I don't know the source of this image, but it was posted in a MLP Facebook group and appears to be early material in designing G3 MLPs, specifically their colors.

It's interesting to see what changed! For example, on this chart Minty's hair is still green, like in her early prototype image. Applejack was at one point going to be spring green with white and pink hair! Some of the names were changed or never used, too. Sunny Daze was originally Sundance!

The codes like 245c are Pantone color codes which you can look up here. I think 'pearl' refers to the ponies' bodies being pearlescent.

Eight numbers are circled, and they coincide with the original eight G3 ponies. Although others of these ponies would appear in the toyline later.

Triple Matrix Bonnet Makes Big Bright Displays 🔴🟢🔵✨

With our latest work on getting HUB75 RGB matrices working on the Raspberry Pi 5

we can now create stunning LED displays. But what if we want more pixels? At some point, we max out the bandwidth of the RP1 chip, but we can still squeeze out additional performance by updating the PIO commands to output two or three matrix strings instead of just one.

Thus, the Triple Output RGB Matrix Bonnet you see here! We're using the classic Active-3 pinout

with a switch to select whether the 4th or 8th pin is connected to address E.

Since we expect large matrix grids drawing 10A+ of current, there's no onboard power management—the 5V supply should be connected separately through thick power wires. This board is for data only. If you aren't using port 3, the I2C remains available, so we've added a Stemma QT port for extra flexibility.

I cannot stop thinking about situations where the Prototype is like, “*sharp inhale* oh boy. I better not tell Angel about this.”

Like Catnap or someone accidentally harms a person or something and the Prototype is there. The Prototype while he panics a little and trying to fix everything, turns to them and says.“DO not tell The Mother/Father!!”

Or the Prototype accidentally taking a toy with him while he’s hunting or something that and is like “I’ll let this slide if you don’t tell The Parent.” When they get home the toy immediately goes to Angel and tell them about the cool adventure they had with dad! Including the part of ‘Don’t tell The Parent.’ Angel while heavily amused is not please and the Prototype is somehow sweating.

Anon please tell me about all the Situations you're putting Prototype in because I'm eating this UPPPPP. The energy of him staring at a toy and in cold sweat saying "do NOT tell your (other) father about this" is so immaculate. Also the toy who went on a hunting trip is Bunzo, 100% Bunzo.

Prototype had to separate many toy fights while Angel isn't looking, and I can perfectly picture him RUNNING to stop Mommy Long Legs and Catnap from breaking something, only for said thing to break a second before he's able to reach them. They all look at each other as Prototype says "DO NOT TELL THE OTHER PARENT ABOUT THIS". Nothing better to build a good trusting relationship than having to collectively work on a lie, right?

The first test for our WLED board codename "Sparkle Motion" 🌈💖💡 … 🐇⏳🌌

We got our WLED-friend PCBs today, and we only made one mistake: the wrong resistor on the 3.3V feedback line. Now that it's fixed, the board seems to work great with the latest version of WLED

We are checking all 4 signal outputs with this handy 256-LED grid that sits on our desk. Next, we will test the onboard IR receiver, USB PD, I2S microphone, extra I/O pins, and I2C. We'll also do an Arduino IDE board definition in case folks want to use it as a generic ESP32-to-LED-driver board. We're calling the board "Sparkle Motion" for now, but if you have other naming ideas, let us know - if we pick your name, you get a free board

She was alive, she infected me with the Veronica virus turned me into an abomination just because I refused to kill Claire, she did her killing blow at my stomach with that tentacle. That day it was all over for me, I was a dead man for them, nothing else. Forgive me for my sob story.
