This was actually quite short and honestly hasn't been and won't be reviewed, I'm so sleepy I don't have the mood for it right now.

Honestly, I don't think Natalie knew much about makeup other than how to do a good smoky eyeliner and apply a little concealer; as if she literally has a concealer with a half worn and scratched packaging, a black eyeliner that is already so small after so much use that she can barely hold it, but this girl literally refuses to buy another one and will continue with it until it is humanly impossible to continue using it, it would also be one of those super difficult to remove, you can use soap, wet wipes, makeup remover...nothing is capable of completely removing this eyeliner...I think that maybe she could also have some semi-dry mascara and a cherry lip balm because she likes the flavor, she would be a bit like a child licking her lips to feel the flavor, the poor baby doesn't even realize she's doing it anymore, it's almost automatic.

She would think it would be super cute if you were the kind of person who was genuinely interested in makeup, especially if you were interested in watching tutorial videos, researching prices and new releases, and things like that. Little by little, Natalie would find herself more deeply included in your little universe, sending you videos of makeup looks she thinks would look good on you, or sending you posts about the new launch of a line you really like just because she's on social media and thought you might like it

She loves being your guinea pig for makeup, but I really don't think she would be a fan of high coverage, she would let you test it on her anyway if it was something you like or are curious about trying to replicate, but she would end up getting all agonized over all the makeup heavy textures on her face

She would 100% be the kind of girlfriend who goes out to buy you lipstick as a favor and comes back with a bag full of products that at one point she doesn't even know what they are for anymore, but the saleswoman said they were good so she believes because if she works there then she knows what she is saying; Plus she thinks you'll like it

She is totally weak for kisses with lipstick or gloss, she loves the feeling of intimacy of it, she loves the texture of your lips against hers, the smell and taste; this beautiful girl would be weak in the knees and jelly, full of butterflies in her stomach because everything is so sweet, so delicious and suddenly she feels all warm and fuzzy and these vibrations seem to travel exactly to that sensitive spot between her legs.. .all you know is that this girl ends up with her face between YOUR legs and she is such a sloppy pussy eater, practically drowning in the taste of your juices mixed with the lingering sweetness of your lip gloss on her lips

She would also love to see your beautiful makeup smeared while she fucks you;) it's the hottest thing in the world for her, her lipstick smeared from all the kisses, mascara running with fat tears from overstimulation because she's fucking you so well with her strap on and for so long your legs are weak and you no longer know how many times you came

Hello esteemed mutual. If you are reading this, then that means my propaganda is working. But you might still have questions, so I am here to answer them.

What is Next to Normal?

Next to Normal is a rock musical from Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt. It that follows a typical "perfect loving family, so adoring" in the suburbs, namely the Goodman family. It's as nuclear family as you can get: father, mother, son, daughter. But the mother, Diana, struggles with bipolar disorder and makes some drastic choices in her treatment that impacts the family. The father, Dan, tries to act as if nothing is wrong, and the children's relationship with each other has always been complex because of the family drama. The daughter, Natalie, especially has a hard time coping with it and finds distraction when she meets Henry at school.

After a huge relapse, Diana is advised to seek treatment from Dr. Madden, but he too advises a severe procedure. Diana needs to think on whether she wants this or not, while keeping her family in mind.

What productions do you like?

Next to Normal premiered on Broadway in 2009, and that is the production I love and know the best. It stars Alice Ripley as the mother, J. Robert Spencer as the father, Aaron Tveit as the son, Jennifer Damiano as the daughter, Adam Chanler-Baret as Henry and Louis Hobson as Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden. I have also seen *cough* slime tutorials with Kyle Dean Massey as the son and Brian d'Arcy James as the father. It had an off-Broadway run prior to that, which I have also seen things of. Off-Broadway has actually one of my favourite songs, but alas, that got cut and it hasn't been brought back for any other production (or at least, not that I know of).

I was also looking very respectfully at the production at the Kennedy Center from 2020, which stars Rachel Bay Jones as the mother (wow!), Victor Dixon as the father (damn!), Khamary Rose as the son (I do not know him!), Maia Reficco as the daughter (holy shit!), Ben Levi Ross as Henry (great!) and Michael Park as Dr. Madden/Dr. Fine (yay!). What a cast! Unfortunately, as usual, theatre is incredibly unaccessible, so apart from promotional material I haven't seen anything of it.

Next to Normal got a resurgence in 2023 when it went to London. It was a huge hit off-West End, so of course it transferred to the West End in 2024. Fun fact, it was between runs when I visited London. I am still bitter about it. I've heard really, REALLY great things about this production and many call it a complete re-imagining of the work while also remaining faithful. That's a tough line to walk and they did it. People specifically like how they re-characterised the son, without changing a word, and how that also changes the complex dynamic between the children. It stars Caissie Levy as the mother (wow!), Jamie Parker as the father, Jack Wolfe as the son (who's frequently named the best in this role, sorry Aaron), Eleanor Worthington Cox as the daughter, Jack Ofrecio as Henry and Trevor Dion Nicholas as Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden. Gosh I am so bitter I didn't get to see this live! AAAAAAAH!

Is there a trailer?

Do the songs slap?

Yes, they DO! The OBC got a remaster or something last year to celebrate its 15th anniversary. As I mentioned, it's more of a rock sound, although there are some nice slower songs in it too. And also, I'm Alive is absolutely phenomenal. I'm sorry, but there's no West End cast recording.

Is there a proshot?

Of course not!

Unless...

The West End run has been professionally filmed, so a proshot is a possibility for the future. But there's no word on that yet, and who knows? Proshots, man. Everyone wants them, but they're hell to make and even more hell-ish to release, apparently.

But for now, it's tootin and bootin time. There's actually a really great video, made by a fan, that splices multiple bootlegs of the Broadway run into one video. So there are multiple camera angles and what not. It's really well-done.

Are there content warnings?

Buckle up, dudes (gender neutral)! This show is... A Lot. The central theme of this show is mental health, so you know it's gonna be a serious one. I highly advise anyone to go in without any spoilers, so don't look anything up or read YouTube comments or GOD forbid scroll through the Tumblr tag.

But just to be safe... Let's delve into this. Again, mental illness. Diana deals with a severe form of depression at one point, feeling nothing and feeling like she's not real. Grief also plays a big role during this entire show. This family is also extremely dysfunctional, so expect a lot of that dysfunction. There's also warnings for drug abuse, suicidal idealisation and a suicide attempt. The show also delves a bit into the ethics of psychiatry. Where does medical power overtake patients' rights?

Hi! I'm a Black woman from America, so I can speak about the representation in The Lion King.

The first thing to consider is the movie's pre-production, it was called King of the Kalahari. As the name suggests, it was set in Botswana. A team of animators visited Hell's Gate National Park, Kenya in October 1991 to better visualize the movie's environment. So, the film's setting shifted from South Africa to East Africa.

Lebo M. was performing Sarafina! when Hans Zimmer contacted him about the Lion King in 1992. Lebo M. goes on to fundamentally change the project and the characters.

But not the setting.

So it feels like a community of South African immigrants living in Tanzania. The characters speak Kiswahili (implied) and most of their names are Kiswahili. But they have little ties to any East African culture otherwise.

The musical tightens the focus; now most of the cast is Maasai. Indigenous African languages are still used; Nala sings the last bit of Shadowland in Zulu. (One could interpret that as Nala falling back to her native tongue.)

Also, Rafiki chants South African prayers throughout the play. (Rafiki's original Broadway actress was specific about portraying her as a South African medicine woman.) Important to note, the musical isn't available for everyone (tickets are so expensive now) (although one could look up a slime tutorial if so inclined).

As for why everyone assumes most of the cast is white despite the strong Black coding, well white is the default, sad to say. I've seen enough muscular, redhead Simbas with long straight (ugh) flowing hair to last me a lifetime. Don't get started on the Nalas (or Natalies rather...) that I had the misfortune of looking at. There are some good humanizations, but there are few and far in between. Majority of the fandom thinks the lions represent European monarchy (hence the weird obsession with bloodlines and incest) so that's another reason why white humanizations are favored.

Considering the musical and remake had a mostly Black cast and the colors of the Pan African flag showed up during one of the performances at the Hollywood Bowl, the math is supposed to mathin' but it's not.

The casuals and fandom alike also deliberately ignores the Night Pride's Indian coding, Timon and Pumbaa's queer-coding, Timon's Jewish coding. Fandom is...not fun if you're not white and cishet.

But I am one perspective of many and I am not of direct Tanzanian or South African descent (I don't know what part of Africa my ancestors was abducted from).

(Side note, I'm largely indifferent to the remake save for one part that makes my blood boil. They changed Timon and Pumbaa's dialogue around when they initially met Simba. But now they are talking about him like he's a dog...if I say Rogen and Eichner as Timon and Pumbaa are the worst parts of the franchise as a whole...)

Sure, I don’t have all the supplies so it might take a while but I could definitely post some crafts! I’ve listed below some of my ideas and there’s a poll at the end where you can vote for what you’d want to see the most. I’ve more or less listed them in the order of the cheapest craft to the most expensive but this could vary depending on what you already have.

Yellowjackets Craft ideas:

• Paper Crafts

I could make some pdfs (or some other kind of file) and a tutorial on how to made some of the paper props in the show. I’d be recreating the props so basically you’d just be printing and cutting stuff out more or less. Some example would be the postcard, Nat and Travis’s Polaroid, and some other things here and there.

• Journal Pages

I have two of the journals seen in the show so I thought I could show how to recreate the journal pages. I was specifically thinking about Jackie’s journal but I could probably do the pages in Shauna’s brown journal as well.

• “Kevyn’s Mixtape For Nat”

I could show how to make a blank Maxwell cassette tape look like the mixtape Kevyn made for Nat.

• Fake Mushrooms

I have Misty’s binder so I was thinking about making fake mushrooms out of clay to put in a divider to recreate how it looks in the Doomcoming episode. Otherwise they could be used as decoration or something like that. Adding onto this I could otherwise show how to recreate the inside of Misty’s binder.

• Natalie’s deer pelt vest

The one in the show was made with a fake deer rug so I could do a tutorial on how to age a similar rug and recreate the vest.

• Doomcoming crowns

I would probably make Shauna’s or Nat’s as I have those dresses but If I can make others with the supplies I would.

• Lottie’s Doomcoming Dress

As I haven’t been able to find the dress seen in the show and I have a decent amount of sewing experience, I figured I could probably recreate the dress and make a tutorial for it.

• Recreating the Wool Coat

Through investigation I’ve determined that the Wool Coat seen in the show was made custom by the costume department and so I’m interested in trying to make one myself.

The one thing about this coat is that it’s a lot of money for me to drop to get the supplies and fabric so it would take me a while to save up for it (and post about it).

After all, who doesn't love a good bad guy, especially when they come in pairs?

Process/Tutorial Under the Fold.

This is, of course, a part of my TyrannoMax unreality project, with most of these video clips coming from vidu, taking advantage of their multi-entity consistency feature (more on that later). This is going to be part of a larger villain showcase video, but this section is going to be its own youtube short, so its an video on its own.

The animation here is intentionally less smooth than the original, as I'm going for a 1980s animated series look, and even in the well-animated episodes you were typically getting 12 FPS (animating 'on twos'), with 8 (on threes) being way more common. As I get access to better animation software to rework these (currently just fuddling along with PS) I'm going to start using this to my advantage by selectively dropping blurry intermediate frames.

I went with 12 since most of these clips are, in the meta-lore, from the opening couple of episodes and the opening credits, where most of the money for a series went back in the day.

Underfang's transformation sequence was my testing for several of my techniques for making larger TyrannoMax videos. Among those was selectively dropping some of the warped frames as I mentioned above, though for a few shots I had to wind up re-painting sections.

Multi-entity consistency can keep difficult dinosaur characters stable on their own, but it wasn't up to the task of keeping the time-temple accurate enough for my use, as you can see here with the all-t-rex- and-some-moving-statues, verses the multi-species effort I had planned:

The answer was simple, chroma-key.

Most of the Underfang transformation shots were done this way. The foot-stomp was too good to leave just because he sprouted some extra toes, so that was worth repainting a few frames of in post.

Vidu kind of over-did the texturing on a few shots (and magenta was a poor choice of key-color) so I had to go in and manually purple-ize the background frame by frame for the spin-shot.

This is on top of the normal cropping, scaling, color-correcting, etc that goes into any editing job of this type.

It's like I say: nearly all AI you see is edited, most of it curated, even the stuff that's awful and obvious (never forget: enragement is engagement)

Multi-Entity Consistency:

Vidu's big advantage is reference-to-video. For those who have been following the blog for awhile, R2V is sort of like Midjourney's --cref character reference feature. A lot of video AIs have start-end frame functionality, but being able to give the robot a model sheet and effectively have it run with it is a darn nice feature for narrative.

Unlike the current version of Midjourney's --cref feature, however, you can reference multiple concepts with multiple images.

It is super-helpful when you need to get multiple characters to interact, because without it, they tend to blend into each other conceptually.

I also use it to add locations, mainly to keep them looking appropriately background-painting rather than a 3d background or something that looks like a modded photo like a lot of modern animation does.

The potential here for using this tech as a force multiplier for small animation projects really shines through, and I really hope I'm just one of several attempting to use it for that purpose.

Music:

The song is "The Boys Have a Second Lead Pipe", one of my Suno creations. I was thinking of using Dinowave (Let's Dance To) but I'm saving that for a music video of live-action dinosovians.

Prompting:

You can tell by the screenshot above that my prompts have gotten... robust. Vidu's prompting system seems to understand things better when given tighter reigns (some AIs have the opposite effect), and takes information with time-codes semi-regularly, so my prompts are now more like:

DIY Paper Coral Charm Peony

When West Elm Seattle asked me to design a paper flower workshop for February 13th — the day before Valentine’s Day — I immediately thought of Leslie Knope’s Galentine’s Day celebrations on Parks and Recreation. I loved the idea of creating a fun event to celebrate female friendship, and no flower seemed like a more fitting mascot for Galentine’s Day than the coral charm peony. It’s big, bold, bright, and stylish. It’s everything that sad grocery store roses are not.

I brought candy, gals brought pals, and we had a blast.

In the interest of keeping the Galentine’s Day spirit alive year-round, I offer this tutorial. Order up some crepe paper from the wonderful Castle In the Air, invite some gals (and guys!) over, and whip up some peonies. (If you’d like to send one to a friend, but are more a paper flower admirer than a paper flower maker, I also have some finished flowers available in my shop.)

A Note about the paper:

This peony is made up of layers of different weights and colors of crepe paper. The heavy crepe gives it most of its structure, while the fine and doublette crepe help it to look more delicate. If you’d like to try different weights and colors of crepe, don’t worry about layering them in exactly the same order. But some combination of heavier and lighter crepe will help to recreate the structure and texture of these. With the exception of the moss green from Papermart, I’ve used the color names from Castle in the Air to make ordering easier.

You will need:

-Fine crepe (30-60 gram) in corals and reds for the petals, and orange or yellow for the stamens. I’ve used “Raspberry,” “Red,” and “Orange” from Castle in the Air.

-Heavy crepe (160 or 180 gram) in corals, reds, and pinks. I’ve used: “Peachy Pink,” “Candy Apple,” “Pink Pansy,” and “Burgundy” from Castle in the Air, and “Moss Green” from Papermart.

-Doublette crepe in “Light/Dark Salmon”

-Aleene’s original tacky glue

-Stem wire (18 gauge, cloth covered)

-Template (download here)

A note about grain:

The grain of the crepe paper runs parallel to the roll or fold. Crepe paper stretches horizontally, but not vertically, so you will almost always cut petals with the grain, placing the template so that the tiny wrinkles in the paper run up and down the template, not across.

Creating the center:

Use template 1 to cut a small rectangle from the red fine crepe. Use your scissors to round the upper corners so they aren’t too sharp. Gently stretch the top edge of the rectangle. Dot a very small amount of glue on the lower two thirds of the rectangle, wrap it loosely around the stem wire so that the top third extends beyond the tip of the wire, and then scrunch the lower two thirds closely to the wire.

Cut a ¼” strip 10” long across the grain of your green crepe. I’ve used “Moss Green” from Paper Mart, but any medium green would be fine. Dab small dots of glue down the strip and attach it to the top of the wire, on top of the coral rectangle. You’ll wrap this piece around the wire to create an elongated ovoid shape. To achieve this, you’ll need to wrap the strip up and down the top inch of the wire, making sure that more of the layers end up in the middle.

Start wrapping from the top, holding the strip at a 45-degree angle to the wire. When you’ve covered about an inch and a half of the tip of the wire, start wrapping back toward the tip of the wire, again holding the strip at a 45-degree angle to the wire. When you reach the midpoint of the section of the wire you wrapped on the way down, hold the strip at a 90-degree angle and wrap the middle several times, creating a kind of doughnut around the mid point. Once you’ve got a nice, thick middle, continue wrapping toward the tip of the wire. Make one more pass up and down the pod to create a fairly smooth covering for your pod. This time, you don’t need to stop to thicken the middle. Snip any extra strip. Spread out the pod frill so that it’s not too compressed.

Repeat to create 2 more seedpods.

Cut a ¼” x 10” strip across the grain of the green crepe and dot with glue. Hold the three stems together using the strip to wrap them tightly from just below the pods to about three inches down the wire.

Stamens:

Using template 2, cut a rectangle from orange or yellow fine crepe. The short sides of the rectangle should run parallel to the grain of the paper, while the long side of the rectangle will go across the grain. Fold your orange rectangle in half horizontally, so that the two long ends line up. Unfold. This crease in your unfolded rectangle marks how far down to cut the fringe.

Now you’ll fold the rectangle in the opposite direction twice to create four layers, so that it takes fewer cuts to make the fringe. Fold it vertically so that the two shorter ends line up. Fold in half again, so that the two short ends line up with second fold. Your grain lines should be parallel to the folds.

Make a series of parallel cuts (about 1/8th inch apart) across the top edge of the rectangle to create a fringe. The cuts should stop at the crease you made when you first folded and unfolded your rectangle (this line is also marked on the template). Working in sections, gently twist the fringe in one direction, untwist and gently straighten with your fingers. Its fine if a few of the stamens fall off in the process.

Unfold the rectangle, and dot glue along the bottom edge beneath your fringe cuts. Wrap the fringe loosely around the stem twice so that the bottom of your cuts is just below the seedpods. Snip off any excess. Scrunch to adhere the paper tightly around the stem.

Cutting the petals:

The peony is made up of five rows or rounds of petals that radiate out from the center. The petals in each row are a different color and shape. The first and last rows are heavy crepe, which will stretch out much more than the lighter weights, so these templates are narrower.

For each row, I’ve listed which template to use, which paper to use, and how many you’ll need to cut to complete the row. Then, once you’ve made it all the way around, you’ll move to the instructions for the next row.

If you choose different paper for a variation of this peony, just be sure to match the heavy crepe templates with the heavy crepe.

Optional: I’ve found that substituting a bright bluish pink petal in heavy crepe (such as “Pink Pansy”) adds a nice highlight amongst all the coral. I use template 5 and make two of these pink petals. I like to insert one in rows 2 and 3, fairly close to each other. You’ll still want the same total number of petals for that row, so you’ll be substituting a petal, rather than adding an extra.

Shaping the petals:

To create the cupped shape of the peony petals, hold the center of the upper third of the petal with two hands, between your thumbs and sides of your index fingers. The goal is to stretch the inner part of the petal, while leaving the rounded outer edge unstretched to create a little bowl. For the petals that are lobed, or heart-shaped, cup each lobe and then the area under the lobes. The fine crepe will only cup slightly, while the heavy crepe will give you the nice, dramatic cups that give the flower its structure.

Attaching the petals:

Dot glue along the bottom of the petal and apply just below the seedpod.

You’ll be able to feel the ridge where the pods end and the wire begins. Always push up into that ridge when you’re applying petals; this will counteract the tendency for the petals to gradually drift down the wire, creating a cone shape. Apply the petals evenly in rounds around the center. The precise degree of overlap is less important than having them evenly distributed around the flower.

The calyx:

Use template 7 to cut three shorter calyx pieces and template 8 to cut three longer calyx pieces from the “Burgundy” heavy crepe. Apply the shorter pieces evenly around the base of your peony, just as you did the petals. Apply the longer pieces so that they fall between the shorter pieces.

Wrapping the stem:

Cut a “Burgundy” ¼” x 12” strip across the grain and dot glue up and down the strip. Wrap the stems, covering the bottoms of the calyx, just underneath where the seedpods meet the wire, and then all the way to the bottom of the stems. This may require a few strips.

Finishing touches:

Curl back the long pieces of the calyx by scraping them between your thumb and the blade of your scissors, as though you were curling ribbon. Gently spread out any seed pod frills that have been compressed, and arrange the fringe so that it’s all standing up and evenly spaced. Straighten any petals that have been mussed, and use your thumbs to reshape any petals whose cups have been collapsed.

If you’d like a looser peony, stick your fingers between the first two layers down to where the petals meets the seedpods and gently spread, working your way all the way around the flower. Repeat for each layer.

One day I decided that I want to know how to do a handstand. Just a fun random athletic skill. I started watching youtube tutorials, practicing. But still was scared and didn't really had a plan or knowledge about technics.

Until one day I found Natalie's channel. She has a 30 days course about handstand. And it was perfect! This is exactly for people, who barely do sports. Natalie is so gentle, she explains everything, shows easy exercises and her videos are perfect duration to not to drop it on the half.

So, I did the course. And... I made it! I can do a handstand now! Yes, only with a wall, but still, not everyone can say they can do even that. It's so much fun C:

Estella is wanting to get a career in music, wanting to perform her own songs and covers of her favorite songs. She didn’t really like the outfits that were chosen her for small shows so she started designing and creating her own. She learned sewing from online tutorials on the internet and began crafting. Her main style is mostly alternative clothing styles like emo, goth, and scene but each piece is comfortable enough to perform.

She previously attended Black Pearl College and was a member of the Curstana dorm. It was from her dormate/friend Natalie that she learned how to use her magic to add some unique details to her pieces and even change small details during shows. She even crafted clothes for her friends at BPC since they would always show up at her shows to support her. It was at a small show at the beach that she was noticed by Lilith Crewel.

Though music holds a special place in Estella’s heart, fashion managed to worm its way into her heart as well. After her performance she was approached by Lilith backstage. The older woman told her that she’s gathering witches with interest in fashion and offers her a part time job at her fashion company. Estella was hesitant to accept the offer but Lilith told her to think about it, leaving behind a card with her phone number on it. After some time she took the offer. She was then transferred to Night Raven College where Divus Crewel worked.

Black Mesa Rules

My gameplay style is loosey goosey when it comes to wants and heavy on the storytelling! I try to keep the mood cheats to a minimum. I use mods like more caffeine in order achieve the similar outcomes.

Life Stages

The lifespan I use for my sims game is 1 day = 1 year. I used Pleasantsims tutorial when setting up my game so it is identical to what's in that video xD Including respecting the elders.

Life slows down in the university hoods. 2 days is equal to 1 year. Sims who have to spend longer in university or get expelled will be adjusted accordingly

Rotations and aging

rotations

Rotations in my game are 4 days. I use the time manager by SimNopke to adjust seasons, times, days etc. (thanks Bobo for updating my game lol!!) I also have shorter seasons. (see future mod list post)

Rotation begins with university, which is 2 semesters (4 days) with cjon semester changes.

Sims that graduate throughout the round will be put with their families the day that aligns. If Natalie graduates on day 3 of the rotation she will move into her 20’s living arrangement with 2 days left in her rotation.

Sims that graduate at the end of a rotation will remain “graduated YA”s until the beginning of the next rotation when they will move back home before we start university. If they are moving into a new home they need to play the rest of their rotation only. If a sim is expelled their age will be paused until they are 21. If they graduate older than 21, I will adjust their days left reading.

aging and traits

My sims get traits throughout their lives. The default setting for the trait randomizer is 2, 3, 4, 5 at toddler, child, teen, adult. I keep it yhe same except my sims will eventually end up with 8 traits by the time they are 64 following: 5-21, 6-30 7-45 8-63

I will give sims traits early depending on the storyline and develop of the sim.

Phase one occurs when the sim becomes a teen. I assign this using the classic maxis match townie method by zodiac signs. I just specify pleasure and romance.

popularity: Leo, Aires

romance: Taurus

Phase two

Sims are assigned their aspiration using the primary and secondary calculator in bobobrain's discord! This occurs when they are prompted in the game Jr year of uni.

Phase Three?

The first generation of this town were given aspirations when I made them in CAS and I didn’t run their numbers. So, for those going to the retirement home they will get their true aspiration once they move in. This will be true for any adult, elder townies added into town or expelled sims.

I use 18 hour pregnancy. I added this to my game during rotation 5.

Babies are named with the letter assigned to their generation. I have a forum in my discord for name suggestions for both save files.

Just Toddler Things

Toddlers are taught every life skill regardless of wants. Birthday parties are not always thrown. Birthday sims typically get a makeover and at least one birthday gift.

Just Children Things

Private school is a popular want in Black Mesa. If sims get in they may get a scholarship. If their family funds are until 10k the family will get 2k per child admitted to pay for their hacked computer.

Sims will then be assigned study skills through the hacked computer which causes them to study for 2 hours on the computer at random times. This way there is a perk to being in Private School.

Just Teen Things

Currently I am reassigning LTWs if its from the base game. I have new 50 ltw mod by Lamare. Before I go make custom variables in my game, I want to see what I’m able to accomplish with my usual gameplay style.

Teens wont get jobs unless a want related to it is rolled; “earn money” counts for examplex Teens will apply for Foxtrot Academy after 1pm with 1 day left in the lifestage.

Generations A-C are going to college sooner just because 18 hr pregnancy was needed to accomplish to system I wanted to create.

Currently there are 2 dorms for sims to move into freshman year, Dali hall (arts and crafts focused) and Greer Hall (fitness focused.) I decide where incoming freshman go depending on their storyline or relationships.

There is one sorority, Alpha Gamma.

I decide how far students can go depending on certain wants or fears that are rolled. In the grade pannel there are 3 levels as underclassmen and 2 levels as upperclassman.
