#SnowedIn Day 3: using my time this morning to #buildaladder. Mostly by getting properly hydrated and starting my stretches again. Bouncing back after an injury is HARD, especially when you have an #autoimmune disorder that loves to attack your joints and ball you up but a body that desperately wants to move. It's a sucky Catch-22. So, I'm back to the basics starting today. Classical Stretch by Miranda Esmond-White, water every hour, #snugglebuddies on standby, and back to the diet (no more cheats 😑). The good news is that I was just at that point where I felt like I was functioning at 85% which was just a huge improvement over where I was before. It's good, because I know that my plan works and that I can get back there. Still sucks that I got knocked down (literally & figuratively) but I know that point and the path there.
