And I mean NO ONE, in the bloodshed tower is a good person. Only people trying to survive inside the tower (except for Pizzahead, screw u pizzhed)

PEPPINO is trapped, yes. He just want to leave, yes. But He still GOING to kill all the bosses in the tower out of rage, which I will say. I understand since they practically tormented him (even if one of them didn't want to *cough cough* vigilante *cough*) and He also EAT (yes eat) noise and Noisette

Pepperman he's desperate, he's Pathetic, and he's A workaholic. But He also tried killing peppino for no absolute reason, he's not being told to. IN FACT he's the only one with resemblance of free will. His ego made him do it, He think He can make Peppino perfect and also everything else. And He find twisted glee on doing that

The noise. OH THE NOISE (I hate this guy if you couldn't tell) for the start. he's pyromaniac and find joy on making people live miserable, don't get me wrong he's in a terrible state of mind but He inflected it to others and after experiment He took it to the NEXT LEVEL, specially with peppino. The only reason He doesn't kill anyone (Yet) is because of noisette

noisette she's probably the MOST sane person here, but she's still a bit insane due to hunger (There's barely any food in the tower and all the enemies is a gross decaying monsters) oh! Did I mentioned she tried cooking peppino? Yeah. That man never catch a break

The vigilante look he's the most uuhhhhh... Pathetic? Idk the right word, but even when He cannot control his body He still is loyal to Pizzahead even if He know the truth, why? I dunno story not finished Yet. Blackmail I guess

Fake peppino he's a lil freak. We love him, we adore him. But MAN, he's a ruthless, cold blooded killer who'll do anything for Pizzahead without a second thought or any thought at all. He also uhh hate peppino all that I-am-the-real-peppinok kind of agenda

Pizzahead no doubt the WORST person in the tower. And the reason everything went wrong? And why? FOR A STUPID EXPERIMENT AKDKWPJDODJDJSK Sigh. I lost motivation halfway writing this but yeah

I'm gonna post my PeppiGusDoise headcanons and none of you can stop me NOT A SINGLE ONE OF YOU

Let's start with them becoming a polycule. I like to think Gus and Pep were already dating, and Gus was friends with Doise for a while, comforting him and helping him through his depression and all that, when Doise starts to develop feelings for Gus. A little more time passes and Gus also feels something but he doesn't wanna say anything, and Doise doesn't either cause he knows Gus is dating Pep and like. He knows how scary and powerful Pep can get when he's angry. And Gus doesn't wanna make Pep feel like he isn't enough or anything, like of course he still loves him but he also wants to see if it could work out with Doise as well.

Anyway, Gus eventually talks to Pep but Pep is sceptical at first, so they settle on a meeting where everyone can hang out and get to know each other better. And Doise is on his best behavior cause Peppino reminds him too much of Peddito at first but he quickly realizes he's way less uh.. murdery.

So then at their date, everything goes well, and eventually they sit on a park bench or something together. Pep and Gus are close to each other and holding hands, while Doise is next to Gus but not as close. He doesn't wanna make a move of course. And there's like a moment where Gus squeezes Peppino's hand and like asks if he'd be okay with Gus also holding Doise's hand, and Pep thinks for a bit, looks at Doise (who is looking off to the side), then back at Gustavo, and finally agrees. And Gus slowly takes Doise's hand in his and like intertwines their fingers and Doise looks back at the two and sees Peppino just nodding approvingly and he gets so happy and starts smiling so wide and then scoots near to Gus and 7fbwkidjfjejja i am not normal about them

Normally Doise acts like a smug and cocky bastard when he's in a group setting or around people he doesn't know, doesn't need to impress, or doesn't care about. But when alone he isn't hiding himself or his depression at all, i mean he doesn't need to after all. BUT when he's around loved ones he slowly starts to become more mellow and soft.

After getting together with Gus, Doise realizes how much he misses physical affection. He's always up for cuddles or kisses, and he doesn't care what he gets, he'll love and cherish it the same way. Like, a big cuddle pile? Hell yes. Holding hands with Peppino? Hell yes. Getting a kiss on the cheek from Gustavo? Hell yes. Boop him on the nose and he gets all giggly.

Him and Peppino are both touch starved as hell, but in a little different way. While Peppino is uncomfortable with physical affection, at least from people he isn't close to, Doise could cuddle all day long. Peppino has to get used to Doise before he's as comfortable with him as he is with Gustavo.

Oh btw, Peppino and Doise start out as kinda sorta friends who happen to share a boyfriend, then they become QPPs until Doise starts developing feelings for him too. It's gonna take a while for Peppino to have feelings too but eventually he'll get there. For the time being, they are something like cuddle buddies.

Doise can be extremely annoying about wanting affection, especially with Gustavo cause he will give him some more often than not. He knows that Peppino isn't as comfortable with touch so he just asks for different kinds of affection once, and if Peppino doesn't want any, then he'll ask Gustavo. Probably multiple times.

Doise doesn't get along with Brick at first cause he reminds her of Noise. She doesn't like Noise cause he's loud and annoying, but Doise is a little different. She still doesn't actively go for cuddles with him, but she'll accept pets when he passes by.

Doise calls Gustavo either "Gavo" or "Guavo", and Peppino either "Peppo" or "Pip".

When he gets happy, Doise's whiskers curl up. Normally they droop down, but then Gus gives him a kissy on the forehead and they curl up like a cinnamon roll. He starts smiling like that one pic of spongebob where he has like the hugest and sparkliest eyes.

Speaking of eyes, the more time he spends with Pep and Gus, the more often Doise's eyes get like bigger (cause of the pupils expanding when looking at something you love), and when Peppino notices them, help him. He doesn't like to admit it, but he actually really likes his eyes. He thinks they make him look kinda cute.

And cause i said I'd explain it. Peppino and Doise are both very depressed, but it also shows in a different way. Peppino thinks more that he's a burden to everyone, that he's good for nothing, that his beloved Nonna would never be proud of him, and he constantly asks himself why Gustavo puts up with him. Doise on the other hand, he's all alone. He doesn't have friends or family, he blames himself for Peddito's death (they used to be best friends), and he thinks he has nothing to live for anymore, until meeting Gustavo. But there's still this fear that Gus (and later Pep) will eventually leave him and he'll be alone all over again. He thinks he deserves to die after what he'd done to Peddito and that he's a coward for not ending everything sooner.

Okay no I'm not ending this on a depressing note. Imagine Noise going into Doise's fight arena but there's no one there and he only hears giggling so he looks around, and then he sees Doise and Gustavo cuddling and kissing off to the side and he gets so disturbed he just. Stands there for a minute unable to move. He's like "wtf am i looking at".

Also imagine Noise being even more confused when he sees Peppino and Doise cuddling or something. Does he get jealous? Or is he mad that Peppino doesn't pay as much attention to him anymore? Why does his bootleg get more attention than him???

Peppino: Uh oh... Someone's trying to rob that guy over there! He runs over in Mach 3 and body slams the robber! The guy tries to thank him and reward him with cash, but Peppino turns it down. Doing a good deed is all he needs in payment. He goes home with a smug smirk on his face. Is that robber gonna be ok? Probably not. Oh well! So shines a good deed in a weary world.

Gustavo: Oh no! Someone's robbing the convenience store! Let's go, Brick! They bust through the door and chase the robbers out! It's hard not to run from a giant rat! The owner is thankful. They did break the door, though... He offers to pay, but the owner of the store is simply grateful that he no longer has a gun to his head. Okay, then! He oats Brick on the head. "Well done, buddy! Now let's go home and watch a movie. Maybe we can stop somewhere and get you a treat!"

Mr. Stick: Two people are fist fighting! He runs over and blends into the crowd. He's got 50 bucks on that guy! Who's in the bet? He ends up losing the bet. Wait... The guy who won, is that... The Noise?! Hey, wait, no, don't leave! Mr. Stick has a bone to pick with you!

Pepperman: Someone is vandalizing that wall with graffiti! Here comes Pepperman to save the day! Ok, so what you want to do is use less of the red and more of the blue, it gives it a more realistic touch. You're doing great! Okay, now try using some of the purple next to the blue. [sirens] SHIT, IT'S THE COPS! RUN!!!

The Vigilante: A gang of ne'erdowells is robbing the Pig City Bank! Thankfully, The Vigilante is here to save the day! He kicks open the doors, which takes out the watchmen. His gun clicks as he points at the thieves. There's three of them but only one of him. He pulls the trigger and slams the hammer back so he can fire again and again. All three criminals are taken down! Hooray for The Vigilante!!! The Pig City Police arrive to take the criminals to jail.

The Noise: He's in a fight with someone. They're probably fighting over something stupid. His nose is bleeding, but the other guy is black and blue all over. One more punch to the jaw, and the other dude is knocked out! The crowd around them cheers. Noise! Noise! Noise! He runs out of there before the cops arrive! The other guy can't seem to remember what happened, and The Noise never gets caught.

Noisette: Oh gosh! Someone's assaulting that poor old lady! Noisette runs over in a panic, flailing her arms. "HELP! HELP! THERE'S A BOMB STRAPPED TO MY CHEST (sobs) OH MY GOD, SOMEONE HELP!" The robber scatters off, but so does the old lady. However, the robber was unsuccessful. She wipes off her shoulders. She learned that trick from The Noise. It works every time!

Fake Peppino: A gang of bad shrimp try to break into Bruno's despite the signs on the door. He hears the boards being broken... Intruders! He walks over in his usual form to see the gang, and they laugh at him. "What're you gonna do, weirdo?" They brandish their knives. Suddenly, Fakey warps into a giant, horrific deity. He wails demonically and charges at them. They run out screaming, but Fakey manages to grab one. He throws him in his mouth and chews him up. Mm, yummy! Wait, come back, you guys are tasty!

Pizzaface: A gang of bad pigs try to break into the fourth floor. Not on his watch! He slams face down and squashes them like flies. Well, that was easy. "Hey, Faker! I've got some ham for ya!"

Pizzahead: Someone broke into Pizzaboy's PizzPizza, and they're avoiding all the alarms, so the bots aren't engaged. They're trying to loot the place. Hell no! He rushes down there and sneaks up on the guy. He gets behind them and stabs their neck repeatedly with a Pizzaboy Official Merch Knife! Available today at your local Pizzamart! (Not suitable for children under 3.) Another body to feed to the garbage disposal- er, I mean, Fakey.

Pillar John: Someone broke into the tower. Hmmm... If he can knock himself over, he can activate Pizza Time, which will alarm Pizzaface. How would he do that, though? Maybe if he, URG! Twists and, EGH, wiggles enough he can- (THUD!) IT'S PIZZA TIME! Whoo, that was tough, but he did the right thing.

Gerome: Several times have gang members tried to rob him in The Pig City. He tries to explain to them that he's broke and doesn't necessarily get paid. They don't care. Little do they know, he has a mop, and he knows how to weaponize it! Slam! He hits one of them in the face with the wet side of the mop, and they're knocked out. "Now... Who wants some?!" The rest of the gang runs away, leaving their buddy behind.

This one was fun to write.

Hello hello! I don’t post art much on tumblr, but I thought I’d share some recent ones! I’ve been practising pixel art and I figured I might as well share :)

Starting off with Captain Goopboy! He’s very much based off of fake Peppino from pizza tower (Probably obvious)

He looks freaky but honestly he’s just a creature vibing. Can’t a goopy clone crawl on walls and eat plates and garbage in peace?

I think his lore would be that he’s a defective clone of Captain Spaceboy created by a space villain, who wants to replace Spaceboy. So he thinks he’s the real captain Spaceboy when… that’s obviously not the case XD

Next up, this doodle I did of my oc Avery but very angy. Their species (Limaxri) go on attack mode when they’re angry. Spikes pop out of their body, their teeth sharpen (more teeth even pop out of their gums) and they kinda go blind. Because blind rage.

Avery would only get that angry when pushed to their limit, I head canon that Captain Spaceboy calms them down and flattens their spikes for them. Sigh… I love Spacebunny so much RAH. He’d be a little freaked out at first, but he’d swallow his fears to help Avery out.

Spaceboyfriend would low-key find it kinda??? He’s a weirdo don’t mind him lmao

And lastly, the real world version of Avery! I was kinda practising shading with this one so it’s not the best XD also I guess it could technically be their sv au version since they’re the same. (Though sv Avery is 35 since Sv Spaceboy is 35 too and they’re always gonna be the same age. Avery looks younger here so I suppose it’s a non sv version. The sv au slaps btw check it out when you can!!)

Anyways they’re just laying in grass below a tree vibing hehe :3

And that’s the art for today. I’ll be doing more in the future! Which reminds me I should probably lore dump about Spacebunny when I can lol. Avery is my oc that I ship with captain Spaceboy! They’re very silly together :3

It's Pizza Time Or Something I Don't Know I Just Think This Game Is Neat

SO PIZZA TOWER

so i was gifted this game on steam before noise update happened. why am i just now getting around to it? uh.. bad compute.......

Pizza Tower needs no introduction so i'm not gonna introduce it. fuck you. all you need to know is you play as a fat anxious balding middle aged pizza man named Peppino Spaghetti or a slightly less fat smaller 30-smth gremlin named Theodore Noise (or The Noise if you're SOOOOO smart...)

THE STORY:

pizza gonna blow up u house. make it not.

GAMEPLAY:

I near instantly understood the gameplay going in, and was able to understand the basics before entering the tutorial. Peppino controls really well! the only controls you really have are:

Run. you run. wow. riveting. IS WHAT I WOULD SAY IF THESE CREATURES DIDNT RUN AT THE SPEED OF A BULLET TRAIN. You zip and zoom almost everywhere it's kinda mesmerizing to see someone get every precise movement correct while going as fast as possible.

jump. you jump. wow.

grab dash! a thing! Peppino/Noise dash forward and grab almost anything in their path and can then throw it! this includes enemies!

taunt! if you time it just right you can party attacks! woaw!

those are basically the 4 buttons you have to work with but the move set is much bigger and depends on who you're playing as. i'm not going to explain it all. go play the game for yourself it's like 5 bucks or smth

controls are amazing and responsive, though. but good controls don't matter without

LEVELS!!!

hehe see what i did there? huh?? please laugh.....

each level has its own gimmick except john gutter, though you could argue has the gimmick the first pizza time. none of the levels are bad, except Oh, Shit because that one is just too long and boring. and Blood Sauce Dungeon as Noise. fuck you Noise.

BOSSES!

okay so normally Peppino has infinite health. not that it matters because if you hurt him too much you go to hell. however in boss fight, peppino has 6 hit points that can only be regained by picking up chef hats. for the noise he can also do this by picking up his stupid face but the noise is a little fucker so he doesn't matter right now. these bosses all have special attacks and gimmicks! Pepperman is a narcissist, Vigilante fights at sunset, the noise is random, Fake peppino is not peppino, pizza face is a bitch. fairly easy to remember!

Warning. This is kinda long-

This makes me wonder if there is a core memory that would take ages for peppino just to remember at least one heart breaking and impactful moment he had including Naya caretta and Theo (there would probably be happy memories to but er ya know)

For tragic ones: Like for peppino to remember a bit of noise as a kid he would probably remember the second before he blacked out which was when he saw kid noise crying in front of him, I feel like this would be a core memory since he wanted to help noise he didn't want him to get hurt and before he blacked out and got amnesia I feel like he would try his best to at least comfort him for a second but the foggyness caught up and he was never able to help one last time, For Naya I'm thinking maybe she was in a dangerous situation where she wandered off into a little forest near the park leading her to a pack of stray dogs that crowded around her and tries attacking her but luckily peppino came in last second grabbed her and ran out the forest with her and other then this being a dangerous situation I feel like this would be the first time Peppino helped Naya out in a bad situation like that so I'm thinking like Naya was very thankful and probably said a simple like "Thank you mama Pino" and those words probably hit like a truck for peppino cuz it showed how much they care about Pino And for Caretta I feel like it be a bit similar to Nayas but different in a way, technically caretta wondered off on purpose and she was missing for like the whole day and then eventually around sunset peppino found her and lashed out a bit out her for just going without a trace and caretta just doesn't care and like peppino sits next to her and ask her what's wrong and she says "Ive been thinking of bad things happening" and like peppino starts feeling a bit bad since kids they don't rlly learn about sad stuff at an early age and he ask what are those thoughts and caretta responds with "I'm scared you won't be with us forever like one day your gonna die, today I learned what dying was and I don't want mommy or daddy to die or you" and peppino probably hesitates to respond and says "don't worry I'll be here for as long as you like" and caretta is like "But what if one day you have to go? Are you gonna say bye?" And I feel like that just hurt peppino anymore, this tiny child is thinking of worse case scenarios and I feel like if your like an older person and you hear like a little kid talking about stuff like that it it just hits different you know? Not in a good way but a painful way. After that he said he would promise to say bye and picked her up and took her back home, though that bye never happened.

Anyways I got inspired by these scenarios by: Noise car accident comic that CC made, Naya for having a pet doggo named James, and for caretta a similar experience I had with a child earlier today

DRABBLE: Deep-Dish Dueling (PART 1 OF 2)

After getting home from that one delivery Peppina continued to look at the card that she had been given; Rainbow Veil. She also looked towards a sheet she had found online and had printed; it was a timecard for all known registrations for Duel Academy- the next semester was fast approaching- she needed to apply soon, or have to wait a whole year more to apply. She hadn't saved enough money for the Tuition, nor had any luck getting any successful grants from companies like Industrial Illusions or KaibaCorp. You kind of had to be somebody to get those grants, and being a Pizza Girl did not net you those connections.

"Hey, Peppina! How's it goin'~?"

"UWAAH!"

Peppina fell back into reality (And out of her chair) when she heard her bestie and bunkmate barge into the room, dropping the card to her feet.

"Gustava! What've I told you about'a knocking!? You almost gave'a me a heart attack!"

"Oh! Sorry. I guess I got excited when my Papa and Peppino told me that you delivered to Duel Academy. What's it like!? Did you meet anybody there?"

That's when Gustava noticed the card near her feet. She knelt down to pick it up.

"Rainbow Veil? That's a pretty card! Where'd you get it?" She'd ask as she both picked up her friend and gave back the card.

"Guh... the person I'a brought the delivery to gave me that card. She saw me eyein' up'a Duel Academy and'a gave it to me as a good luck charm."

"Aww! See, I told ya if you put yourself out there, you'd find another friend!" Gustava would tease, giving Peppina a few nudges.

"Oh, jeez... come on, it's not'a like that, I don't think- we just met the one time."

"So? Are you gonna go to Duel Academy?"

"...That's what I was'a thinking about, Gustava. And honestly... I don't see it happenin'. We don't'a have a lotta money t'send either of us there; the only way I'd'a see either of us goin' is if both our papas got jobs as'a cafeteria men, and I'd'a rather it be you who goes. You'd probably get a better grade than I could."

"Now don't you go talking like that! I bet that you'd do great!"

As Peppina retired for the night, it seemed it was up to Gustava to do something about it. Getting both their dads hired, eh? Maybe, Peppina... may be.

The next few days after, everyone was getting ready for another busy day, when Peppino took a phonecall.

"Hello, this is Peppino's Pizzeria; Nothing Compares! Delivery in'a 30 minutes or less, how can I help you?

...Uh huh. Uh huh. And'a this is to where, and for when? Okie-doke, We'll'a get right on it!"

As he hung up the phone, he looked over to his co-workers and sighed.

"OK, people- we've gotta VERY big delivery to make! A dozen Extra-Large Sheet Pepperoni Pizzas."

"That's... a lot of Pizza, papa. What's the whole occasion?"

"I, uh... can't'a say." Peppino rubbed the back of his neck. It didn't feel good to lie to his daughter, especially with Gustavo and Gustava already in the know, but a little white lie until they get there's not gonna hurt her, no?

"We just gotta bring those'a twelve pies to the delivery site. And, uh... Peppina? Bring'a your Duel Disk... just in'a case there are some'a pizza thieves out there." Blatant lie.

"...My Duel Disk?"

OK, something was weird, and her father was always a terrible liar. But, everyone else seemed to be going along with it, so she guessed she had to do so as well.

"Well, alright- I'll get'a my disk and deck all set up."

The four managed to make it to their location on time, as per their usual, but what made Peppina sigh some was where they were assigned to deliver to.

The local Duel Hall.

Great... these were the Duel Academy Sign-Ups. She never put in an application, so she's gonna have to watch dozens of other students get picked up for courses.

"Miss Gustava Gordeaux and Miss Peppina Pasta, please proceed to the Dueling Ring."

"...wait, huh!?" Did... did she hear that correctly?! Was her name... CALLED?"

"Papa, what's going on?"

Meanwhile in the stands...

"Oh, No no no no no. THAT BITCH is here??" The Obelisk-Blue-coated woman huffed. "It's bad enough that she and her dad made me and my co-host look bad, On Live TV, but she has the nerve to come in on MY turf, at MY school?! No way, No how!"

The woman would storm passed the bleachers and onto the Duel Field herself, passed the other proctors.

"I, Kagune Noyze, am going to deliver this next test to that Peppy girl. I'm top of the class for a reason, y'know."

Both Peppino and Peppina would head to Peppina's stages, and upon seeing the girl there, and Peppina began to seethe.

"Oh, mama mia... not you."

"In the flesh. You may've embarrassed me and my co-host on Live TV before, but this is MY Academy! This is MY foreground, and you're not gonna get in; not if I can help it! I've already prepared for your second-rate Deck; the only thing it's better than is your slop-artist PIZZA!"

Peppina was about to roll up her sleeve and just deck Kagune then and there, but her father took her shoulder to turn her towards him.

"Peppina... I've'a taught'a you everything you know about'a your Deck. About'a how to Duel, ever since you were a little kid. I'a know you have'a the strength to take this chance the proper way. Now, go on..."

"...Go on and'a TEACH THAT CHIACCHIERONE SENZA SCRUPOLI* SOME'A MANNERS!!"

Seeing how much her father was invested, it gave Peppina the strength to proceed. She'd slip on her Duel Disk and nod.

"Heh... Don't worry, Papa- I got this."

Theo was being a little shit like usually, pushing all of Peppino's buttons. Seething with pure hatred. It never resulted in anything though. Just a few foul words thrown at each other. Today was different. As Theo was pinned against the wall with the others man hand around his throat.

Never in his life did he think that being choked would be so exciting. So exhilarating. Perhaps he could use this to his advantage. The two of them had a rather unusual relationship. One minute they'll be fighting and at each other's throats. The next they'll be having sweet passionate sex.

Today will be one of those days. It's just a matter of pushing the right buttons as opposed to the wrong ones. First, he needs to get Peppino's hand off his neck.

He lightly pushed his hand; a way to signal for him to stop. He did let go, after a few seconds, leaving Noise gasping for air. Now to put his devious little plan into action.

"You know... it's been a while since we had some fun. What do you say? I'll even be nice and let you take the lead."

Noise knew he won when he saw Peppino's face instantly redden. Sex was fun. Who was he to deny such an offer. Plus, it would be an excellent to get back at Theo. Maybe even degrade him a bit.

Peppino stared down at the dessert with hesitation. Instead of taking a bite he prodded it with a fork, frowning. He suddenly became aware of how snug his shirt was around his stomach and the tightness at his sides.   

Usually Peppino could wave off the Noise's insults, though this time he was still replaying the comments from yesterday. 

"Hey-a italian man! If you're still struggling with bills you're so fat, you could probably sell shade. With how hot it is you'd make a fortune!" Noise laughs at his own joke before shoving another garlic knot in his mouth. 

"I'm not gonna sugar coat this for you, because if I did, you'd eat it. You're fat".

"What Y/N sees in you is beyond me" Noise snapped back at Peppino as his girlfriend dragged him away. Noisette looked over her shoulder and shot Peppino an apologetic look.

Peppino shifted uncomfortably in the chair. He would tell himself that it's easy. If he hated the way he looked? Change it. He looked back down at the cake. 

Did you really want to eat that?

Of course he wanted to. It was one of his favorites, black forest cake. Earlier this week you had decided to bake and surprise Peppino with it. 

Peppino sighed and set the fork down next to the plate, nudging it away. Just as he was about to put the cake back into the fridge you stepped into the room. 

Maybe you'd want it instead, and he could pawn the dessert off on you.

"Do you want this?" He gestured to the plate that was now in the center of the table. Your eyes lit up and you smiled as you took the plate. "Thanks"! 

You plopped down on the chair and happily dug into the cake. After a second bite your eyes dart up to meet his with a questioning look. "Aren't you going to have some?" You ask through a mouthful.

He tried to not let his discomfort show on his face as he forced a smile through gritted teeth. 

"Oh, I'm not-a hungry cara".

You watch with a raised eyebrow as Peppino stood up and left the room. After a moment you hear a door click shut. 

Was he just going to get a shower and go straight to bed again? 

You stared down at the now empty plate in thought, recalling his odd behavior last night. 

In bed he had his back turned to you, which wasn't uncommon. The part that nagged at you was his reaction when you draped an arm across his stomach, like you always did. Peppino seemed to shy away from your touch and as your fingers traced circles against him, he abruptly -but gently- took your hand in his and moved it away from his body. 

Now that you thought about it, Peppino didn't eat much for dinner yesterday either. He simply ate what had been on his plate with a similar dejected expression, like today.

Water dripped onto the tile and mat as Peppino dried off, eyes averted from the mirror. Again. He grimaced as he bent over and slipped into his night pants. In his peripheral his reflection silently mimicked the action. 

He sighed. Despite his best attempt to avoid it, Peppino slowly drew his full attention to the mirror. Tired eyes stared at his thinning hair. No matter how much fumbling he did with it nothing would ever cover it. 

Reluctantly his eyes drifted lower to his gut. What did you see in him? His lips formed a thin line. 

Maybe he doesn't deserve the nice things he has. You deserved someone better. Someone skinnier. He wouldn't skip meals but he should stop eating sweets. Peppino gingerly poked at his side. He should cut down on how much he ate, too. 

Food was a sort of comfort for him, particularly when he was stressed, which felt like all the time. Between this and his medication he should've expected to get fat.

But what are you doing about it?  

You were always there for him regardless. Always telling him everything was ok. The least he could do for you is look better, more-

Peppino's thoughts were cut off as he felt arms wrap around his middle and a familiar weight press into his back. You smiled softly in return when his eyes met yours in the mirror. 

"I love you." You whisper, pulling him into a hug. 

He felt your hands wander across his body, your hands slid up to his chest before coming back down to run your hands across his abdomen. For a moment Peppino let himself enjoy your touch. Enjoy how soothing it was as your hands caressed him. Your breath tickled as you peppered kisses against the back of his neck and shoulders. 

Then he caught a glimpse in the mirror. There was that sinking feeling again. Peppino tore his gaze from yours and looked down at the counter. He wouldn't be able to cut out the excess calories, would he? He was going to break any day-

"Whatcha thinking about Pino?" You mumble as you rest your chin on his shoulder. He sighed.  

"You've been acting out of it." You press another kiss into the side of his neck and jaw, "What's wrong"?

"What do you see in me?" He blurted out, "Aren't you disgusted that I'm just-a balding fat man"?

Silence. 

You pull away from him, expression unreadable. Peppino could feel the faintest trace of tears prickling in his eyes.

Damn it why can't I just get it together.

Was this it? Did you finally realize he was just a broken and pathetic looking slob? 

You tug at his arm, urging him to follow you. As you guide Peppino to the bed, you motion for him to sit down. Listlessly he obeys, sinking down onto the comforter, watching as you sit beside him. 

"Peppino, don't ever say that about yourself again. There's nothing wrong with you having a little extra weight-"

"A little?" He retorted. "I d-"

"Peppino..." You shot him a look, the tone in your voice causing his words to catch in his throat. 

"How about, instead, we think of the positives?"

"What?" Peppino huffed, "What positives could you see in this?" he gestured to his gut and shot you an incredulous look. 

"Stop." you reply firmly, taking his hand in yours, before guiding it back to his side. You give him a quick peck on the cheek.

After a moment seemingly lost in thought, your face brightened. "Well let's see, for one, you're soft".

Peppino shot you a deadpan look. "Really, cara? I don't see how that's a positive".

"But it is." Your hands gently began stroking and caressing the rolls at his hips and sides. Peppino weakly tried to push your hands away but you simply shushed his protests and pressed a kiss to his chest. "Your so perfect to snuggle against, you make the ideal pillow. If you were thin or muscular you wouldn't be nearly as nice, or as comfortable to sleep on".

You dip your head lower, trailing light kisses down his stomach. In response Peppino leaned back, propping himself up against the pillows. He shuddered as you lips grazed against his body before drifting to his side.

"Falling asleep on you is the best. I feel so safe with you". You whisper, wrapping yours arms around his midsection. As you rest the side of your face against him, Peppino laid back into the bed and draped his arms across you. A faint shimmer caught your attention before you placed another kiss against a stretch mark.  

"Listening to your heart beat and breathing lets me know you're alive. There's nothing I'd rather fall asleep to. And you being so soft makes it the perfect place for my head to do it".

You press a kiss to his stomach that he hated so much. "You're gorgeous, Pino." You murmur, slowly tracing circles against him. 

Peppino remained silent as he watched you with half lidded eyes.

Peppino knew you loved him, that much was obvious. What he needed, instead, was to know you were attracted to him, to feel desired. 

"No matter how long we've been together, my heart still skips a beat when I see you take your shirt off".

Peppino gave you a quizzical look. Before he could say anything you used one hand to pull his head to face you while the other stroked his cheek. You placed your lips against his, enjoying the warmth radiating from his skin. 

As you leaned into and pushed him back down into the mattress you feel his breathing hitch. Laying on top of Peppino, you were almost purring from his warmth, his scent, and the softness of him. 

As you pull away you smile down at him before readjusting your legs to straddle him.

You and them have had a wonderful time together tonight. The sun is starting to set. The day could only be perfect if one more thing happens. You tell them you want to watch the sunset with them before going home. They agree, and you find a beautiful spot in the field. They glance at the colorful sky, and you get down on one knee. They turn to you, and you open the box with the ring. "Will you marry me?"

Peppino: He's frozen. His eyes are wide. He looks scared. He looks around. "I need to sit down..." He sits in front of you, staring at the ground. He's having a panic attack. The sudden thought of such commitment is a shock to him. He looks you in the eyes and says, "...Yes? I mean, yes!" He starts laughing with relief. "Yes! Hahahahh...."

Gustavo: He gasps. "Me?" You nod, "Yes, you." He looks around and begins to cry. He's hesitant. It may seem like a simple question, but to him, it's a challenge. Both of your hearts are racing. "I'm scared, Y/N..." "Why," you ask. "I don't know... But for now... Yes." He smiles, "Yes, I will marry you!"

Mr. Stick: He puts his hands on his cheeks. "Of course!! Of course, I'll marry you!" He pulls you up into a hug. He's been waiting so long for you to propose. In fact. if you didn't, he was going to. "Took you long enough," he teases.

Pepperman: He laughs. "Really? You're serious?" You nod, and he stops smiling. "I'm sorry, Y/N... I'm not ready. I don't see myself being ready anytime soon." You frown and close the box. That certainly wasn't the reaction you were hoping for. However, when you stand, he puts his arm around you. "But I still love you."

The Vigilante: "WHAT, ARE YOU CRAZY?!" You get wide-eyed and worried. "Hoh, sweet Cheesus Crust, you almost gave me a heart attack!" He smiles. "Yes, haha, I will marry you!" The old cheese is happy he finally found a forever soul mate to live on the farm with him. He was so afraid he was going to die alone. You just took away his greatest fear.

The Noise: He laughs in your face. "Are you fuckin' serious?" He laughs again. "You, HAH, you really thought that I'd, HAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!" He walks away, still laughing to himself. Oh... You're completely flabbergasted. You knew he had commitment issues, but you thought he loved you enough to move past that. You haven't heard from him or seen him since the failed proposal. You're completely heartbroken...

Noisette: "WHAT?! Y/N!!!" She seems angry. "No!! I just... No! I'm sorry, I just-" She starts to cry. You stand up to comfort her, but she backs away. "I thought we were just having a good time, and you, you, you... UGH!!! I didn't even know you felt that way! I just... No!" She storms off. She calls you the next day to tell you she's breaking things off. "Whatever it was that you thought we had was never there for me. Sorry, but I just don't think we can see each other anymore." Ouch.

Fake Peppino: He eats the ring. "So... is that a yes," you ask. He doesn't realize what you were asking. Before you ask again, you realize that he probably isn't the most eligible bachelor and that this was probably a bad idea. Oh well. You shrug it off and throw the box for him to chase. He brings it back, and you two end the day with a nice game of fetch.

Pizzahead: "Oh, goodness gracious!" He puts his hand over his mouth. "Well, uh," he tugs at his bowtie, "I'm flattered, but... Are you really, really, REALLY sure?" You nod. "Well... Oh, what the hell, yes! Yes, I will marry you!" He pulls you up and picks you up into a hug. His pepperoni cheeks are jolly as ever.

Pillar John: "Erm... Y/N... I don't know..." He scratches the back of his head. He seems uneasy. "I'm gonna need a little time to think on this. It's a big decision." Well, that could've gone better, but... You put the ring away, and you two sit and watch the sunset.

Gerome: He stares at you. "No." You put the ring away and stand up. "I'm sorry," you apologize. "Marriage isn't for me," he says, "I'm not very big on commitment. Let's just enjoy what we have for now, and whatever happens, happens." You two sit and peacefully watch the sunset.

i know nobody will see this but i'm still gonna share the overhaul progress i made so far

Stuff that deals heavily with religion is thrown out. That means, no garden of eden, no crucifixion, no satanic nuns, no antichrist, etc.

Anything related to real world events is also gone. Instead of ww2 it's just gonna be a generic war.

My oc is officially removed. Good riddance.

There aren't many timeline sequences for now, but those that are there will be modeled after the floors and levels of the tower. One sequence is dealing with knights (Pizzascape), another deals with the wild west (floor 2 in general), and another deals with pirates (Crust Cove). There will probably be more sequences added in that are inspired by individual levels but these were the first ones i came up with.

Timeline sequences will probably last a little longer and will be more eventful. But that also means that there probably won't be as many sequences as we had before, and certainly not as many as in the series.

In the wild west, Peppino will encounter Vigi and there will probably be a fight between them. I've been thinking of making him fight the other bosses at the end of their respective sequences as well, but I'll need to figure out the structure first, and if it makes sense story wise.

Also in the wild west, Peppino will own a saloon. While he won't be making pizzas yet, he will at least serve alcohol and other drinks. He could maybe own a tavern during the knight or pirate sequence as well. Always destined to own a restaurant in the future lol.

Also, Snotty is back! He'll hang around with Vigi most of the time.

Maurice is no longer the highest ranking angel, but still an archangel. And he's still personally responsible for making Peppino fall.

Bosses and enemies are now exclusively demons, while supporting characters are angels. So Pepperman is no longer an angel, but he still discovers that he likes being a model, so no big deal i guess.

The hellhound (Brick) is still gonna be around, but starts out as either a bodyguard for Peppino, or as a weapon against him. Not sure yet. What i do know is that she will become friends with Gustavo, which Peppino is not happy about at first.

Most things are kind of switched around. Things that should happen on heaven's side are now happening on hell's side. So Noise is the one with amnesia, hell sends a low tier demon to investigate things, etc.

Most importantly (for me at least), Doise no longer dies. He is now a demon who somehow becomes friends with Peppino and Gustavo. And, well.. if you know me, you know what's happening next.

Pizzahead and Pizzaface are no longer "the same character" with two different forms, they are now separate characters as they should be. They still take the roles of satan and lucifer respectively, and Pizzaface does not vanish. He's still gigantic though.

As funny (and stupid) as that idea was, Peddito is no longer gonna be an entity made of holy water. I'm not sure what to do with him yet, but he might become an angel. Which would be funny considering his in-game counterpart. But does he count as a supporting character? Not sure.

Oh and i might change Peppino's animal form into a goat. Makes him a bit more demonic i think. And also why not.

i've decided that Tower Omens is getting a complete overhaul.

most things will stay similar, but some characters are getting different roles, and i'm changing the story a bit so that it's not exactly like Good Omens. i want this AU to be a little less attached to the series so people can enjoy the AU without spoiling themselves for GO. The AU will still be inspired by GO, but other than that it will hopefully become its own thing and develop its own identity.

i also maybe want to come up with a new name. something like Divine Tower if that's not already taken. or Occult Tower. idk yet. sound off in the comments if you got some ideas. or if you want to. or if you think i should shut up and die.

this is a concept i like and will probably draw even if it aint for the comic, if i do use it then the people who see this will get cool kid insider knowledge and will get the trivia that this coulda been scraped/seen the early concept? idk i wanna tell this to some one

anyways so the dough monsters(man ive talked alot about em for not really showin em huh? ill try and upload some doodles after the next page which sorry i havent got it out shit keeps happening ) arent exactly limited to the weird blobby state they're in now (like how fake peppino can deform his body and crap and merge into the floor which by the way fakino IS a dough monster in this, one of the first made in the story canon, hes just not as close to the "finished" product that is causing shit to go south but if he tries hard enough he can turn others into monsters that'll be obvious later) so the sorta idea in my head was noise encountering one of these monsters and instead of it immediately trying to attack him it tries to form itself to look like him and starts to copy his movements, it would start to deform and change however, turning from an exact replica to more of a warped, more animal like poor imitation of noise. if i do decide to not add it in the comic ill probably doodle it as like a none-canon mini comic? the only reason i might scrap it is because idk where to fit it in pacing wise and it wouldnt be the first thing to get cut (i originally was gonna have noise and peppino going through all the levels and had jokes planned but i realized it didnt really add much that couldnt just be said by enemies that made their way outa levels and then ran back in outa fear like i originally planned or peppino so why put myself through a concept i dont love? ill put out some of the jokes as mini comics aswell) idk ill think it out

So things are going okay on the tribe so far! The first immunity win was rather nice & I like being able to have a bit more time to read people until were thrown into the pressure of a tribal. So far I’m definitely clicking the most with Shane and then probably Jessica but the time zones are getting in the way a little - just glad I have more time to really click with people and try and cement a place for me in this tribe. I think my contributions to the challenges have definitely helped my standing but not everybody is being super social with me so that’s a little bit of a worry - just gonna have to go ham at bothering people in private messages until they respond I suppose! 🤪

Me and Kiki really bonded over that logic puzzle so she went up in my rankings (as if she was ever low to begin with) I am not sure how well me/Pete/Nicole(opposite tribe) are gonna mesh...like I really hope me and Nicole can come together this game but I know we are just gonna end up being paranoid of each other but I love her so much. I REALLY WANTED TO BE ON A TRIBE WITH NASH AND JENNET I luv their vibes so much. okay back to my tribe tho, we won reward #mwah! I put so much effort into that because I just knew if we were to go to tribal that's an easy thing under my belt I could use as a "omg u need me for challenges". I noticed I was coming on a little too strong and presenting myself as a leader which I don't think really hurt me I think it made more people realize they should talk to me KHFBHIS. Umm okay so I love lovelis even tho he is not very active but I just know we will have each others backs for a bit. I connected well with Shane and Ethan very early and they just seem so sweet. I think if we would have went to tribal sam/lovelis/Pete could have been in danger. I would have preferred sam cause he isn't that active but he did help out some with the flag work. ANYWAYS this was not my best confessional but I do want to point out I FOUND A VOTE BLOCK SO HOLLLLLLAAAAAA! we are using this as a way to gain peoples trust so I told daisy and jess to strengthen those relationships mhmm

now for some other info stuff, mainly about the toppins

i have no fucking idea what ima do with the toppins, theyre going to be in it i just am still fuckin around with what i want to do with em. i dont think noise would go out of his way to save them, maybe ill just have em try to follow him around as they'd view him as safer then the monsters. The toppins are immune to becoming monsters.

heres some other shit yall can think ons and stuff

1: the dough is caused by a person (...the answer is probably obvious who caused it but shush i wanna keep mystery)

2: there wont be alot of focus on going through levels, mainly just going through hubs. Theres gonna be like a segment pretty soon (like within the next few pages) about going through the slum levels but they wont be lingered on that much, like i aint drawing peppino and noise goin through the levels but yall will see them enter and exit, there will be focus in the boss arenas though.

3. this au takes place during peppino fighting through the tower so vigi and pepperman have already been defeated, we will return to them though.

4. these are just some fun facts: noise's cape color has been changed a bit so his cape didnt blend into his boss arena's bg (changed the cape and not the arena walls cause the cape is a smaller less noticable area) and the other fun fact is: the reason why none of the extra shit like the balloon and the little camera guys is because (of simplicity on my part-) its supposed to be framed like peppino just busted in and noise had no time to prepare
