intro post

welcome to my blog!!!

My name is BUGZ! I'm a bodily 22 y/o multiply disabled, queer DID system! My pronouns are they/he, and I prefer masculine or neutral terms :]

This blog serves as my main hub for everything I like and do- art, memes, fandom stuff and more! This blog is really a collection of a bunch of random posts, and for that reason, it's really cluttered! I also will post about DID and CDD adjacent posts!!!

Our account may not be fully SFW, but we never reblog or post pornographic material! I have a bad swearing problem, struggle with """adult""" issues [such as addiction], and due to my trauma, I have a hard time telling what is socially acceptable in regards for entirely being SFW. It's something I'm working on actively! The most explicit posts you will see are likely surrounding drugs and addiction. I prefer minors do not follow me, but liking and reblogging is okay!

I do not engage in any sort of discourse. I seriously cannot be bothered, and a lot of discourse is chronically online anyways [sorry, not sorry]. If you really need labels to feel comfortable, I am anti-misinfo and anti-harassment. Anyone is allowed on my blog as long as you don't promote misinfo, harass others, partake in ANY form of bigotry, and are not a gross person [subjective to me].

Following that; I block very liberally! This is the reason I removed my DNI, actually. If I notice you're partaking in spreading misinfo, bigotry, spam me, or anything I just don't like, you go straight to the block chamber! I curate my space for me! Not to mention my old DNI didn't work entirely anyways.

As I stated before, I'm a DID system! I state this pretty openly due to the fact it affects every aspect of my daily life- even my posting! PLUS I talk about my system a decent amount. On top of that, I also have OCD, Autism and ADHD! A total mouthful, but you'll see posts centered around these experiences! I also have a physical disability, and I complain about it often.

In terms of my queer Identity. . . We collectively identify as transmasc, bigender, panalterous, omni oriented aroaceflux, and ambiamorous! This is an agreed upon identity the entirety of The Crew and Co. and is essentially for the body itself! Most of the time, I just say I’m queer! Names, pronouns, genders and sexualities all vary from alter to alter individually.

Welcome to my blog! ☀️

Hello! I go by Kris and this is my sideblog where I primarily post about my FFXIV character, Tavi! I've been playing FFXIV since July 24th 2021 (also Tavi's birthday! >:3c)

So what to expect?

I love to gpose and make glams so this is a very image heavy blog. I've been shipping her with Erenville since 2022 so you'll see a lot of him on here as well! When discussing him on here I’ll usually refer to him as “Eren” as both a nickname and to refer to my OC-ified version of him. I also like to occasionally post about Aymeric, and once Zero rejoins MSQ I'm sure I'll be talking nonstop about them as well! I do my best to spoil current expac content and use the hashtag #dawntrail spoilers for that. Although rare, I will reblog NSFW so there's a risk of seeing that (spoiler-ed of course.) I also love to be a silly jokester so I do goof off a lot! I’m WCIF friendly on most everything I post and am always happy to share any knowledge I can on gposing so if you have any questions feel free to ask! I also tag any info with #gpose refs.

And now for a little info on Tavi!

Tavi is a Rava Viera from Golmore who left her home to help fight back against Garlean imperialism after receiving her first echo vision, a vision of the invasion and creation of Valnain. Originally born with a hair color best described as a mix between salmon and coral, the light corruption she experienced during Shadowbringers left her natural hair pigment and freckles devoid of color (she also lost her ear speckles during this and had vision problems afterwards and those have been healed though she occasionally still has issues.) Post Endwalker she began dying her hair blue, an accident that was meant to be a darker hair color as is traditional for Viera leaving the jungle. The two other physical identifiers not in game would be her cleft chin and scar on her face post Endwalker Zenos fight. Her real name is unknown to all outside her home in Golmore and like most Viera, questions about her life before are forbidden. She is known to on occasion open up and may share an anecdote or two with those she's close to. That said, she is a very warm and friendly person who will always go out of her way to help those in need. Her alignment would be chaotic good as she is not above breaking the law to do what she feels is right. She can also be mischievous and is a lot more complex than she lets on! Her main class is Monk but in Endwalker took up Paladin (which she still uses in Monk) and afterwards started infusing the Dancer trade into her Monk job. Her fighting style is heavily inspired by Kalaripayattu, her Monk style would be a mix of that and Capoeira and her Paladin style mixes that in with Chinese Sword Dancing. A good visualizer of what her sword fighting style would look like is Xiangshua from Soul Caliber!

Most importantly Tavi is my googoo gaga and I love her so so very much!!!

HI i'm a tommyinnit factive and this is where I go feral !!! I have a misce submission sideblog called @justomegathingss as well but it's mostly inactive because no one ever submits to it lol

I co-host with my in system husband @septiccoffeefreak so we're in front 90% of the time, we're v clingy so we're always co-con or co front lol. 2023 post round-up/summary

Lovely @twig-tea tagged me here, so I'll try my hand.

I'd abandoned tumblr for about 4? 5? years 2016ish through 2020, had a short stint with it again in 2020, took peeks and vehemently disagreed with much of what I saw in 2021-2022, and grudgingly settled back in in 2023. I wasn't going to interact. I wasn't.

INTERACTING

- I will ONLY interact with MUTUALS. This means if you follow me and I am not following you back, then I’m probably not interested. My inbox is always open though to anyone even if we aren’t mutuals!

- I will interact with ocs and canon characters from different fandoms. But again we have to be MUTUALS, and I do ask that you have an about page or post somewhere that I can get to, just in case I’m not familiar with your character.

Fluff Week FAQ

General

Which characters/dynamics are you particularly interested in?

JJK – literally all common ones unless they’re illegal, particularly the first years & gojo (including all the variations - itafushi, platonic!itafushikugi, the gojo-megumi thing, the gojo-itadori thing, and of course, the much less explored megumi-nobara thing). No very-rare-pairs please, unless 100% platonic! I usually don’t like them. Also, bear in mind I may have to google characters if they come from Kyoto school because I literally forgot all their names.

HQ – I like most characters, but am especially fond of iwaoi and bokuaka (sakuatsu at a push). I love all team dynamics, with a special soft spot for the JNT and Seijoh. Again, no rare pairs please (even platonic, in this case) but I will know who most characters are!

TGCF: fengqing. I’m obsessed with fengqing. And hualian, of course. Basically Xianle trio + Hua Cheng and all their dynamics.

My favourite character is Hua Cheng, followed by Feng Xin, and then – you’ll hate me for this – Pei Ming. Please bear in mind that if you write about any niche characters from tgcf, or those that only appear later in the books, I will not know who they are :( He Xuan is about my limit for late-appearing characters, and he does not appear very late.

Do you mind which ships I use?

Not at all, as long as they aren't a major rarepair, or use characters I've never heard of. If you're not sure, don't be worried - you can always just ask! Either DM me or drop an ask in my inbox.

Are there any examples of found family you could suggest?

Yep! JJK is 100% found family, so there's no issue there - the school dynamic, gojo's dynamic with the students (particularly megumi), the first years' dynamic, the second years' dynamic, the teachers/adults dynamic...

HQ also has plenty of examples. Each team dynamic, duo dynamic, and mentor/mentee dynamic offers something new!

TGCF is a little harder. Nearly all the ships have an element of found family, but there's the Xianle trio and, if you want to get a bit ridiculous, the calamities can also be pretty funny if you wrangle them properly...

Fanfiction

Is reader insert ok?

I'd rather your not, but if you're only really comfortable with that, then go for it!

Is there a word count?

I'd like it to be over 1000 words, but I've yet to meet a writer who struggled with writing too little....

How would I post my work when the time comes?

Assuming you're posting on A03, please submit it to the Astronomical Fluff Week Collection (astronomical_fluff_week), and you can gift it to me if you like. More on this closer to the time!

Interaction Please communicate, please reciprocate. This is a hobby, but it’s a hobby we should both enjoy and it’s not enjoyable when something’s all one-sided. Busy happens, favourites happen, but if I’m doing all the sending and messaging and you don’t do any, then no hard feelings but after a while I’m going to move along.

Post length I’m good with any, as long as we’re putting in roughly equal effort. Longer threads will take longer to reply to.

Reblogging Memes Please don’t reblog memes from me without sending me one. You don't have to send me something, but if you don’t please reblog them from the source instead.

Shipping/Smutting Shipping needs to be talked about first. Thera is multiship, male-attracted, and we enjoy shipping, but please don't assume it's going to be an automatic guarantee. There’s got to be some sort of IC build up and OOC talk as well, to see how the muses get along and that we're on the same page. Smut will only happen in the context of an established ship.

No means no. On both sides. If I say no to something I expect you to listen. Conversely, if you say no I’m going to take that as final, so if you change your mind later you need to tell me.

Please don't say yes when you mean no. Likewise, if there’s something you thought you were comfortable RPing but realise you’re not please say so.

Triggers and Tags I tag potential triggers as '[thing] tw'. If you need anything specific tagged, let me know (if you have a tag already blacklisted, tell me and I’ll use it).

No God-Modding I write my muse, you write yours, and if in doubt, ask. Please don’t decide for me what she does, thinks, says or feels (or did before the events of the thread), that your muse has done something to her, or put her in a certain situation, without asking first.

Also, ignoring what I’ve just written and continuing as if Thera never said or did something counts as god-modding, too.

Meta-gaming is giving your muse OOC knowledge IC. There are muses out there powerful enough that they could know things, but please talk to me about it first.

On those last two points, I also reserve the right to say no.

Vague/Guilt-Posting Trying to pressure or guilt me into RPing with you is going to have the opposite effect. Asking if I saw a post or reminding me once or twice is fine, talking to me directly about a problem, likewise. Messages specifically intended to make me feel bad for not replying/RPing with you are not.

(1, 3, 4, 2007, Netflix) - been on this fandom since 2008 with my silly fanfics and dmcsonas that sadly went lost with the downfall of fotolog (sobs) my favourite was devil may cry 4, i didnt get deep into 2 and 5 but i would like too, and my favourite characters are Lady and Dante.

(specially perpetua) - discovered ghost on 2016 with terzo and cirice, fell in love pretty hard with the vibes, the ambient, the music! didn't explore the first album, i've begin on secondo, Meliora, Prequelle, Impera and i fell again HARD AS FUCK with Papa V Perpetua bc his whole presence is the sum of all my art and character design. its just too good. my love is for Terzo, Sister Imperator and Papa Nihil on their golden era and i have Copia on a special place in my heart

baldur's gate III

(zevlor, raphael, tavs) - jumped into the fandom on 2023 when the full game was released, lured by how great and interesting Halsin looked (i love druidic stuff). fell into the pipeline of Astarion (specially because he is a high elf more than vampire stuff! weird but welp) > Halsin (ofc, druidic, big, and marvelous, i have a thing for this good hearted characters (and with LOT of depth in some aspects) > Raphael (because i cannot resist a dramatic theatrical villain presented with ominous organ music) > Zevlor (knight of my heart i would save you in every fucking run I'll make and I'll cry for not being able to romance you)

dragon age the veilguard

knew about dragon age but never could sit down to enjoy it properly until last years bc i have a good computer to play it. decided to give a try to DATV bc some people on our BG3 server was gonna play and it looked interesting? then i saw emmrich, i felt the big vincent price/gothic gentleman vibes and fell completly into the game. felt like the romance route i couldnt enjoy with a character like zevlor, but with the chill and elegant Emmrich. yes, he's my favourite character, along my baby Bellara and Tash (i really like all of them, i got fond of all and the bonding was super interesting)

phantom of the opera

ah yes, my main hyperfixation since 2007, almost twenty years devoted to this topic, i go really INTENSE on this (dont worry, i can debate and talk, and obviously im critical about some aspects of this good gothic novel and popular musical) because i just LOVE it. wrote a 200 pages fic when i was 14 about tpoto, watched 2004 musical TOO MANY TIMES that year and re-read the novel once every six months or so. im actually writing a retelling of tpoto, i expend TOO MUCH TIME researching the context of this history and i love to explore the different versions of phantom. i didnt interact too much with the fandom, weirdly! films i watched: 1990 Charles Dance miniseries, 2004 Gerard Butler Phantom (i know about the other adaptions but I didn't sit down to watch them properly, like Phantom of the Disco) musical versions: madrid 2004 (first one), 25th anniversary 2011, love never dies, london 2023 (earl carpenter), london 2004, madrid 2024 (manuel pilas un beso pa ti por guapo y buena gente) favourite character: Erik/The Phantom, Meg Giry (yes) and Christine

historical stuff

mostly XIX century on europe, but welp; normally when i found a blog related with XIX century stuff i reblog the most interesting posts, so if you suddenly see a postcard or some old photography or maybe me rambling about the beauty on the architecture of Palais Garnier, is mostly bc of this topic. normally it gets along with phantom retelling research, maybe i could tag this one bc its not that common. hm. also, i say XIX century and not victorian because im mostly focused on late 1800s on west europe, which is not the same to victorian era, even if a lot of places tend to tag it as the same thing. you wouldnt say that england, paris or madrid are exactly the same, even if they can have stuff in common, nor nowadays, not in 1800s where everything was in constant change. dont worry anyway, i dont get too critical with this stuff (or any, i dont have too much energy to spend on that), i mostly share what i joy and know about more than something i could despise.

retro stuff

specially technology - i work as an IT guy (informático in spanish, im not sure how translate it properly), specially as IT support agent. but thing is i've been in contact with technology and old computers since i was 3 or so. my father was an IT worker too (he just retired) and my home had always computers or chunky laptops that were super interesting to me. playing with MS-DOS disney games on floppy disks, using just mspaint or exploring power point while play with clippy. then internet era, videogames, forums, html and css, blogs, and finally social media. now that i have adult money i love to find old stuff that could be used for a second chance or play those games that windows 10 dont run anymore. i wish they could bring back clear plastic colorful devices. i miss them

techpunk

cybersecurity, hacks, open source and freedom for the internet - along with all the above, you cannot just like technology and dont understand how fucked up it become until today. yeah, im saying this on a platform on a social media, and yet, im critical on how things are going. im against generative AI (not AI in general bc you know, a knife could be used for cooking besides could being used as a weapon) and you can ask me why, but being a writer and artist you can get an idea. but not only on generative AI, but corps fucking things up, shoving AI solutions that nobody asked and making everything messier. i work with microsoft and windows everyday and i'm tired as fuck of their shit. actually jumping into open operative systems like linux mint after the debacle of W11. about the hacking part, dont worry, im mostly interested in giving a second life to old tech, preserving posible lost media or getting the most of a device you paid without big corps trying to get any data they can take. stay safe.

Someone in an online forum I was in was talking about the site in general and I looked it up and thought it would be pretty cool to run a blog, ha.

It’s Frank’s thinking face... What’s not to like? I’m so weird adding the hearts to make it look like he’s thinking about love too because that’s just the kind of person I am.

7. Why did you choose your header?

I’ve always loved that photo of DD era Frank and wanted to put it in a graphic of some sort and I just kind of spoofed this up to go along with the pink in my icon instead.

It’s a meme I posted like two-ish years ago. I didn’t think it would blow up and I see it in my notifications everyday. It’s at, like, 72k notes and counting. I regret everything.

What inspired you to take on your current muse (that you are posting this on): Two reasons. The first being two in itself. When I first took up Jack, I was 18 years old and heartbroken and I rewatched CotBP (a year after it had been in the cinema). I started writing him back then and he never truly left me despite me hopping to other role-play fandoms. So, yeah, heartbreak and CotBP itself were reason 1. Reason 2 is Trish over on @sonofirishseas. She writes an amazing Jack and my Loki and I fell in love with him. So much so that I knew I could never get enough and that little voice in my head and heart just sparked the fuck up and he wouldn’t let go. I realised I had to write Jack again.

What are your favourite aspects of your current muse: Oh, man. Uh. His freedom and his heart and his optimism. XI and Loki are powerful and have so much scope, but there’s something beautiful about Jack’s contained (but vast) world and the fact he isn’t weighed down too much by it. I love Loki but he has such darkness and angst in him so it can get pretty heavy. XI has the baggage of a Time Lord and even more atrocities besides, and a duty to multiple universes to help people wherever he can. He has a saviour complex and a desperation to do everything. Jack? Jack is so free. He’s a fantasy of zero responsibility and bisexual action who doesn’t stop to angst about his problems quite as often (but has plenty of that whumpy dark goodness to play around with), who is insanely remarkable whilst being much more relatable and human, and at the heart of it all is a good boy.

What’s your biggest inspiration when it comes to writing: Biggest is the media itself that I’m drawing from. Watching and reading the fandom content sparks inspiration. Music is also a huge factor. If the film/show has amazing music, it keys into my soul and helps me write, or sometimes I can find pieces I feel suit a character or thread and go off that. Another huge inspiration is my partners. If I click well with someone, it’s very easy to bounce ideas back and forth or get excited about somewhere to take things. Sometimes it’s crack things on the dash or a meme that makes me go !!!. I have a tendency to hyperfixate on a character so that everything in my life revolves around them for a number of years and I keep feeding back into it constantly. It was a relief to find that I can return to a previous fixation and not leave them completely behind.

Favourite types of threads: So many. I am an absolute sloot for shipping, it seems. My utter favourite ones for Jack though are enemies to lovers or ones where there is some element of the forbidden. I love angst but for me it always has to lead toward a happy ending or at least fluctuate with enough balance or my heart hurts too much to enjoy it. I do like silly and fluff and action, too. I’ll write most genres I think?

Biggest struggle in regards to your current muse: Time. As my bio states, I have two jobs (granted the second one doesn’t take many hours), a husband and a video games addiction, and a certain MCU trickster god who needs some attention on his blog. Energy to write factors into that but is also caused by time. I otherwise don’t really struggle with writing for Jack. Tiredness and time are my limiting factors. Sometimes I might have trouble ensuring I’m keeping something interesting and/or not doing the same thing for one person that I’m doing for someone else. The only other struggle with Jack is this is a smol fandom now, but I kinda like that?

The Code

Success. I’ve sufficiently pestered the wench to make me a blog, much to the cost of a certain behorned mischief god whose presence I must share. Follow the rules below, and there’ll be smooth sailin’, savvy?

This be an exceptionally selective blog. I was me mun’s first ever muse yonks back and I’ve pestered her into writing me again, BUT, she’s horribly pressed for time. Partners will likely be very few, else ones doubling up with Loki’s. Anyone is welcome to approach and enquire, but she and I will be leaning toward those either from me own universe or crossovers with which she’s highly familiar and characters in whom she’s especially interested. Ye have been warned.

Replies are like to be slow, up to a few weeks at most.

Partners must be 18+. Various themes of an adult nature may be found here. Sexual things will be tagged ‘#filthy pirate’ with whatever level/variety of sin I deem them. More details below.

Behave. There shall be no rudeness, no passive aggression, no hate, no censorship or generally being a twit. Do I make meself clear?

The Code - Extended (below the cut)

Hi, guys. I’m Pirate (oddly known as this long before I made Jack a tumblr). Here are my more detailed rules and guidelines for writing with me on this blog, though the absolute basics are at the top as, honestly, it’s never easy to remember everyone’s requirements.

Jack is a sideblog. If you’re being followed by a benevolentgodloki that means I’m following you back. I don’t need us to be mutuals (both following each other) for us to write together, but there is a greater chance of us having a partnership if we’re letting each other know we’re interested.

How I Roll

I note myself as ‘highly selective’. This isn’t to be an elitist bugger, it’s because we all only have a limited amount of time we can put in. I want to write what I enjoy with people I enjoy. I am married with two attention-seeking cats, two jobs, a slow-brewing intended writing career and a video game addiction.

Asks/Memes - I will usually answer these no matter who they are from but I may or may not turn them into a thread I intend to keep. Some memes are very much designed to be something that continues so context can be key. If you would like to know in advance whether I intend to answer and/or keep something, please do pop me a message and I will be kind and honest.

My Threads - While Jack’s blog is still exciting and new, I’m being a bit all over the place with who and what I reply to depending on which way Jack’s.. compass.. is pointing. I do have a rolling turn order that I adhere to (to the point that I can genuinely tell you who is next at any given moment) but it’s all piled in with Loki’s threads, meaning I can take a few weeks to get round everything. Every partner gets one of their threads answered within that ‘round’ and then I go round again. However, when I’m really into something/finding something easy to pop back, I treat myself to spamming certain threads or partners at my whim. I use rpthreadtracker.com to maintain what I have.

I will remind partners of threads that have not been replied to for more than three months. If I do not do this, I have either forgotten/lost it myself, I’m not too fussed about keeping it at that stage, or you were absent for a long period of time.

My Style - I will write in both past or present tense depending on partner preference. My default is past but I like either. Please kick me if I screw up and write the wrong one. I prefer using regular size font but I will make mine small on replies to people who use the smaller so that it looks neat. I will often match partners’ lengths and some formatting details e.g. bolding dialogue, but I struggle with doing novella-length posts for reasons below.

I have a bugbear to admit about role-play. What we call splicing. A good half of my partners write this way so I’m not about to tell everyone to stop but if you’re someone who does this, you will occasionally run into some frustrations when writing with me. ‘Splicing’ is when you retrospectively write dialogue or actions as having previously happened during your partner’s last post. These things are fine when they’re passive i.e. your character muttered them, thought them or you were writing what your character was doing at the time because that’s pretty much essential. The trouble comes usually when my characters talk a lot/ask rhetorical questions and partners choose to answer every single one despite the fact my character carried on talking. I know it’s an ass that I have talkative muses and you really want to respond to every point/get a word in, but putting words and actions into the past effectively godmods my muse into accepting they happened. If you feel your muse would have full-on interjected midway through their ramble, please ask me to edit my post/stop it at that point. Otherwise if you do prefer to splice, my muse will only respond to whatever it is your character did or said last in their post. This is one of the reasons I can’t write novella, because often there is only so much you can write before you’re stepping into the territory of changing what went before and not allowing your partner to do anything about it.

TL;DR don’t ever worry about your post being too short for me. If it’s one sentence long but it’s because something fast-paced is happening, I won’t be miffed.

Shipping! - no not that kind of ship, Jack. I love shipping. Ships all around. Let’s face it, romance can be one of the most exciting reasons we bother writing. I am open to a lot of ships for Jack, practically all of them. Yes, even that one. I will do downright nasty, toxic, horrible stuff, savvy? It’s fiction and Jack is a great indulgence for bad things happening to him as much as good. That said, of course don’t force something on him without prior agreement between us. Well, I mean, your muse can try and accost him and see what he does, just don’t expect him to definitely reciprocate. Jack and I are bi/pansexual. We’re open to everything. I will admit a heavy lean toward m/m but, that said, Jack is extremely fond of the ladies, more so than Loki. I am very into Sparrington especially.

Not Safe For Ye Olde Work

Sliding down from the above topic, I enjoy the occasional smutting. It is not a requirement from my partners. In fact, I’m warming very much to fading to black depending on the context/mood/if things feel a bit repetitive. I do feel a touch more comfortable with partners who don’t need that boundary but as I’ve recently figured ‘if it needs a cut, then it’s smut’ I know when to skip on.

Saucy material will go under cuts/Read More’s and be tagged as mentioned above with ‘filthy pirate’. Additional tags will be based on the citrus scale: ‘lime’ for general grabbing, ‘lemon’ for full on sexual content and ‘grapefruit’ if things get extra kinky. I will tag things such as ‘rape tw’ or ‘noncon tw’ or ‘dubcon tw’ where necessary. Please blacklist any or all of these at your leisure, or search them if you fancy :U I do NOT tag these as ‘ns.fw’ because tumblr just completely hides them from being searchable which is useless for my partners.

OC’s - Due to my time constraints I am extremely picky when it comes to OC’s. This is a good fandom for well-thought-out muses and I know firsthand how hard it is to make headway as an OC in the RP world. However, I also understand that for people like me, I want to dip in on this site to mostly play with the characters and worlds I’m really absorbed in and ship my weaselly black guts out. Some people have more time than others to really give your OCs the time and love they deserve. Unless I’ve played with you a long time and I really like the cut of your and your muse’s jib, it’s very unlikely I’ll bite. Apologies! The same goes for crossover muses from fandoms I’m unfamiliar with, but I will let you know if that’s the case.

Limits

Threads - I don’t have a strict limit on how many to have per person but please bear in mind that the more of these you have with me the longer it will take me to get to a particular one (unless I’m spamming it back and forth). This is more a mun/muse context how many I accept.

Exclusives/mains - I don’t do these although I may consider having a maximum of 3 or 4 of one muse depending on activity levels and to ensure plots don’t get mixed up or attention feel unfairly balanced.

Triggers/squicks - I don’t like body horror e.g. graphic detail of squishy bits having bad things happen to them. I’m writing a pirate so there’s absolutely allowed to be elements of torture/violence, just don’t stab him in the eye or chop bits off him. One torture-related thing sends me into a complete freakout which I’ll discuss with partners if we’re doing a thread of that ilk as needed. Kink-wise I’m not into mpreg, A/B/O or infantilism or toilet things. Just ask me/Jack if you’re after something XD

Who I Am/What I Need From You

Being yourself is the most important thing and I promise I am not a scary person (usually). We’re only human and it’s natural that we’ll get along better with some rather than others. This is more to give you a gist of the sort of person I am and who I gel with best.

So I’m a shy hermit at the best of times. I’m trying to be better at engaging and enthusing with partners over our threads because I realise more than ever this does keep things alive and make for a more enjoyable experience. I’m not always great at it. I work best with people who are patient and don’t worry too much on what I think of them and their writing, with people who are happy to keep threads going for the longhaul rather than keep dropping everything before I’ve had the time to get to the next post, and most especially people who accept that fiction =/= reality. I do need a certain level of quality, which doesn’t always mean perfect grammar, but it must be coherent, fun and creative. I like a relaxed approach, sharing mutual enjoyment in silly fantasy world sandboxes as escapism from (and exploration of) this complicated world we live in.

If you managed to read all of this, have a drink (even if it’s water). You’re a diamond.

This is going to be a long post, and I apologise for that. However I do not apologise for putting my boundaries as clear as possible, and will not apologise for doing so. All of the rules below exist for a reason, and I have them for my own comfort.

It is okay if you don’t agree with them BUT IT’S NOT OKAY TO IGNORE THEM. If you think you cannot follow the posted rules, then do not follow this blog. Thank you !!

General

These are the basics, a re-hash of rules that almost everyone has but that I like to cover anyway just in case!

Read ALL important pages: rules, disclaimer, muse list & info for the muse(s) you want to interact with

Use proper punctuation and spellings to the best of your abilities

Mark clearly whether an ask is IC or OOC

No godmodding

No maiming, killing, etc. of my muses without my permission

No choosing of thoughts or big actions of my muses without my permission

Hate, anon or otherwise, will be reported and deleted. Users will be blocked.

There may be an occasional mention that I do this if there’s some kind of repeat, but I will not place the content itself on the dash.

I do both regular capitalization and zero capitalization for threads, depending on partner and length of the thread

memes and asks will be done in whichever I’m feeling

I do small text ONCE for aesthetic, but will leave text regular size if asked

Headlines will be done in subtext size, again mostly for aesthetic

Parentheses and brackets will be BOLDED and italicized, on the whole

I will @ the url of the person who sent the ask or is part of the thread

thread partner urls may also have their muse’s name listed after a slash for further clarity

I occasionally use icons, but mostly for asks, dash commentary, or silly things

I enjoy using bold, italics, and strikethrough, but that’s about the extent of my text formatting and I try not to overdo them too much

While not explicitly reblog karma, I am not a meme source and will talk to you if you always take memes from me but never send anything in or talk to me. Sometimes a meme doesn’t work and that’s fine, but there’s no excuse to never interact with me.

Information must be easy to navigate and read, same as for canons/single muse blogs!

Sideblogs, please list somewhere OBVIOUS what the main blog is called so I know what to look out for.

Mumus, I love you and your dedication, but I am most selective with you. Yes, even as a mumu myself.

The more fandoms covered and more muses included, the less likely I am to hop on board mostly because I prefer a clean dash.

If we’re close friends ooc I’ll likely be far more lenient

OCs with a main spn-canon faceclaim will not be accepted unless the muse has been around longer than the canon being cast or if they look/act markedly different than the canon ( Karen Gillan with all her hair vs as Nebula, for example ).
