My nodal reversal has been a lot of excavating buried dreams and reunions. The north node in Aries is making contact with my stellium, having already gotten acquainted with my chart ruler - Mercury- and now it’s at 0° orb with my south node. It will soon make contact with my sun which it will have an exact conjunction on my midheaven on my solar return for 2024 nonetheless. It will then impact my mars and soon thereafter my Saturn.
10 years ago my high school drama teacher believed in my dreams of becoming an actor so much that she bought us plane tickets to Seattle to audition for a theatre program. She literally bet her own money that I would get in… and I did. But I couldn’t go because I couldn’t afford it. And I cried on my bedroom floor for hours. And I picked myself up and have since lived a practical life making practical decisions. I’ve traveled here and there, I’ve been able to provide for myself. And yet I have always felt like I don’t belong in any of those “practical” spaces.
So. I’ve been revisiting, reviewing, and digging. All of the roads I’ve taken have led me right where it began - at my dreams.

Starting to realize that the thing I’ve long been sensing may possibly happen during my Saturn return… Is now far more likely an actual possibility that may unfold than I initially imagined, & not sure how to feel about that.
#Ngl I’m dreading my Saturn return. Ik they say not everyone’s saturn return is bad. ik that.#& ik that sometimes for some even if painful it brings about far better in the end. ik that.#but. fuck. i just don’t know what to think because??? i really dont think my saturn return is going to be easy at all#if this shit unfolds during it. the stuff ive been feeling may happen in one way or another.#something ive been sensing since. 2020. & after yesterday…#i just. sorry im just like dwelling on slightly more somber subjects im just.#need to think aloud.#ishtar rambles ;#like listen. i have saturn aspecting almost fucking everything in my chart.#i feel that means shit absolutely is gonna be shaken up. & even if for the better it does not seem like itll be easy.#& the nodal reversal is a means of preparing you for that too to my understanding? or at least some ppl see it that way.#& well. looks away from my current nodal reversal transit.

My most recent Tarot Reading was quite powerful & enlightening
... so I thought I'd make note of it here as I feel as if I'm on the precipice of something big.
NB: I now know what that big thing is.
I wanted to do a smaller reading because I've been doing a lot of longer ones lately. It turns out a shorter, more blunt, in-your-face reading was just what I needed.
Let's dive in.
Here is the spread I did:

And here's what it told me ...

Here are the details:
What does my brain want? 5 of Swords Interpretation: To bring an end to unnecessary conflict and pick my battles more wisely.
What does my heart want? 6 of Pentacles Interpretation: To receive as much as I give and live my life more in balance.
What does my soul want? 3 of Cups (clarified with The Fool) Interpretation: Genuine and wholehearted friendship and acceptance from my fellow man
What do I actually need? 9 of Swords Interpretation: To face the demons and darkness that keeps me up at night. A deliberate and focused deep dive into shadow work.
After the short tarot reading, I pulled the following oracle and energy messages that bolstered the tarot reading. Here's what I got. The serendipity was uncanny.
My Animal Spirit oracle deck shared this with me:

Butterfly spirit says "transformation is beautiful" which sends me the message that change is coming but try not to fear. Although it can be scary, it can also be beautiful.
My Adinkra oracle deck shared this with me:

Fawohodie says freedom is not free, so how can you create the freedom you seek? How are you going to achieve yours? Your soul is yearning for spaces, systems, relationships and ways of living that create an optimal environment for your freedom.
I also loved how the Fawohodie adinkra symbol mimics the Butterfly spirit card in design and somewhat in messaging.
And finally, the tarot card that I pulled that reflects the energy I'm in this week is ...

The High Priestess card says take note of your dreams, powerful visions, and psychic insights. Use your intuition, meditation and spiritual experience to help you dig deep.
Ok. That's it for now. Pretty powerful, right? I still have a lot to process with this one.

Career prospects in Vedic astrology. D-10 divisional chart
If you have ever wondered what your birth chart says about your career, reputation, and public life, look at the Dashamsha chart, also known as the D10. While your main birth chart (the D1 or Rashi chart) tells the broader story of your life, the D10 zooms in on your professional realm—how you're likely to show up in your career, how you gain recognition, and where your work path might lead.
The Dashamsha is one of the divisional charts in Vedic astrology, and it focuses specifically on karma related to profession. It divides each zodiac sign into 10 equal parts, offering a more detailed view of how planetary energies manifest in career and social status.
Simply put: D1 = who you are D10 = what you do (in the public/professional sphere)
For example, you might have a strong 10th house in your D1 chart but still feel professionally lost. Or, the reverse: a confusing D1 chart but a very clear and powerful D10. This is because the D10 often reveals how your career unfolds in real life.
What the Dashamsha reveals
Your natural career style (structured, flexible, creative, technical, etc.) and your overall attitude to career matters
Whether you thrive in jobs, business, freelancing, or service-oriented work
Suitable areas of work
Periods of major career shifts
Hints about public image, status, fame, or authority
Key things to check in the Dashamsha Chart
1. D10 Lagna (Ascendant): sets the tone for your approach to career:
Example:
Cancer Lagna: emotional connection to work; nurturers
Scorpio Lagna: strategic, intense, transformative career phases
Aries Lagna: action-driven, leadership-oriented, ambitious
2. Lagna Lord (Lagnesh): where the ruler of your D10 Ascendant is placed:
In Kendra (1, 4, 7, 10) or Trikona (1, 5, 9) houses – very auspicious and leads to success and recognition in career and public image.
In Upachaya (3, 6, 11) houses – still good, shows growth and results over time.
In Dusthana (6,8,12) - can have mixed results depending on the strength of Lagna Lord itself and whether it is a benefic or malefic planet.
3. 10th house in D10: classic house of career, authority, and recognition.
Check which planet rules the 10th house and where it’s placed.
If well-placed – expect stability and recognition.
If conjunct benefics (like Jupiter/Venus) – support and blessings in career.
If weak or afflicted – may indicate confusion or unconventional paths.
4. Planets in Kendra houses (1, 4, 7, 10): these houses are strong and visible:
Sun in 10th or 7th – leadership, influence, fame.
Saturn in 10th – slow but steady rise; service-oriented roles.
Mercury in 7th – business skills, commerce, communication, partnerships.
5. Check other houses
6th house – employment, competition, corporate careers.
7th house – own business, entrepreneurship, client-based work.
11th house – income from freelancing, large networks, social impact.
6. Check Nodal (Rahu-Ketu) axis in D10
While Rahu can provide insight into the areas where the soul seeks to gain professional experience (and therefore where a person may be more ambitious), Ketu, on the other hand, indicates areas of detachment or accumulated experience from past lives. This past-life knowledge can support the pursuit of professional goals indicated by Rahu in this lifetime. At the same time, Ketu often brings confusion and uncertainty in career matters, especially in the first part of life (Ketu "matures" by the age of 45-47). For example, having Ketu in the 10th house in the Dashamsha (or the Rasi) chart can indicate frequent changes in profession or difficulty in choosing a clear career path.
Final tips for Dashamsha analysis
Always read D10 along with D1: A strong D10 refines career understanding but doesn't override a deeply conflicted D1.
Check your current Mahadasha: Analyse the D10 position of the ruling planet—it often explains what's happening in your career now.
Look for patterns, not isolated placements: The most accurate insights come from consistent themes across both charts.
Pro-tip
To gain deeper insights, used by astrologers:
Analyse the nakshatras of your Ascendant, Sun, and Moon in both the D1 and D10 charts. It’s also important to check the nakshatra(s) of any planets placed in the 10th house of both charts. Each nakshatra carries distinct psychological traits, career themes, and karmic inclinations. When you observe repeating patterns across the nakshatras of your Ascendant, Sun, and Moon in both D1 and D10 - particularly when they point to similar career paths - it often reflects a strong karmic alignment with that line of work.
Additionally, evaluate Amatyakaraka (Amk) in both charts - the Amk planet will give an additional hint regarding the professional direction

"10 Things I Hate About You" is a hate-to-love story between a delinquent Rahu boy and a badass feminist Ketu girl mwahaha. It does have Beauty-&-The-Beast elements but it's him trying to 'tame' her — more like coerce her which is typical of Rahu's illusory nature (& the film has a lot of internalized misogyny).
Ardra Moon
Mula Moon
And then the reverse of this is in "You", both falling in love and then turning to hate each other lmaoo literally trying to kill each other in the end too 😭
Mula Moon
Swati Moon, Swati Sun
Actually Rahuvian men victimizing/preying upon Ketuvian women... cause in "You" he kills his Mula Moon partner in the end. And in "Last Night In Soho", the Ketuvian becomes captivated by the charismatic Rahuvian who she ends up falling prey to, like all the other girls have — although she does kill him in the end (as deserved 🖤).
Ashwini Sun
Swati Sun
Same thing happened in "Scream", and she's the one to kill him in the end. He's an Ardra Moon and she's a Mula Moon 💀
Also I see the forbidden love trope being between Nodal nakshatras (and also Mercurials but will be touching on that laters). Like the film "Brokeback Mountain" with a Mula Sun man and an Ardra Moon man.
Romeo & Juliet (2013), she's an Ardra Ascendant and he's a Swati Moon.

Also Romeo & Juliet (1968), she's an Ashwini Sun & Magha Moon and he's an Ardra Sun.
The Turkish drama "Ask-i Memnu", another forbidden love storyline with a Mula Moon, Shatabhisha Sun woman and an Ardra Moon, Swati Sun man.

AND the Spanish version of it which has a Mula Moon woman and an Ardra Moon, Ashwini Sun man!

And in the story the Ketuvian woman dies in the end because of his ego 💀

The Astrology of the age 27
Butterflies represent growth and change
This is one of the most infamous ages due to the reputation of the “27 club.” If you don’t know who the 27 club is, it’s basically a group of famous celebs who passed from unfortunate ways at the age of 27.
There’s been a lot of conspiracy theories over the years about this phenomenon but it’s really a simple answer and it’s in the stars!
Astrology + Numerology
So when you turn 27, you enter a 4h profection year. Profectiòn years is a branch of astrology that focuses on the house that rules that year for you that year based on your age.
1 years old =1h
2 years old= 2h
3 years old = 3h
4 years old = 4h
So on and so forth..
This process goes up until your 12 years old= 12h profection year then the process starts over again. This is a 12 year cycle.
This is a good way to track certain patterns during your life.
So back to the 4h profection year…
The 4h in astrology represent your deepest psych, it’s who we are when we’re alone with our thoughts. Only a handful of people if any at all see this side of you. 4h is connected to your soul.
The 4h rules over our home life, family, ancestral roots, our emotional state of being.
The 4h is ruled by the moon, so your moon for that year is also being activated. This includes aspects to your moon and IC(4h)
During this year, you will feel
-emotionally overwhelmed with your deepest thoughts and emotions. If you’re the type to bottle up or hide your emotions, this year will challenge you on that. What are you feeling? Why are you feeling this way? What caused it? It can be a lot so take it easy on yourself.
-dynamics with your family may shift during this time, it doesn’t have to be a bad shift but it can uncomfortable. You may be thinking about your role in your family, family trauma, what type of family do you want to have.
-establishing a safe and secure home for yourself emotionally. Is this really a place I want to lay my head at night?
Saturn pre-return. Many people think your return starts at 29 but the energy of starts when you’re 27 years old. I call it the “pre-shadow period” it’s when you start to feel the “shift” happen in your life. Late 20s, you start to ask yourself, am I headed in the right direction? You may feel like you’re behind in life. You may start to have more responsibilities or you’re feeling like you need to be more responsible. Your worldview on people and those around you start to change, you start to view your own self differently.
So on top of your 4h/moon energy, you start to feel the beginning of your Saturn return energy.
Reversal Nodal Return. So this is when the current North Node transit is aspecting your natal South Node. The South Node transit is aspecting your North Node.
So, the SN represents our early life and the things that made us who we are essentially. It’s also connected the things you’ve learned in your past lives. So with the NN transit aspecting your Sn, a lot of past behaviors from this life which stems from past ones will resurface. It’s not all bad! During this time, you may re-explore your talents and gifts! It’s like the scene from lion king “remember who you are” 😅
Lunar progressed return. This is when your progressed moon returns back to your natal moon sign. You’re remembering who you wanted to be before the world told you something different.
Numerology.
So first 27 is a Gemini number. It’s the highest one. Your brain and your thought process start to really mature. You’ll be more open to communicating your thoughts. You’ll see things differently.
2 + 7 = 9. 9 is the number of completed cycles and endings. 9 is the humanitarian number as well. Too me, this is the end of one of your many adult cycles and the start of a new one. You’re entering a new phase in your life 9 is a sag degree, your worldview and you’ll be thinking about your philosophical ideas and beliefs. What do you believe? What shaped those beliefs? What role do I play in society and who else have these beliefs? Finding like-minded people who share those beliefs. It can be overwhelming because you can become more self aware on what happening around you and around the world.
I know this was a long post but I felt called to do it today! I’m opened for reading as well !

It’s interesting when you’re about to enter your nodal reversal and Saturn return because you get a glimpse of what’s about to take place, but you have to surrender.
Shout out to those that are 26-28
Have Saturn in Aries
If you have your south node in Pisces and north node in Virgo.
Aries and Scorpio placements for the mars year
Due to what’s going on next year astrologically we need to stand up for women right as well. This is very important. I’ll explain later, but this is not a joke.

My experience with having reverse nodal transit in 2024
Last year, we had a north node transit in Aries and a South Node transit in Libra. And, these transits weren’t pretty… AT ALL! It made me not like Aries energy because we witnessed a lot of genocides, men controlling women's bodies, women sucking up to Patriarchy (dumb idiots, truly ), violence, and protests. This won’t end since the USA is having their Chiron return in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius…. It will be lethal but have faith, connect with your community, and meditate.
I’m a natal north node in Libra and a south node in Aries. So 2024 was a confusing year for me, personally. Aries is in my 12th house and Libra is in my 6th house.
It was so weird that I had to learn and embody the Aries and 12th house energy, but at the same time, make a change or let go of the 6th house and Libra energy…
Meanwhile the whole time I was told to embrace my libra north node energy more then my south node energy ….
Libra South node transit in 6th house with my natal Chiron and natal north node placement

Wanting to leave my current job, and I still do
I applied for several jobs but still got rejected
Speaking more at my current job about how I’m being mistreated
I didn’t even attend the work holiday party because I tried so hard to be like when these people don’t even make an effort to get to know and stop being a micromanaging freak. I bet my boss was pissed, but I’ll do it again!

Leaving people-pleasing tendencies in the closet
Stop having burnouts
Building a balanced routine
I research heavily why I keep attracting toxic workplaces
Not chatting with my coworkers
Ask for a raise because they were paying me bad
Aries North node transit in 12t house with my natal Saturn, and a Chiron transit

A lot of healing
I had a fight with my parent, who is Aries Sun, and how they caused my childhood trauma. It wasn’t pretty, but it had to be done
Seeing being a loner not as a weakness, but as a strength
Prioritizing sleep
Purchase a new bed comforter set and blackout curtain
Having interesting dreams
Working out at home more
Working on my spiritual beliefs, and had a lot of questions
Meeting my therapist consistently!

I joined a book club but then I just stopped going
Staying at home a lot
I bought a guitar, I always wanted one since I was a child. It healed my childhood trauma wounds a bit
Setting boundaries
Deep solitude ...
That is all! But if you have the same placement as me and went through these reverse nodal transits, please share your experiences. Hopefully, it can help someone because this topic is not much discussed within the astrology community.

Aries risings and eclipses: comebacks and rebrands
There's a few celebrities that caught my attention in the past couple of weeks and I felt the urge to look at their charts and talk about them a bit. What I've quickly realized is that… they're all Aries risings and we just went through a total eclipse in Aries and are still battling through a Mercury retrograde (also in Aries). So, this is an Aries rising-only astro news compilation.
Shakira
During the recent Easter break I found myself having a Shakira moment, reminiscing on her old hits and belting out Underneath Your Clothes. I thought that's probably thanks to Mercury just stationing retrograde, which often makes people go back to old stuff. And then I thought… What if everyone's having a Shakira moment now?
And this is when I realized suddenly she's everywhere: giving a surprise show at Times Square, being a guest on Hot Ones, giving a ton of new interviews that flood my YouTube recommend page. She just released a new album but seems like this is a huge reset for her and her name is, once again, on everyone's lips. Shakira is an Aries rising and an Aries Venus with nodes in her 1st and 7th axis - she's not quite an eclipse baby (although almost a Full Moon baby!) but nodes close to her axis may make her sensitive to eclipse seasons. Her ascendant ruler, Mars, is exalted in the 10th house in Capricorn, giving her a slow and steady rise to success and a grounded, solidified place in the public eye.
Interestingly, she received an MTV Vanguard award just last autumn at a time of her exact reverse nodal return, which already foreshadowed things for her.
Her new album was released on March 22nd this year, just a couple of days after Sun ingressed into Aries and a few days before the eclipse. What's important to note that she's also going through her Jupiter return in Taurus. Mercury retrograding in her 1st house makes people and the media reminisce on her career and what she achieved up to this point. Of course a planet retrograding in someone's 1st house can cause a hiccup of some sorts and that happened in her case as well - there was a small outrage surrounding her comments on the last year's Barbie movie and how she and her sons hated it.
Jojo Siwa
Switching lanes let's get to someone that is now talked about in the media excessively but for the wrong reasons and that is… Jojo Siwa. Now, I had to read up on her after I saw people poking fun at the way she's presenting herself but apparently, she was all rainbows and sunshines until she changed her color palette to black and is now calling herself edgy and groundbreaking. She was on Toddlers and Tiaras I believe… so you get the vibe.
Siwa is a Taurus stellium (makes sense with the bows and glitter) with Aries rising, of course. Her ascendant ruler is right next to Neptune in the 11th house, which can bring potential problems when it comes to how she's being received by the public. The badazzledness of the sweet sweet Taurus is amped up by the flashy Jupiter in Leo (opposed by that Mars and squared by Mercury, certainly adding to the loudness of her personality and the, let's say, overall audacity).
The nodes are pretty significant for her as well, as her Sun is accompanied by the north node (really intensifying the Sun's radiant quality) and… she's actually an eclipse baby, being born in the middle of the eclipse season, only three days after a total lunar eclipse in Scorpio. So we have double the strength of having eclipses in her 1st-7th house axis, as well as being an eclipse child in general.
So the "rebranding" seems, well, on brand for her at this time. But again, Mercury retrograding in her 1st house seems to not serve her well, especially given she has it retrograde natally as well. Uranus being co-present in her sign, a bubbly Taurus, paired with Jupiter, which is still a pretty badazzled planet, didn't result in a true 180° switch that she aimed for. In turn we got a somewhat inflated (Jupiter) sense of self and a warped view of things.
But the plus side is that the current Jupiter transit also helped her gain popularity as her video for the new song passed 23 million views on YouTube. Talk about expansion!
Rihanna
Rihanna didn't make a comeback in the same sense Shakira did but she surely made people talk. The singer is allegedly an Aries rising but she also has quite an Aries planetary party with Moon, Venus and Jupiter there as well. And in a true Aries fashion, even if she's not necessarily doing much with her career at the moment, she made sure to remind everyone of herself, especially that she's also in her 1st house profection year so it's all about "ME!" - something an Aries loves.
Rihanna made the headlines by doing a fashion spread for the Interview Magazine. And, to be more precise, by posing in a nun-inspired outfit. The cover photo made some people outraged, while others were sighing in awe. The news broke pretty much on the eclipse (the morning after I believe).
Rihanna dabbles in these high-fashion, obscure themes probably because of the mixture of her Pisces Sun (religious themes? She surely went all-in for the Catholic-themed MET Gala a few year back) and her Aries stellium in the 1st. The ram likes to shock and be bold and sexual but considering she also has Moon and Venus - two feminine planets - in the sign, makes her bold and daring in her fashion choices as well.
Billie Eilish
The last person I want to talk about is… Billie Eilish. I know, I KNOW, you may think "but she's a Pisces rising!". Well Billie somewhat went through a different kind of rebrand and it's that her birth certificate has just been obtained and according to the new info, she is, in fact an Aries rising.
The confusion might be there although if, like me, you see a massive Pisces influence in her, her "new" ascendant ruler is Mars… in Pisces! A corrected birth time is a big deal already, especially given the eclipse and Mercury retrograde - both helped "refresh" her astrological persona and "status" as an Aries ascendant. But that is not all, as on the day of the eclipse Billie announced a brand new album that she will debut on May 17th.
EDIT: Billie is also an eclipse baby! Born just 4 days after a Solar Eclipse. So this is even more fitting.
What's great about this date is that Mars will already be in Aries, probably making her a lot more active. Also, that is only one day before Jupiter cazimi and Venus conjunct Uranus - a great time to release new things into the world. Interestingly, Venus and Uranus will conjoin just a couple of degrees away from Billie's lot of fortune in Taurus. I truly love when astrology is doing its thing.

week of february 25th, 2024
these are written predominantly for the *rising* signs but they are also intuitively "channeled" enough that they should work for any dominant energy you have! (try your sun if you don't know rising, or more advanced readers can try moon, anywhere you have a stellium, etc and see what works best for you!)
aries: this is a week both fiery and nodal, which is to say, a week to affect you deeply. things from the past and things from the future converge here for you to parse, synthesize, analyze, and decide what to do with. the power is in the present moment.
taurus: things are broadly supportive this week although you are advised not to make any sudden moves in the second half of this period due to a square between venus and uranus. surprises are great, sometimes, but this week they are less likely to favor you and more likely to cause problems.
gemini: it is your social sphere that is alight this week. don't waste the vibes home alone harvesting news and gossip from the internet or even for you phone - go out there and look people in the face.
cancerians: two things can be true at once; it's good to have friends, and it is good to spend time relaxing alone. but this week's astrology is set out to remind you that while you do the latter, you must not neglect the former. at least check in.
leo: you may be feeling a little drained, especially before the end of the week. so put self care and self love first; focus on nutrition, sleep, and heart health, and also hair care, as frivolous as it may sound. for you it's not.
virgo: make good use of the mercury-ceres sextile, from now on into the next two or three days. say kind words, accept compliments, share food. these small things add up to be quite auspicious.
libra: the moon in libra makes the earlier part of the week quite comfy for you, and throughout the week up until venus starts to square uranus is also auspicious. at the end of the week, be careful not to make sudden changes unless they are reversible.
scorpio: taurean activity all week brings your relationships into focus, including the full range from deep shifts to sudden little hiccups and surprises. it's good to practice taking the good along with the bad, or leaving if the bad is too much to bear.
sagittarius: your ruling planet is one of the primary centers of attention all week. for better or worse. when it's better make it count; when it's worse try to do damage control.
capricorn: multiple planets conjoin in pisces this week including your ruling planet, saturn. there are disparate energies involved but the dominant one is that off communication of ideas, through writing especially. maybe you have an article to write or maybe you need to send some important texts, but either way it's a good time to do it and take it seriously.
aquarius: the venus-uranus square featured this week is a little awkward for most, so be patient with uncomfortable people around you. on the other hand, it gives you an edge, even if people think your way of operating is odd. don't listen to them, they're not under the same positive influence that you are. taureans will sort of understand, but only sort of.
pisces: discipline is not really your thing, never has been, but when saturn is here it helps to at least do a little bit of that. flexible discipline is the key; a schedule, for example, but one that you don't have to stick to rigidly. a plan and compassion if it veers off track. etc.

"This is the result of a choice which easily reflects an exalted Jupiter." When you explain it like that... chills. Kendrick's father and Top Dawg's connection... wow
yesss! don't get me started, i will NOT shut up about DAMN. or Kendrick Lamar!!
Kendrick's music is such a beautiful extension of his horoscope.
His consistent references to God, death, sins, cleansing those sins -- it's all there in his chart. He has Ketu in Virgo in the 12th house, Venus in Taurus in the 8th. Jupiter in Aries in the 7th. This is not only the chart of someone deep in spirituality, but someone who reaches true depth and understanding in his own path/enlightenment.
and Kendrick has a sidereal Aquarius moon, in Purva Bhadrapada. (in his 5th house, swoon!) This explains why Kendrick has not shied away from religious imagery or lyrics! Purva Bhadrapada is ruled by Bhrihaspati, Jupiter. And in this album he really confronts the concept of this nak.
And omg, his Gemini placements!!
Kendrick is what I affectionately call a hard Gemini, because he's a Gemini sun in both tropical and sidereal systems. (a Mrigashira sun!!) He actually has a stellium in Gemini! Sun, Mercury, and Mars. And this Gemini theme is beautifully apparent in DAMN. Even down to the album art for both versions!
imo, it perfectly encapsulates that theme of duality present in Gemini and in the album-- is it wickedness? is it weakness?
Gemini is the sign where discord is born-- it's the story of Adam and Eve being kicked out of the garden of Eden, and the birth of the first murder (Cain and Abel, siblings!). So Gemini is where the split from God happens. The first version of DAMN. is the story of a man walking towards God, where the second version is the ‘story’ of a man walking away from Him. (but still finding Him at the end, with the blind woman.)
ugh, and the genius of how he incorporated reversals. it's all so nuanced. His storytelling skills just shine. Ugh, it’s the nature of Mercury!! 💚
and Kendrick is actually going through a nodal return right now! Rahu and Ketu are transiting the same signs as his, (he has Rahu in Uttara Bhadrapada, Ketu in Hasta). I knew 2024 would be an important year for him due to this, and he has NOT disappointed.😌

🌧️ // 1:55 pm, tbd ;
Not sure what to even say other than my emotions have been nonstop haywire as of late, & the emotional dips I’ve been getting have been to. Extremes.
Hard to keep up w work in the pharmacy when you’re really fucking volatile…
…
Its been like this since end of 2022 but i feel the volatility has amplified since fall of last year… I don’t know.
EMDR also has been rough. But, getting through it, I guess.
…
A lot of things too w questioning certain friendships that I’m realizing just have things that have caused me harm. Questioning certain connections of the past. Questioning the path I’m on.
Questioning a lot.
Things still feel messy & unclear rn. & I guess some things feel like a mistake w the path I’m on—particularly this whole side job thing that I’m doing solely so I can try to get away from here, I guess…
I don’t know.
Being vague abt some things here bc not keen on saying a lot abt my own life outside of priv accts & spaces but. Yeah.

My Fourth Mabon – Plans for My 2023 Autumnal Equinox Celebration
Once again, I’m making plans for next week’s Autumnal Equinox, but for some reason, this year feels different. I can’t quite articulate why or how it feels different, but let’s just say my spidey sense is tingling. Not in a “beware of danger” kind of way. But in a “you’re on the precipice of something significant” kind of way.
Edit: I've since learned why I feel my spidey sense tingling. It's because of the recent Nodal Shift into Aries/Libra. This is technically my reverse nodal return. My NN is in Libra and my SN is in Aries.
Anyway, until I can suss out the why of it all, I’ll just make plans for the equinox that feels in the spirit of what I’m sensing at the moment. Either way, I’m sure I’ll overdo it and put too much on my plate like I always do. 😏
Let’s dive in shall we …
Since the equinox falls on a Saturday (September 23rd) when I have to work, this is going to be a little different from years past. My plans will likely fall over 2 or 3 days because that’s just how I roll when it comes to celebrating the arrival of my favorite season, so that part is actually the same as years’ past.
Even though I have to work, it’s not all bad. It just so happens that I’ll be working outside at an arts & culture festival in the park, so it’s a chance to enjoy nature throughout most of the day (keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t rain though).
But once my work day is over, my plans look like this:
Note: The arts and culture festival has been cancelled due to a rainy forecast, so that changes my plans a little bit. Also, because we're behind at work, it looks like I'll have to work Monday and Tuesday next week. Oddly enough, I'm not too upset about that. 🙃 We have a lot going on that will finish off the year and kickoff the fall season like we haven't done before. A little extra work feels justified in order to pull it all together.

- Cornbread (nothing fancy)
- Apple crisp topped with ice cream (for dessert, as a farewell to summer and hello to fall) ✅
I’ll probably have some hot chocolate later in the evening as a final hat tip to the beginning of autumn.

Also, since I had lofty plans to do this last year, but didn’t even get close to starting it, let’s see if I can actually give the Fall Photo Challenge a genuine try this year.
Here are the photo challenge prompts (forgive the blurry screenshot):

All in all, I’d say this is a reasonable plan for celebrating the spirit of the equinox and the start of my favorite season. I'm interested to see how it all turns out.
