I have to wonder. Have you ever decided to want something and then wanted it? I think that was a turning point for me, personally. The decision, I mean, not the triviality of executing the mental adjustments.
I am continuing the experiment even now. I want a dog. There is no logical reason to want something living, inconvenient, needy and messy, which would place restrictions upon my movements and make demands upon my talents. Thus, it gives me dark satisfaction to want one anyway. (This is one of the ways in which I am evil.)
If you have any schemes currently in progress, it would perhaps offer some novelty if you were to decide to want them to succeed. (Or fail. I have had dealings with somebody who worked to succeed yet wanted to fail. I was able to grant her wish. She got quite cross.)
🤲🐑
I do not experience desire.
...
I do things out of necessity. I do things out of requirement. I do as I am told.

Our Compassionate High Priest
14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone to heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us live our lives consistent with our confession of faith. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses. Instead, we have one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet he never sinned. 16 So let us keep on coming boldly to the throne of grace, so that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. — Hebrews 4:14-16 | International Standard Version (ISV) The International Standard Version of the Holy Bible Copyright © 1995-2014 by ISV Foundation. A Collect For Purity
Almighty God, to You all hearts are open, all desires known, and from You no secrets are hid; cleanse the thoughts of our hearts by the inspiration of Your Holy Spirit, that we may perfectly love You and worthily magnify Your holy Name. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Brain Curd #285
Brain Curds are lightly edited daily writing - usually flash fiction and sometimes terrible on purpose.
The following is an epilogue. Read the story first.
It is my throne now, the throne of creation. I have killed God. Love live Lillian, the one true Lord.
I sit upon my perch. This is my punishment, to be this thing - not quite human, not quite more, an ant forced to pilot an airplane. The sins I witness at every waking moment - and every moment is indeed waking - would have brought tears to my eyes mere months ago. No more. My humanity is dead, totally and wholly. At first I watched out of obligation. Now I watch for amusement.
A small town in Ohio, a little boy holds lit matches to a restrained mouse’s whiskers. A woman in Moscow is defiled by three men and left to die. Poachers hunt elephants to near extinction, undeterred by human law meant to preserve biodiversity. It’s nothing but selfishness and cruelty, that’s what humanity is. Made in His image and repainted in mine. This is my will. God does not make mistakes.
Still, I find myself bored. I’ll send a bolt of lightning to kill a random pedestrian in New Jersey. I’ll place sick thoughts into the mind of a high school Spanish teacher. I’ll chase a pet dog out in front of a garbage truck. Their tears are my idea of an interesting time, for a good time is not to be had. There is no good beyond what humans define, and I am not human - nor do humans deserve the mercy of my once friendly nature. Every one of them is the same, capable of atrocity beyond your comprehension. For every Adolf Hitler there are one billion jealous of his ego.
I chuckle as I rust away the ladder of a pool with a child swimming in it. Some things never change, do they? Burn, Earth, burn, burn and drown. It is my only salvation that you may all be ash, so let it be that you find yourselves cremated by your own hubris. And I may someday taste my own sweet darkness.
Please comment, reblog, like, and follow if you enjoyed - I'd love to know what you think! See you again tomorrow.

Privacy and Morality
I had a Thought today: Someone cannot be Perfect and Omniscient at the same time.
Here's my thinking:
to be Perfect one must be Morally Perfect
It is Moral to respect the privacy of others, and amoral to disrespect and violate it
Omniscience requires one to know everything that everything does, says, and thinks; i.e., to VIOLATE the privacy of all things, all the time, forever and without restraint.
Therefore Omniscience and Moral Perfection are mutually exclusive; Therefore Omniscience and Perfection-in-general are mutually exclusive.
Now: One might argue KNOWING is not, in-itself, a "violation of privacy" so long as the omniscient individual keeps it to themselves; that privacy is only violated when the private Thing(whether word, act, deed, or thought) is made public against the private-actor's will.
But: That doesn't work, and it very obvsl doesn't work. Some examples:
If the USPS clearly opened and read your mail, but then put INTO It an assurance that they would not share it with anyone or use it against you in any way, you'd still feel violated by the act.
If they didn't even include such a note, but your mail was quite obvsl opened and re-sealed when you received it, you'd feel violated(and doubt the content's veracity).
The CIA and NSA's blanket collection of US communications data during the Bush II/Shrub administration(beyond being totally useless cuz it's just way too big a dataset to actl DO anything with or learn anything FROM) and likely beyond, was and is morally and legally wrong, -- a clear violation of the 4th Amendments guarantee of security in our "papers and effects" against searches and seizures that are 1)unreasonable, 2)lack a warrant, 3)unsupported by oaths as to the utility of the search 4)themselves unjustified by preliminary evidence affirming it will be fruitful to a particular investigation -- regardless of whether you ever had reason to believe your communications were ever surveilled and archived.
Your "Privacy", as immaterial and conceptual as it is, cannot be alienated from you without destroying it; cannot be accessed against your agency without UNDERMINING and DISRESPECTING that agency, and thus your existence.
So anyway that's what I was thinking u_u

i think its interesting that alcor has omniscience in most fics, because while bill might know many things, he is certainly not omniscient. his first real appearance is making a deal to acquire knowledge, which involves entering the mind of the human who knows it. if bill could just yank that code out of the ether, he certainly would have, dont you think? i know there are a lot of incongruencies between tau and canon, but this one really interests me. perhaps, from a watsonian perspective, dipper's power grows and quickly outstrips bill's in certain areas before he surpasses bill in *overall* power? perhaps it has something to do with his soul and how it interacts with his new demon magic; he's always been endlessly curious, so it makes sense that his soul, when connected to a source of demonic magic, develops a much more robust omniscience than his predecessor. thoughts?
Alcor's omniscience doesn't really work that way. The idea of him having otherworldly knowledge comes from that time in Dreamscaperers when Bill said he knows "lots of things". He may not know individual circumstantial things, like Stan's code, but he has a great deal of knowledge about the universe. We figured that that's a trait of being a demon, or at least an extremely high level dream demon such as Bill. And that's why Dipper has infodumps -- his mind needs to expand (painfully) in order to accommodate the great deal of knowledge he now has to bear as a demon. Bill knew lots of things, and now Dipper will too.
The thing is that Dipper still doesn't know circumstantial things, or at least, that's our general position on it, as people are free to interpret his abilities as they desire. We call it "omniscience", because it's knowledge beyond human capability, but it's not like he literally knows everything. There's definitely gaps in his awareness, and he doesn't, for instance, know what everyone around him is doing at all times. He's just very well read, basically.

Epistemology be like:
You know everything.
You know nothing.
You do not know enough.
You want to know all that there is to know.
You are content with what you know.
You know things now that you were never meant to know.
You know too much.
You refuse to admit that you still know so little.
You know less than you did before.
Knowledge is laughing at you from the sidelines, a bowl of popcorn in hand. Wisdom is nowhere to be found. God is currently doing paperwork.

If you wish to know precisely the correct answer to a single question, you must first possess omniscience.
Carl Sagan said, "if you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe," and if you apply this to epistemology--to knowledge--every conclusion we come to, whether by reason or empiricism, is conjecture.
Every answer at which we arrive is built upon incomplete information about the universe and reality, and we can never know when we've learned all there is to know, because we can never know what is beyond our capacity for observation.
We can never know the contents of the theoretical unknown unknowns, by definition.

Sighhh.
Okay, I know you're answering at least a few things honestly. You're doing your almost best. And far be it from me to scold any of my cute wittle followers for lying. It's practically a sacrament.
So, Beginnings-tan, for indulging our curiosity, have my best attempt at a reward:
You're an effective instrument. You were the right choice. Sure, there's more to do, but you can do it and then you can rest. You'll conquer. There's nobody better. You're a good boy and your performance has pleased. Relax your hands for a while. Because somebody really cares about you.
Not me, but somebody, probably. 🏁
I must finish the job. If I were not doing something, you would not even be able to contact me.
You should all be greatful. I would not be playing these games with your precious ███████ if I did not have a reason. I would not even be responding to your meagre asks if I did not have a reason.

I have been thinking back a lot about the things I was apart of back during my middle school and highschool years.
I was largely in the Markiplier and Jacksepticeye fandoms for the longest time, still am. Something I always come back to that lingers in the back of my mind is Puppet Collection. It was the first and only ARG I partook in. Now I don't remember much of what happened as that feels like such a long time ago.
I do remember one thing, I remember breaking the game by creating a group dm. Not realizing that I had added a mod. Luckily I was allowed to stay in the game though because it was a genuine mistake. But I will say...I remember that I had been crying a lot when it happened because at that time I was so into the Puppet Collection story and game I thought it was real.
I, no longer have the account that was used for said ARG on Discord. I also remember that because of Puppet Collection, I created what some would remember was called the Tainted Souls ARG.
An ARG based around Darkiplier, back then I was young and naive to think I could do something as big as Puppet Collection or really any other ARG.
Hell the moderators of PC had been brought in to help...but I remember that there was a lot of fighting amongst my team and theirs.
Now...was Tainted Souls a perfect thought out ARG? Hell fucking no. In fact me and the mod team were flying by the seat of our pants because We didn't plan anything. We didn't stretch it out, we didn't have documents made. We just winged it.
Now I'm sure you're wondering why I am bring this all up. And no it's not to create another Tainted Souls ARG. Although I've thought about a sequel or hell even redoing Tainted Souls better than it was.
But no, the reason why I bring this up is because...I want to make a video. A well researched video think like Night Mind, how he does videos on various args and such. I want to do something like that, but I want to cover Puppet Collection, Tainted Souls and other JSE and Markiplier based ARGs. So to anyone who was apart of Puppet Collection, Tainted Souls, hell Ominiscience. I want to get into contact with you whether it be through discord, email, or tumblr messages.
And to anyone who were players in these ARGs I'd also like to hear from you as well, I want perspective from both mods and players of these ARGs.
I want to talk and get as much information about these ARGs so that I may cover them in youtube videos.
@corvidazed and any one else please.

The Paradox of Divine Knowledge
Beyond the Mind’s Perception God knows nothing yet knows everything—a contradiction that stands as a perfect reflection of the nature of absolute reality. This enigmatic statement, like a koan, invites deeper contemplation beyond linear thinking. It points to a knowledge that defies conceptual grasp, a knowing that cannot be possessed by the mind. To say God knows everything implies…
