Looking for a k/s fic

Okay, giving this a go here as a last resort.

I am looking for a AOS k/s fic that I read 10+ years ago. I am pretty sure it was hosted on the old k/s archive. Since that has been shut down, I have been trying to find it whether it was cross-posted on AO3, but I haven't had any luck finding it.

In the fic, Spock suffers from Amnesia (don't remember the cause) and basically the last thing he remembers of Jim is him being the uppity cadet who cheated on the Kobayashi Maru. He does not remember that they are dating/bonded, and believes that Jim must somehow have tricked him into a relationship.

He immediately closes his side of the bond and demands that they go to New Vulcan to properly sever it. Jim tries to convince him not to do it, especially since he is outright suffering from the now partially closed bond. Spock eventually lashes out verbally which hurts Jim so much he ends up shutting down his side of the bond - this, in turn, makes Spock realize what he is about to give up.

That's pretty much all I remember. The fic was REALLY heavy on the angst/jim whump, and Spock is kinda a big ol' meany (in his defense, he just got confronted with a surprise husband, a dead mother, and a destroyed planet) but, sometimes, over-the-top angst is just what a gal needs.

Does anyone happen to know what fic I am talking about and if it's still available anywhere? I have been prowling through the relevant tags on Ao3 (amnesia, hurt/comfort, whump, vulcan bond, etc.), but nothing comes up. :/

I’m so so sorry this is dungeon meshi spoilers but I’ve been hit in the face three times today alone and I cannot contain myself. guys you can defend nakamoto toshiro without defending the slavery. guys I think he’s doing his best and I want good things for him but don’t absolve the slavery thing by saying ‘it’s his dad who owns slaves not him’. guys he’s still culpable for his inaction vis a vis the slavery thing, even if he hates his father and disagrees with him, that’s part of why it’s critical that the lesson he learns is about speaking up and talking about his feelings. the takes can be more nuanced than ‘it’s not his fault’ and ‘it’s totally his fault. guys. guys.

in the book the little witch and the undying fire, there's a chapter written by rhinedottir. she runs into a group of three companions who were killing "demon kings" and decides to join them in the hunt:

They encountered the mimic demon king in a run-down old house. At first, no one knew what was going on, assuming that the place had just gone moldy. After breathing the mold spores in, her companions turned into the following respectively: A shoddy-looking ancient robot (which the little witch found really ugly and not up to snuff when compared to alchemy), a beautiful young maiden (this team member was originally male, leading the witch to initially wonder if this was some inversion of biological sequential hermaphroditism), and a pirate (she had no idea about this one).

since rhinedottir is the author, i think these companions could be the sinners. the mold had the ability to turn people into their "ideal state" and we know the sinners "pursued some form of perfection" and turned into transcendent beings.

i don't think the "pirate" companion is necessarily a pirate, probably just someone wearing an eyepatch hence the association. and rhinedottir "having no idea about this one" kinda makes it sound like she didn't know them.

yeah, i'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's anfortas. he wasn't one of the sinners (otherwise dainsleif would've said something) but it's likely he got caught up in their drama being the regent and all. later in the story, two of the companions get "eaten" by a chipmunk demon king but the third one, who is referred to as "he" escapes. just thought that was interesting 🤷‍♂️
