Usagi Tsukino - Mai AI

Now, I know Usagi and Miku truly have the same vibe (and I think if I wanted to go the straightforward route, I think that I would have picked Miku), but Mai's voice works well for her in my opinion! And of course I chose this example, partly because I love the tuning, and partly because this song really fits!

Mamoru Chiba - AI Hiyama Kiyoteru

This pick felt pretty obvious to me once it came to me, they have a very similar vibe and I think Kiyoteru's voice portrays this sort of... academic energy... that the two share. Hence the song choice. Definitely considered Kevin though.

Ami Mizuno - Stardust Infinity

I thought I was pretty funny picking a song from Frozen for Ami considering the kind of icy vibe they occasionally lean into with her powers. Anyway, while Eleanor Forte was a strong contender, Stardust Infinity was my pick in the end. I can't articulate exactly why, I just felt like something gentler/cooler worked.

Rei Hino - Natalie AI

If you're an insane Usarei shipper like me, you can pretend this is Rei singing about Usagi being in love with Mamoru.

Makoto Kino - MEIKO V3

Originally, I wanted this lineup to be JUST SynthV and SynthV-adjacent type of characters. But once I thought about Makoto as MEIKO I couldn't help myself.

Minako Aino - Tsurumaki Maki AI

To be honest, I almost said Teto. But that just wouldn't be accurate. That's just because she's my favorite and Minako is my favorite Inner Senshi. However, I do think Teto fits Pallas.

Setsuna Meiou - Qing Su AI

I did consider Gumi, and I think I would have gone with Gumi if I was limited to Vocaloid voice banks. But Qing Su has that mature, calm, and collected vibe.

Chibiusa - Koharu Rikka AI

I'm definitely biased because Koharu Rikka is one of my favorite voices. Let the record show that I considered Otomachi Una, but this voice is sweeter. And totally gives me opportunity to imagine an older/teen Chibiusa's voice.

Haruka Tenou - Kevin AI

Michiru Kaiou - SOLARIA

Haruka and Michiru as Kevin and Solaria just makes sense. And there is so much material out there with Kevin and Solaria performing duets and love songs to use!
