They're unlikely to actually let the twins grow anytime soon, if ever, in FFXIV, because they're too popular as Everyone's Babies and keeping them young is good marketing, but imagine for a moment that they do finally get their elezen growth spurt... but not at the same time.
Logically, of course, it would be Alisaie getting tall first. She takes better care of herself in terms of exercise and nutrtition. Even disregarding how human cis girls tend to get their height sooner than human cis boys, because a) who knows how elezen work and b) look you don't have *identical* twins of different genders without at least one of them being trans so probably their assigned gender at birth is also identical and thus has no bearing here. So basic 'who's likelier to be in better overall health' is the likeliest determining factor.
But it would be so much funnier if Alphinaud got tall first, because he'd mostly be magnanimous about it but you could tell he was a lil smug about it, and it would drive Alisaie batshit insane.

A quick break between my PreK and Kinder Zoom classes. I had time to make myself a smoothie with kale, fresh carrot pod seeds, celery, ginger, banana, strawberries, dried cranberries, Asian pear, walnuts, almond butter, hemp seeds, tumeric, and coconut water. I’ll do my homework later 😬📚

I can recall a period in my life when I would give a nasty attitude towards various people who were, simply put, great people. Super positive, nice to others, always smiling, and doing things that were (barf) inspirational to others .... it bothered me!  Why?  Because people were drawn to them in a way that I wish they would interact with me.  Deep down I wanted to be able to exude that level of goodness, and I wanted to be like them.  However, I was (go figure) afraid of the same types of criticism directed at me from my friends at that time.  FEAR of what others thought of me became my daily business. .. These days I am drawn to positive and giving people as part of my continued life development to remove negativity by filling my cup with goodness.  I LOVE the feedback from people who say "thank you" for inspiring them to pay more attention to their own health and personal development.   I LOVE when hoteliers and meeting planners say thank you for helping them connect with each other at my @luxurymeetings events. I LOVE that positive people follow me on Instagram, and in turn I follow them for mutual motivation.  It's like having an "accountability group" to keep each other inspired.  Do critics still bother me?  Of course, but my positive support system helps to wash those feelings away pretty quickly.  What they have to say about me is none of my business. .. .. #beamazing #birdsofafeatherflocktogether #positivity #accountabilitygroups #workoutathome #stayfitstayyoung #healthandwellness #personaldevelopment #fear #iwanttoimprove #iwanttoloseweight #nogymrequired #health #nutrtition #beachbodyondemand (at Winter Garden, Florida) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_QRiR3BsO4/?igshid=xwyqlspqyn2r
