I don't know how to articulate this well, but I really fucking hate the way a lot of thin writers write fat characters. Like how men write women "breasting boobily" there is something so dehumanizing about how fat characters are often written. "He waddled", "he lumbered", the writer of the book I'm reading always mentions this characters "fleshy hand" when he does something with his hand. Like, we already know that he's fat. There is no need to describe everything he does as "doing it fatly".

This isn’t miraculous related but I don’t have any where else to post this and my sister is forcing me to cause she loves npmd and grace Chasity (I’m more of a tgwdlm fan myself)

Anyways I loved the choreography from this song so I really wanted to animate it, and cause I like Jon Matteson and they way he delivers that first line I included a bit of Richie too

Okay so girls used to be the word for all children right? And Nightmare and Dream are Old and don't realise the meanings have changed, so imagine Cross one day trying to come out to Nightmare by saying how he "used to be a girl" and Nightmare responding "Well yes but that's no cause for guilt, we all were at some point" and accidentally giving Cross the impression that the entire gang is trans. And then every time he goes to one of the others and tries to subtly bring it up they think he's talking about something else and it keeps the bit going

☀️ IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!! 🌙

This is my gift to myself :) I drew my favorite guys ever.

For a while I've been itching to draw the wedding outfits from this post again. I made them up on the fly as I was drawing, but I actually really like how they ended up turning out. They're super cute!! (though, yet again, you can't see almost any part of Dedede's outfit... 💔)

But then I couldn't get it out of my head to make a companion piece for it, with their mirror versions. And so. I did. What they have going on is a little bit messy, though...

Marriage or divorce!! Take your pick.

#kirby #kirby series #meta knight #king dedede #metadede #dark meta knight #shadow dedede #mirror metadede #i do like mirror mtdd. like a lot. but poor planning ahead with hcs and ocs caused them to end up. kind of doomed in my thing lol #maybe i'll go in depth about it one day. as much as i can anyway. i haven't fully figured it out myself #my art #couple details:#mk's tooth gaps are probably one of my favorite parts of his drawing. they're just so cute i'm so glad i knocked his teeth out #while mtdd is on Non Descript Happy Place mirror mtdd is specifically in the dimension mirror level from katam and ktd #just slightly. sparklier and shinier. because that's just how i do things. and without the buildings #i did try to add them but it made everything busier than it already was #mirror mtdd's faces are obscured on purpose but if you look closely you can catch a peek of dmk's expression through his veil #which! it's meant to be kind of like a widow's veil.. symbolism and what not #i couldn't think of what the opposite of a star was so i did hearts (for the plating. cheeks. and pauldrons)#i fucked up the rings.. because i got my lefts and rights confused..#but i kept it Anyway because it looked cool. i'm sorry though it's so annoying once you notice #i still have the flats and a better look at ddd's outfit (and a Little of sddd's face)#so maybe i'll post that later #i think that's about it #i'm 20 today :) sigh. the passage of time #god the way this has been crunched sickens me. don't look closer actually

So since the Glorious 25th of May is today, the last day of Davrin week for @datvcompanionweeks , I thought I'd do a little crossover and use the free day to do it. Hope, Balance, Protection. Roar of a Lion, Heart of a Halla. He's basically a witch. But there's some themes from the Death books that fit really well too.

Hello again! I'm not sure if you answered this previously, but will you ever consider making physical books for "Poorly Drawn MDZS" because I would whip out my wallet SO FAST--

It's something that I've been thinking about While the answer has been strong 'maybe', there *is* a future where there will be some kind of physical version of my art - be it in stickers, a zine, prints, charms, or otherwise.

Personally, if PD-MDZS the comic was to be released physically, I would want to throw in some exclusive bonus comics/goodies to go with it! Please stay tuned!

#ask #I've been chatting with some independent artist friends about the physical merch and zine process and while it is a lot of work-#-It *is* a feasible thing for me to do once my life settles a bit more.#At the moment the only physical copies out there are the people who have printed off comics/made their own stickers.#Which I always love to see!#By the way; when I say 'exclusive comics' for a physical version - I don't mean 'forever exclusive'.#They would eventually find their way on to this blog for digital archiving.#I was mostly thinking about how I have some updates that aren't going to translate to print very well -#-so I *would* have to redraw some scenes as a comic instead.
