Batman is so off-putting to be around and so cold, dismissive, whatever adjective you want to use, because Bruce Wayne was blessed with +100 involuntary charisma at a young age (involuntary inheritance from both parents?) and people just tell him things, even when they're not talking. He's so approachable, so kind, so inviting, as to put almost any baseline human at ease. Brucie pings as not just inherently trustworthy, but so burningly charismatic that he invites people to divulge their deepest secrets simply by existing in near proximity. Batman wears a cowl and tells people to fuck off via body language so he can do his job.

It's impossible to turn Beelzebub into an idiot sandwich. His reflexes are too fast. He'll eat both slices before they make skin contact with his face, even when he's asleep.

Belphegor? He's an easy target. You can turn him into an idiot sandwich any day. He stares boredly into your eyes as you snicker over your weird human joke and wedge his face in between two fresh pieces of bread. Sometimes, you can squish the bread and it will stay stuck to Belphegor's cheek even after you let go.

But not Beelzebub. He's just built different. The type of bread doesn't matter, nor does the presence of any other fillings. He will always catch you in the act. He's too skilled.

And then she hears about the bridge being raised, ensuring that her daughter won't be coming back any time soon? Did Alice text or call her to let her know what was happening? Did she blame Bill for Alice not returning? When the hive got to the mainland, was it able to infect her with the promise of being reunited with her daughter? Was Alice still a part of the hive by then, or did PEIP already wipe her and the other infected students of Hatchetfield High out? I'm hurt
