acknowledge you did something wrong and what it was to the best of your ability

failing that, expressing your inability to tell and your willingness to figure out what it was

be mature about it instead of trying to joke or act like the moderators were overreacting or call them insults/slurs

make sure the mods are aware you're aware you fucked up and intend on not fucking up that way again

i genuinely don't get how people who get disciplined for actual rule-breaking online can go around telling people it was unfair or something without a shred of self-respect but maybe i'm just weird like that

It's not perfect but i figure I should make something about artie and rho since i talk about them a lot on this blog. Artie deserves someone kind and caring but also strong enough to stand up for what's right.
