MY TAO IMAGE PROPAGANDA WORKED.... ok ok. gokurakugai is like, a very classic occult detective story for the most part-- it is about two troubleshooters who take on mysterious, often violent cases and kill fucked up monsters. u know! the usual! what makes it really work i think is the characters are so well done and delightful.... the two protagonists r a lazy ass greasy fucking woman with lovingly taken care of pistols and leather gloves and a nicotine addiction who's written like, literally exactly like a gritty doesn't-talk-a-lot male detective protag. i started gkkg literally just because i saw image of her and was NOT disappointed. the other protag is the MOST nonbinarycoded creature kid ever... their (his. whatever. i spent the first several chapters confused as to his gender and never went back) name is alma. they're sixteen and tao's business partner/younger sibling/nuisance/attack dog but only because tao's trust and respect for them makes them want to be a good person. i have feelings on them. etc etc etc. anyway there's furries there's many very hot people theres queercoding there's splashy violence it's SO fucking fun dude.

what else. it started release in 2022 + there are i thiink. 17 chapters out now? translations r all over the place i use mangadex usually... hands u chapter 1. more tao & alma image propaganda:

I still somehow managed to get about ~1500 words done so that’s exciting I guess.

It’s just a fun and stupid fic and right now I’m very much enjoying myself writing it. Did I mean to start a Midtown Avengers Twitter fic? No, I didn’t (I actually meant to start a chat fic) but here we are. And it’s good and the dynamics are fun and I get to include Loki in this one!!

I don’t know if this is going to be a multi chaptered continued thing or just a one off piece

I mean I know I wanted to write a Twitter thing for a while focused on the official YA Twitter and them doing like an ama type thing so I’ll probably include that, and I have a few ideas for other things so I suppose I’ll see how it goes.

What I have so far has no plot just fun so it could work both ways I think. When I stop enjoying myself I’ll stop writing is probably how it will go.

HI moth hii do u have suggestions for picking a system name ?

UHHHHHH OK so we've had 2 system names (we changed from Equinox to VHS lol)

Equinox was a sys name we picked VERY early on in system discovery, and there were like. less than 10 ppl im p sure, and we aligned ourselves with sun themed (me, Azazel, ect) or moon themed (Kassie, Vee, ect)*, and we were p evenly split hence "Equinox" :) so that was like a shared theme among the system

VHS was actually said as a joke by @nonbinarycoded and we liked it bc it sounded cool <3 so we changed it to that after Equinox didnt fit us anymore. it stands for Video Hosted System/Video Home System <3 bc im Video and the host <3 thats also why its NOT "VHS system", its VHSystem. the S stands for system already <3 (also my more stylistically inclined alters (Rez, Lover, Vanilla) like what they can do with it aesthetically more than Equinox JDHDKDH)

So my ideas are either "common theme" or "funny" :) or just something important to you all ! its a personal decision and anything yous pick WILL be swagcool
