, the wonderful gift from your father, was gone. You tried to walk to the bed, but your knees buckled almost immediately. Hongjoong caught you quickly and helped you to the bed, asking if you were ok the entire way. You heard him, but you werenât listening, thoughts racing before landing on your fatherâs necklace. Your hands flew up to your neck, finding the small golden chain easily and you breathed a sigh of relief. âMiss? Is everything alright?â the voice to your left asked again. âY/N. Please call me Y/N. Iâm alright, just a little shaken, I guess.â He nodded slowly before speaking up once more. âWe found you floating on a barrel. What happened?â Slowly you recounted the events that led to you floating in the middle of the ocean. You could tell you that he was listening intently, he took a deep sigh once you had finished your tale. âWell, no more floating about for you. Weâll get your back to your port as soon as possible.â The words were said with a smile, but that didnât make you feel much better. What was there to go back to really?Â
Hongjoong had given you free reign of the ship, aside from the rest of the crewâs quarters, and you took that opportunity to get to know everyone. Seonghwa wasnât much of a conversationalist, giving you a simple âIâm busy, go talk to someone elseâ even though he just seemed to be standing around. Yunho was in the galley preparing for dinner, he talked with you bit while he chopped vegetables, refusing your offer of help. Yeosang was another quiet one, just not as curt as Seonghwa, just preferring to focus on steering the ship in the right direction. San, Mingi and Wooyoung were all huddled together talking about three different things at the same time, which made the conversation hard for you to follow. Jongho was neither quiet nor talkative, he replied when you spoke, but offered no words first. You found yourself enjoying the company of the band of pirates, most of them anyway, Seonghwa would take some warming up to.
By the time you had talked with everyone, or at least tried to, Yunho had finished dinner. Hongjoong made sure that everyone was seated before anyone was allowed to dig in, serving you first and himself last. You could tell that he really cared for his crew, despite only knowing him for a few hours. Just from the way he looked at them when they spoke, watched them as they joked around, and even lightly scolded them when they went too far, you could tell that he loved them like brothers. It made you a bit jealous, they had a sense of family you had always wanted, and they werenât even actually related.Â
Once dinner was finished, the entire crew helped clean up including you, despite Hongjoongâs protests. You knew you were just here temporarily but you wanted to be useful, though you couldnât help but wish you could you spend all of your days like this. Aside from your initial break down, you hadnât felt sad all day, no thoughts of home. You thoroughly enjoyed the short amount of time you had spent here already, and knew you would miss it when you returned, which felt weird to you because you didnât really know these men.Â
You made your way to Hongjoongâs quarters, waiting for him before entering. Even though he had given you permission, it still felt rude to go into a personâs room without them being there, and you wanted to be as respectful as possible. You could see him on the other side of the deck talking to Wooyoung, and just waited patiently outside of his room. He strode over to you, chuckling lightly, âI told you that you could go in whenever you pleased, itâs your room for the time being.â You waved his words away before finally opening the door and stepping foot inside. Hongjoong followed you in, turning to the right immediately and stepped up to a small dresser. You sat on the bed and watched as he dug through the drawers, picking out clothing and setting them on top of the dresser. When he had gone through all the drawers, he handed you a long shirt and a pair of loose trousers, âIt doesnât really look like your style, but itâs something to sleep in at least, we can make a stop and get you some clothes of your own until we get you home.â You smiled and thanked him for the clothes, noticing he had many more cloth items in his hands and looked at him with slight confusion. âOh, yeah. A lady should have her own room, so Iâm going to bunk with Wooyoung for the time being.â He spoke as if it werenât a big deal, but you felt otherwise. âI canât let you leave your own room, that wouldnât be right. I can sleep somewhere else, really.â but he silenced you with a firm shake of his head as he turned and walked to the door. âRest well, Y/N. Youâre welcome to find me when you wake. Goodnight.â
Being in the room alone made it feel colder somehow. The emotions that had hidden themselves throughout the day resurfaced suddenly. You lie there, sobbing quietly as you thought about the events that led you to that moment. Youâre family didnât even care if you were gone, youâd lost a precious gift from your father, you were in a strange new place with people you didnât know and now you were completely alone. You sobbed for what felt like hours, hoping no one would hear you, until sleep overtook you.
You awoke to a light knocking on the door, straightened out your bed head and told whoever was on the other side to come in. Hongjoongâs head poked through the crack in the door with a smile plastered on its face. âGoodmorning, Y/N. Would you like breakfast or would you like to sleep a little more?â You wanted to stay in bed for a little longer, but the growl of your stomach made you reconsider, and you told the man, who was trying to hold back a laugh, that would would be out shortly. You quickly changed into the clothes that you had been wearing the day before, hoping that the captain had meant his words about getting you some new clothes.Â
When you exited the room, the guys already had everything for breakfast already set up, everyone was already sat at the table and seemed to be waiting for you. Your heart swelled at the thought that you were already so accepted after only a day, but you dismissed that as wishful thinking and made your way to the table. Nestling yourself between Hongjoong and Yunho, who gave you a big smile and handed you a plate. You noticed that Hongjoong hadnât sat at the head of the table last night, and here he was leaving that spot empty again, with your curiosity peaked, your mouth opened before you could stop it. âWhy donât you sit at the head of the table? Isnât that what the person in charge is supposed to do?â The air around the table filled with muffled giggles and you felt that you had asked a silly question, but Hongjoong just put his hand over yours and gave you a smile. âIâm the captain, yes, but that doesnât make me any different than anyone else here. Most decisions are made by a group discussion, not by me alone. Weâre a family here.â His answer made you smile, but you still had that ping of jealousy, but you hid it and made sure he saw your smile.Â
Hongjoong made the announcement that you would be stopping at a near by port to get you some clothes to wear. You were filled with happiness at getting your own clothes, but then you were hit with a realization. The nearest port was probably home, you werenât ready to go back there. You made sure to smile and thank him for doing this for you, but you werenât happy at all. You helped clean up, despite the guys trying to talk you out of it, trying to fight the falling feeling you had in your stomach. You paced around the deck nervously, giving the excuse that you were just excited to get some clothes when you were asked, until you saw buildings come into view and your stomach fully fell. It was home. Or the place you lived, never really felt like home.Â
You watched as the ship was pulled up to port, and it took all of your willpower to not jump over board and swim away from port. You had always known that you hated you life here, but it took being away from it and on the sea for a few days to realize just how much. You thought, hoping that if you put your hair, which was always down, up in a bun that maybe no one would recognize you. All you had to stay away from your familyâs stand and maybe you could pretend you had never been here before. Being dressing in Hongjoongâs clothes would definitely help. You thought you maybe able to pull this off.Â
Hongjoong offered you his arm as soon as you stepped off the ship, which you happily took while trying to ignore the beat your heart missed. You noticed him stiffen slightly when you took hold of his arm, but you were too wrapped up in thoughts of if you would be recognized to wonder what that might be about. You held your breath as you stepped into the market square, eyes darting through the forms of people walking around you, looking for signs that they had realized who you were.Â
The rest of the crew bumbled around the different stalls, looking at all of the different things for sell, while Hongjoong directed you to a stall with dresses hanging about. Looking at the salesladyâs face, you immediately pushed him in the direction of a stall with pants instead. The woman was named Mina and she was your neighbor, there was no way you could avoid her not knowing who you were. He gave you a confused look, and you just gave him a shrug and replied in the most neutral tone you could muster. âThese pants are really comfortable, Iâd like to have more.â He chuckled a bit and nodded, putting his hand around your waist to pull you closer so he wouldnât lose you in the crowd. You felt yourself smile at the new contact, and looked over to him to see a small blush on his cheeks. âIs that a blush I see, Captain?â you teased, not being able to resist, resulting in him giving a huff and nudging you with his shoulder.Â
You had picked out a few pairs of pants and a few shirts, not wanting to put Hongjoong out too much since he had insisted on paying, and went to wait at the ship while he gathered the rest of the guys. The constant looking out to make sure you kept your cover was exhausting and you were really ready for it to be over. You knew that you would have to explain to Hongjoong one day, but today was not that day. If you could just make it until everyone got back and you all set sail, you could worry about your next step later.Â
You had told Hongjoong you would wait by the ship, so you stood at the dock facing the ship, when you felt a tap on your shoulder. Panic flooded your body, thoughts racing through all the people that could have recognized you and how you were going to get out of this situation. You turned around slowly and were met with an unfamiliar face. Before you stood a man much taller than you, skinny with blonde hair and glasses. Looking up at him, you quirked an eyebrow up, showing your confusion, but also letting him know that he had your attention. âWhatâs a lady doing out here all alone?â he spoke with a smirk, and a tone that made it seem like he was trying a little too hard to be threatening. Before you could form a reply, a slightly shorter man joined you and the unknown man.Â
This man looked like something right out of your dreams. He was well built, jet black hair that fell into his eyes slightly. âJae, what are you doing. I told you to head back to the shipâ the dream man paused and turned to you, giving you a smile. âHello there. And you are?â His smile, while beautiful, gave you a bad feeling. Like he was trying too hard to not seem threatening. Honestly, despite his beauty, youâd rather take your chances with the blonde one, Jae, than the dreamy one. Not wanting to be rude, or to anger him, you gave him your name and his smile grew, as did your uneasy feeling. âThat is a very pretty name. Are you waiting for a ship to take you somewhere? We have room, maybe we could be of service.âÂ
Hongjoong and the rest of the crew came into view before you could reply, the captain calling out to you. âY/N? Is everything ok?â You immediately felt better having seen the concern on his face, and moved towards him, wrapping your arm around his. You whispered that you didnât know these men and you noticed him stand a little straighter, even though they were much larger than he was. Hongjoong nodded politely at the men, and asked them to step aside, which they did without a fuss, and the nine of you made way back onto the Desire. As the ship pulled away from the dock, you turned to see the men still standing there, the dark haired manâs eyes on you. You gave him a small smile, and turned away, not wanting to look at him for very long.Â
The men watched you turned your back, Jae turning to walk off, stopping when he felt a hand grip his arm. âWeâre following them.â Jae gave a confused look before responding to his captain.âBrian are you sure? We donât even know them.â Brian turned to finally face him, glare prominent on his face. âFollow. Them.â Jae nodded as they both headed off to their own ship.
You had immediately went to Hongjoongâs room to change into your new clothes, happy to be in something that fit a little better than Hongjoongâs clothes. When you came back to the deck, Seonghwa and Hongjoong were off to one side, seemingly having a hushed conversation, Seonghwaâs eyes darting to you every once and a while. Not wanting to disturb, you walked over to where Yunho was standing with Yeosang, joining in on their conversation about what was for dinner, Yunho informing you that he would be preparing a nice stew before heading off to get started.
Dinner was spent the same way it had been the previous night, you wedged between Yunho and Hongjoong, everyone laughing and talking amongst themselves. The only difference is that tonight Seonghwa seemed to only glare at you. He frequently glared at you, but this was different. In the middle of everyoneâs conversation, Seonghwa stood up, grabbing everyoneâs attention, and raised his eyebrow at you. âWhen were you planning to tell us that the port back there was your home?â he paused a moment and continued when he noticed your wide eyes, âI heard some people talking in town about a girl that had been gone for a few days, they mentioned you by name.â his tone raised a little toward the end causing you to flinch slightly.Â
Looking around you saw looks of suspicion on the faces of everyone at the table, Hongjoong staring at you, face a mix of anger and confusion. Seonghwa took the opportunity to throw his suspicions at you. âDid you get into trouble? Steal something? What?â shaking your head slowly, tears pooling in the corner of your eyes. âExplain.â Hongjoong spoke in a cold, quiet manner, and that hurt more than Seonghwaâs loud tone. Taking a deep breath, you stood and looked around the table and began. You told them about your father, about how your family treated you, and how you just meant to take a day trip when the storm hit. You told them how you didnât say anything about your native port because it was a place of misery for you and how you didnât want to go back.Â
The air was quiet as everyone took in what you said, no one wanting to say anything. Hongjoong looked as if he were deep in thought, Seonghwa even had a small look of sadness. Everyone had their heads down, a voice behind you causing them all to shoot up. âSuch a sad story for such a beautiful lady.â You didnât even need to turn around, the voice already causing a shiver down your back. Hongjoong moved to stand up quickly, but the arm snaking around your waist was quicker. Your body was snatched backword and flush with a chest, turning your head you saw the dark haired from earlier, big smile accompanying the uneasy feeling again. âNever did give you my name, itâs Brian. And I donât think I was around for yours, little lady.â He looked at you expectedly, but your mouth remained closed, causing a crease in his forehead. âThatâs ok, weâll have plenty of time to get to know each other, little one.âÂ
Hongjoong had fully gotten to his feet and was staring at Brian with a fire you hadnât yet seen from the sweet captain. âThis is my ship and I suggest you take your hands off of her. She is a member of my crew.â Everyone turned to look at Hongjoong quickly, smiles forming on their faces before they dropped them and returned their attention to Brian, finally noticing the two men behind him. San was the first one to stand, the only one to not drop his smile, ready to attack. Hongjoongâs hand came up to stop him, and San kept still. âSorry, no can do, small fry. See, I want this one and Iâm really good at getting what I want.â You saw Hongjoongâs fists clench, as he weighed his options. A beat later, he gave a small smirk. âCaptainâs duel. I challenge you.â Brian smiled, obviously very confident in his abilities, and agreed.Â
He had handed you off to Jae, and though Jae was less intimidating, youâd still rather not be held captive at all. You had heard of captainâs duels, and you were really worried for Hongjoong, but when his eyes met yours, he gave you a smile and you returned it, giving your support. The men pulled out their swords, readying themselves. Seonghwa gave the order to begin, Brian rushing Hongjoong, only for the smaller man to stand his ground until the last minute, dodging to his left, nicking Brian with his sword with a flick of his wrist. Watching the men fight, you could tell that this was neither of their first duel, but you could also see that Hongjoong was vastly more agile and better skilled. Every time he dodged, Brian got a small nick, and you could see that the taller man was starting to get tired, and angry. Hongjoong had been using a pattern of dodes, when Brian charged again, he changed direction to the left, which was supposed to be next. Hongjoong hadnât moved, instead watched as Brian swerved and then plunged the sword into Brianâs shoulder.Â
Brian dropped his sword, hand flying up to his injured shoulder, eyes drifting to Honjoong, who stood their with a grin. Hongjoong dropped his own sword, eyes meeting Brianâs. âIâll take Y/N back now.â He nodded to Seonghwa, who moved to take you from Jaeâs hold. Jae let you go with no hestitation, and moved to Brianâs side. âCome on, letâs get you back to Wonpil so he can patch you up.â It was obvious the man didnât want to leave, his eyes constantly drifting to you, before the crew formed a circle around you, Hongjoong at the front. Once, they made sure that the men were gone, he turned to check on you. âAre you ok? He didnât harm you, did he?â You shook your head, saying you were physically fine, just shaken and tired. He gave you a nod and wrapped his arm around your waist and directed you towards his room.Â
Once inside, your knees buckled and Hongjoong caught you and carried you to the bed, placing you on it gently. He grabbed your hand and asked again if you were ok, and you said you were, smile on your face. The two of you sat hand in hand in silence for a few moments before you got the courage to speak. âDid you mean it? Am I a part of the crew?â Hongjoong smiled and brought your hand to his lips, kissing the back of it. âIf youâd like to be. The guys really like you. And so do Iâ You gave a giant smile and flew into him, arms wrapping around his neck, squeezing him tightly. He chuckled and pressed a kiss into your hair.Â
After a few minutes, he moved to get up to let you get some sleep. You didnât let him get far, grabbing his wrist, and tugging slightly. âDo you think you could stay with me tonight?â He gave you a soft smile, and turned back to you, kicking off his boots. He climbed into bed, wrapping his arms around you. You lifted your head to give him a smile and thank him, right as you moved to open your mouth, his lips crashed into yours. It was a quick kiss but he pulled away a little flushed. âSorry. I thought I should do that while I had the courage.â he said kind of half laughing and rubbing his neck. Your only reply was to give another quick kiss and snuggle into his chest.
You awoke the next morning still encased in a still asleep Hongjoongâs arms. You stretched you neck to press kisses along his jaw and neck and watched him slowly stir into consciousness. He immediately gave you a smile and pressed a kiss to your forehead. The two of you walked out, hand in hand and getting many whoops and hollers from the rest of the guys, and took your places at the table for breakfast. The meal was full of laughter and even an apology from Seonghwa, which you accepted with a smile. Reaching up to grab your necklace, you smiled even bigger. You had the family you had always wanted, and you were sure you father would be happy for you.Â
After eating, you and Hongjoong walked around the deck just talking, him making sure you were feeling ok still, and you telling him that you were.He stopped by the edge, looking over the water before turning to you. âWhere would you like to go, my dear?â he asked you quietly but with a smile. You thought it about it only briefly before replying. âEverywhere.â

Ok but like imagine Seungcheol has had a really rough day and all he wants to do is come home and just eat you like it's his last meal to relieve some of that stress.
Now THAT my friend, is the dream. He would have had such a stressful day and he just wants to relax and when he gets home you're sitting on the couch and wearing one of his sweaters and he just comes and lies down with his face on your thighs. You'd run your fingers through is hair and ask when he needs and he'd throw you a cheeky grin before replying "you" and nuzzling his head between your legs. He'd get your shorts and panties off so quick and just take his time. He just wants to make you feel good and loves listening to you moan and feel you tug at his hair just a little and he'd start out so slow but as you get louder he'd get more intense until you've cum three times and you get him to stop and you just cling to him and cuddle and thank him and as is he feels better.
