This is my personal journey on becoming more knowledgeable in nutrition and health. I came to a realization that the foods I nourish my body with are reflected through my physical and spiritual being. About 6 months ago, I altered my diet to include clean, organic, natural, smoothies. This change in diet decreased my weight, added a nice glow to my skin, and increased my energy levels. Now Ifeel as if I’m surrounded by this bright positive energy. To completely understand how nutrition can have such an impact, I have this need to grow and learn more about foods and the ways it can alter one’s person and body. So here I go!
