No notes. Fandom fav. The elegance. Its everything. Fit the song and choreo perfectly. Universally flattering. A kpop idol could wear it. Your mom could wear. Both would pull it off.

Brought the Heat Back Relay Dance Fit

*deep breaths* ever since gambler by monsta x I'm so not over these vests for kpop idols we moved on from this trend too fast and the distressed jeans?? Distressed straight fit jeans?? The graffiti vests?? The knee boots?? Kpop fashion for men has come a long way from putting everyone in black skinny jeans and hoping for the best.

These outfits from Tamed-Dashed. I don't normally like a lot of school uniform themed outfits in kpop now that I'm an adult but these genuinely felt ageless (niki wearing them as a teen was believable but they could pass as old timey university uniforms too.) Shoutouts to these outfits for being realistic school uniforms that weren't overly glamorized or leaning into the youth aspect

And these outfits, ahhh I have so much to say

* they're athletic uniforms and the bold green color scheme combined w a fun song like tamed dashed genuinely energizes me and gives off fun vibes. Like they're more casual and genuinely remind me of how fun high school was when everyone was playing around and you got to dress comfortable every day.

* I actually really value the storytelling purpose of the outfits in the second picture. They're v similar to sports uniforms you saw in the 1920s. Enhypens music videos have a story and a timeline spanning decades and the dated uniforms are a good way to hint at the passage of time

Sweet Venom Fit

So like, I admittedly don't know much about mens fashion and or how proportions/silhouettes work for men, but am I the only one who thinks this really suits his height? When I was watching the relay dance, I thought this outfit really added to his height and made the dance moves more impactful, and I also think heeseung looks better in more casual/cool looks as opposed to formal ones. It was a toss up between this and the outfit he wore for can't feel my face, which is a great fit, but I appreciate this outfit for really fitting the laid back choreo of sweet venom. It did its job.

*deep breaths* ahrnskwuue YOU GUYS I'm normal about this fit so I won't pretend to be either the 2000s boy band vibes?? The elegance and youthfulness? The simplicity? Maroon is my favorite color, has been my whole life, and I love it when ppl wear it. Sunoo rarely gets to wear outfits like this even tho I feel like elegant/timeless outfits suit him so much. The details on this fit are ahhhh and the way his fluffy bangs moved around during the dance like a lot of thought went into this seemingly simple look and I just want sunoo to wear more sweaters. Fav outfit in the history of outfits

Sometimes I feel like I'm a bad teacher

Like my class has made no progress

And then summer school comes along and I'm always with the older kids (or younger kids who likes me. I will take kids from other classes just to spoil them)

And I see how my old class compares to the older kids and that they can pretty much hold their own.

But I have to spend extra time with other students the same age as my old class, giving them extra help or work just to get them up to where they should be for next year

And I realized

I'm good

I might not do everything like circle time because I prefer to have actual unscripted conversations instead of a scripted conversation and if I can spend a couple more minutes with my kids focusing on their weak areas that's even better.

But almost all of my class is capable of doing what they need to do and ready for the next year.

I am awesome at my job

And I still find it hard to believe

The best thing I’ve done was get rid of anything I don’t want. I got rid of social media I knew I would continuously go back to, I don’t have any games, and try to use it only for mostly useful things (reminders, music, book stuff).

It’s difficult at first but I’ve gotten back into my hobbies again. I’m reading more often than I did before, and I’m interested in watching new shows again. Yes I do come on tumblr a lot, but I’ve still made progress.

Another thing!!! If you feel the need to have something in your hands while you watch a show or video, do something other than having your phone!! Ideas can be, puzzles, the other day I was counting and rolling a jar of pennies for my parents to take to the bank, a fidget, shoot even play with some clay, do your laundry that you’ve been putting off. That’s what I struggle with when it comes to paying attention, needing something for my hands to do.

I wish it was easier to talk about mobile phone addiction without sounding like a boomer
