Mods Folder Gone :(

Sad Sad News... I was doing some cleaning out of my mods and clearing the cache and somehow my mods folder got clicked in the process of moving things to the recycling bin BUT didn't show in there so i cleared my recycling bin and it was GONE!!!! I honestly wanted to cry so bad... because i had just started the new save file of Charlie and it was going so good.

So I decided to start everything from scratch and go full Maxis Match with all the hairs. (honestly clothes doesn't matter to me) Plus I got rid of any Broken CC and It didn't take me to do the 50/50 method. Haha. So some positives I guess.

I am in the process now of finding the mods that i REALLY want to use and the Must-haves i've already got. I will be starting a whole new story line and sim of course now and restart the Joy Of Life Challenge and another LP as well.

If interested I am going to start posting more on my Youtube now and start working on getting ready for Streaming!

Hi, your game looks so adorable and I noticed that you don't use much cc. I was actually wondering how big your modsfolder is. I'm trying to make mine smaller and to appreciate the build/buy from the game <3

hey anon! 👋👵 thank you so much! appreciate that! 🥰🌼 i have around 600mb of cc in my mods folder. most of it is cas stuff and i need to clean my mods folder so ... maybe a bit smaller by then. 🤏 for build buy mode i only use plants bc ... never enough plants and the game+addons does not have enough. 😅 (maybe some other small cc stuff ... not sure ... 🤔)

but tbh .. there is sooo much good cc stuff i would love to use but bc of sharing houses that are cc free it would be a pain in the ass to change it after and yea ... trying to resist! 😌🍃 wish you a good day/night! ☕🌿

HAPPY OCTOBER

Leaving my 1920s savefile and going back around 200 years in time to a Rococo/baroque world set in Forgotten Hollow. Perfect for a Halloween save with 4 smaller castles and a fair of some sort. Mostly just a lot of fun with occult CC. My modsfolder has exploded, so much fun stuff.

Hello Everyone!

I’ve seen quite some people struggle to sort their CC. After giving tips and solutions I thought why not make an empty mods folder! This means there is NO CC inside this folder. You’ll have to put all your cc in the folders. 3 Versions: Cas Only Build Buy Only Merged

You can download this empty mods folder and extract it into your “The Sims 4″ folder. If you don’t know how, follow this: Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4 -> Drop mods folder here. Run the game with the empty mods folder FIRST before adding any cc to it.

A bit of info on Build/Buy: I’ve sorted the folder as to how it is in the game. Everything is sorted it by "Objects By Function" instead of by each room. Download: SimFileShare || No Ads || CAS Only SimFileShare || No Ads || Build/Buy Only SimFileShare || No Ads || MERGED F.A.Q below the cut

F.A.Q Q: You have forgotten to add ... folder, could you add that one to the download? A: You can always add folders yourself! Nothing should go wrong ^^ I’m terribly sorry that some folders are not there ♥ Q: I would like to add folders myself, is this possible? A: Absolutely! And if a mod in the end doesn’t show up, it is too deep inside the folders, always read what the creator of the mod says about the folder depth ♥ (not all creators add this as it’s not necessary)
