Paraboot for sacai
Double monk
Tumblr media
Sacai's men's collection, which is celebrating its 10th season in the fall/winter 2013 season, has some very exciting news. It will be the first men's shoe to be released. The double monk shoes introduced here are made in collaboration with Paraboot. The double monk is the most trendy model among the shoes for this fall/winter season, but this pair is carrying a lot of buzz and expectation among the many brands competing with it. The design is based on Paraboot's masterpiece "WILLIAM", and the material is glass leather for the black and suede for the brown, and the buckle belt that fastens the belt is changed to patent leather. In addition, the wavy welt, the color scheme of the stitching, and the coloring of the lining are all characteristic of Sacai. Of course, the in-house rubber sole and Norwegian construction, which are the charms of Paraboot, are still alive and well. The finish, which combines robust construction with a new sensibility, is what makes these shoes so appealing. Thinking back, the first women's shoes released in the fall/winter of 2012 were also double monk boots and sandals. It may be a coincidence, but perhaps the double monk is an iconic and special shape for Sacai. Since there are few stores that carry this commemorative pair, it is expected that there will be a fierce battle for them. It is no exaggeration to say that these shoes are the "Cinderella shoes" for men this fall.
The brand's first men's shoes, produced in collaboration with Paraboot

Best Wedding Shoes for Men: Walk the Aisle in Style
Weddings aren’t just about the dress. The groom’s shoes? Just as important.
Whether you're the groom, the best man, or the sharply dressed guest — what you wear on your feet can make or break your look.
Let’s talk about the Best Wedding Shoes For Men — because your shoes deserve a seat at the head table, too.
1. Oxford Shoes — The Forever Classic
🖤 Perfect for formal weddings.
If the dress code says “black tie” or you’re keeping it traditional, black or dark brown leather oxfords are your safest (and sleekest) bet. Their closed-lacing system keeps them clean and classy — ideal for tuxedos or tailored suits.
Pair With: → A sharp black suit or tux → A white dress shirt and silk tie
2. Derby Shoes — Slightly Less Formal, Still Sophisticated
🤎 For semi-formal celebrations.
Derby shoes are like the relaxed cousin of oxfords. They still look polished but offer more comfort, especially if you're standing or dancing for hours.
Best In: Brown or tan leather for outdoor or daytime weddings.
Pair With: → Navy, grey, or beige suits → Earth-toned boutonnières & accessories
3. Monk Strap Shoes — Modern Meets Timeless
📎 Want to stand out (just a little)?
Single or double monk strap shoes give off major groom energy. The buckle detail adds a twist without going too far. Great for fashion-forward weddings or vintage-inspired themes.
Pair With: → A three-piece suit or patterned blazer → A pocket square that pops
4. Loafers — For Laid-Back or Destination Weddings
🌴 Easy, breezy, and still sharp.
A summer beach wedding? A garden party vibe? Go for penny loafers or bit loafers in suede or velvet. They’re comfy, elegant, and have that relaxed charm that still says “I showed up in style.”
Pair With: → Linen suits, no socks → Sunset wedding ceremonies
5. Chelsea Boots — The Bold Alternative
🖤 Perfect for the modern groom.
For fall/winter weddings or creative dress codes, leather Chelsea boots are bold, fashionable, and surprisingly wedding-appropriate. They work especially well in rustic or urban venues.
Pair With: → Slim tapered trousers → Textured or wool suits
Choosing the Right Shoe for Your Wedding
A few quick tips:
✔ Match the formality — Don’t out-dress or under-dress the event. ✔ Coordinate with your suit — Black with black, brown with navy/grey. ✔ Comfort counts — You’ll be wearing them all day. ✔ Break them in early — Blisters are not wedding-friendly.
Tag Your Style
Your wedding shoes are more than just accessories — they’re a reflection of your personality, your vibe, and your attention to detail. Whether you go classic or contemporary, the best wedding shoes for men are the ones that feel like you.
So Lace Up — and Walk into Forever Looking Your Absolute Best. 💍✨
